Negative experience: This place robbed me, I originally went for a 30 minute massage and was charged for a 90 min massage because I fell asleep. The place looks pretty nice but the towels were stained

Fantastic experience: I was a little confused about the entry because there is no signage out front. It's less confusing to go down off the sidewalk to enter instead of what looks like the main entryway. Otherwise the service was great. Atom was attentive to my needs and focused on the area that needs the most work. They are not afraid to go deep and always reminding me to breath. I feel like to continue to see Atom will be necessary in getting back in alignment and addressing neurological issues.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting Burlington after Killington, Vermont Spartan Race and got a massage to help with post-race soreness. Novum LaLuna was my massage therapist and I had one of the best massages in my life! Novum was very professional and precise. Fantastic experience: Aubrie did an amazing job she she walked me through how the session was gonna go, as I was new to hot stoning, and we go, let me know that she also does some stretching, so that I can give her a better idea of some of my sore place is for stretching.It was very calming and relaxing. Fantastic experience: I've been a member for about three years. I have used a few different massage therapists. I had a 90-minute massage today with Aubrie. I told her what was going on, and she suggested cupping. I went with her suggestion and felt like some of the near constant tension in my back released. I already have my next appointment scheduled. Sometimes, I schedule an extra massage in the month, either with a student or a shorter duration one and use my discount.

Fantastic experience: As soon as one walks in, the atmosphere (from the LED Spa station to the stone wall aesthetic, the earthy feel brings immediate peace. How everything is explained by the therapist during, from the breathing exercises to tips to unwind and allow to be manipulated, was more than other massages I have experienced. I will be back regularly!

Both therapists were super intuitive, and we left feeling fantastic. They both had wonderful energy that made us feel welcome and relaxed. If you are going on your own, we recommend either of these massage therapists. Fabulous place - only wish we’d found it sooner!!

Negative experience: Paid for a 60 min massage for wife. Guy giving massage says "whoops went over the time" and was charged for 90 min. Been to many massage places or sent my eife, this has never happened before. When i called to just get a smal refund back to the original 60 min price, was told nothing they can do and hung up on me.
Seems like there was miscommunication, because the therapist did not insist she had to pay the difference, she had offered to pay for a longer session even though he fully understood it was his fault for performing longer massage and it was between both of them when she decided that she is fine paying the difference
Fantastic experience: Aubrey was my massage therapist and she was absolutely AMAZING!!! She listens to your areas of focus and regularly asks if I am feeling comfortable. Her deep breathing made me want to follow her and elevated the massage to be even more effective. She is also an awesome person! You have to ask for Aubrey! She's the best! Fantastic experience: Excellent place for a couples massage. Very clean, private and good vibe. Tips: -Parking is available on the street in front. -Entrance is in the front of red building. Because is going underground it can me easy to spot. -Get 15 min Early to get confortable and make the most of time.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Brilliant for the past 6 months in preparation for my wedding. My first experience felt a little off as the Esthetician seemed new and just not sure of herself. However, I then started seeing Shyla who has been incredible! She always asks about how I'm doing, checks in about my skin and my life outside of her studio as well. During our first session she explained everything to me like I had asked so I could really learn about my skin, and she recommended some great but affordable products for me to use. Each session was so relaxing and peaceful, I always left feeling so calm and pampered. She knows how to choose the right products & masks for my skin type and even gives great massages while the masks set! I don't think I'm ready to give up my facials with Shyla now that the wedding is here, I may have to keep coming back anyway ☺️

Fantastic experience: I'm an athlete and train hard on a daily basis; so my body takes a beating - tight shoulders, stiff back, all of it. I booked a 2hr session with Peter, and WOW...the guy knows what he's doing. He’s got some serious strength and isn’t afraid to use it. If you like real deep pressure, Peter’s your guy. He worked through layers of tight muscle and had me feeling loose and way more mobile by the end. Super friendly, really knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what he does. If you’re active, lift, or just need someone who can actually go deep, definitely book a session with him.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time ever trying Lamprobe treatment. I’d had these small bumps on my face for a few years, and while they hadn’t gotten worse, they just wouldn’t go away. They turned out to be minor cholesterol deposits that I’d been eager to get rid of. Valentina, who’s an absolute expert in electrolysis and Lamprobe, handled everything with incredible skill and gentleness. I’m very excited to say that the bumps are now completely gone!!

Fantastic experience: It’s a very unassuming place, on the lowest level of a building close to Lake Champlain. For my bday- My kids bought me a 90min full body massage with Valentina Morse. I’ve had a ton of massages in my lifetime from some exclusive places, so I wasn’t expecting anything special, but Valentina was exceptional. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten. Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience here. I was stiff from driving and shoveling so I treated myself to a massage and it was the highlight of my vacation. Jasmine was amazing from start to finish, I've only had a couple massages before because I don't like being touched but she instantly put me at ease and the whole thing felt like I was hanging out with a friend, so I was able to really relax and enjoy the massage. Wish I was a local so I could come back but have to recommend to anyone in the area. Thanks Jasmine!

Fantastic experience: Kiki was amazing! I travel frequently for work and had a lot of tightness through my neck and upper back. She was able to do nerve releases and really helped to relieve acute pain that I was experiencing. Definitely will be back when visiting Burlington. I wish I could take her home on the plane with me:)

Positive experience: I booked a 90 minute couples massage here for my birthday about 3 weeks in advanced. When I made the reservation, I told the person on the phone my preferences and she assigned me a therapist accordingly. I asked the name of my scheduled therapist and searched reviews based on the name given, and was satisfied the person I was going to be having a massage with would meet my needs. I can be very particular when it comes to massages as I get many and hate wasting money when I encounter someone who is inexperienced. So, that's why I always try to ask questions and do research in advance to make sure I got someone I thought would be great. Especially since it was my birthday! The morning of our massages we got a call asking us to come later than our scheduled 12:30pm appointment. I explained that we were staying in a nearby hotel that has an 11am checkout so we didn't want to wait even longer for our appointment, and that we needed to pick up our kids at school by 3pm (and we live a hour away), so we couldn't really do later but we could come earlier. I had wanted a 11-noon massage time when I booked the appointments after all, but 12:30pm was the best they could do. The person I spoke with said ok and hung up. We got to our appointment, though, and we didn't have the therapists we were scheduled with. Obviously my husband didn't care as he didn't know who he was going to have anyway, but I did care and felt blindsided. In the end, our massages were still fairly good and we happy enough with our service, but I just felt this review is worth mentioning that I feel it is totally NOT ok to just switch therapists on a person without giving them notification and acceptance of such switch. To show up and not have the therapist you were scheduled with should not be allowed in my opinion. Like I mentioned, we made the appointment with 3 weeks notice. If there was a problem with the scheduling, it should have been addressed sooner. The therapists we had originally scheduled weren't sick or anything to our best knowledge (we asked). It seems that there is some disorganization on the administrative front. Again, we ended up having Mary and Robina and were pleased with our service so this review is NOT a reflection on them at all. They were both super nice, and I would recommend them. We just feel some improvement is needed on the scheduling and communication side of things and that switches shouldn't be allowed without informing the client. Thanks!

We would like to explain that we asked you to come 30 minutes later if possible, since your original therapist had called us that morning informing she can not make the agreed and she’d be running late due to having to go to court for her sister. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We did our best to still provide quality service to you by calling into work other therapist for your original time that was off that day since you could not come later for original therapist you requested.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time getting an Ashiatsu massage and as someone who deals with a lot of stress/tension it was an amazing experience! Afterwards, my body felt a release of weight. The pressure was perfect and the deep tissue was unexpected but in a good way. The person I had was very experienced and super kind.

Fantastic experience: I had a facial and shoulder/neck massage done with Valentina and it was such a lovely experience! I went with the "Brilliant Level I Bespoke Facial w a Hydrafacial". I struggle with acne prone skin and Valentina took her time to really make sure she focused on all of my problem areas. I feel so much better and my skin is so much happier. I will definitely be coming for another facial soon!
