Fantastic experience: I loved it here!! They're very nice and kid friendly. They were so patient with my son, and I really appreciated that. Plus they have an awesome waiting room that has a game room and a mini cinema. I recommend it. I would like mention the front personnel. I only got 2 names, Cesar and Sherlyn, but everyone else is also always super friendly and helpful. I would also like to mention Nathan who took my son's X-Ray who is always so helpful and friendly, and I definitely cannot leave the dentist and specialist behind. Everyone here really is amazing!

Negative experience: had a negative encounter I waited in the lobby for nearly an hour and my daughter was still not seen, demonstrating that my appointment time was not honored. The specialist, Dr., was examining children, thus that was the justification. They are blatantly contradicting themselves because, from what I understand, Rodeo informed me the last time that a different specialist, not the same doctor, would perform the treatment; if it were the same doctor, why would I have to wait a whole month for an appointment? More employees are needed at Rodeo Dental.
