Fantastic experience: Rissa is a massage therapist there and she is the absolute best. I want to make sure whoever is in charge knows how great she is. I have had so many massages for migraines and injuries and she is by far the best massage therapist I have ever encountered. She’s very knowledgeable and does the very best deep tissue massage. Can’t say enough good things about her!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been getting prenatal massages from Margaryta for a few months now & she is literallllyyyy the best. I’ve been feeling so puffy and tense during my pregnancy but after I see her, I always feel significantly better. She isn’t extremely gentle (which I LOVE) because I want someone who’s actually going to massage me and help work out any knots - which you don’t get when someone is very light handed. She does the perfect amount of pressure in my opinion. She is perfect for me & im so glad I found her because I’ll continue going to her even after I give birth! :) She is sweet and very punctual & makes you feel so comfortable. Highly recommend Margaryta for the best massage ever!! 10/10

Fantastic experience: Michele is the one who does my Fecial every two to three weeks. My experience with Michele is excellent. She knows what to recommend and what you need based on your skin type. She so great . EuroPhoria is the best place to go for self care. I Recomend for everyone to try it. Membership is the best deal if you plan to do self care as a routine.

I've only been seeing her since August or so, but I have seen so much improvement in my skin texture. Negative experience: I am really disappointed with customer service the front desk offered. She was rude and not understanding, she yelled at us first and then blamed us for “creating a scene” when we just wanted an explanation. She did not try to accommodate. She began ignoring us when we tried to get an explanation for the canceled appointment saying “NEXT!” we asked again what happened or if she could change the appointment and she said No!. My father asked what happened and he began speaking up because she was being rude. She later told the representative who called me that she didn’t accommodate because my father “caused a scene” but we arrived calmly and friendly. Her bad attitude and unprofessional reaction was what caused the frustration, very unprofessional. I understand it was a busy day but it’s not appropriate to treat any customer like that. My mother has been going here for several times now for Botox. My cousin had referred her to this place. We are from San Clemente, CA which is roughly a 3 hour drive but My mom loves the work they do here which is why we keep coming back. She started her first sessions with Alex and my mother would try to request them again but they always would make it difficult to get appointments with her. My cousin would find it odd because she never encounters any issues getting appointments. Despite this, my mother would accommodate to whoever was given to her for her appointments. Her last appointment was with Dr. Rao and she did an amazing job. My mom since coming here would always make sure her appointments were correctly made. She would always set her appointment up before leaving Europhoria to continue any treatment on going. She always pays at the very end of her sessions. She had an appointment for October and when she followed up they said the appointment was nonexisting even though she did set it up before leaving after that last appointment. My mom asked for another appointment and they texted us that there was one available for 11/15/25 with Dr. Rao at 9am. We drove today from san clemente because we had that appointment set up. However, when we got here, front desk said she canceled the appointment due to no deposit. We were confused because this has never happened before. My mother has never been told to make a deposit, like I stated previously she simply makes another appointment after she completes her treatment here. The staff did not communicate properly or just allowed the appointments to be made without the proper deposit? since we would continuously come back. I’m not sure what happened but it’s sad and disappointing to be treated like this. It’s frustrating because we do come from far to have this happened! No empathy or compassion for loyal customers. If they decided to now collect a deposit from her they should have had more communication between them and the customer. Now we are left with no appointment for my mother who was excited to get service, horrible treatment from front desk and a bad experience with awful communication from them. UPDATE: Lilah a representative called me back after I tried to get an explanation on what happened with the appointment. She was very helpful and explained the situation. We discussed the situation and she helped us fit in another appointment this same day. It means a lot since we drove far. She explained what went wrong and how to prevent this for the future. She was very supportive and understanding, very professional. I truly appreciate customer service workers like her. Thank you so much for hearing us out. We have never encountered anything like this here so I’m glad she was able to help us find a solution. I hope the front desk lady learns from Lilah.

Negative experience: I have a very disappointing experience at this medspa. Starting with front desk staff whom were not welcoming, friendly or attentive. I specifically asked for their best injector when I made my appointment. Went for wrinkle relaxer for my forehead and crows feet. Left with bulges above my eyebrows. I went back the next day and consulted with them and they tried to tell me I was having a reaction. Please note that I’ve been getting wrinkle relaxer for the past 10 years and never experienced this. I was told to take an antihistamine. It’s been almost 4 weeks now and nothing has changed as directly above my eyebrows I look like I have horns on my face. I did recently follow up with a dermatologist and she informed that Euphoria Medspa’s injector certainly placed the injection incorrectly which left me with uneven results and now bulging. Thankfully, she reassured me that as the wrinkle relaxer wears off it should eventually go away in a few months. I requested a refund from Euphoria and instead they offered me 3 red light therapy sessions. The way they handled this situation showed a lack of accountability and care. I’m sharing my experience so others are aware and can make an informed choice before going there.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been getting laser hair removal and the dermasweep back treatments for the past few months and both services have been great. I would really recommend the dermasweep if you have acne prone skin, it amazing and I can already see the results!

Negative experience: Stay away from this place. Their so called nurse injected my temple directly on nerve Constant headaches for almost a year and under meds. Also they took unauthorized Money out of my credit card. I have email from Umma herself saying Sign a document that you will not suit us and we will refund you. Stay away and use Professional places and read reviews before committing. Bad dishonest people. And all these good reviews is through offering people free light therapy to give them good feedback. Nothing is true with them

Once that have been reviewed by the provider and a consultation with the patient and provider has been done, the treatment is performed ONLY in the areas that were discussed and agreed upon at the time of service. All of our providers follow strict safety and ethical protocols during our medical treatments. Positive experience: I have no complaints about the treatments I received everything went well in that regard. However, my main issue is with the scheduling and wait times. You’re given an appointment time, but then left waiting 40 to 45 minutes past that time to be seen. I understand that occasional delays can happen, but waiting nearly an hour feels unreasonable. Patients’ time should be respected just as much as the clinic’s. Especially since there are penalties for arriving late or missing an appointment, yet there seems to be no accountability on the clinic’s part when they run behind. A more efficient and respectful scheduling system is definitely needed.

Fantastic experience: All of the services here are amazing! I consistently have a good experience getting my nails, massages, facials and laser hair removal done. The spa is beautiful, and all of the staff is so friendly and welcoming. I have a membership which makes the treatments affordable and helps me come in regularly to get things to done for myself. Sometimes they can get booked out, and for good reason! Just goes to show how great the services are. Definitely recommend booking in advance! If you’re looking for self care and and great treatments, I definitely recommend Europhoria :)

Negative experience: It’s been years since I went here. But this happened to me. It was my first time ever getting lip filler and she injected TWO full syringes into my lips.
Hi Alyx, we haven't been able to locate or find you in our database. We have a commitment to immediately respond and take care of our clients that if they don't like their Pout/filler. We can always work to dissolve and/or restore your lips prior to treatment AND we do that at our own cost. Issues like this VERY rarely occur and we are actually have built a reputation as experts at corrective dermafiller work. Negative experience: I've had my membership for a few months now and have decided to cancel early because of the poor service this spa has to offer, and inconvenience. I've never been to a spa that has so many incompetent individuals working for them. Then again, it is Bakersfield, what else can I expect from this town. STAY AWAY, I would advise to go to another spa, this one repeatedly messes up your schedules, which is already hard to book due to an impacted schedule, there is poor communication amongst the team, and they are very rude. An overhyped spa, that is not worth a penny!

Fantastic experience: Becca is amazing and let me tell you why. I recently went in for a steam & massage and “paid” using my gift certificates. However, at check out Becca noticed that I was double charged because a different worker had also used my Euros (without my permission or knowledge) to cover the cost of the services. Becca is a diligent worker and contacted her fellow team members to revert my Euros back onto my account. Thank you Becca for saving me from being charged twice and always leaving me with a wonderful experience. Best costumer service ever!

Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment and was instructed to arrive at 1:35 PM. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes and noticing several individuals who arrived after me being seen, I approached the front desk for clarification. I was informed that 1:35 PM was my arrival time, but that my procedure was not scheduled to begin until 2:25 PM. This was surprising, especially given that the procedure itself was expected to take just a few minutes. When I raised my concern, the staff member acknowledged that the scheduling did not make sense, but responded in a dismissive and noticeably condescending manner. Rather than showing understanding or offering assistance, her tone came across as unnecessarily snotty and indifferent. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and disregarded, as though my concern was seen as an annoyance rather than a valid point. It reflected a lack of professionalism and customer care, and has made me reconsider my continued relationship with the organization. I don’t support businesses that disregard customer experience.
Negative experience: I’m so disappointed that I’ve spent so much money here and saw absolutely no results on anything I had done. I was getting laser hair removal for almost a year, consistently and saw no change whatsoever. I had 3 chin bombs and almost 3 months after my last one I still see zero change. I wasted so much money and put myself through so discomfort ultimately for nothing. They don’t offer refunds or guarantees. I recommend saving your money for lipo and not trying any fat bomb injections. I can’t stop thinking about all the money I wasted, so so disappointed

Fantastic experience: Wanted to leave a review for all the men out there not sure if they would want to come to this spa or not. Was initially referred by a client and was so glad I decided to take a chance on this place! Never had a facial or any of these services before- so was a little nervous. Scheduling was super easy- Kristy did a great job at listening to my concerns and making me feel comfortable during my facial. Had a few massages here and plan to going back again soon for a relaxing service. Loved it so much I ended up buying some of the Spa packages for my family members to enjoy as well! They have already also gone in and also enjoyed their treatments too. They have bilingual staff that makes it easy to clients speaking Spanish too! As a guy with no previous experience, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my laser treatment with Kathleen and Reagan have given great results and they were so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. If you are a guy wondering if you should make an appointment- I highly recommend checking out the services at this awesome spa!

The Tanning Accelerator Mineral Sun Pure is the real deal—it works incredibly well, and I’ve seen a noticeable difference in my tan. Fantastic experience: Loved Coach Stephon's strength training class!! I was having some neck stiffness that day and he showed me some stretches to do once I got home, he's so great! Loved the cool down stretches as well, it's so needed. Coach Steph is so knowledgeable and patient, with the most genuine spirit! Gotta love him - go take his class, you won't regret it!!

Fantastic experience: If you are having doubts, definitely don’t. EuroPhoria is one of the best med spas I have been to in town! They are consistent and professional. I have been helped by staff from both the medical side and the spa side. First of all, it is such a clean and calming environment and as a stressed out student, I can really appreciate that. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful when scheduling future appointments. As for the spa side, I enjoy getting facials such as dermasweeps. I get them regularly & it is always such a relaxing experience. I have gone to two estheticians, their names are Yaritza and Vanessa. You can’t go wrong with either. They are both amazing! They are so knowledgeable & make me feel comfortable and confident. I have gotten several vampire facials with nurse Alex and Bianca. I recommend both! At first, I wasn’t sure what service would be best for my skin concerns but the nurses are very educated and take their time with you, so coming up with a plan was a fairly easy process. They explain what they are doing the entire time that they are treating you and they do their absolute best to keep you comfortable. I most definitely recommend the vampire facial. I am currently in school and have been very stressed. It has really helped my skin. Overall, my experiences have been phenomenal. Everyone is very helpful and welcoming. I am always so excited for my appointments. I cannot wait for my next visit! Absolutely recommend!

Positive experience: I tried this place out for the first time for a service I’ve received elsewhere and my experience was OK. The establishment is very nice, but the front desk staff wasn’t very friendly and came off rude and snobby. The nurse who took my blood pressure was also not friendly and seemed like she could care less to be there. However, the nurse who performed my treatment was the best part of my visit. She was super bubbly, thorough, and sweet. I also had good results from my treatment so no complaints there. I just don’t know if I’d pay money to go back and deal with crappy attitudes.

Negative experience: I travel every year and only live in Bakersfield for a few months each year. I've been going to Europhoria for the past five years, and they have always treated me with kindness. The staff has been very friendly and professional. However, my experience during my last visit was quite different. They were completely rude. Given this uncomfortable and disappointing experience, I highly doubt I will return to them, nor will I recommend them to any of my family. I wish they would provide a contact email so I can share the details with them.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Europhoria Med Spa! I’ve gotten facials and laser hair removal here, and both have been amazing. The facials leave my skin glowing and feeling so refreshed—plus, the estheticians are super sweet and really know what they’re doing. The laser hair removal has been life-changing. Fantastic experience: I love the service I get here my nurse and the litlle girl name rebecca at the front desk is always very helpful. And now they take cherry which allows me to get more services and pay later. Kathleen is exceptional and always listens to everything I need her to do, she also recommends other treatments based on what I’m looking for. The fees are also great. I use To go to anoter another spa…..won’t mention their name but the prices were insane. Been coming here for a long time and I will continue to. I usually don’t do reviews but this place is just good not to. The girls in the front are super friendly and are always willing to help with consent forms which can be tricky sometimes. There is not wait time. I am Always surprised that I get out in 20 minutes or less. And then 2 weeks later…….the results!!!! I have have also brought in 2 friends of mine here. And like me they love the service and results. I also just love the fact that they have Saturday hours to make even more convenient for other people. Saturday and evening appointments are so helpful to those of us who also work in medical field from 9 to 5. I’ve only been to one location, had no idea they had others……again for more convenience. If I couLe give more stars I would. Again the service they provide is exceptional and I woulD never find myself going anywhere else. Keep up the great work guys!!!!

Fantastic experience: Europhoria spa is one of the best I have ever been to! I started off going with my fiancée and really liked the environment and decided I should give it a try as well. I scheduled my appt through their texting service and they were very quick to respond. I told them I wanted a facial for my face but was not sure which one and the person who helped me was very patient and diligent when scheduling me. The spa is tidy, clean and makes you feel relaxed the second you walk through that door. The front desk staff is always welcoming and helpful. I had a dermasweep for my face with one of their estheticians Vanessa. 10/10 recommend. It was such a great and calming experience. Vanessa is very knowledgeable and truly cares about you and your skin concerns. She made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. She asked me a few questions about my skin and asked what my concerns were. Then she curated an individual treatment for my specific skin needs. I walked out feeling great and with glowing skin. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for the last few years to get laser hair removal and a massage every once and a while and I am never disappointed. Laser hair removal has really worked for me and I only have a few sessions left til I’m done. I’ve gone to Kathleen for a few other treatments before, and she is the sweetest! Super kind, professional, and really takes the time to discuss the entire treatment with me. Most recently I just went in to the spa for a massage with Hunter. Whenever the spa packages are available during the holidays, I always make sure to pick up a couple of them and disperse them as gifts to my friends and family but of course I also keep a couple of them for myself. I decided to go in for a therapeutic massage last week and it was amazing. I felt so comfortable and relaxed and I never wanted the hour to end. After every visit to Europhoria I leave feeling refreshed and more relaxed than ever, and the essential oils and waterfall in the massage room enhance the entire experience. I would definitely recommend treating yourself to a massage here if you want to really tune out the world for about an hour. PS don’t forget to try the coconut infused water it’s delicious!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at Europhoria for four years, and continue to be amazed by the exceptional service I receive. The staff is incredibly friendly, offering water and snacks before every appointment, and they even provide a cozy robe for me to wear while I wait between treatments. I highly recommend the therapeutic massage. My line of work is strenuous on my neck and shoulders, so I treat myself to one every couple of months. It provides fantastic relief. The Derma Sweep is another favorite of mine; I schedule it every month or two for a refreshing of my skin. It clears out my pores and gives me a fresh canvas for my skincare routine. The skincare products are absolutely fantastic too! I typically don’t invest in memberships, but the Euroversity membership is such a great deal that I couldn’t resist and plan to never let it go. I love that the Euros can be accumulated if I don’t use them each month, and they never expire. I wholeheartedly give Europhoria a 10/10 recommendation!

Fantastic experience: The first time I went to EuroPhoria was for a massage and scalp treatment. When I arrived I was a little early and was greeted and asked to wait in the comfortable chairs. When my therapist came and got me she was super friendly and led me back to my treatment room. I do have to admit the room was quite chilly but the table warmer and blankets made up for it. She started with my scalp treatment, I honestly did not know exactly what that would entail, but for a half hour, she focused on my scalp and my neck Shoulders I do have to say if you have plans right after this is probably not the best treatment to get because they put Oil on your scalp that look like I just stepped out of the shower all day cause I did not make it home after my massage, but I would do it again in a heartbeat. Then she moved on to my actual massage that was so relaxing. She kept constant contact with me even if she had to grab an extra towel or some more oil when I was done with the Massage I went up to the front to ask about packages and what the memberships included and pricing because I was kind of curious I did this massage on a special, and one of the girls was extremely Knowledgeable asking me the right questions and finishing out what plan would work best for me and unfortunately at this time I didn’t have the extra money to set up a membership, but it is some thing I will be doing in the future. Everyone made it so relaxing and welcoming. I highly recommend and will be back soon for another treatment.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to EuroPhoria for several years now. The girls at the front desk are wonderful, they are always so helpful and kind. My wrinkle relaxer appointments are always a breeze. The nurses always listen to my concerns and suggest different things accordingly. I have also received several facials from Nia my skin always glows and feels so soft after. Nia’s massage techniques also put me to sleep. It’s a wonderful place to take time for yourself and relax. Fantastic experience: Europhoria is such a great place to get all of your beauty and self care needs taken care of. My niece, Autumn Alcantar, introduced me to the EuroPhoria membership program and I cannot thank her enough. My membership was so useful because I could get everything done at one place or explore their other locations. They offer lots of great services for spa, salon and medical needs. The facilities are always so nice and clean. The pedicures are so relaxing and they do a great job with great attention to detail. The facials are so beneficial to my skin health. The massages are superb and their techniques are so awesome. The waxing services are thorough and fast. It’s so convenient and easy to book appointments since it is all by text messages. They are always so responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns that i have. Europhoria also has amazing monthly promotions that are always new and great deals for both members and non-members who want to experience their great services. Fantastic experience: Club Euro is a fitness center with caring, energetic trainers that help you throughout your workout. The class sizes are minimal and the trainer is there to make sure your form is correct, minimizing injury. The strength class I attend is early, and the trainer, Tony, challenges me to increase my weight. He enhances the 50 minute workout by encouragment and a no-nonsense attitude. I've attended gyms where you are a an anonymous face, but that isn't the way business is conducted here. I appreciate the Pilates side ad well, which I attend frequently. Healthy mind, body and soul. Thats what you will find at Club Euro.

Negative experience: If you end up going here DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP. I have been trying to cancel my membership here for over a week. The way they handle this is shady. California law requires that membership providers offer an accessible way to cancel memberships. The cancellation process they offer is in NO way accessible. First, I went in person to cancel. I was told I couldn't cancel in person, that they would send me a text or I could wait until my membership ended. My membership ended and I kept getting charged. I was then told that the end of my membership only meant that I was ALLOWED to cancel. So again, they said they would send me a text that I could respond to, to cancel. I still didn't receive a text and I confirmed my info was correct with them. I called back a few hours later. They ended up having to email it to me. The email I received contained the address to A DIFFERENT email that I would need to contact to REQUEST my membership is cancelled and that I would have to wait for a response from them and reply AGAIN with "Confirm". I emailed them and have not received a response, and thus cannot confirm the cancellation. I called to follow up and they said they would reach out to member services....but they weren't allowed to cc me on that email. It has been a couple days since they "followed up" (if they even did) and still nothing. I'm going to have to just cancel my card because this is super shady.
Negative experience: I feel the need to edit this review. The services and aestheticians at Euphoria are still excellent, but the ownership’s unreasonable policies regarding cancellations/rescheduling (among other things) have made membership unpalatable for myself and many others. They insist on charging the customer when circumstances beyond our control cause us to have to reschedule within their 48-hour mandatory notice time window…however, absolutely no consequences apply to the business themselves when they need to cancel on the customer (sometimes same-day). I have also heard from multiple employees that they take a similar hard line with the staff. When there is no reciprocity of courtesy from the ownership to either their clientele or their staff, it just comes off as uncaring at best, and greedy at worst. Even though I have enjoyed the services I have received at this business, I no longer give them any of my money, and never will again. —————- Original review follows. I clearly no longer feel this way—————- Always top-notch service at this spa!! I always feel welcomed and valued as a client. And Kelli is my absolute favorite manicurist ever! 5 stars all the way!
Fantastic experience: I always love coming to tan here at Eurotan. I never have problems scheduling. Everyone is always friendly. I always go to the one on Olive, but if I go to Stockdale location I'm treated as if I've know them just as long. Love this place.
Negative experience: I asked who specialized in sculptra and that it’s important to me to get someone who has the longest experience. The two different phone operators set my appointment and was sure that the person they were giving me had experience. They text me last minute to cancel my appointment saying she was not trained to do sculptra. They ruined my entire schedule and for that , I should charge them a cancellation fee!
Positive experience: They are OK. Expect staff to be on their cell phones during your check in and NEVER expect to start your appointment on time, even when you are early. It's always at least 25 minutes after the appointment time, but usually longer. If you don't mind those issues, then great. They have decent deals.

Fantastic experience: Had a facial and dermasweep with Vanessa at the brimhall location. She was very attentive, had a calm and welcoming demeanor and I was so relaxed. She asked me if I had any questions regarding the products that were used and explained every step she took for my facial. It was super awesome and can't wait to see her again!
Fantastic experience: I greatly enjoyed by massage with Ariel. She asked me if I had any areas of pain and she really concentrated on those areas, she also continued to check with me on pressure. My comfort was a high priority to her. I am looking forward to my next massage .
Positive experience: Three stars because it’s average. Not great, not bad. I have been a member for several years, and I have seen a decline in Customer Service and in the facilities, particularly at the Stockdale location. Broken buttons on the tanning beds, surfaces that don’t get wiped down regularly, ceiling tiles that look like the need dusting or changing. Just average. They used to call you by name, offer you water, or a beverage, and walk you back to your Tanning room. None of that happens anymore, but I continue to go because the beds cut out the UV-B. ♀️
Negative experience: The worst experience and most unacceptable in my entire life. This business is seemingly popular in this area but I’d rather drive out of town to find a better serving med spa. The fact that you have to have some sort of consultation prior and they charge you for it was my first surprise. I have never had to do that. But regardless I still agreed to it. The fact that we waited in the office for an hour without an update or an apology whatsoever was just disturbing. Do not schedule me if you’re going to make me wait for an entire hour. If you’re running late communicate that with me. Nothing was communicated, no apologies were offered, no one offered even a drink or water while we waited. Nothing. Just a simple acknowledgement or notice would have been nice. It’s going to be hard for me to trust to come back here. I’d rather take my business and that of my friends elsewhere.

I'm always greeted with a smile and a knowledgeable mind to walk me through each service (because I literally forget EVERY time how to pose for the tanning booth). The personability, professionalism and knowledge of this staff, paired with the quality of its service and products makes for a seamless and enjoyable experience each time.
Fantastic experience: I called EuroPhoria for the first time on a Thursday between the hours of 8-9 a.m., and although it took me three attempts to establish contact with someone, the wait was worth it. The customer service provided was friendly, informative and thorough. Excellent service! I was provided an appointment for the exact date and time frame I requested and was able to establish that appointment via text. Super convenient! The day of the appointment was a little more tedious than I expected but, I was walked through the process by graceful and patient ladies. A complete medical history evaluation and interview was conducted in which at the time felt excessive for the reason I was there. However, by the end of the interview I understood how necessary it was. When the initial process was complete and it was time for my service, I waited very briefly in a beautiful waiting room. Meeting my service provider Alex was not the warm and welcoming feeling as the front ladies. Alex by no means was rude or unfriendly but rather very much to the point and business. I appreciated the way she took the time to inquire what my wants and concerns were and went beyond by educating me on what to expect and formulating a future plan of service. Excellent! All in all, as a first timer with EuroPhoria my experience was the best and am excited for future services.
Fantastic experience: I’ve had a Euro account for two or three years now. EuroTan Stockdale is my favorite location, mainly because it is where my esthetician Sydney is located, but also because it is staffed by other very friendly faces, extremely clean, and calming. I always have a wonderful experience with Sydney and rebook with her every 6-8 weeks. I had a prenatal massage with a very sweet redhead named Kaitlyn today, and she was fabulous as well. I’ll be rebooking with them both very soon!
Fantastic experience: I love Europhoria. But the best part of it is the Massage….Tawna is the best massage therapist in all Of Bakersfield. I have been myself a massage therapist for over 20 years and she’s awesome. She knows the body well and does amazing deep tissue. I would recommend her and the spa to anyone.
Positive experience: Very good service from nurse Yesenia. She was super sweet and did a great job with laser hair removal. I would like to see check in and check out go smoother, as the whole team in very nice there is a lot of waiting, especially when you walk back
Fantastic experience: First time coming to this location. Arrived a few minutes late, and they were accommodating. The staff is very friendly. The location is superbly clean. Did a Dermasweep with Nia. The service was awesome, and Nia was very nice. Would definitely recommend and go again in the near future.
Fantastic experience: Vanessa is amazing! I absolutely love going to her not just for my brows, but for my daughters also. She takes a lot of pride in her work and will wax, tweeze, brush and laminate your brows until they are nothing short of a masterpiece. I also had a dermasweep with her and can’t wait to see her again next month.
Fantastic experience: I love Europhoria! Everyone is professional and friendly. When I send them a message via text, they always answer my questions quickly. They offer amazing services and the nurses really know what will best be suited for you if you ever need a second opinion. The nurses are personable and they make you feel comfortable. I always look forward to my visits and I get compliments all the time from family and friends, on the services I receive.

She always makes me feel comfortable with all treatment and such a Very professional atmosphere. The massages and facials by numerous estheticians have also been one not to forget! Fantastic experience: I had my very first vampire facial with Bianca recently. I was a little nervous going in because I didn’t know what to expect. But she made me feel very comfortable. She periodically asked if I was okay or needed anything. She definitely made my first vampire facial amazing! I also had the pleasure of meeting Sam for the first time. She was very sweet and also helped to make my experience comfortable and easy. Also, McKayla at the front is always so sweet and helpful! Overall, I continue to be satisfied whenever I’m at Europhoria! I can’t wait for my next facial!
Fantastic experience: I grew up in Bakersfield and 14 years ago to move to London, then Dubai then Houston. I have been having wrinkle relaxing treatments for the last ten years in all of the places I lived. I always went to the most expensive, high end spas and medical centers (which in Dubai is very impressive!). I recently moved back to Bakersfield to be closer to family and I thought I would probably need to be traveling to Beverly Hills for wrinkle relaxing treatments but thought I would give Europhoria a try. I was skeptical. Fourteen years ago Bakersfield was a bit less developed than it is now, so to be honest I wasn’t expecting much. I was very impressed with this clinic! It is better than many of the clinics I visited in the cities I have lived in, well known for their beauty treatments. From the aesthetics to the level of professional care that I received was unlike any other I have received in the world. They have you do an initial consultation with a PA to ensure you are a good fit for the treatment. The injectors that they higher are highly skilled. Wrinkle injections IS very much an art form. The practitioner needs to have anatomical knowledge but also an artistic side and an intrinsic understanding of facial muscles and how they work together to deliver the results you want. My last practitioner was in Houston and was an actual dermatologist. I thought she was good until I came to Euphoria. I met with Bianca and explained my concerns and she injected me in places nobody else ever had and well the results are OUTSTANDING! She is very conservative in her approach to ensure the most natural results. I am 45 and was carded when I went to purchase wine!! I laughed and asked the clerk if I look under 21 and she said no but we have to card anyone who looks under 30. I asked if I look under 30 and she said she had me figured for 27-28. Thanks Bianca! Made my day! Bianca’s work is nothing short of amazing. It’s the best wrinkle relaxing treatment I ever received anywhere in the world. And the clinic is very luxurious and professional. Also I had asked every dermatologist, PA, and beauty practitioner and none of them were able to do it. I see now they were injecting in the wrong places but Bianca achieved this for me. I also used a new product (formally I used botox) called Xemoin. It was on special and thought I would give it a try, though I was nervous. This works 100 times better than botox, on me at least. Perhaps I built up a resistance over time. I was never able to get the 11 wrinkles to go away and now they are GONE. I am pleased I will not have to be driving two hours to have my wrinkle relaxing treatment. That this wonderful place is right at my doorstep. Really I am very impressed and I have been to the most high end places in the world and Europhoria is on par with that. Don’t doubt it, just go! You will be very pleased. I am sure their other practitioners are as good as Bianca but I can’t speak first hand about their work. Europhoria is the type of place that only hires the best. But I am sticking with Bianca. I also wanted to add that they use an interesting device that vibrates and you place on your shoulder. It is supposed to help with the pain of the injections as they can be quite painful. I have never seen a tool like this and it worked!!!! Normally I have tears coming out of my eyes when I do my wrinkle relaxing treatments, it can be quite painful and I BARELY even felt this. I can’t wait to try out their other services!
Fantastic experience: Kathleen is patient and kind. She is very calming and has a way of carrying on a light chatter throughout my services that melts away any nerves. In fact the whole staff, from reception to the assistants in the back have been attentive and wonderful. 10/10!
Fantastic experience: I love going to EuroPhoria! Everytime I walk in I am happily greeted, they ask if I need anything before taking me back for my appointment and they let me know that they are available if I have any questions or if I need anything. My NP is Kathleen, the sweetest most funniest young lady ever. She did my Morpheus8 and I just love how comfortable I felt around her and she really took care of my concerns. I will definitely keep going!
Fantastic experience: My fiancé and I have been members at Euphoria for almost a year and have taken full advantage of both medical and non-medical services. The staff at Euphoria is so friendly and welcoming, and really make sure you feel like you're in a high quality, relaxing spa environment while there for a service. The aestheticians are very knowledgeable, happily answer any questions you may have about your service, and are able to tailor your service to best fit your needs (especially services such as facials and massages). Making, changing, and cancelling appointments could not be easier and I really appreciate how tech-forward the coordination capabilities are with things like text reminders for ease of use. Thank you Euphoria for being such an important part of our well-being routine!
Fantastic experience: Everyone at this establishment truly aims to make each experience unique and exciting. All treatments are done with the best products, while giving you great insight as to what they are using and why. The staff are all awesome, Debbie is always so warm and inviting the moment you walk in the door. I also highly recommend spa services from Kate, she’s knows her products and truly helps you relax. Great spa all around, highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: I've been a member of europhoria since 2015. I've had laser hair removal, wrinkle relaxer, a variety of microneedling, facials, cool sculpting, and tanning. I love their euro tanning beds. I've never burned and I get 3 times the tan in 1 session as I would in a traditional bed without the dry skin and redness. I've had incredible results with every procedure I've had done here. I do currently utilize the tanning beds, facials, wrinkle relaxers, and laser hair removal. Laser hair removal has been one of the best decisions I've made. My skin is softer and I save a ton of money and time not having to shave constantly. I recommend this place to all my friends.
Fantastic experience: I had the best customer service with a rep name Erin! She was so helpful to me. She helped me understand any concerns and questions I had. She also was very helpful in answering all my questions. This is why I keep going back to EuroPhoria Medical & Personal Spa and referring them to others. They have the most amazing customer service!! They really do take care of their members.
