Fantastic experience: I recently Had a filling fall out. A 1980s filling replaced! The entire environment is friendly, engaging, and Dr. Gomez was a jewel. When I tell you, she filled this tooth to perfection it lands perfectly. There’s no bulkiness to it. She was very gentle, accommodating, pleasant professional, and I absolutely love the staff! I strongly Recommend 10 out of 10!

Fantastic experience: Great experience!! I was not an established patient but was having some pain. I Called Gomez Family Dentistry and they got me in that day to diagnose the problem. I needed a root canal and they were able to schedule it the next morning. Dr Chris did a great job and my temporary crown looks and fits so well. Permanent crown appointment is made for 2 weeks when I get back from an out of town trip. Everyone in the office was so friendly and so helpful- I really can’t say enough about how wonderful they were.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. During a routine tooth cleaning, one of my existing fillings was damaged and dropped at the end of cleaning. But they told me they wouldn’t take any responsibility for it and very rude. But they told me they would fix the one which I filled the filling here but dropped later with no cost. But later when I made an appointment for it. They told me it would be charged full price. Aslo in fact I had very severe periodontal disease, which is stage two or three( I found it in other dental clinics later) but they even did not diagnose for me, but filled the fillings around my teeth. I expected better care and communication from a professional dental office. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this dental clinic based on how this was handled. Very disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I’m writing this review because I have nothing negative to share about my visits to Gomez Family Dentists. These are uncertain times and I feel confident that the care and treatment given by Gomez will be superior. Their office is easy to locate and when I walked through the front door it was bright and light, arranged in a manner to make me feel welcome, comfortable and at ease. Please note that I’m a senior, widowed and deaf so it’s natural for me to be anxious. So many happy smiles greeted me, reassured me; process so smooth and efficient. Impressed with high tech equipment and dental assistant was very attentive to my hearing loss. Communication was no problem with both staff and Dr. Chris Gomez, who was gentle, kind and reassuring. My treatment plan was created; all prices were quite fair. Checking out was simple, quick and follow up appts made with no problem as to my schedule. Oh, I was wrong! Just realized that I do have a complaint with Gomez Family Dentistry: I didn’t find them sooner!

I went through my new patient consult and my first teeth cleaning and was ready to sign up for the annual membership when done!!! Great job everyone. Fantastic experience: I needed a quick fix on a filling. They were able to get me in the morning I called. I was very nervous and the staff made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Fantastic experience: Had an emergency dental issue after having a routine first visit for 8/5 rescheduled to 9/5 Went to GFP and told Amy @ front desk my situation. She listened to me and calmed me down and told me she would get treatment Immediately. She did; within 15 min I was In the dental chair and Dr. Gina took over from there. Removed 3 really bad teeth and then thoroughly explained how to manage my post treatment. This was my 1st visit! I am having Dr Gina & Dr Chris take care of my Dental needs going forward and I have a lot. (dentures). Office is super fresh and Clean and Treatment areas equipped with the latest in modern Dental Technology. So fortunate to have found Gomez Family Practice.

Dr. Gomez and his amazing staff create an amazing atmosphere of caring along with excellent service. The relaxed and welcoming vibe of the office always makes me feel at home. Fantastic experience: I’ve been visiting this facility for a short while but so far they’ve been great. I’ve never felt like they’re trying to sell me any unnecessary services which I absolutely hate. Their staff is friendly and attentive (Leanne, Amy, Paige and Mary). The facility looks clean and as a fisherman I totally dig the offshore paintings they have all over the place. My dentist was Dr. Gina. She’s is very thorough and fast. She identified I had a loose filling that needed to be replaced after my cleaning was done. How did she notice that is beyond me. I had no sensitivity or issues so I had no idea. She got my filling redone, did great managing pain and discomfort and I didn’t need to go back to readjust my bite or anything. Just a great all round job. No one else is touching my mouth except for her now.

Positive experience: When I first went to Gomez, I was so impressed I moved my family members to this provider for their dental needs. I have always found the office to be friendly, professional and accommodating. My last appointment was disappointing due to being provided misinformation by staff. They are no longer contracted with my dental insurance, which I completely understand, and was very pleased to hear they would file the claim for me. When I asked how much my out of pocket cost would be, they stated they did not know, it is different pending the plan, which I also understand. They further explained that most people with this insurance are being reimbursed at 100% and that whatever my portion would be it "should not be much". This encouraged me, so I kept the appointment, expecting the costs to be low. I did in fact call Delta dental and was advised they cannot tell me how much I would be reimbursed, as they cannot predict how much the dentist will charge. (Gomez family dentistry is well aware of this also) While I did expect a bill, my bill was almost $200 which is a lot more than "not much". I feel the response give to me by staff was a bit misleading. I did provide the office with a copy of he EOB for future reference so they can provide more accurate information in the future. People should have the opportunity to make informed decisions about their health and dental care, and both the insurance and the office are at fault here. Our healthcare system is broken and this is an example of that. I hope Gomez decides to be part of the solution moving forward, not part of the problem.

(Busy moms, if you need some R&R, come get your teeth cleaned here lol). I always dread getting the numbing shot - they have this vibration technique and I didn't even feel it. And they have the coolest gadgets and tools to make the experience really painless and quick. Would definitely recommend Dr. Gina and Dr. Chris! Mary and Patti were also amazing!

Fantastic experience: I went in for a cleaning and had such a great experience, I had to share. I usually get nervous at the dentist, but this time I felt completely at ease. The staff were warm and welcoming, and my cleaning was incredibly thorough. Time flew by thanks to friendly conversation. I often feel self-conscious at the dentist, worrying that I'm not brushing or flossing well enough, but here I felt no judgment at all. I even learned new things about my teeth, with clear explanations backed by the x-rays. Dr. Gomez gave me the stamp of approval, addressed all my concerns with care, and explained everything in a way that made sense. What is usually a stressful experience turned out to be genuinely pleasant. I'll definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at Gomez Family Dentistry! Krystal was my hygienist, and she was absolutely wonderful—so kind, informative, and talked me through everything she was doing in a way that made me feel comfortable and cared for. The front desk staff is also probably the friendliest and most welcoming I’ve ever encountered at any doctor’s office. They went above and beyond to help get my records from my old dentist and never once made me feel bad for not having everything sorted beforehand. They were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was blessed by Dr. Gina Gomez‘s skills during an emergency dental visit while on vacation in Pensacola. I wish they were an in-network provider for my dental insurance because I would certainly drive 2 1/2 hours each way to have her as my dentist. She, and her entire staff, were professional, helpful, polite. Dr. Gomez was able to work me in on the same day I called. She did a thorough assessment of my emergency situation (broke 1/3rd of my tooth while eating), gave me treatment options, thoroughly explained everything, and answered all of my questions, in no rush whatsoever. She and her assistant did a wonderful, painless, procedure and sent me merrily on my way. I was expecting residual pain after the medicine wore off, but it never came. I have been home for over a week now and am still unable to get an appointment with my local dentist. I would be happy to drive all the way back to Pensacola if only Gomez Family Dentistry was an in network provider with my insurance. Would highly recommend Gomez Family Dentistry to anyone and everyone!

Positive experience: Would give 5 stars if they still took insurance. I had bad experiences at so many dentist & found this place through a friend. They did such a great job I was so happy my search for a good dentist was over! But then they decided not to take insurance so the search is on again. My friend is also leaving the office after going there for years. Sad they've done this to us. I don't pay for insurance so that I can front the money for procedures, that's the dr offices job, I don't get paid for that they do.

He figured out my problem in no time, and I didn’t need any major dental work just a bite adjustment. Would definitely recommend this office!

I got x rays and a report of all the problems right away described by Dr.Gina. I chose to take care of a tooth that needed extracting. She carefully removed it and gave me detailed instructions as well as called in two prescriptions for it. Excellent work and a beautiful office with state of the art equipment!

Krystal is deff who I would ask for for a teeth cleansing as she is extremely knowledgeable of her job good at what she does I really like she doesn’t hurt my sensitive teeth ; tbh it doesn’t really matter who you deal with they all take excellent care of you , I talked to Pam the moment they closed one day and she helped me get a reschedule in rite away when it was necc. This dentist office is clutch to say the least and they do great work. I will work with them to help myself get a smile I feel no one else has put time in and effort in like them ; highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Guys, I can't recommend this place enough. After seeing several dentists, this place was the first that really listened to me and helped me through my severe fear of the dentist and dental procedures. Just had a quick and painless extraction. Some dentists seemed overwhelmed by my complex dental situation, but Dr. Gina Gomez, hygenicists Mary and Krystal, and the three wonderful front desk ladies (did not grab their names!) Treated me with kindness and respect. One of the front desk ladies helped calm me down when I wanted to back out of the procedure from fear. God bless these folks and I hope to see them again soon to continue my treatment plan!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience! Xuan, the hygienist, was amazing with my two kids—so gentle, patient, and made them feel completely at ease during their cleanings. Their teeth look fantastic! Dr. Chris did a thorough exam and was incredibly kind, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we felt comfortable. You can really tell they both care about their patients and creating a positive experience. Highly recommend this awesome team!

Fantastic experience: very fast friendly folks, I walked in and with in 20 minutes I was sitting in quail chair in back waiting on Dentist, maybe 10 minutes later he said yep your infected started a treatment plan and with in 15 minutes I was walking out the door!! not bad at all for a walking. and the ladies up front very nice and friendly coming in and going out, very clean facility!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gomez and his cheerful staff completed a three tooth Bridge in 90 minutes. Attention to detail and a Deft Touch made it almost enjoyable! Beautiful work! 4 month update I went in for a small cavity filling today. 40 minutes later I was on my way. As before, the experience was pleasant and professional! Xuan is my favorite hygienist at GFD. She is very thorough and professional as well as efficient and quick. Did I forget to mention that she also has a great touch? I make sure to schedule with her every visit.

Fantastic experience: Gomez family dentistry is absolutely amazing. The entire staff is nice and wonderful. I had an emergency appointment that Needed to be done ASAP they were able to schedule me quickly for that emergency visit and was able to fix it on spot. Can’t say enough good things about this place will definitely be back for future visit.

Fantastic experience: I just recently started going to Gomez family dentistry. On my first visit everyone from the front desk on was so friendly. Ms. Mary did my trays and she was so nice and explained everything. Dr. Gina came in to do my exam and talked me through everything explaining what she was doing as she was doing it. She set up a treatment plan and explained everything to me and the steps we would be taking to achieve the final outcome. Today I went in for 2 extractions. Again the staff was very friendly. Dr. Gina took the time to explain what she was going to do and even explained again during the procedure. It went smoothly with no pain. I am so impressed with the quality of care from beginning to end. I will definitely be recommending these wonderful people to everyone I can. I will not be using any other dentist! Thank you Dr. Gina and staff!

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment this week to start whitening. Brynne and Nikki were fantastic. Brynne answered all my questions and even took before pictures so we could track my progress. Nikki quickly scanned my teeth for my trays (pleasantly surprised there’s no more old fashion goop!) 10/10 recommend As a new patient, the ladies in the front were so helpful scheduling my cleaning! My hygienist Xuan was very gentle and super sweet. Great office. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I took our 10 and 6 year old for a cleaning. It was nice. It was a good experience. I felt like they cared and were kind. Each child had to get a procedure done and thankfully same day until the next. I recommend Gomez Family Dentistry if looking.
