Fantastic experience: Big up, w mans cleaned my teeth good, The Tooth Whisperer Himself – James! Let me tell you about the Picasso of plaque, the wizard of whitening, the flossing philosopher — JAMES. This man didn’t just clean my teeth, he liberated them. I walked in with molars that felt like they’d been through a dust storm and walked out feeling like I could chew through titanium (not recommended). James didn’t just clean — he performed dental jazz. His instruments sang like a smooth saxophone solo while he educated me on gums like he had a PhD in Mouthology (probably not a real thing but if it was, he’d be the dean). Also, the guy has the gentlest hands I’ve ever encountered. I barely knew he was in there, and suddenly—BAM!—my smile was shinier than a disco ball at a dentist convention. 10/10 would let James poke around my mouth again. Give this man a cape. He’s a hero

Fantastic experience: Started Invisalign attachments and retainers yesterday. Feeling a little strange with stuff in my mouth. No complaints. It was an easy process with Dr. Lacy Gilbert. I haven't had too many questions bwcause Dr. Gilbert gave me a very good tutorial.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this office for about 3 years, give or take. I have Ariel as my hygienist and I would highly recommend her if you are Gen Z or have bad anxiety. She will make your visit enjoyable. I have super sensitive teeth and as soon as I sit in the chair, she applies the numbing topical and gets right to work. All of the staff are friendly as well

Fantastic experience: Well my final adventure with Dr Tanner has come an end. After I ignored my dental needs because of family challenges Dr Tanner fix a total of 11 teeth. Procedures ranged from bridges to caps and extractions. I only had one other encounter with a dentist that could give me a shot with minimal discomfort but not Dr. Tanner no discomfort or pain (You are #1): even the 3 extractions I felt minimum discomfort. Dr. Tanner explains the procedures but confirms my comfort is a priority always after I had been in the chair for several hours. Dr. Tanner and Jordan work quickly and efficiently as a great team, but not missing a detail. Yes, I would recommend this team to meet your dental needs because they will surprise you with their expertise and caring. I can not thank you enough Dr Tanner and Jordan for taking care of me and my teeth. Now I can eat on both sides and even smile even on the beach!

Fantastic experience: What an amazing visit and cleaning today with Angelica. She was so gentle, caring and thorough. Not one second was I uncomfortable. She explained every area of my mouth that was prone to the build up of tartar and how to care for those areas. Dr. Sara examined my mouth and found a filling had popped off and she will repair it complimentary. I am so happy I found this practice. They truly excel in their expertise and their equipment is the best and state of the art. Chris was also helpful in making me comfortable while waiting for the Doctor. I feel like they are friends ! Fantastic experience: We moved down to SW Florida 3 years ago, and after bouncing around, we settled on Pelican Landing Dental. Our experience was exceptional in all aspects! My wife has perfect teeth, so she was able to get away with a general cleaning. Unfortunately, I had to have deeper cleaning, replacement fillings, and crowns. The team I had, consisting of Dr. Sara, Lizzy, Janou, and Jordy, was absolutely beyond my expectations. There has been a great deal of change for me in this last year and I had my first appointment (after cleaning) with you just yesterday. The numbing medication was so effective, I didn’t even feel the novacaine injection. What a pleasant surprise and relief. They checked in continually to make sure all was okay. I am 95 yrs old and my daughter helps me get about with my walker. When the staff comes to get me from the waiting room I feel comfortable and safe going to the examination room without my daughter. Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Dental Hygienist Mike. He took great care in doing the best job cleaning my teeth. I appreciate the care and attention he took. I’ve been coming here for 7 years and have not been disappointed.

Fantastic experience: The place itself was pretty nice, clean with more luxurious feeling in general. All of the staff were so nice and gentle with their approach, so professional. I went there cause I had one of my upper left teeth (#15) broken, and I had it for at least 2.5 months, but always something stood on my way, so I couldn’t get it fixed, but finally I decided to do so. Anyway, I went there and my first impression was pretty nice, because of the appearance of the place, and then the friendliest way of treatment! After the evaluation of my problem with this particular tooth, I got to the point that I had only two choices, extracting the tooth, or fixing it. The first option was the cheapest one, but that’s common sense, the second one though was insanely high, they quoted me for over $4K, for just one tooth, I mean root canal, and then the crown, + few fillings here and there, so over $4K, as I mentioned already. I know these things are expensive, but didn’t expect to be that expensive, anyway, I agreed to come back on the following morning, for extraction, but then later when I got back home, I decided to do a another quick research, and luckily I was able to find another place close to where I live, and not only that, they scheduled me to be there for the next 30 minutes, which was awesome. I went to the new place, they did the same procedures quickly, and at the end they gave me better price for extracting my tooth, and not only doing the bone grafting as well, included in the same price that I got from Pelican Landing, just for extracting, but bone grafting wasn’t included, and that’s the reason I never returned for my morning appointment. I’m giving the place a 5 ⭐️ review, because I respect the way how the place appears, and the way of treatment during the visit, but unfortunately can’t say the same for their transparency in terms of speaking of prices, negotiations, and even honesty, and all that just because I found out that the service that I requested at the both places were exactly the same, and it turned out that my insurance would cover pretty big portion of my duties, but somehow at the second place I was able to get price for the exact same service, with at least $800 less in savings, when extraction and bone grafting where included, for the same amount that I had to pay with Pelican Landing, for just extraction, so I guess everyone will do their own conclusion about this matter.

After an atrocious and horrible experience at another dentist just 2 weeks before, they immediately took me in and took care of me. Starting with Corbin who bent over backwards to accommodate all my needs. Lola who helped me deal with follow ups with the previous dentist so I wouldn't have to deal with them anymore. Jackie is the best dental hygienist I have ever had in my life. She is so thorough and always just has a happy and positive demeanor. Diana who helped through the process just kept me laughing. And Dr. Sara - she explained everything in a way that I could understand what was happening. At the end of the day, there is no other place I will go for dental needs. Fantastic experience: I am new to the practice and was very impressed. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Lexi was my hygienist and she is very good. I have sensitive teeth so she put a numbing gel on them before she did the cleaning. I got through an entire clean and check without my teeth hurting for a change. I had to have two crowns and some bonding on two teeth, Vivian and Dr. Sarah took care of that. Very considerate and careful. I had to be sedated, so Tiffany drove me home since I only live five minutes away. I thought that was very nice. Above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience, getting an appointment as a new patient for an evaluation of a sore gum. They gave me a next day appointment. They later called back and got me in the same day. They referred me to an endodontist who I had seen previously who gave me an appointment in a week. The Pelican Landing dentist call the endodontist back and insisted that he see me the same day. They have been very accommodating in answering all my questions and calming my fears.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lacey Gilbert started the replacement of an old broken crown yesterday. She worked very professionally and confidently with her excellent dental assistant in removing the old crown, taking an impression and applying a temporary crown. I was very satisfied with their pain management and work during the process.

Negative experience: This is the first review I have left that it is not positive! I left this practice (along with others I know) as it is always looking for the next sale. I have never been in a medical setting, that is always telling you services that you do not need: X-rays, crowns, etc. If you ask for just a Cleaning you must have an exam, even If you have had one in the last four months. This is a secondary's practice for me, as my main dentist is at home. They do not accommodate this relationship. Stay away, they have high overhead and need your dollars!!!
