Fantastic experience: The Staff here is very nice. They helped Me when I fell on My face and messed up one of My front teeth. I got an implant and it matched the color of My teeth. Before the implant I wore what they call a flipper to replace the tooth They had to pull. It was more than comfortable. They do good work here and They take great care of Their patients.

Negative experience: My experience has been less than favorable. I had to return for follow-up and I'm not pleased with the service I received. Maybe the next follow-up will be better. Well, apparently I have an acceptance issue. I agree, when the crown received is not the best, ongoing. Follow up, crown replaced, not a good experience as a patient.

Everyone from the front desk to the back was professional and courteous. An excellent job was done on cleaning my teeth and explaining everything. Will definitely make my next appointment with Dental One Associates. Con: Being an exceptional Dentist means not worrying about how awful your competitors may be. Keep up the good work you do. Negative experience: I will never come back here again. I had a crack tooth on my sinus cavity. Dr was very condescending and even in tears did not help with pain

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed. My son and I checked in for appointments, provided our insurance info, and signed paperwork—only to be told afterward that the system was down and no services could be performed. A week later, we still haven’t been able to reach anyone to reschedule. They haven’t returned emails or phone calls, and the voicemail cuts off before you can even leave a message. At this point, we just hope nothing was run through our insurance for services we never received. Totally unprofessional. As of 1/3/25 below: I did call and specifically asked for the office manager after your reply on 10/29, but as of 1/3, I still haven’t received a call back. That just proves my point — the office is unprofessional and unresponsive. The standard reply sounds polite, but it doesn’t reflect how the office actually operates. It’s disappointing that even after reaching out directly, there’s still been no follow-up.

Fantastic experience: 10/10!! Each time I’ve visited the office, the experience has been TOP TIER!!! From the ladies at the front, to the assistants, to my dentist, Emily— she is so knowledgeable & personable, to the best hygienist I’ve ever had, Jennifer!!!! Fantastic experience: My Dental Hygienist Jennifer is the best ever! She cares for both my husband and I, we always come out with our teeth literally glowing after each cleaning and I'm not kidding. The doctors and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the check and balance system they have. One doctor said I had cavities and Dr. Pedro was able to determine it was a misdiagnose. Imagine if it was the same doctor who diagnosed me that was going to fill out the cavities. She would have drilled my teeth for no reason at all. Great customer service all around.

Negative experience: I had an appointment today at 12:30 with Dr. Sanchez. I waited an hour and was never called to the back for treatment. I asked for a refund and left. The staff didn't even offer to explain why I could not see Dr. Sanchez after waiting an hour.

Negative experience: After having crown work done, the crown unfortunately came out.. When I called your office, I was advised to purchase tooth adhesive from CVS and attempt to reattach the crown myself. I found this suggestion to be unsafe and inappropriate, especially considering the potential risks involved. Fortunately, I called the office again and spoke with a more responsible representative who was able to schedule an appointment for me. I appreciated their help, but the time it took to secure that appointment was longer than expected and concerning given the urgency of the situation. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was surprised to be presented with a new balance that had not been previously communicated. She asked me was i aware I have an account balance, and I responded no, as no one has contacted me or informed me of a balance. I was also taken aback by the tone in which this was handled—suggesting that if I didn’t pay the balance, service would not be rendered. This was especially distressing while the empty crown space was super sensitive and very uncomfortable. Toothaches can be extremely uncomfortable and even debilitating, and I believe this matter should have been treated with more empathy. The actual repair took less than 15 minutes, and it would have been greatly appreciated had it been scheduled and resolved more promptly. I also believe it is the responsibility of dental offices to inform new patients of any out-of-pocket expenses prior to providing service. When this does not happen, the office should take ownership rather than place the responsibility surprise burden on the patient. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. Patient comfort, clear communication, and professionalism are essential in healthcare, and I trust that steps will be taken to ensure better experiences moving forward.

Negative experience: The entire experience was a complete waste of time from the moment I made an appointment from my insurance company list regarding a referral from my primary dentist for a teeth splinting procedure that took two visits and several conversations regarding this schedule, only to end disappointed, while stressing the distance and several current health challenges, which seemed to be totally insensitively disregarded!! The first was mistakenly set for a cleaning that was rescheduled for correction, which was supposedly to have been with the right doctor this past Tuesday. I was told no appointment would be held without having my X-rays forwarded, which was done. Once checked in, confirming that everything was finally in place, the assistant started with panoramic X-rays, then prepared me for more X-rays, when suddenly she said, "There was no doctor there to do this common procedure." At which time I refused any payments, as surprisingly the receptionist said it was only for a consultation!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dental One Associates of Stockbridge, Ga. For general dentistry and periodontal treatment. The staff and the facility was a 10 out of 10. Fantastic experience: I was sent to this office by the Atlanta VA. They were very knowledge of the VA system. When I arrived immediately asked me did I need a travel letter. They were very pleasant. I was taken back for my panoramic X-rays and put in a room routine X-rays. The assistant was great. I later was seen by Ms. Brittany the hygienist who stated my teeth looked great for not being cleaned in over a year. I try to do my part, can’t have ugly teeth and a sticky breath. I saw Dr. Perez who took great care of me as well. I got two fillings replaced, numbed me up with no problems. They also had a TV I could watch as well. The electricity did go out and I was told I may have to come back. I was like fix it Jesus and he did just that.

Negative experience: So there’s really not much I can say about my visit. I dentist saw me for 2 minutes. Took a Quick Look at the tooth I had severe pain in. And said, oh you need a bridge. Not even examining my tooth. But a bridge is not what I needed. And I said that to him. So he made it seem like I was being smart with him. So he said oh, so you think you know what’s going on with your teeth. I said well. I think it’s more deeper than just getting a bridge. I have a cracked tooth .. I might need a root canal. the pain was hitting all the way to my nerve … so he kept triggering my tooth making me in more severe pain . Then said well. You might need a root canal. And I don’t do those.he gave a a referral to contact an endodontics for a root canal. And walked away even when I had more questions to ask him… so can’t really give him a star… but I will give the front desk staff credit. Especially Veronica. She was very sweet and friendly. I give Veronica 5 stars. Oh, and I didn’t even use the referral that he gave me. I all over the area to find an Endodontics who did my root canal that day. The only thing dr Perez did was sent a prescription to my pharmacy. Which I didn’t even have the need to go pick up due to his lack there of. Thank you. I really didn’t want to give my comment and experience on my visit. But I kept getting text messages about leaving a review… dr Perez has very bad chair side manner. I am Not Pleased to say the least. Thank you
