Fantastic experience: Very happy with the excellent, compassionate service at Summerlin Dental. Dr Feeney took plenty of his valuable time to listen to my concerns, provide clear answers , and I’m looking forward to working with this group for all my dental care needs!

Negative experience: I made my routine cleaning appointment months ago, put it on my calendar and took time off work for it. I got calls from Summerlin Dental which went to Voice-mail because I was at work, in the Voice-mail they asked if I could switch my appointment time to earlier in the day. I called back the very next day and was told they gave away my appointment to someone else because I didnt confirm in time! So I would have to reschedule for another day. I asked them why they didnt say that I needed to confirm appointment ASAP on the Voice-mail, and was told its against their policy due HIPPA rules. Funny because when they charged my insurance 2k for invisalign work that I didnt receive - that wasnt against policy, but me calling the day before my appointment to confirm said appointment is. I only found out that they had been collecting money from my insurance monthly because my insurance explanation of benefits showed paymemt for work I never received. Shady customer service, will be finding a new dentist, and I recommend if you do get services here check that they arent billing your insurance for services you never received.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Summerlin Dental after moving from Ohio. I was a little concerned about transitioning to a new dental office after 25 years in Cleveland. I had a terrific experience at Summerlin from the transparency of pricing to the excellent care from my dental hygienist and confident feeling that I had made the right choice after meeting the dentist! Would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: I had to find a new Dentist because my previous one quit taking my insurance. I called Summerlin Dental and they got me in right away. They cleaned and x-rayed my teeth and found a cavity. They fixed it the next day.

Fantastic experience: I went for my 6 month cleaning today. Mia is the best hygienist ever. She is the most kind , caring and compassionate hygienist out there. She always goes the extra mile . Summerlin dental is soooo lucky to have her! Dr. Patri is so kind and caring, and professional and so very gentle. Best dentist ever! Both Mia and Dr. Patri always make you feel comfortable and take time to explain what is going on or procedure to be done. I feel so very fortunate to have these providers taking care of my dental health.

Fantastic experience: Great service and super kind staff , I needed an oral surgeon and instead of referring me out and having to establish with another office to get my work done and going somewhere else they have an in house surgeon that comes I think once or twice a week so I got all my dental work done and my oral surgery done in one office. Highly worth it in my opinion. I’ve had my six front teeth done with crowns and they look absolutely AMAZING I get compliments on them all the time on how good they look and when they did the two implants in the back of my mouth on a separate visit they called to check on me the next morning at home to make sure all was well… love summerlin dental and staff !!!! Just look at those front crown’s I LOVE THEM and feel so much more confident about my smile.

Fantastic experience: I was a bit nervous to try a new dentist, but I’m so glad I did!! This place was friendly, helpful and patient with me. I’m always super scared and very uncomfortable at the dentist. My hygienist Diana was FANTASTIC!! She was kind, and one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had.. my teeth feel brand new. She talked to me about my gums and how to keep them healthy and steps to take to make sure they stay healthy.. she is great, I’ll she’ll be taking care of my teeth from now on!! Dr.Adam Coric was also very nice and made me feel comfortable. Glad I took the chance to try a new dentist!! Definitely will be telling everyone about this new place!!

Fantastic experience: I have been trying to find a good dentist since I moved to Florida about 5 years ago. After trying several different dentists that were not satisfactory, I finally asked my doctor which dentist she uses. Her answer was Summerlin Dental. She was correct, they are the best! I received a thorough examination, better than any I have ever had anywhere. When they discovered a cracked tooth with a cavity, they enlarged photos of my tooth so that I could see what they were talking about. I saw my tooth up on a screen from 2 angles, and it was obvious what needed to be done to fix the damage. I highly recommend Summerlin Dental!

From the X-rays to the polishing, I know and could feel that the examination went great. Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, due to an accident I had my first cleaning in over a year and I thought that it wasn't going to be a very good check up. Most people are apprehensive about going to the dentist. But today, it was much different than I anticipated. My new dental hygienist, Katy was AMAZING. The last time I was here I had a great experience, but this time it was even much better than before My wife had an appointment the week prior and she was in the dental field for over 25 years. She also had Katy too. My wife said it was the BEST oral examine that she had ever had and the cleaning was FANTASTIC as well. THANK YOU Katy for being an outstanding dental hygienist and even a better person. God Bless

Positive experience: The cleaning was good. Telling me that I had a balance due of $78 sucked! My plan covers cleanings twice a year. It was only after I protested of what the additional were for did the attendant tell me it was for fluoride treatment and for some other service. Both are optional. This is not the way you should be doing business.

Fantastic experience: The staff are all very nice and professional. My regular dental hygienist went home sick before my appointment and another hygienist filled in for her, so there was no cancellation. They are very aware of any specific needs and accommodate accordingly.

Fantastic experience: 1. 2. 3 is a charm. 1 = can't be saved, we can have you in dentures by tomorrow. 2 = over 4k in work. 3 = exceptional care, there was adequate information provided along with Q&A. As my other experiences were frightening at best, I was honestly prepared for the worst, but the amazing staff at Summerlin Dental turned my frown, upside down. A very organized operation, with exceptional staff, I can't possibly say enough, best experience ever, and at the dentist.

She monitored pain medication to keep local pain completely controlled. Bleeding was minimal. She is thoroughly professional, compassionate trustworthy. Negative experience: Had a parshal put in, didn't fit correctly, worked on it and ended up worse, said they would send for a new one, when it came in it was a cheap plastic that fit absolutely terrible, didn't come close to matching my original teeth, was up a quarter inch higher than my front teeth, still not resolved, spent close to 3000$ not satisfied, called to talk with the general manager, wasn't in, after explaining in detail what happened to receptionist said would have her call me the following day, NO CALL

Fantastic experience: I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I avoid it which is probably why I needed 4 fillings and a crown. This is the first time I have went to a dentist and was satisfied with the service and the outcome. Dr. Patri is the best dentist that has ever worked on my mouth. Summerlin Dental is a top notch place but I still do not look forward to going back lol. keep up the good work.

A warm and friendly greeting at the check-in desk, and the option to complete paperwork online beforehand made the process easy. The hygienist called promptly, within 5 minutes of arrival. What a wonderful experience from the moment I stepped in the door. The facility is spotless and so well done. The reception staff are all so welcoming and helpful. Patty, my hygienist is absolutely wonderful!!!! She explains everything so well, and answered all my questions. She is very thorough and yet so gentle. I was truly amazed. Dr. Feeney also examined my mouth, teeth and fillings, etc. He, too is very thorough and gentle. A small chip was found in one of my childhood fillings, with the recommendation that the filling eventually be redone. My previous dental practice, about seven years ago told me I should have all the fillings replaced! Summerlin Dental Care is honest! No upselling from them at all. State of the art equipment as well. Honestly, I can't give enough praise for Summerlin Dental Care! I can hardly wait for my next cleaning with Patty! Seriously!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I fell down the stairs and planted my teeth on an antique planter. I was bleeding and feared that I had lost my front teeth. Summerlin was able to see me right away. They fit me in, recommended that we re-attach it to see if that worked vs immediately going down the more costly new crown path which I appreciate so much, and sent me on my way in under an hour.
