Fantastic experience: As a retired Dental Hygienist, I appreciate everything Dr. Pugh’s office staff has to offer. Celena RDH is very thorough and gentle and we’ve even formed a relationship- not formal but we remember each other’s story. The front desk staff is very helpful and cheerful. Dr. Couillard is gentle and explains everything as she goes along. Her assistant, Sophia, answers all my concerns and makes sure she faces me so I can hear her.

I've been a patient at this dental office for over 20 years, and my recent cleaning with Celena was yet another reminder of why I keep coming back. Celena takes time to ask how you are doing, with your teeth and personally. She is thorough, gentle, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She takes time to explain everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. It's rare to find a place that consistently delivers such high-quality care year after year, but this team truly does. Doctor spends a lot of time evaluating personal dental issues. Then explains everything. Gives immediate associated costs for services. Answers all questions and then you decide.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely excellent service. I received service from Celena. She was wonderful. I have food and dye allergies- especially dyes in medicines/oral products.Celena remembered me and my concerns from my last visit! She had the dye free products there ready for use! Also, I am very sensitive to pain & Celena was so good with making the teeth cleaning pain free. I have stayed with this dental service even though it is out of network for my insurance because the dental staff treat me so respectfully.

Fantastic experience: After living in Ohio for our entire lives, my wife and I recently relocated to SW Florida. As a result of this relocation, we had the daunting task of finding a new Dentist. We started our search the usual way by talking with friends and family and got their recommendations. We ignored all their advice, (We are glad we did!) and we came across Dr. Pugh's practice via an internet search. After reviewing her extensive website we immediately called and scheduled our initial appointments. I can tell you from the time I walked through the front door I felt like I belonged there. Their lobby is beautiful, warm and inviting. I was greeted with a friendly smile. Unfortunately, I can't remember the associates' name who registered me but she was absolutely wonderful! She even welcomed me to the practice, who does that! I was seen by Dr. Couillard and she was assisted by Michelle. Bravo to Dr. Pugh for hiring these two ladies. Obviously they were very professional, knowledgeable and thorough but even more important they were extremely pleasant and friendly. They treated me as if we have been life long friends. On my next visit, I was treated by Kelly for a cleaning. I can't say enough good things about Kelly and the treatment she provided. She was extremely friendly and professional ( I am starting to think this a prerequisite to work here!). She offered tips and suggestions along the way and even threw in a few compliments. If you are in need of a Dentist because you are new to the area or maybe you are not happy with your current one, you owe it to yourself to call Dr. Pugh and her team, you'll be happy you did!

The dentist and hygienist explained my need for a crown replacement in a clear and understandable manner. The office was professional, cutting edge technology, and super friendly.

Fantastic experience: 2022- 2024 Ara cleans my teeth and it's the most thorough cleaning I've ever had. Everyone is very friendly, as well, from the front desk to the dental staff. 9/2024 I recently had a new crown put in and Dr. Katie Eisberg was very professional, thorough, friendly and made sure everything was correct and that it looked perfect. The entire dental staff was excellent, as well! April 2025 I had a cleaning with Ara and she was exceptional, as always. She is very friendly, attentive, professional and makes the visit so much nicer. The office staff is also great.

I had to have a lower bridge replaced and they did such a great job explaining everything to me and the procedure went off without a hitch and I had no pain at all. Fantastic experience: About a week ago i was visiting some friends who had recently moved to Florida. That same evening one of my teeth broke off and a fair amount of pain ensued. It was jagged and I needed to be seen ASAP. My friends called this office at 8 AM the following morning and I was seen that same day at 1 PM (amazing!) Dr Couillard did a thorough exam plus Xrays and offered me the possible treatments with excellent explanations. We decided on a temporary fix until I could return to Massachusetts to see my regular dentist. I never imagined that I might be seen so soon and appropriate care would be given. the staff was excellent and Dr Couillard and her assistant were great. Thank ALL of you for my care. The care is first rate. My last appointment was to take care of a problem. Staff got me in as soon as possible and the care was excellent.

Fantastic experience: Our family absolutely loves Dr. Pugh & her staff! She takes care of our entire family: 2 adults and 3 children and does an excellent job. Our oldest son has sensory processing disorder and we've always found going to the dentist challenging. With other dentists in the past, he has left dental visits in tears. That wasn't the case at Dr. Pugh's office! The entire staff treated him with such gentleness and care and he wasn't afraid at all! I was shocked we made it through an entire cleaning without tears and he left happy. She is very caring, does an excellent job explaining things and is extremely thorough and knowledgable. We're so blessed to have found her dental clinic and I highly recommend her. We're customers for life!

The office is state of the art with all of the most updated dental equipment. I recently had my regular exam and Ara was my dental hygienist. She was very thorough and followed up on an issue I was having. Dr. Pugh was not available, but Dr Couillard stepped in to explain what was happening and relayed the results to Dr Pugh. I received a call the next day to schedule a follow up with Dr. Pugh. All of the professional staff in the office has the utmost dedication to their patients.

Fantastic experience: Made appointment pleasant. Claudia the Mgr was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Took time to discuss my needs and went over treatment options. Dr. Berry was excellent. Hygienist was very thorough and gentle . Everyone in office friendly. No upselling. I love this place

Fantastic experience: Nobody looks forward to going to the dentist. That said. this practice makes it ok to get what needs to be done as close at it can be to pleasant. Their work is good as well as communication regarding what needs to be done as well as describing what is being done, step by step, during complicated repairs.
