Now, after 2 months I can confidently say I’m pain-free. --- **Cost: Around \$4,000** No insurance. They helped with payment options and made everything affordable. Negative experience: I just really had such a bad experience here and won't go back. First they found some old fillings had cavities. That's fine, a bummer but yea. Well first they realized the cavity was pretty deep. So the said they are going to do a crown but it really needs a root canal. Well why then are we doing a crown? Then when they did the work, when they injected numbing stuff in my mouth. I don't know what they hit but I have never felt pain like that before. After all said and done I found the crown was to high and I couldn't bit down. So back again, and again injection was pain like never before. They fixed the hight problem yay. But now that side of my mouth has constant pain. I cannot chew on that side and basically have to take ibuprofen twice a day just to numb the pain. Won't go back because I cannot deal with their injections.

Fantastic experience: Got me in quickly to fix a crown that had fallen off. Recovering from a surgery I needed a "quick fix" and Dr. did not try to pressure me into services I did not need and listened to my needs. The staff was great! Just moved here a yr ago and the dentist we saw first, passed away so we were searching for a new one. The search is over:)

Fantastic experience: I went there a while back during the pandemic for a cleaning and they did a Fabulous job in keeping people separated and protected during the pandemic. Kari is the dental hygienist I go to and she is wonderful. Dr. Quinlan is my dentist and I have had to have different work done and everything has turned out great. Highly recommended the practice.

Fantastic experience: Every person that I came in contact with, was kind, friendly, helpful and helped put me at ease. The dentist and her assistant went above and beyond my expectations. I could tell they value and enjoy their jobs and helping people by being so thorough and compassionate. Even the person that checked me out was very patient and accommodating for me.

Fantastic experience: I had a crown come off from a previous dentist, and I did a walkin' on monday. They were able to get me scheduled to replace it on Wednesday only 2 days later. Everything went quick and painless. The staff was very nice and polite. If you could say you enjoy going to the dentist, this is the one.

Fantastic experience: EVERYONE at Santa Rosa Family Dentistry is very professional and courteous. They kept me informed of my dental care plan (insurance options -current and future), addressed my concerns and eased my anxiety. I’m 68 and have been to many dentists throughout my years and this office and staff are NUMBER 1!

Negative experience: Danielle scheduled my kids in a particular day and called me the following day that it’s her mistake that no one is available that day and then promise me to call me the following week to work with me with the schedule. I’ve waited and she didn’t call so I called the following week. Of course I was upset but instead of helping me out, she just so rude about it. I am not even asking for a manager and she wants to give me to a manager ! She’s very rude and was shouting. This is the second time I dealt with a scheduler in this office over the phone who’s very rude.

Fantastic experience: I had Severe pain in my left side of my mouth, and they were able to get me in the same day. Very nice and efficient staff. Not a big fan of going to the dentist, but these folks are great!

Negative experience: Called and was trying to set up new patient appointment and the lady on the phone had a rude a degrading tone while speaking to me almost as if she was talking down to me. Asked for my SSN in full and I asked why she needed that info right off the jump ( little scretchy lady) and she said that it was standard policy. I asked to speak to the office manager because I didn’t feel comfortable giving that info right from the jump, she told me that she would have to cancel the appointment if I didn’t give her my SSN. And her tone hinted to loosing the spot on cancellation list. Rude. I said people normally come in and fill out and application first. And told me that any one else in this office would tell you the same thing. How freaking rude! I’m just trying to schedule some work to be done.

Fantastic experience: 3rd visit for dental work. Very impressed with all the employees I had contact with. No problems with the procedure today, and they were always asking if I was okay during their tasks. I feel comfortable with the work being done on my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and nice dental office. Everyone from the receptionist, dental assistants, and dentists have great personalities. I recently had two fillings replaced. My first time there and I only was required to have X-rays of the tooth that a large filling needed replacing.other dentists make you have full panoramic X-rays before they will do anything. Painless from start to finish. She did an excellent job on both fillings. I had called up about my filling coming out and they made an appointment for me the next day. Fantastic!!! I recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Very good experience at Santa Rosa Family Dentist. The hygienist was great. She was gentle and caring with my sensitivity in my teeth. Everyone from front desk to Dr very professional and friendly. Have to have a couple more things done but am not dreading it as I'm sure they will put me at ease. Edit Had to have a crown done. Was very nervous going in. Once they got started it was OK. Both assistants and Dr Bellard did a lovely job. Made me comfortable and eased my worry.

Fantastic experience: Great experience all around! Loved our dental hygienist Carrie, she was absolutely wonderful at making sure my 4 year old knew what to expect and when. The office is pristine and minimal wait before we were called back!

Positive experience: So, I always had a decent enough experience going to this office as a teen. I made sure all of my expenses were paid as a teen and left the practice 10 years ago because I moved to Virginia. Well, I’m back in the area and was like “oh yeah, they were a decent enough office , let me check them out.” I guess I’m banned from the practice do to my parents. Even though I was 17 the last time I had any work done there, paid for it myself, and am now 27 with separate insurance and all. It seems kind of bad practice to refuse me and “ban “ me from getting service on teeth, they worked on and I still have fillings from dr Quinlin to this day. It’s fine, I’ll take myself elsewhere I have had a few dentists since then and I’ve never had an issue with payment or being banned. I feel frankly insulted. I get that my parents had issues but that’s why I have been moved out for 10 years. I never thought that at 27 I would be getting denied a cleaning at what used to be my family dentist over a petty squabble or vendetta against my parents. I don’t understand what that has to do with me. I just left a 4 start review because I did spend years getting work done there so I’d say with this experience they deserve less but I’m being extremely generous. I will also be calling to request my medical records as they worked on my teeth as an adolescent for at least 5 years. I deserve the respect of getting those records.

The Office employees are so helpful, my personal dental hygienist is beyond the best, all exam rooms are in the utmost perfection with cleanliness - I highly recommend SR Fam Dentistry without reservation!

Been a patient many years then everyone found out how wonderful they were and I had to go to another dentist to get my cleaning in for this year as they were booked up through Feb 2025 . BIG MISTAKE!!! Thankfully they had a cancellation and a spot opened up after a HORRIBLE experience trying to go somewhere else! Saved me from an awful experience at Aspen Dental/aka Time Share Dental in Gulf Breeze! If you are wondering, THIS OFFICE IS ONE OF THE FINEST IN GULF BREEZE!!!

Fantastic experience: Always excellent service from this great organization. I have been going there since I moved here in 2010 and have always been pleased with the excellent service. Dr. Quinlan's expertise is top notch and Kim always does a great job at every checkup and has really done a nice job on the follow-up work to my gum surgery. Update 2022-09-22 just went today ... I've been going there now for 12 years and Dr. Quinlan and Kim continue to take great care of me. Another update 2023-05-04 - Kim gave me another great cleaning today. She is something extra special ... so competent and caring ... and fun as well. She's got to be the only person that can make you look forward to going to the dentist. Great service again 2023-11-06 ... thanks Kim for taking such good care of me !!!!

Positive experience: First time there. The hygienist and dentist were delightful and I highly recommend. Front staff so friendly. These people are very thorough and communicate extremely well. I highly recommend and so thankful I found them. Well I see I never posted and I have just gone back for my six month cleaning. So happy to find my forever dental home!

Keri, my hygienist, was fantastic, and explained in great details how I was doing on my brushing, and provided helpful suggestions on improving my brushing experience to give me more years of healthy gums and teeth. Fantastic experience: I was having an issue with my tooth. I called and was given an appointment the next day. X-rays and exam showed no issue but I did have a bad bite on the tooth. I was given great service and my concern was fixed. We have been using Santa Rosa Dentistry for two years now and are pleased with the services we receive.

Negative experience: If I could give ZERO stars I would. I've been seen since I was 6 years old and since my regular hygienist left the customer service is horrible. The hoity toity I'm better than you attitude or the receptionists trying to tell you what's going on with YOUR body without being qualified to diagnose me or try to offer an emergency appointment for my issues. I also apparently had my wisdom teeth taken out without being present because thats what was noted in my chart according to the receptionist who only wanted to read my chart off to me. This place is made for if you have money, if you don't have the money for them don't bother even going. Oh and don't be a smoker or have piercings because the bias is real.

Fantastic experience: Dr Quinlan is the most concerned and professional dentist we have experienced in the Gulf Breeze and Pensacola area since moving here over 12 years ago. The staff is also the best and friendliest we have experienced in the area. We're fortunate to have discovered them.

Fantastic experience: Updated to add: this place is spectacular. I underwent a root canal crown placement a few months ago. I have been having some dental pain in that area over the past couple of weeks. I called to let them know and they got me in the very next morning. They handled my issue swiftly and expertly. (And no charge as it was related to work I'd already had done). Everyone there is so kind and professional. This was a tremendously positive experience. The staff here take care of all your needs. I'm so impressed by this facility!

Negative experience: Im dissapointed that i showed up 15 mins late and wasnt offered a chance to get worked in. Lord knows ive sat in your waiting room longer than that in the past. I also have my family and some coworkers now going to your practice. Im going to consult my wife before deciding if you will be fired as my family dentist. Very dissapoimted. I also have never brought up that i rarely even see my Dentist and mostly pushed off to his assistants. Didnt even see the doc after my last cleaning. This today is the first mistake your team has made. They have been great till now. I will let you know if my family will continue to come to your office.

She checked in multiple times on the pain level which was zero for most of the procedure (deep gum cleaning) and was honestly more helpful and informative than actual dentists I have had in the past and did it all with a lovely sense of humor. Fantastic experience: I can't stress enough how wonderful my quality of care was today. My parents have been long time patients, and highly recommended SRFD. I unfortunately had a dental emergency and was in panic because I fly out this week for work. I called, and they were able to get me in first thing the following morning. How amazing is that!!! When I arrived, I was treated like family. Everyone was so nice and comforting. Also, I would like to mention that the facility is beautiful. They got me in right away, and had me all fixed up within the hour. What an amazing dentist - her talent is amazing. No pain whatsoever, and her work is perfect! - As a first time patient, I couldn't be more satisfied and will be coming to SRFD from now on. On top of everything, when I went to pay, it was exactly what I was quoted. Thank you so much for such a great experience. I know a lot of people like me are afraid of the dentist, but I have to say that I have never felt as comfortable as I did today! I will highly recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this facility for a few years and they always make me feel comfortable. They are calming and helpful. I've always been afraid of dentists and this is the first place that I was calm and not anxious for very long. My anxiety was taken away by their tender care and caring staff. Amy has been amazing! Fantastic experience: I’ve never had a faster, easier dental appointment than I have here. I was brought back quickly and got in and out of my cleaning/exam in less than a half hour. The staff were also very kind and personable. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I would give more stars if I could. I have been going here since 2017. I used to be absolutely terrified of dentists. To the point I would just about vomit. I put off going for a long time because of it. Once I started coming here, they helped me not be so afraid anymore. Dr. Quinlan does amazing work! The entire staff is really great! I have yet to come across anyone that was rude. I always feel so comfortable every time I come in. They take their time and are as gentle as possible. Hands down the best dentist office around.

Positive experience: Hygenist Khari was wonderful with my child. I wouldn’t recommend anybody else. However, I have to mentioned that my first appt with the doctor for myself was not that great. Don’t go there for a TMJ. They tried to take X-rays several times but the new machine would not work. They kept me waiting. When she finally saw me for what we already knew was TMJ, she referred me to a TMJ specialist who would not take TMJ patients. However, the visit without X-rays was around $300 bucks, they were very greedy on that day. Totally wanted to cry. Khari gets 5 stars only.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist office. Friendly and informative staff, hygienists and dentists. Only draw back is they are booked 6 - 8 months out for routine appointments, but that's fairly standard for this area.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday was my first dental appointment at Santa Rosa Family Dentistry. Dr. Quinlan, his technician, Anne, and the other staff were all very friendly and efficient. There were lots of smiles in the relaxed atmosphere.

Positive experience: While we are very satisfied with our cleaning appointments, we never see an actual dentist. In my 70 years, I have never gone to my semi annual dental cleaning and not had the dentist check my mouth until I moved here 5 years ago. While I am asked if I have any issues, I should be examined, even if briefly, by a dentist trained to check for possible problem areas, i.e. gym issues. Oral cancer, eroding enamel, etc.

They fit me in fairly quickly, and a dental hygienist who help me this time was excellent. She’s very diligent about providing instruction to improve the condition of teeth and gums. Fantastic experience: Kim is the best dental hygienist ... Shes great at cleaning teeth and is so patient and gentle ... She always ask several times during the cleaning session if I am okay ! Never had a better hygienist ! 2/1/24 I had a current dental visit today! As always … excellent dental care. Dr Quinlan is always kind and efficient … thankful to find a place so close to home (iv been going to this practice for 11 years Nikki was my dental hygienist today and she was amazing and I felt very comfortable, great group of dental hygienist in this office (very important part of a dental practice)

Fantastic experience: Today was my 1st visit to Santa Rosa Family Dentistry and is was outstanding from the moment I arrived. I was greeted immediately and even though I arrived early I was called to the back right away. Kari was my hygienist and she was “the best”, friendly, personable, knowledgeable & kind. She made me feel comfortable & welcomed. I saw Dr. Bellard for my exam and she was amazing & very thorough. The last staff member I had an exchange with was Jennifer and she was so sweet and quite helpful. Fantastic experience: My first visit to Santa Rosa Family Dentistry has exceeded my expectations! I needed to find a new dentist that accepted my new insurance and pick SRFD. Initial phone calls & coordination with the front desk were friendly & inviting. Onboarding paperwork was completed smoothly online. Getting scheduled for an “emergency” filling replacement was quick. Dr. Bellard & staff conducted one of the best procedures I’ve ever had. Incredibly skillful, gentle, and pleasant. They were thorough in explaining other potential procedures that I may need. Overall, I’m incredibly pleased with my first visit here. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Great first time experience!! I had called in the morning having pain in my tooth. I have never been there before . The receptionist was super nice and gave me an appointment that day within the hour. They explained everything in detail and gave me options . I will definitely go back. From the person on the phone through the check out window everyone was so nice. I’m not used to that with a dentist office!

Fantastic experience: This staff was great. I didn't have to wait. Checked in and walked right back for my cleaning. Doc came in for a look see and just like that, I was done. Been coming here for nearly 7 years and would recommend them to everyone. The front desk staff are great people too. They are humorous and blend right in to whoever's at the window.

Fantastic experience: I truly cannot recommend Santa Rosa family dentistry enough-from the front office staff to the clinical team I had the best experience from start to finish. Melinda was so beyond helpful with getting established and kept me in the loop every step of the way! I had somewhat of an emergency and she not only got me in for treatment but also got my cleaning and x-rays taken care of the same day. she was the absolute sweetest and so thorough! Dr. Quinlan and his team were so comforting and informative, i have dental anxiety and i’ve never felt more understood and tended to. So happy I chose this establishment!

Negative experience: Worst dental experience of my life!! Your receptionist Melinda needs to be FIRED as she is extremely RUDE and didn’t want to answer my questions about the billing issues..she needs some HRT I’m guessing but I went back to Aspen Dental in Tiger Point as at least they were very helpful and polite! I am very pleased with their practice and I will never grace you with my business again !

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from the dentist & hygienist. Not good with the receptionist. When I had to cancel cleaning because of medical emergency ( sister in Texas diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and needed my help) I was informed I had to wait a year! Not acceptable and not healthy! Three months later, after my return home, I called and was prepared to speak with the Doctor. Miraculously there was a cancellation that afternoon which I accepted. Such service is not acceptable especially for a patient that rarely missed appointments and was with them for over 5 years. Hopefully this kind of customer treatment can be remedied.

She has a lot of knowledge of dental practice and a great rapport with the customers. I had a dental emergency and my dentist had moved away. I was scheduled to see Dr Bellard. She has a lot of dental knowledge and I look forward to returning for further work. I have found my new family dentist. Fantastic experience: I called as a first time patient and was able to be seen within a couple hours on the same day! Excellent staff, clean and inviting office - everyone is very friendly. I had an extraction and felt no pain at all - that’s a first. I highly recommend!

Negative experience: Thank God I didn't get past the receptionist to become a patient. The receptionist, Melinda, let me know that the only dentist, at that office, that would even accept my insurance could possibly go on vacation, at the drop of a hat and my appointment could be canceled. I asked her when the next opening would be and she told me in three weeks. I told her I was in pain, but asked if I could make an appointment, and I said, if I decide to go on vacation, before the appointment ... I would let them know. I was just being funny about the situation. Melinda handed me my insurance cards back and said, "Good luck finding someone that accepts that insurance, because nobody does". I asked her if she was mad, to which she replied, "No, I'm not mad. You are just being hostile". I replied that I was just being funny and that a sense of humor is important to have, when dealing with customer service. And I told her I hope she gets one. So glad I didn't get past the receptionist. I feel like I dodged a bullet.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Santa Rosa Family Dentistry for many years and tried to find one closer to Navarre during COVID but end up going back. I am always impressed how gentle and thorough when I come for twice a year cleaning. I came today for more than cleaning to replace my tooth filling and worried about the pain but it went well and much better than I thought. Dr Quinlan used topical and gave it time to work before injection. The procedure went so fast, efficient and Brittany was always ready to hand Dr. Quinlan what he needed next. I always appreciate their staff every visit from front desk to Ann who did my dental hygiene today. They even offered to give me estimate last year for my cost after insurance before making an appointment and the cost did not change either.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so friendly & helpful. Niki is so gentle when cleaning my teeth. When you are having dental work done they always put you at ease. Dr. Paul is wonderful & explains everything he is going to do. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do so very happy they put me at ease.

Negative experience: Used to be wonderful, but has been changing under newer leadership and post-covid. Maybe part of the problem is too many patients. It’s kind of a bummer hearing ladies at front desk often talk about customers, the water fountain has been “broken” or never been re-opened to public since “covid,” everything seems locked down (no toys for kids or games/movies allowed), and even as 10-15 year patients, good luck scheduling a cleaning sooner than 8+ months out. This business has been good for us over the years and we’ve appreciated that, but it just feels kind of cold and like everyone is a number now and will all the business you’d think they’d make the lobby great again.

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience. Everyone is pleasant and the office itself is really nice. Dentists are attentive and provide information. The Hygienists are really nice and try to make it an enjoyable experience.
