Fantastic experience: We are a family of 5 and we were very well taken care of by Veronica, Delia, and Dr Queja. Not only did they take the time to do our X-rays and cleaning but they were fast and effective about it. The facility is very appropriate for both kids and adults!

Negative experience: I waited a whole hour after my appointment time for them to basically do nothing to my daughter. The worst part is that it was not even packed, so I don’t understand what took so long.

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad I found this awesome new dentist! The vibe in the office is great — I loved hearing Oasis and the Backstreet Boys while I was there. Playlist: Dr. Queja was super friendly and answered all my questions, which really put me at ease. Delia, the dental hygienist, was amazing too — she explained everything during my cleaning and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Overall, it was such a good experience. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience. The people at the front desk went out of their way to make sure my kids were enjoying themselves while we waited for the Dr. Even though we showed up a few minutes late, they still made us feel welcomed. When going in, Ashley took very good care of my kids. She respected their boundaries, even though she was trying to do her job, she wouldnt push them to their limit. I appreciated that so very much. She was very patient and understanding☺️ Delia cleaned my boys teeth and took her time with each one of them. She talked them through everything and was very informative. My oldest is autistic and she interacted with him and made him feel very comfortable. She also went out of her way to get us some waters, which i thought was very sweet Dr. Queja was very patient with my kids as well. He even let my boys hold the little mirror so he can see their teeth. He explained everything very well and I didnt feel rushed or anything. My kids enjoyed his company and are very excited to come back again in 6 months.

Dr. was gentle and kind to my daughter. He explained everything he did which put me at ease. Dental assistant Delia and regional manager Iliana were extremely supportive and helpful! I highly recommend Smile Magic in Weslaco!

Both my husband and I had routine cleanings and x-rays done and everything went so smoothly. They explained every step of the process before it was done. The cleaning was gentle but thorough. Overall recommend to anyone!

Negative experience: Worst visit ever. Appointment was at 12:15 and it is 3:09 now. Finally leaving. No consideration for your time. Also after repeatedly asking them to correct my phone number because they keep calling the wrong person for appointment reminders etc. supposedly it was finally done this time. Seriously need to look into finding a new dentist. HORRIBLE

Fantastic experience: As a new patient my visit went good, clear explanations of procedures and helpful staff. Only thing is if you are going on their busiest day, Saturday, be prepared to be there for 2 1/2 hours or more due to high patient volume on Saturdays. Overall a good experience as long as your aware of the wait so bring a charger and a jacket, eat before!

Negative experience: They give you an appointment and take forever to see you went in at 12:40pm and came out at 5 pm just for X-rays and check up on the other hand once attended Dr was real good in explaining issues but wouldn't go back
