Negative experience: The treatment process here has been extremely slow and disappointing. I’ve been coming for six months, paying both my deposit and monthly payments, yet my child still does not have braces. Every appointment lasts maybe three minutes — just a quick “check-up” before scheduling another one one or even two months later for the same thing. We’ve seen three different orthodontists, each with a completely different treatment plan, and it feels like no one’s on the same page. Twice we were told my child will be getting braces at the next appointment and both times, nothing happened. It’s honestly starting to feel like they’re just stringing patients along instead of actually making progress. My child misses school, I miss work, and all for a few minutes of being told to come back again. When I voice my concerns, they make it seem like I’m asking for too much — but I’m simply asking for the care I am paying for. This place needs to take accountability and do better for the people trusting them with their treatment.

Fantastic experience: Imagine Orthodontics is so professional, comfortable, and the staff really care about your kid. Delisa is one of the assistants, and she is really helpful in providing tips to my preteen on how to take better care of her teeth and braces. I appreciate that help because you know kids: they don’t always listen to Mom, but they will take good advice from a stranger! I’m so glad we found Imagine & will definitely keep them in mind for the future if we need them!

Positive experience: Overall good experience. Until it came to the price. They offered $1000 off but then charged $900 for cleaning. That’s their way of getting that $1000 back. But other than that it’s a nice orthodontic office.

Fantastic experience: Can not say enough great things about imagine orthodontist in temple terrace. I called panicked because my 1 year old took my retainer and I couldn't find it anywhere. I've already had braces 3 times and did not want my teeth to shift as it was Friday and i moved far from my regular orthodontist office. They got me in within 30 minutes, did Xrays and got me a new retainer within a couple hours. Staff were so helpful. They held my 1 year old and kept him Entertained so I could get my Xrays done. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating. Thank you guys!!!!

Negative experience: this place started off amazing and ended up being a nightmare when its time to get my braces off. So they will pitch you saying you'll be able to make payments after your braces are off but then will demand the full remaining balance to even schedule the removal. Ive called numerous times with hold times averaging out to about 37 minutes waiting to speak to a manager that was unavailable. They proceeded to say that they we're transferring me to a state that i NEVER lived in and is 1 hr and 1/2 from where i live currently. I told them how my wire was poking me my power chains are busted and still no sense of urgency when i call just a call put and hold that will not get answered

Fantastic experience: Imagine the best of the best. Fun and exciting environment. Well, they just are the best. Every single member of staff is absolutely amazing. Beyond sweet and patient. Both kids have been under treating with Dr. Chacon, Mr. Rockstar! If you need an anxiety free dental office for your braces, then this is the place.

Positive experience: Update: I had to update my review after the experience we had. If I could easily switch offices, I would. After a year in an appliance, my daughter finally got to the point where she is able to have her braces put on. She was told they don’t do silver anymore, only colors, and put the gold colored “champagne” braces on her- she hates them and I’m not a fan of them either. She wanted silver. So I called 2 days later to ask if they still do silver and they do. Not sure why my daughter was forced into the champagne that she hates. Now we were offered to switch them “free of charge”but who wants to do this twice? On top of that, while I’m 3 chairs over getting personalized attention, the tech helping my daughter was just busy chatting away with the tech next to her and not getting personalized attention at all, which only furthered the bad experience. I have some regrets choosing this office and with my younger daughter, I will be going somewhere else. For me and my older daughter, we will probably stick it out. The doctor here is always amazing, his staff is sometimes amazing. Overall just a 3/5 experience for me, possibly less after what we just experienced with the dang brackets. I wouldn’t recommend this place, won’t be my go to next time. Day one review: This office is cute, comfortable and professional. Delisa put my braces on for me today and I’m so excited for the journey. Thank you!

Positive experience: Imagine Ortho studio is very welcoming for my first time with my sons. Walking into the tampa location it had quite of a homie feel. The receptionist are very nice and informative, we didn't wait in the waiting area for too long when you walk to the back its an open area no private rooms but you're still spaced away from the next person. For my first time my sons did a consultation and were treated same day (you can come back if you don't want same day) they also discus payment plans and down payments where they work with you. My overall experience was a 9/10 and I would recommend this place to others. If was clean, spacious, and Informative.

Fantastic experience: Imagine orthodontics is top tier in orthodontics. I am a dental assistant myself and chose to come here and am happy with my decision. It is always clean, all the employees are always smiling and happy. And they play THE BEST old music! It’s always a vibe in here. All of the assistants are great!
