Negative experience: Would not recommend the mid town office. I listened to the hygienists speaking negatively about the dental group. the hygienist that checked me out stated she was stressed and not used to working on Fridays. Overall un professional. Someone like myself who has anxiety issues going to the dentist; I can say they always help to decrease that anxiety whether I am just there for general checkup with cleaning or having any dental procedures. They are truly the BEST!

Fantastic experience: Iam a 100% service connected disabled Veteran. My parents took amazing care of my teeth. The Navy did a very good job as well. But after being discharged, dental care by VA has been hit and miss. Until NOW. Habersham Dental goes above and beyond to take care of its Veterans. Staff is always WELCOMING. They are thoughtful and kind. Iam almost 70, they have been taking care of me for over 2 years. I hope they continue.

Negative experience: I drove from Pooler for an x-ray? Not the best use of my time. The Tech wasn't sure how to use the equipment, which was obvious. I was most disappointed by today's appointment, it was a waste of my time and fuel. My dentist didn't make it in today and I should have been rescheduled.

I have always been a huge dental phobe but felt very safe in their office on Habersham St.. And it doesn't ' smell' like a dentist office, which is very comforting to those of us with pervasive sensory issues. I will be returning in a few days for a cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I went to the dentist today for the first time in a very long time. Kayla, the hygienist and the dentist were so amazing. No judgement just moving forward. It was also the first time a dentist and hygienist explained every move and each decision. I felt like they cared about my understanding every step and not just cleaning my teeth and getting me out. Fantastic experience: My first visit to Habersham Dental was like a return visit. No one would have known it was my first visit. The staff, including the dentists were welcoming, friendly, and efficient They are "real" people who understand the needs of real people. I have a second appointment this week and I look forward to a visit to the dentist.i made a call it received a friendly and informative conversation. Phone call, information text to complete, reminder text messages of appointment, I even got one on the day of the appointment. I I did not get my work completed, same day but an appointment was set for me the same the follow-up appointment was set for me in a couple of days I left smiling even though I did not walk in smiling. Habersham dental is a great place to visit.

Fantastic experience: I was at the Habersham Dental office on 3/19/2025 my experience there was the best in service as well as the staff that is concern on my dental needs I am very happy to have a dentist that really cares for their clients

Positive experience: Dr. John was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything very clearly, took a photo so we could discuss it on the screen and he gave me very reasonable options. However, it would have been nice if the first young lady had told me what she was going to do before trying to get X-rays. She asked if a gagging reflex hurt. Surely she should know this “condition “ doesn’t hurt. It’s just a nuisance for which she seemed to have little understanding.

Fantastic experience: We went in for x-rays and a consultation with Dr. Soulakos. The staff was very nice and patient with us. They answered all our questions and made us feel like we were the only people who mattered to them. It took a lot of time to set up the follow-up appointment trying to find a date that would work with our schedules. They didn't rush us at all. Dr. Soulakos met with us to set a time to get the procedure done as soon as possible. We are so grateful for the team at Habersham Dental.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Habersham dental for many years! They have always been professional and have been able to get me in for emergency issues in a quick manner. Dr. Crider has been awesome, the implant process has been extremely smooth. They are an awesome practice.

Fantastic experience: I had a problem with a tooth and called Habersham Dental after 2:00pm. The receptionist was very professional as she had me hold a moment to see if they could fit me in. They did and saw me 30mins later. The dental assistant was kind and friendly. Then a new doctor came in and quickly handled the problem. He appears to be a great addition to the team.
