Negative experience: Very disappointed had a 10 o'clock visit showed up more than 30 minutes before and it's 11 and then told that doctor is in surgery ain't no way I'm still sitting there an hour and a half after my schedule time

I wish I can rate +00 The front staff are so rude they can’t able to answer my questions to move other location and they give you a . The assistance she’s look like Latino she was so rude too she do not smile, no talk and even tho you ask question to fix this ways she fix it opposite wayson December 2025, I pull out 2 teeth and the same days they give me to wear temporary dentures but it’s look funny when I look into the mirror it’s not fit and it’s too big, cracked between my really teeth and the denture. Latino girl she try to fix it and I’m still numb so I can’t able to feeling anything’s. When I got home it’s too lose when I eat with the dentures come out while I eat so I don’t wear it. And they give me appointments on January 2026 they make new dentures but guess what the color doesn’t not match with my really teeth and it’s still not compatible the dentures the side are still too long and too thick on top so I let Latino girl fix it again but after she fix it for 1 hours I walk out from the office at 4pm the wire come out because the girl keep fix and it’s look so thin and I walk back into office and I show her it’s come out she said she can not do anything’s at this time because the person who do the dentures they left already I understand and she told me to put denture glue so I buy from CVS but still not working for me because the side of dentures are too long and its not secure with my last teeth so everytime I wear I want to throw up and it’s come off when I eat so I decided to not wear it into they fix it. she give me today appointment 1/23/2026 I want there they make new denture for me they let me try it still my last teeth can secure and I told them the side of my dentures are too long and my last teeth can’t secure them so maybe we can move the wire to front I finally meet new associates I told her everything she listen and she let the Dr. Know but guess what they let me sign their own hand write not even documents and the new girl I meet today she say read and sign it. After few minutes late Latino girl come in and she took the book from my hard and she said she not supposed to read this she told the new assistant they want in the back talk like 3min and she come back and she hide the top part with hand and she told me to sign it, I told her I have the right do read before I sign anythings she let me read the bottom part but the top part she still hide it with her hard but I do take pictures before latino girl took from my hand. This is not the right things to do on your patient. They forced me to sign it. I don’t feel safe here anymore at this location and I do not like the staff so I ask the front girl I will like to change my location she said you have to call 1800 number but that’s too crazy customers services the whole process are thei fault they can’t make my denture’s properly to fitting. And no experience they don’t don’t what they should do. I waste my time go there since December 2025 when I pull out my teeth until today I never can wear the one they make for my denture. I pay for almost $2000 for 4 front teeth for dentures. They said I will have to do 3 time visit, second visit will be on March 2026 and the final visit will be on December 2026. Even the first visit they almost take a-month still not fix it until today. 4 time I been to their office. The Dr. She didn’t care either she never check on her clients. I also going post more and the ones their make me sign for their own hand write today 1/23/2026 For the next review.

Negative experience: Very poor customer services and 0 experience of dentures Dr.sammon. She only like to have your money after their get your money they don’t care about you anymore. Don’t use your money here. They can’t even make you dentures properly for many time visit for the first step and if you ask them to fix it they will ask you to sign for their own hand written. And they force you to sign it. So be careful out there.

Negative experience: The ladies at the receptionist desk is really nice and helpful but when it came down to the Dentist( Oletha Simmons) she Didn’t even bother to come and see me or explain my x-rays or why she wouldn’t do my extraction. There was no interacting with her at all.She kept sending in then dental assistant I thought that was very unprofessional.

Negative experience: The problem is that my dentures have been cracking or breaking in the same place since 2023 They have repaired them several times over the years until the warranty expired and now I’m paying to resolve the same on problem. My advice is shop somewhere else. Definitely not the stockbrige location. After this repair I’m probably going to aspens and spend money all over again Also I have the premium dentures.

Negative experience: I chose this location bc they accepted Medicaid and they advertised dentures as low as $395. When dentist came to take a look at my mouth, he barely spoke to me. And didn't even attempt to make sure I was at ease and not nervous ( when I made the appointment I told the person I was scared of the dentist and they said they were noting that down so the dentist knew). He didnt even tell me he was done or say by or anything. Then when one of the assistants or something( nobody ever volunteered their name ) came, she gave me a laminated page that told how much and the cheapest option was $1460.00!!! And then I was told they do not accept my insurance ( Medicaid) and the whole bill would come up too $3500. To say I was disappointed is putting it mildly. I walked out of that office feeling pity from them bc I couldn't afford to fork over almost $3500 right then. They are advertising one thing then saying another when u get there. Don't bother even going to that location. Go to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: My first time coming here and it was a lovely experience. They accepted my medicaid, medicaid, only pays for extractions.I have to pay for my partials, but they set me up with payment with a financial company, and they accepted me.So everything went lovely going back at two o'clock to pick up my temporary top and bottom partials . Same day 3 extractions go back in 3 hours for temporary partials I'm so happy . I am ging to class reunion in Louisiana in a week. And my smile will now be beautiful . Very very affordable and very easy financing if they approved me they approve anyone . Thank you Jesus. I went to another big name dentist and they quoted me 9,000.00 only 1,100.00 here with all the discounts they are offering in July.

Negative experience: The temporary dentures don’t fit they cut my gums a lot. I paid for my services and have not received any cal to finish the last installment they don’t answer the phone and they don’t do good work

Positive experience: Fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, compassionate, and genuinely cared about my comfort and well-being. I did have to pay extra for an x-ray since my guess is the previous office didn’t send it over like I thought they would so I don’t like how they didn’t tell me before changing me for an x-ray, I literally just got done less than a few days ago. But other than that the team handled it efficiently and professionally. Prompt care, clear explanations, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My brother Edward had damaged tissue for radiation treatment now we know what is wrong after months of not knowing, None of the doctor we saw during his treatment ever gave us any answers just said he was slow healing in his tongue Never looked at his gums . Knowing it was damage from radiation.Now we know how to move forward thank you!

Negative experience: My husband Darrell Dixon is a disabled Veteran, that went to Affordable Dentures, in Stockbridge Ga., last week. Very dissatisfied, very poor work with upper and lower dentures. Very tacky, low class work. Had to go back wearing my old dentures. The dentures that were done for me on last week will be returned.

Fantastic experience: Dr Simmons is a very caring and competent physician. It is a pleasure to have dental work done at the office in Stockbridge.

Negative experience: Customer Service is the worst I've ever had. They're impossible to get in touch with. I've left messages everyday for a week and no one ever called back.i just happened to get lucky one day and they answered the phone. I wanted my denture, partial realignment with a implant consultation. It's been 4 months since I had my teeth pulled and I was a little overwhelmed by the whole experience. They said that they told me for inplant consultation that it would be $295.00. But that was a long time ago and I don't remember that conversation. So when I finally got in touch with them they knew what I wanted but neglected to tell me to bring $295.00 for the consultation part, so I couldn't have that done while I was there. I drove 2 hours one way to be there at 8:00 and now I have to go back again for the consultation. I'm living off of SSI DISABILITY AT $967.00 monthly and can't afford unnecessary office visits . There's only one person in that office that is personable If I hadn't already started with them I would have gladly paid more for another place for better service..this is for the Stockbridge GA office. When someone having something done that requires extra money they should always be reminded of that before driving 2 hours one way. This is the most disappointing experience I've ever had. Negative experience: The staff seem somewhat pleasant. I have had issues with my top and bottom partials from the beginning. I had the top partial adjusted because there was so much plastic until it was making me uncomfortable. It was a better fit but food gets trapped underneath and the gap that was left traps food as well. Partials should last I’m thinking more than 3 years. They give a 5 year or so life warranty but they are only insured for 1 year. My bottom partial broke in half. I went in for a repair, once repaired. I complained that the plastic base was sticking me in my gums and the fit was off. The technician adjusted them a few times, but I guess they can only spend a certain amount of time with each patient. She finally said, just give them a try. I tried but I continued to get the same results. Because I was told that adjustments were done at 1:00 only, I missed a few appointments. I finally got in only to be told because the partial had already been repaired and that I did not wear it much because it hurt, there was nothing they could do. I would have to buy a new partial. I was stunned! Your product and you can’t make the partial comfortable! So I replied that I most certainly would not be using them to purchase a new one. I’m thinking, Now I have had enough of that office on 138. I was told by a reliable source that the partials I have are trials and they are given to patients until the final product is ready. Guess what? There was no final product! They don’t live up to their agreement. Partials under 2 years old should have a better solution for fixes other than replacement. Anyway, I should have kept my money in my pocket. I’m going to a reliable dentist who will take the time to fix my partials and make sure that my replacement teeth are working properly for me. Buyers be wear. Please consult other offices and make sure you are getting your money’s worth!

Negative experience: I really don’t want to give a bad review because the dentist that worked on me is such a nice lady but besides that I got some teeth pulled and I’m no dentist but I know when something not right and every time I go that don’t see anything but I constantly pull something that looks like tooth out my gums like the tooth was broken off are something over all staff personality is great but them listening to my concern me telling them that something is wrong not so good

Anna, Isaiah (I think that’s his name) and Dr. Simmons were all amazing. They explained everything and was right on point. The price, the service and the efficiency was all amazing!!

Negative experience: This review is for my 87 yr old father….. .STOCKBRIDGE LCCATION You pulled his teeth and sent him home while still drugged and incoherent on anesthesia. Wtheck. Why didn’t you let him stay there or have him call me. His last visit wasn’t like this one. He could have KILLED himsekf or someone else. You guys just don’t care . He barely made it home.. I’m pissed !!!!!!!!!! 0 stars

Fantastic experience: At first when I got My for now teeth I was swollen and in shock I thought I look horrible. Then as the swelling went down from the surgery and I went back 1 month later to get brand new ones I was so happy! Negative experience: Where do I begin on this 4,000 dollar disappointment, they staff is rude, the dentures did not fit and was rough in texture that made my mouth sore, when I came in for them to adjust them at my appointment time that was scheduled, they said it’s a wait and they didn’t know the time frame of the wait. I waited a hour on the last appointment and no one said , we are sorry for your wait, they said ok you can come back. LISTEN SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND CHOOSE ANOTHER PLACE. Positive experience: The staff was nice and made me feel confident and comfortable. Unfortunately when I got home and took a closer look. The teeth cost me over $800 in cash and I was heartbroken at the end of the day. Desperately seeking a tooth fix because my old ones were broken, I trusted what I heard about Affordable Dentures.. The ones I got from Aspen Dental and these were nothing like them. Meaning Aspen Dental’s were made much better. I’ll just add a couple of photos so you could judge the “crookedness” for yourself. I still stick with my first comment though. The staff was really nice and the place was clean. I only wish I hadn’t wasted my money.

Negative experience: I would never tell anyone to go to Affordable dentures. I didn’t even get my Procedure done because they lied to me about what I was getting and add more to it. They were rude and trying to talk to me like I was a child. I know what I was told and my daughter was also with me so she even heard was the lady said to me I don’t care what was put on paper that is not what I was told. I would not Recommend affordable dentures to anyone I do not appreciate the way they talk to me and treating me.

Fantastic experience: Second visit went sideways. Waited 1hr. & 36 minutes to be called. Installed dentures & upon closing mouth, left side upper & lower teeth contacted with a 1/4 in gap on right side. Bite was so wide @ rear that upon inserting & removing 3 times, left a large bleeding adhesion on left cheek & another, bleeding, on left front lower inner cheek just below the lip juncture. I was so upset that I left the very badly made dentures on the tray & left the building.

Fantastic experience: The staffs customer service was wonderful. I came in for an emergency extraction which turned in to 2. They basically had me in and out in under 2 hrs . Im nicely recovering and waiting to go back to finish the plan!

Negative experience: When I came to your office on Thursday the 20th. I thought it was gonna be a one day deal. Like it was fourteen years ago when I got my first set. That was a good experience, This one has not been. But on thursday,That didn't happen, I was asking To come back on the following monday. At ten thirty for a fitting and then I would have my teeth by two thirty. Well it's monday and that didn't happen. Because the Doctor is leaving early today.It will be windy before I get my Is teeth. This experience went from good to bad.

Negative experience: My temporary ones look better than the Permanent ones. Until I can go somewhere else I'll just weare the temporary ones. They had look so fake and its too white I thought the color was gone look like my temporary.

Fantastic experience: The staff was very prompt on my appointment time, they are very thorough when explaining procedures and cost. The Doctor was very professional and took the time to explain to me the procedures and allowed me to ask questions, I never felt rushed or like just a number.

Negative experience: I made an appointment via Affordable Dentures 800#. I gave the representative my info including my Medicare plan, and stated that I wanted implants and not dentures, something permanent.She never said that Affordable Denture did not accept my plan and went on to schedule the appointment. When I arrived at Affordable Denture, I filled out the initial paperwork and asked if she needed to see my id card, to which she replied, 'no, you're all set" and I proceeded to have a seat. After waiting for an hour, I was called back, xrayed, and led to a stall. The dentist came in and asked what was my concern. I communicated that I wanted implants to which she said I needed another kind of xray. That was done, which was the exact x-ray done the first time. Went back to my stall and was then told that Affordable does not accept my plan and then I was presented with a cost of over 8 thousand dollars and I could finance it through them via a monthly payment, with a down payment of ??? Of course, I refused and was then told that today's charge was $295.

Fantastic experience: My dentures were made in July. After wearing for weeks , swelling going down, and having Denture wearers look at mine, I came to realize my dentures were Slanted. They would never have fit correctly. At the end of September I Voiced my concern to your staff and Dr. Simmons they agreed to remake my dentures. So that’s what was done. I’m very pleased with your staff listening to my concerns and addressing them promptly. I live on a small budget and the remake of my dentures was done at no extra cost.

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with my visit on 2/7/24. Prior to that date, the staff was excellent. On that date the tech was very professional and courteous. However, the dentist needs to improve his bedside manner. My appointment was at 8am, but I arrived at 8:15. My xray was done shortly after, then I was place in the exam room around 8:30 to wait for the doctor. He didn't come to the room until 10 am. When he arrived he didn't even introduce himself or confirm who I was, nor did he even apologize for the long wait. I had to ask the tech to tell me his name. She then apologized for him. He and I made eye contact when I was leaving and he is yet to apologize or introduce himself...

Fantastic experience: Wait time wasn't long. They're very detailed in explaining every procedure. And customer service was excellent.

Negative experience: Staff was very nice and informative but when I came back at 2 o’clock to get fitted for my partial which I needed that day for some important speaking events they were made incorrectly they wouldn’t fit in mouth and they kept trying to force it in my mouth and it was painful. I was told I would have to come back 2 weeks later because of the holidays. I also asked for a refund and was told they would text me the information I never received it. My claim was lost I was told someone took it out of my records. Why??? I had a horrible experience. Better luck to anyone that goes!

Negative experience: Right now I am very disappointed! I went back to have my denture adjusted for the first time, after my mouth started to heal and not sure what went wrong but the young man could not get the plate back in my mouth. So the head dentist will have to remake my plate. So I have had no plate for a week. And had to cancel several holiday parties because I can't eat and I don't want anyone to see me without teeth. People I have not seen in over a year. Very disappointed

Fantastic experience: Everything‘s been amazing. I had implants put in the doctor was amazing. I had amazing experience. They had to file my teeth down so the implants while they were healing would fit well. They broke on the bottom right where the implant was. It took me seven days to get an appointment for them to fix them dentures. I had to go without teeth for one whole week and I just spent it $9000 on my teeth on implants and everything and I had to wait a week when they broke because they were so thin because of the end plant hardest thing I ever did is went without teeth for a week. That’s the only complaint I have with you guys. Everything else was amazing. The staff amazing very satisfied, beautiful teeth.

I had to literally wait three hours for my teeth not the new teeth my old teeth if I did not need my teeth in my mouth so that I could eat, I would have cancel the whole order and I still have to wait on the new teeth until the 14th of this month. I really don’t know what to say about this. Practice..,, I am having second thoughts. and I definitely do not like the phone service there. Me and my daughter had appointment the same day and she wanted to call and make another appointment but the phone calls going straight to voicemail. We start calling way before 8 o’clock all the way up to 10:00 No one answers the phone and then when you get into the office, they tell you that the calls come from a call center. I don’t understand that when you have three ladies sitting right there at the front Desk I think that they was very unethical. They did not even explain to me that I had to leave my old teeth out of my mouth for three hours I was hungry I could not even go across the street to McDonald’s because I did not have my teeth in my mouth they never never told me I had to come back and get my original teeth in order for them to make the new teeth after I have spent $790 that was totally unethica On they behalf, they was not professional at all Because if I had known that I would have gotten my money back they Did not explained nothing even close

Fantastic experience: Very professional and showed my mom alot of respect They pulled nine teeth and fitted her for temporary dentures in the same day Thank you all for all you do to give our seniors love ❤️ while making them feel comfortable and confident.

He extracted my tooth swiftly and with great care for me. I will definitely tell my family and friends about Affordable Dentures & Implants!! Thank you to all who took care of me

Fantastic experience: So far I have only been for a consultation and everything went well the environment was clean friendly and very inviting the staff was very knowledgeable with great communication skills so until my extraction day wish me luck

Fantastic experience: From my daughter Shannon….Dr Simmons and Gigi were so patient, and listened to ME as I had an infection in some of my teeth causing the Novocaine not as effective. She worked with me, stopped and let me have all the breaks I needed, and was very caring. Thank you for such kind, caring service.
