Negative experience: If I was able to give zero stars I would. I don’t know why this office is dedicated to treating children if they are not kid-friendly. Most, not all, staff members were unprofessional with an attitude and impatient. Some staff members were talking smack about other patients in front of my kids while getting their procedure done. If you don’t want your child to be injured and mistreated don’t come here.

The dental assistants are amazing with kids they talk to them in such a kind and reassuring way, and they take the time to explain every detail of the treatments to parents. You can tell they really care about their patients. The doctors are super nice and make sure everyone feels comfortable. I highly recommend this office, especially Genesis Marquez she’s wonderful!

They checked in with me often and Priscilla and Dr. Minh were the best:D This place is also very clean and I love how they have music and cute murals on the walls! I'm definitely recommending this place to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee And Priscilla did a very good job with filling in my cavities, they were delicate and the experience was very good over all. I recommend this dental office to anybody who needs a tooth clean or needs their fillings done and especially recommend you go with both of them!

Positive experience: Hate to do this but must. Follow up review. Seems like they dont comminucate amongst themselves. One tells me one thing about insurances they other end tells me completely different. Went in for a prophylaxis and girl seemed hungry over and only polished and charged me for prophylaxis. I have 2 kids now and with my smallest, the worker seemed annoyed and got even more mad when I told her that they let me sit in the room to so that my kid can see im there. Then when I reciprocated the attitude she just walked out. Im sorry Dr. Lee but these issues must be corrected before I return. Thank you for always being nice though. A person came up to me making appointments and I have to say I am very happy I gave my information. I had taken my child to 2 different dentists before and they ignored my concerns. When I came to Smilee Dental they heard and took care of all of my kid's concerns. My kid was 4 years old and they took good care of him. They had patience for him even while he was kicking and screaming but he still loves coming here. He is not scared of going to the back. (Any parent knows that if a kid had a very bad experience, they will be traumatized. My kid is not at all). After I saw how they were with him I decided to make them my dentist as well. I love their service. They are also very cheap if you are paying out of pocket for cleanings; other places have charged me between $90-$160 but not here. Super low rate. Parents, they are where you want to bring your kids and yourselves.

Fantastic experience: This place is very accommodating with families with special needs and their service is excellent. I came with a family of 5 kids and their parents and the dentists and the dental assistants were prompt and was able to get them in and out. The dental assistants here are very knowledgeable and the multiple dentists that they have treating patients are quick and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Extremely friendly staff. Everybody’s smiling and very welcoming. My daughter (4) and my nephew (16) are not scared to come here. Kids has a tendency of hating going to the dentist but my kids actually don’t mind going to this place at all. They also accommodate a lot when it comes to appointments. You don’t have to wait for a long time to get one.

Negative experience: Came in for an evaluation as I had my front tooth chipped. They looked at me took my X-rays and charged me $50 just to clean my teeth and refer me to another dentist. Didn’t help at all. They said they couldn’t help me and didn’t even try. Now I have to pay for another evaluation fee at the other dentist because the X-rays and systems are somehow not linked between the 2 dentists.
