Fantastic experience: Very professional, friendly and short wait time:)

Negative experience: When they drop Delta Dental. The staff reassured us that we shouldnt worry about it that most likely things would still be covered instead of insurance paying directly to them they would pay to us and we will pay them. Nope that didnt happen. And to made it worse they waited until my husband's bill reach to $1,462 this is 1 year! they could have informed us early but no. They waited this long. Eventhough after checking with insurance, this company got all the information they needed to bill us within 1 month of the service. But chose to wait until they accumilate this much bill from us.

Fantastic experience: Good or bad, I seldom post reviews, but they deserve one. As much as a cleaning can be, they are always a pleasure at Town Lake. Dr. Cossar is honest and trustworthy. As we age, our teeth’s past dental work age as well. She’ll keep an eye on old dental work and will let you know if/when it is necessary or not for an upgrade. Town Lake Dental and Dr Cossar go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied. If you are new to the area or looking for a new dentist, give them a chance at your business. You’ll be happy you did.

Fantastic experience: The nurse explained everything, she was very kind and helpful. This was my first time seeing Dr. Clance, but he was patient and did an awesome job on what I needed. I would recommend town lake dental.

Fantastic experience: I want to thank Dr Clance for taking up so much time with me today. I have very bad anxiety and he made me feel so comfortable. He never rushed and explained everything To me about me cracked tooth. He showed me where it was cracked and what my options wete. He also had an assistant that was awesome. She was so gentle with me. And understood my anxiety . They both restored my confidence and I look forward to working with him as my dentist. I still have anxiety but feel much better about the process. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.

Lindsey was my immediate care giver, dental assistant and with proficiency, assisted Dr. Jan during my appointment. Fantastic experience: Honestly the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I had been putting off going to the dentist for a while, but when a wisdom tooth erupted, I knew I had to get it checked out. Dr. Paige and her staff were incredibly kind and patient. They didn’t pressure me into anything or make me feel bad about the condition of my teeth. The wait time wasn’t bad at all, I was in and out in an hour, even with getting X-rays. I felt completely comfortable and respected the entire time. I’ll definitely be making this my new dentist!

Whether it is a routine cleaning, replacing a crown or emergency work (which they did for my wife, responding quickly to the situation), the dentist and staff are a pleasure to deal with. Not to mention, how she remembers all the details as far as the head trauma injuries that I sustained years ago…. Which caused issues even a few years later with my dental heath! Today, you would have never known I faced so many challenges, but she rallied for me….what a blessing she has been! You won’t find a better dentist no matter how far you search! She is an absolute prodigy in her profession! I’m so grateful to call her my dentist!

Positive experience: The dental work portion was fine but I have two dental insurances and had to haggle about it. Once in the dental chair I was examined, told what needed to be done then approached by a billing person to sign my portion before the work was started. That was crappy and not pleasing. With my insurance it shouldn’t happen that way and price should be discussed before the patient reaches the chair. This may be standard procedure but for me personally it’s not going to happen again.

Fantastic experience: Towne Lake dental cares for my teeth very much. Dr. Cossar did a really great job with two of my bottom front teeth to make them look better, and her assistant was also great. I always get good feedback from staff at Towne Lake. They are a great team! Update a year late: I had to be evaluated for pain and the office got me in to quickly. I will have a root canal done at a referring specialist and then back to Dr. Cossar for a filling and a cleaning which they were kind to schedule on the same day. Thank you Towne Lake Dental for all your help.
