Like every kid, they get a bit scared BUT Smilee Dental is quick to change that frown upside down.Even the office is so kid friendly! Fill with life and color. Damm I might even come here! If I can give more 5 stars I would.

From the front office staff to the Dr’s, they are all patient and handle our kids with TLC as if they were theirs. Fantastic experience: amazing service 10 out of 10 recommend awesome workers take care of you amazing treat there costumers like family. also front office helps you with anything speak spanish and english and help out with all patients and everyone is family friendly and treat everyone like there supposed to be treated everywhere. if you don’t feel good they let you know to come back if anything and make sure you leave with nice teeth and have a good experience.

Positive experience: I decided to try Smilee Dental because of its excellent online reviews, especially its focus on pediatric dental care. My previous dental office didn't prioritize children or offer great customer service, so I was hopeful about this new place. Appointment and Waiting Time: Although I made an appointment, I had to wait about 25 minutes past my scheduled time. The lobby is small and often crowded, which can be a bit uncomfortable. Friendly Staff and Atmosphere: The dental assistant was very friendly, making the initial wait more bearable. Once inside the office, I was greeted by a welcoming atmosphere. The dentist was kind, knowledgeable, and did not pressure me into unnecessary procedures, which I greatly appreciated. Scheduling and Communication: When it was time to leave, they automatically scheduled my next appointment for about six months later. They provided me with a card showing the new appointment date but did not communicate this verbally or ask for my preference. Overall Experience: Despite the long wait time and the cramped lobby, Smilee Dental is a solid choice for children's dental care. The friendly staff and knowledgeable dentist make it a great option for families looking for a kid-friendly dental office.

Negative experience: They start a treatment and half way they don’t feel comfortable so they decide to refer to another office because Dr doesn’t feel trusted. All because my husband doesn’t understand english and the assignment was telling my him that they had two options to treat so he said do what ever you think is best and fast since baby was wrapped.

Fantastic experience: Both of my children haven’t complained about a dentist visit so far, on the contrary they are always excited to go in and see the staff, play in the waiting room with all the tablets, watch a movie while getting their cleaning done and choosing a toy after every visit. The staff is also amazing, very comforting and friendly with the children, very explanatory as well when explaining to the children as well to the parent what will be done during that visit so children aren’t unaware of what there visit is looking like. 10/10 recommend

Fantastic experience: I took my son in for a cleaning and x-rays for his first visit and the staff was amazing everyone was so friendly from our encounter with the front desk to the assessment with the vitals and x-rays to the final procedure, everyone was accommodating and made my child feel at ease. They were all compassionate and caring. I highly recommend if your child needs dental services this is the place to go.
