Fantastic experience: Both of my sons had their wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Brewer, and we had a great experience. He is an excellent doctor—very professional and caring. He explained everything clearly before and after the surgery, and even followed up with a phone call to make sure they were doing well. Remarkably, neither of my sons needed any pain medication afterward. They experienced only mild discomfort that went away within 2–3 days. I’m very happy with the care and service we received and highly recommend Dr. Brewer.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Park and his staff were extremely kind and professional. Dr. Park explained the process of my extraction and after a few days called to check in on the healing process. The swelling went down after a few days and the healing has been smooth. Overall after needing an emergency tooth extraction I’m glad this is where I came they did a fantastic job!

Positive experience: The dental and orthodontic treatment is superb! However their billing practices and charging system is flawed. If a patient/client has dental insurance, why not charge the insurance company instead of collecting from the patient, which may later results in an over pay and or refund. Other than that the establishment is clean, professional, comfortable, and friendly.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was referred to this office by our dentist for wisdom teeth removal. From start to finish and from the office staff to the medical team-were GREAT. We were warmly welcomed both in person and via telephone. She went in for her appt and every team member treated my notably nervous teen with care and consideration. Her surgeon introduced herself to me and to my daughter before hand and came to let me know everything went great after. I was informed with step by step care after and zero guess work. That evening, her surgeon (Dr. Arcan) called to check in my daughter and gave me her cell to keep her updated. I don’t think I've ever had a physician check back in on my post surgical care so I was super appreciative that Dr. Arcan took the time to do so AND did multiple follow ups in addition when my teen was dealing with some unexpected, severe pain. We just went back for her 1 week follow up and everything went smoothly. 10/10 recommend for incredible efficiency and genuine care. I'll be back with my other children when it's their time to have their wisdom teeth removed.

Fantastic experience: I had infections from my previous dental implant, and so I have trauma about dental surgeries... Dr Kevin Brewer understood my concern. He was very caring, taking time to explain the procedure and answering my questions. My implant was a success: no pain from the shots and no infections afterwards. Fantastic experience: I got referred by my dentist to get my wisdom teeth extracted here. From the moment I walked into the aesthetic lobby, everyone was very friendly and made my experience great. The overall procedure went especially well, and even though all of mine were impacted, I recovered fully in just a span of 3 days! I know it depends on the person, but considering how bad they were impacted, I gotta give kudos to the surgeon. She also was nice enough to follow up with check-in calls to see how I was doing, which I appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Wow. I never thought I could feel comfortable at a dental office. Everyone is very professional, and does a great job informing you of everything you need to know. Dr. Caroline who extracted my wisdom teeth that were sitting on a nerve, did a fantastic job. People can see if a person has a serving mindset and heart, and you can definitely see it in Dr. Caroline. I felt like she was a friend. I was the most comfortable during the surgery because of the sedation but very high quality work done by Dr. Caroline allowed smooth healing and recovery afterwards. Thank you! Fantastic experience: Dr. Brewer and the entire staff were considerate and caring. The removal of the cracked tooth and the implant went smoothly and pain free.

Negative experience: Had a minor elective surgery done months ago and everything went fine until they send me a bill in the mail months later when it was all meant to be covered by insurance. I had multiple conversations with the incompetent insurance coordinator about making sure everything was covered and her excuse is that my insurance interval was already met. I easily would have waited till the new year so my insurance would reset if the insurance coordinator would have done her job and checked.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had three oral surgery’s here and each experience was outstanding. The staff is friendly and professional and the doctors are excellent. I had surgery at 10:00 am went back to my office at noon. No pain or problems. Dr. Arcan called me at 6:30 pm to see how I was feeling. Very impressive.

Fantastic experience: The California Oral Surgery center is a beautiful, state of the art facility with a staff that is amazing. My Mom, who is 90, is the one who had the surgery and the staff were so kind and attentive with her. Her doctor, Dr. Arcan was wonderful and took excellent care of my Mom. She personally phoned my Mom at home after the surgery to check on her and staff called several times during the week to check on her also before returning for her followup. I wish I could remember all the names of the staff as they were all so kind, however I'd like to give a shout out to Chris and April. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brewer and the entire team are AMAZING! I've spent my whole life with dentists - as a child losing a front adult tooth at 7 with a root canal to put it back in, through oral surgeries, full on wire braces, night appliances, root canals... etc. I am dental averse... Dr. Brewer removed my back molar which was eating itself from the inside out (my non-professional version). This extraction was so much better, with easier limited pain results. This encouraged me to proceed with the prelim prep for an implant - a process I could move forward with or decide not to go for it. This process to - little pain, perfect healing. Made the decision easy to move forward with the implant process. (My personal dentist, Dr. Lownam in Seal Beach finished up with the crown). Dr. Brewer and the team still make periodic appointments to confirm everything is ok. I recommend Dr. Brewer and the entire entire entire staff to any dental averse person. SO HAPPY, SO PLEASED, SO GRATEFUL to all of them. <3

Fantastic experience: As someone who has never had surgery or been given anesthesia, I was extremely terrified of my wisdom teeth procedure, causing me to put it off for years. I finally grew the courage to do it after having a consultation with Dr. Caroline. She took her time to explain everything to me in detail, and even though my case was more complicated, she was calm and confident. I had 5 wisdom teeth, not 4. The three upper ones seemed to be partially INSIDE my sinuses, and the two bottom ones were practically touching the nerve- all grown in weirdly and inconveniently. On the day of the procedure my anxiety was through the roof and Dr. Caroline and her team took extra measures to make sure I was comfortable before giving me the IV anesthesia (the scariest part for me). They spoke to me and distracted me while giving me the laughing gas to lower my heart rate. Finally she put the needle in and I was out. I woke up at 10am and it was over. She was able to get every piece of tooth out, and did not even have to leave the roots in the bottom teeth. Dr. Caroline’s expertise and gentle method of removing the teeth made for a very smooth recovery. She even called me in the evening after the surgery to make sure I was okay. The pain mediation helped me manage the pain which was only bad for the first 3-4 days, and I had zero bruising on my face, just swelling which went away by the 6th day. I just had my follow up with Dr. Caroline yesterday and everything is healing perfectly. If you have crippling anxiety about wisdom teeth surgery or any oral surgery, please take my advice and go see Dr. Caroline. She is truly so brilliant and kind. From her bedside manner to her surgical expertise, she deserves a million stars!!! Thank you again Dr. Caroline, you are amazing!!!!!!

Positive experience: The offices are very nice and the staff was very helpful. My only issues are that they only validate for 1 hour of parking, so I had to pay twice and after my procedure the doctor was MIA. They couldn’t locate her and they were wanting to show her the after X-ray and to provide me with an update.

Fantastic experience: My three kids had their wisdom teeth removed here. So we are very familiar with the practice. This office is splendid! It's run like a well-oiled machine from consultation to follow up. The assistants, technicians, and receptionists are so warm and personable. I never felt like we were being pushed through. Doctors Brewer and Arcan are so awesome. They explain everything in a way that makes the patient feel at ease. They made my kids feel so comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. Doctors personally followed up post surgery to check in and make sure the kids were doing well. Aftercare instructions were clear and if any questions arose after the procedure, the doctors were quick to respond, and even had us come in so they could check and make sure everything was A-OK. We never felt like we were being bothersome or that we were inconveniencing them. Another part of their practice that I was very pleased with was regarding their accounting. Billing insurance and estimating how much was due and providing a prompt refund of any overpayment! No funny money here!!!! I highly recommend California Oral Surgery & Implant Center!

Fantastic experience: My husband had an accident at work and had his front teeth knocked out. CA Oral Surgery was able to get him right away and start treatment on him right away. They were very caring, and sympathetic to what he was going through. They have been great through the entire process and have made him feel very comfortable with our care choice. We are almost at the end of his process and we are glad that we went this Surgery center. Dr. Park and his team have been amazing. If we ever have dental issue in the future that require this type of care this would be our first choice.

Fantastic experience: Dr Arcan and the staff took great care of me at a time when I was in great pain. I had a wisdom tooth extracted by my regular dentist but my tooth had other plans. After 3 hours of the dentist trying to remove the tooth with just a local anesthesia, he ended up giving up and leaving part of the root in there which I’m told can happen sometimes. Well, unfortunately, I was in intense pain for about three weeks before seeking a second opinion where I was referred to California oral surgeons. Once there they were able to identify the cause of my pain and quickly setup an appointment to undergo an oral surgery where they could remove a bone graft, clean out an infection and take out the remaining root while having a general anesthesia. I woke up to find that immediately the pain had gone away and I was able to heal up and recover in much less pain. I’m forever thankful to everyone there who helped me and am recommending this place to my family, friends and anyone else looking for a good oral surgeons

Fantastic experience: No one likes going to the dentist or having oral surgery it’s easily said but Dr. Arcan and her team were hands down amazing! Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed last week Wednesday surgery was scheduled for 8:30am and they were on time with the procedure. From the start I felt like I was in great hands. The office is very clean and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and answered all questions leading up to the surgery. The thing that made this place stand out the most was how caring Dr. Arcan was after the surgery. I came home and slept off the anesthesia which was much needed but around 7:45 pm my cell phone rang and it was Dr. Arcan. I would have never have expected a house call to ask how I was recovering. She was very nice and answered my questions again during that call as sometimes being put under anesthesia will make you forget the next steps of recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Arcan and her team for any oral surgeries needed. I will never forget my experience with this great team so thank you very much for taking care of my pain.

I just came back today with a thought I might have oral cancer but I had wonderful news that my problem was not cancer but an allergy to a few foods I can definitely avoid. I’ve been smoking for 50yrs and stopped 3 weeks ago after my dental hygienist cleaned my teeth & took X-rays & found unusual spots in my mouth. My dentist referred me to Dr. Arcan at California Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center in Huntington Beach, & I’m so happy he did. Dr. Arcan & start were awesome.

Fantastic experience: Thank you, Thank you! Two days ago I had 2 molars removed by Dr. Arcan. Since the local anesthesia wore off, I have had NO PAIN and very little swelling! She is small but mighty Very caring, asking me constantly how I am doing. Much different than previous extractions elsewhere in the past. The office is very calming and one of the best I have been in. And they give you HaagenDas ice cream as a treat! I can HIGHLY recommend

Fantastic experience: After cracking the root for one of my molars(3?). Dr Brewer was able to extract the affected tooth on the day I sought attention. That procedure was amazing. Fast forward 3 months later I now have a post for future implant. That procedure went even better that my 1st. Took less than 30 min. Pain and swelling was minimal. Used only 1 800mg aspirin and the ice bag for one day. Very pleased with results

Fantastic experience: Hadn’t been to the dentists in decades, total scaredy cat, but when 2 of my back molars started giving me pain and eventually starting breaking off in my mouth I knew I had to get them extracted. Found California Oral Surgeons online with a ton of great reviews and booked a consultation with them. Just walking in the door and meeting the girls at the front desk you can feel you’re in good hands. All the techs were easy going and made you feel super comfortable. And then I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Caroline who is one amazing doctor. She is super personable, makes even the biggest scaredy cats comfortable and you can just tell she has a lot of confidence in what she does. I decided to do the IV sedation which was super easy and not stressful at all and before I knew it I was up and headed home. From start to finish I can honestly say this molar extraction was an absolute pleasure. Didn’t feel a single bit of pain and they just made everything so easy. Thanks so much Dr Caroline and everyone at CA Oral Surgeons you guys are amazing!

Fantastic experience: I recently had a tooth extracted at California Oral Surgery in Huntington Beach with Dr. Arcan. The staff were all very nice, and I chose to be put under anesthesia for the procedure. I woke feeling good, but they required me to sit in a wheelchair for the trip down from the 4th floor to the door where my friend was waiting to drive me home. They provided me with an ice pack for my jaw and a little 4oz Haagen-Dazs ice cream, which I thought was super mindful, and gratefully received since my throat was quite dry and sore. After icing again when I got home, taking my meds, and a good nap, I was feeling quite well, with only a little mouth soreness. Overall, a very positive experience.

Fantastic experience: My experience in California oral surgery was much better than I expected starting with the receptionists who were very friendly Dr. Kevin Brewer a very professional and friendly person who explained everything how he was going to do my procedure, he put 2 implants on me! 100% I can recommend this place to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Every single person I encountered was professional, knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Brewer is easy to talk to, down to earth, thorough and made me feel comfortable from consultation through surgery (extraction and implant) and I'm very anxious when it comes to anything dental related. I had my prescriptions before my procedure, Dr. Brewer called me himself after the procedure to check on me and my follow up appointment went with ease as well. Everything was wonderful. Fantastic experience: Dr. Arcan and all of the staff at California Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center are incredible. I NEVER leave reviews. EVER. But this place deserves it. Back in May, my son's wisdom teeth were impacted and needed to be removed. Our dentist recommended a different oral surgeon, but we were not comfortable with them or their offices. After looking around a little, I read great reviews for California Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center and decided to take him in for a free consultation. One of the best decisions of the year. The difference was night and day. Very clean, modern, elegant and spacious offices, incredibly friendly, professional and helpful staff, and our oral surgeon, Dr. Arcan, was the BEST. My son is on the autism spectrum, and he loved everyone there. Every single person was kind, friendly and made him feel comfortable. When we left the free consultation he whispered to me, and asked if we could go here. They handled the whole process, walked us through it, and performed the surgery to remove all 4 of his wisdom teeth quickly (aprox. 45 minutes!), AND validated our parking! They made a very stressful and nerve-wracking experience really pleasant. And they were patient with me when I called after the surgery and double-checked the aftercare instructions they had described to us, because I had forgotten some of them. They even gave us extra oral syringes when we ran out of the ones they had given us on the day of his surgery. Just the NICEST people. One of the surgical assistants, April, was especially kind, and my son and I just loved her. She even let him hug her when he was still woozy from being under anesthesia. Flash forward to today, when I also had to have wisdom teeth removed, and I'm in my forties. I had had the lower teeth removed when I was a teenager, but the uppers didn't cause trouble until recently. So, after our amazing experience when my son needed his wisdom teeth pulled, I went back and asked Dr. Arcan to remove my upper two. Same experience as before, where they treated us like truly valued patients and people, with courteousness, professionalism and friendly kindness. April remembered us and chatted with me, taking excellent care of me while she gave me nitrous gas for the surgery. My son had been put under with anesthesia, but I opted for a local and nitrous gas so I would be up on my feet when the surgery was done. It was AMAZING. It didn't hurt, beyond a little pinching, and Dr. Arcan removed my two upper teeth in about 8 minutes! She talked to me to make sure I was alright the whole time, and April monitored me and made sure the nitrous wasn't too much. It was over in a flash. The rest of the 30 minutes was just getting me prepped, administering the gas, and then talking to me after it was done and reminding me about the aftercare. I was thrilled. They send you home with a mini container of ice cream, too, and April even came out into the waiting room when I was finishing the paperwork and gave my son an extra container of ice cream! He was beyond delighted! As we walked out, he asked his dad if he needed to have his wisdom teeth removed, so we could come back again and was very disappointed when the answer was no. I'm not even kidding. If you need any wisdom teeth removed, or oral surgery of any kind, you should go here. I can't say enough great things about this place and the people who work here. They made getting wisdom teeth removal a great experience, which you would never think it could be, but it was. I'm still not in pain, and they removed them only 10 hours ago. Incredible. Fantastic experience: Dr. Arcan changed my life. She recommended oxygen treatments to heal my jawbone. Other dentist’s wanted to pull all my molars. Dr. Arcan’s recommendations saved my teeth. I am so happy. I would give her ten stars if I could. What a fantastic person, she is kind, she is gentle and she is very knowledgeable. She’s my hero.
