Fantastic experience: My name is Fabio. Jennifer has been my assistant through my wisdom teeth surgery on Monday, and she, along with the rest of the staff, is absolutely lovely. They recommended I do the plasma shots when I got my wisdom teeth removed — I recommend it 100%! It’s day two, and I accidentally came to the wrong follow-up appointment because I already feel so good. I was able to eat normal food on day two — crazy! Also, I love Jennifer, by the way. Very caring staff!

Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough about our experience at OC Max Surgery! Dr. Kwon was absolutely incredible. The entire staff from the front desk to the nurses were amazing. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and caring. My son had four wisdom teeth removed. We were in the office for less than an hour and his follow up appointment a week later was outstanding. Even with four teeth removed, he had basically no pain at all. Read that again, no pain at all! He had the Exparel which basically eliminated all the pain for the first three days. Best thing ever! Also, he had the PRF which helped incredibly with the healing. Neither of these was an option when I had my teeth removed decades ago, and I wish they had been! One week post surgery, all of his restrictions on food and activities have been lifted! The skilled staff combined with the Exparel and PRF made my son‘s experience better than we could’ve imagined. Thank you Dr. Kwon & the entire staff at OC Max Surgery!

Fantastic experience: I don't even know where to start! From the beginning, it was amazing. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and extremely helpful with any questions I had. I've gone to dentists before and have always felt uneasy voicing my concerns bc it always felt like they were never taken seriously or almost laughed at. I've never felt more seen and heard than at OC Max. Even when communicating with the doctor, Dr. Farshidi was extremely supportive and patient with hearing my concerns. I was going to get all four wisdom teeth removed (2 were impacted) under anesthesia. He explained the procedure very thoroughly which helped me a lot since I'm very anxious around dentists and needles. The day of the procedure I was very nervous. I had let the doctor and nurses know I had issues with needles mainly bc I've had other nurses mess up my IV every time Ive needed one in the past. The nurses were very sweet and helpful in keeping me calm. I know I wasn't an easy patient given my anxiety around the procedure, but they were awesome nonetheless. One nurses was very gentle with the IV while the other nurses talked me through it. When the nurse finished the IV the doctor came in and started the anesthetic. They asked me a few questions about how I was feeling and about myself while putting a sheet to cover my eyes. The conversation was probably about 2-4 minutes and the last thing I remember is telling them "thank you" haha! When I finally was aware of my surroundings, I was already on the way home! I was nervous that waking up would hurt a lot and have swelling since I had impacted teeth in an already overcrowded mouth. But it's almost midnight and still have had no swelling and can open my mouth wide. I've seen other people struggle while having easier teeth to pull. So I can confidently say Dr. Farshidi is the best dentist/surgeon I've gone to! The procedure lasted less than 40 minutes :) I would definitely recommend coming here for wisdom teeth extractions!! I am excited to come back for my check up!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, the staffs are very nice, and attend you right away. Had an x ray done then recently got a tooth extraction. Before the extractions I got 3 options whether to have laughing gas, anesthesia, or just numbing (awake.) I chose the last option; overall it was completely painless and healing process is going pretty well! Definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: I recently had 4 dental implants from OC Max Surgery. I'm extremely claustrophobic and have difficulty with routine dental work. So I was anxious and nervous about moving forward with dental implants. OC Max Surgery was amazing! From the very first appointment they made sure I was comfortable and confident in the procedure. Dr. Kwan explained the entire procedure in detail and how they would address my situation. Dr. Kwan did my 4 dental implants in one hour. I never had any pain or discomfort from the surgery. Fantastic experience: Had my wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. William Kwon and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m usually super anxious about anything dental, but he and his team made me feel comfortable and at ease. The office staff were very kind—from the first phone call to the techs doing my xrays. Scheduling was easy and they even fit me in for a same-day procedure to accommodate my hour-long drive. Dr. Kwon is super kind and knowledgeable; he explained all there was to know about my tooth and the extraction clearly. He used PRF and Exparel, which I’d never heard of, but it really helped with healing and made recovery smooth. I truly had minimal pain and swelling post-op! The procedure itself was much quicker than I expected; Dr. Kwon is definitely super skilled. He would even check-in on me to make sure I was feeling ok and not anxious during the procedure. I truly had a positive experience at this office and am very grateful for Dr.Kwon and his team!

Fantastic experience: Amazing, amazing, amazing! I have visited other places before and am grateful to have found this place. The quality of care, professionalism, and friendliness is exceptional. Had tooth extractions and a bone graft, and Dr Kwon and his (assistants and front) staff were great in explaining the plan of care, breaking down the costs, and taking care of scheduling. I paid out-of-pocket and it was more affordable than other places who take insurance. I also had absolutely no pain whatsoever from the extractions. They helped me with my nerves in making sure I felt comfortable. I return in a few months for my implant. I’m actually very excited to get my health taken care of. Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom teeth taken out two weeks ago by Dr. Farshidi. Everyone was so nice and helpful, and they let me come in without an appointment when I had an issue. Jennifer was also very helpful and she gave me her phone number in case I had a question. I was advised to get the PRF treatment and it helped the healing process. I was worried about dry socket since everyone says that it's extremely painful but I had minimal to no pain and everything healed very quickly. Everyone was amazing and I am glad I got my surgery here.

Fantastic experience: I got my wisdom teeth taken out at the ripe age of 14, and let me tell you that was a scary experience. This was my first real surgery, so I was afraid of the anestesia and pain that comes along with the aftermath. Luckily, I had an amazing surgery and healed quickly. Dr. Farshidi and his crew are very professional and the surgery is as quick as a blink of an eye. If Dr. Farshidi offers, I strongly suggest you investing in a way he makes a blood clot that significantly lessens pain and recovery time. I had the blessing to be able to afford this blood clot, and it’s been a week since the surgery and i’m feeling amazing. Dr. Farshidi and his team are very trustworthy people, and very nice too.

Fantastic experience: Great doctor! Got me in and out very quickly. Consult was very thorough and everything was explained very well. Staff was very kind and patient. I’m one week post wisdoms teeth removal for all four and healing up amazing. I also was recommended the PFR treatment and would 10/10 recommend for others. I had no bleeding within 30 minutes of getting home and the pain was not as bad as I thought it would be for getting all four out. Thank you to all the staff and Dr. Farshidi for the amazing work!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience! I’ve always been terrified of the dentist, which is why I put off getting my wisdom teeth removed for so long. But Dr. Farshidi and his entire team completely changed that for me. From pre-op to post-op, the care was exceptional. They were not only professional, but also incredibly compassionate every step of the way. Jennifer was especially caring and informative throughout the process, helping ease my nerves and making sure I felt comfortable and prepared. One thing I have to highlight is the Exparel injection they offered. I was hesitant at first, thinking it might just be a money grab, but I’m SO glad I went for it. It made a huge difference in my recovery. I had no pain even in the first few days after surgery, which is usually the hardest part. The tooth was close to hitting the nerve, so he carefully removed just the top portion. Today they checked and confirmed it’s healing well. He was professional and friendly with the financial part of the experience. Dr. Farshidi was so patient, kind, and paid great attention to my need for numbing to help make me feel more at ease with the surgery. A week later I had the pleasure of being seen for my follow up appointment by Jennifer. She was so lovely in her professional, friendly demeanor. She explained how to continue healing treatments for the remaining month and told me everything is healing perfectly. All in all this place is so welcoming, professional and you absolutely leave smiling!

From the moment I arrived there i was treated very nicely and professionally by the front desk person. Did not wait at all for Dr Farshidi to check me. Both him and the staff made me feel very comfortable at all times. He explained the procedure and was able to get it done that same day. Oh and by the way the injection for the pain he gave me, let me just tell you, it worked wonders. I had little to no pain after the procedure was done.

Fantastic experience: I had 8 teeth removed, all at once, at OC MAX. Everyone was so kind and made the process a lot less nerve wracking (I had never been put to sleep or had surgery in my life). I barely had any noticeable swelling after my surgery and the pain was tolerable as well! Thank you to the OC MAX team for doing such an amazing job and for being so caring of their patients.

My father had implant surgery done by Dr. Farshidi, and he truly believes Dr. Farshidi is the best dentist in the world and he feels super lucky to have had Dr. Farshidi do the surgery . Before the surgery, my father was worried about all the possible discomforts and complications that can come with dental implants. But thanks to Dr. Farshidi’s expertise, the entire procedure was completely pain-free, and afterward, there was no bleeding, no swelling, and best of all—no pain whatsoever!! The staff at OC Max are incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Jennifer. I can't thank her enough for taking such great care of my father throughout the entire process and giving us the best experience we've ever had! My father, who only speaks Chinese, was very anxious about the surgery because he didn’t know how he would be able to communicate during the procedure. But that all changed when he met Jennifer, who immediately put him at ease. As someone who happens to speak Chinese, Jennifer patiently answered all of my father's questions (and trust me, he had a lot!!). She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure he felt comfortable every step of the way, and treated him with genuine care and kindness. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Jennifer is incredibly knowledgeable, which gave us even more confidence in the entire process. She also called to check on how he was feeling after the surgery and made sure he was following after-care instructions. Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Positive experience: got wisdom teeth extracted. I had a designated driver come in with me per request. I was sent home very fast; my friend, the driver, left without recieving post op information. They had wheeled me to my car and that was it. I received the cleaning instructions I needed a week afterwards on my checkup along with the cleaning syringe I should have received earlier. They sit with u while u review at the checkup that was a lil weird. No problems with the surgery itself. They're all very nice. The office itself is clean and modern. The door is a little hard to find.

Fantastic experience: I’m happy with the service provided here. DR Farshidi did the service and the healing process was quick and I didn’t get any infection either. No pain during surgery only afterwards but I took care of it with ibuprofen medication.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by my boss Dr. Peter Truong at OC family Orthodontics. I saw Dr. Kwon and he did such an amazing job. I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed and the overall pain level for the whole experience was a 4 or 5 out of 10. The only time I felt pain was day 3-5 from jaw soreness and healing pains. I came in for a consultation where the entire process went smoothly and we were able to identify a foreign object in my left side area from a previous removal at a different oral surgeon. When I came in for my wisdom teeth removal surgery, the entire process was quick and he got out the foreign object. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: On my first visit, I was so scared stepping into the office for my consultation because I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed. The day of my actual appt. the staff helped me to my room and i felt so overwhelmed and scared but the staff did amazing, i cannot thank Dr. Farzin assistants enough for helping me during my break down with needles . They reassured me everything was going to be fine and im back here for my check up and jennifer was super nice during my check up appointment and assuring all my concerns. Fantastic experience: This clinic was able to perform the dental surgery I needed, which other clinics refused and said was impossible, everything was painless and high-quality, the staff knows and does their job well, I will contact them again when I need to get implants.
