Fantastic experience: Right on time! No waiting, extra nice staff and Dr Brewer was fantastic!

Positive experience: This is a practice of two perspectives. The check in and check out girls did not smile, make eye contact or look the slightest bit happy. Behind the doors to patient care were smiling, helpful and engaging employees.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Moellinger worked me into his schedule as an emergency due to my condition. He had me get a scan and upon reviewing my scan, he knew what was causing my problem. We agreed to monitor my condition and return in two weeks for a follow up. He was totally professional in all areas!

Fantastic experience: Always professional , on time and to the point on his medical checkups. We have a great relationship and I trust him.

Fantastic experience: Met with Rachel Maxey this morning (1/13/2026) and she was terrific! She was friendly, informative and professional. I had several questions about changes to my lab results and she answered all of them to my satisfaction. She told me what we could expect if my lab results changed in the future. She told me about the new imaging equipment and techniques available now that will provide new diagnostic and treatment options ongoing.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with my visit to this new office. I was transferring from Dr. Qi to Dr Poole. I found Dr. Poole to be well informed of my previous visits including previous finding and proposed treatment. He took the time to discuss in detail options available for medication that I am taking. I highly recommend the Urology clinic and Dr. Poole.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Poole is a good doctor, but he needs to do a little work on his personality.

Negative experience: I wish they were not closed until December 29th I had no idea. Have a horrible UTI The results are in for my urine culture and it is positive. But they're closed and they cannot help me. I am very very desperate for help

Positive experience: Dr Hamrick is always great. The x-ray technician is disrespectful though.

Negative experience: Amanda (Rachel) was nice, attentive, and knowledgeable and our doctors have been top notch, but overall UCA needs significant help with administration. 1st, the portal has the worst user experience and most doctors do not use it and have not set up a delegate to triage messages for them, although I was thankful that Amanda used it as that was the only way to communicate with her. That brings me to the 2nd administrative point, getting someone on the phone is near impossible. If I am going to call, I need to do so when I have 20-30 minutes of free time - tough to do in the workday. Which brings me to my 3rd point. Today's appt was for 8am. We finally got called in at 830 and an appt that should have taken 15 minutes took just over an hour of our time - 30 minutes waiting, 30 minutes of an appt with Amanda. It is almost as if we do not have jobs and have ample time to sit around. For the type of appt we had today, information should have been disseminated on the portal for us to read and then a 5-7 minute Q&A to ensure that we understood everything and then 5 minutes to draw blood. In and out in under 15 minutes. Lastly, there is something off-putting at the new cancer center building about having all of these bible verses plastered all over the walls. If the goal was motivational and inspirational verses, that can be accomplished in a more non-denominational and inclusive manner that appeals to all faiths. To the practice administrator: The administrative management of the practice is going to kill you guys. There is an overall lack of efficiency, lack of attention to details, and lack of respect for the value of the customers'/patients' time, to name a few. Do the practitioners at UCA even realize what is going on? Who is managing the management? I hope to see things improve.

Negative experience: Anna Hartley Allen was supposed to call back. Did not. Was supposed to call in pain medicine. Did not. Had to go back to the ER the next morning and Dr. Holley did surgery that night. Dr. Holley deserves 5 Stars but Allen deserves 0.

Negative experience: I went in to see a PA Anna Hartley Allen and I was scanned for a kidney stone. She told me she didnt know how to read the results but she would get with radiology and call me back the next day. I never heard another word from her or Urologist or Radiology. Called placed on hold for 10 minutes and gave up. Complete waste of time and I will refuse to pay any of this bill for lack of caring or results.

Negative experience: Doctor said she was calling me in a prescription. They never called it in. I’ve tried calling the office and can’t get in touch with nobody.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Poole was extremely professional, courteous and efficient. I didn’t have to wait long, I didn’t have to ask a lot of questions, he guided me through the entire process and was very clear and concise on what I needed to do and what was needed to be done moving forward.

Negative experience: Anna Hartly Allen was zero help for us. Expressed my husband's situation and she told us shes never of his issue and said get a second opinion. Ended up in the ER the next day for the condition we went to seek help for. While in the ER we were able to get an immediate appointment with a PA and while he doesn't know the answers yet, he heard us out and gave us a solid plan. Including an emergency kit so that we won't have to go to the ER again! She didn't even order blood work.
