She came in and checked on me every 10 min and made sure I had no sensitivity. The vitamin E oil they use really decreases sensitivity!! I had a sensitivity-free appointment! Fantastic experience: I LOVE LOVE LOVE soft touch smiles!! Everything about it, it is very welcoming and has the cutest relaxing vibe! I love how they explain everything and always ask if I am comfortable. The results after just one treatment is amazing!! I went from shade 3 to shade -1. I was never uncomfortable and they even gave my Bluetooth headphones so I could relax and listen to music during the treatment. They also provided water and chapstick for when I needed it. Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience. It was easy to book, they sent me a photo of the location, and there was easy parking! Once I got in for my appointment I met with Mary who was so kind and very informative about the process. She checked in on me every 10 minutes during my processing. I had a friend there and she was very accommodating for her as well! When we began and she told me my teeth were already a 2 on the scale I really didn’t think I would see much of a difference, but holy cow! It is all I look at now when I take a photo. My teeth aren’t just whiter but they are brighter. I’m excited to go back and keep these shiny pearly whites!

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience. During my first appointment we had to do three different sessions and I got about 3-4 shades lighter than what I came in with. I had little to no sensitivity and even a month later my teeth look great. Each session or touch up is about 20 minutes but those minutes fly by very quickly since the place has us sit in massage chairs which feel so good. I would strongly recommend this place for natural teeth whitening!

Fantastic experience: Nothing to do with teeth, but never felt more capable of shooting lasers out of my eyes than when I snapped this picture for a friend during the curing process. Unexpected benefit! Over all though my teeth went from good to great in our first full session. Which I appreciate. The process was painless, the staff was cool. Just sat back and listened to my most recent audio book for about an hour ( + = ). Pain afterwards has been minimal. Had no problem eating or doing work after. Which says a lot because of my sensetive gums. Nothing near the pain of something like braces. They're really good at encouraging you to prepare right and hydrate plenty. Positive experience: NOTE: They offer a free vitamin booster gel to take home only if you rate them on google The studio was clean but there wasnt a clear waiting/check in area when i went no one was in the room they texted me earlier. I called and their response was quick and great. However there wasnt a place to put my jacket and it was hung up in the other whitening room, which was a little awkward. The assistant was really friendly and explained everything well. I had a lot of questions and was nervous because this was my first time and i have sensitive teeth. During my second round (out of three) my teeth did sense some pulsing so we stopped and rescheduled my third round for later. I really appreciate the flexibility! Only after two sessions my teeth did lighten up a few shades and im really happy with my experience. Update it’s been 8 hours and my teeth are really sensitive. I’m going to see how they feel in the morning Update 2: my teeth have no more sensitivity in the morning! Def recommend this place the staff is flexible, friendly, and knowledgeable

My teeth were between a 1-2 so there wasn’t a drastic difference. The 4 front and bottom teeth whitened pretty well, but the neighboring teeth didn’t and so it’s definitely noticeable when I smile. Fantastic experience: Great experience - easy, quick (one hour), no pain. I didn’t realize how stained my teeth had become, and was even getting dark lines on the front two teeth. I was using whitening strips and a gel from my dentist, but they weren’t helping.giving up coffee is not an option! Carrie did a great job, she was proficient and very friendly. I would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic experience: This experience was much better than being in a dentist office! You get to lay back in a reclining massage chair with the lights dimmed vs sitting for an hour in a bright room. It was also nice to do the whitening in 3-20 min sessions vs 1 hour straight. That way you can rehydrate your teeth in between to help prevent sensitivity. I also really enjoyed seeing great results so quickly. I highly recommend soft touch. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had teeth whitening done a few times before. A couple times with a dentist, and one time with trays. This was the best experience I’ve ever had teeth whitening. At the dentist, they don’t worry too much about your comfort, and so by the end of the hour it starts getting really uncomfortable. I got here and they gave me headphones to use, the chair I sat on was a massage chair, and they did the whitening in 20-minute blocks so they can rehydrate you and your teeth in between. It made the experience extremely relaxing and nice. I highly recommend getting your teeth whitening here. Not only is the experience top-notch, but so are the results. I went from a shade 3 to -1.
