Fantastic experience: Dr.Watson is surgical with the numbing needle. I’ve had a bit of dental work and while root canals is usually one of the most dreaded procedures, it was one of my better dental experiences because of her. Pretty much no pain at all. She’s also not about just making a dollar, she made sure I knew I had options and could probably put off a root canal for a while if I chose. I’ll always opt to go to her for a surgical dental work I need.

Fantastic experience: I want to say thank y’all for the bottom of my heart because everyone that I came in contact with today was really helpful. I loved how everyone that I talk to today it explained things to me to where I understood. Thanks for taking the time to figure out why I was in pain. Making me feel comfortable. Everyone there Helpful check to see if we knew anything while we were waiting. Loved how y’all had the water out front and the coffee. The office was very nice and clean even the back was clean. I honestly really loved going to the dentist when I have been afraid to go to others, but they made me feel comfortable and I want to thank you guys for that

Fantastic experience: My experience at the dentist's office today was awesome! Dr. Cucumbatch did an excellent job with the procedure very gentle and professional. The staff were also incredibly kind and courteous. From start to finish, everything was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I think it is absolutely insane that I had to pay $152 to sit in the chair to have absolutely nothing done to fix my partial. There was absolutely nothing done except a couple of x-rays which I did not need. I needed my partial repairedIt did not happen.

Fantastic experience: I found myself in the midst of a dental emergency this week, TWICE. McDonough Center for Family Dentistry went out of their way to help me, on both occasions. They are incredibly kind, helpful, & compassionate! Charlene was especially helpful and personable. Blessings to that angel!

Fantastic experience: My experience was great considering I am not a fan of going to the dentist because of some prior visits some years ago. But Dr Bhatia and her assistant were great. They knew that I was not feeling that great because of a pinched nerve in neck and arm and they accommodated me fully. The doctor kept asking was I alright. I needed fillings. Don’t remember the last time I got fillings But willing to have more work done.

Negative experience: I’m just so upset and disappointed with the office. I heard so many great things about them. The day before my appointment someone broke into my car and stole my bag I called and begged to reschedule because I couldn’t afford to pay the fee because my personal items were stolen including all my money. they weren’t considerate and said because I’m rescheduling I have to repay my deposit as if I didn’t just say someone stole all my money. Human decency, kindness, and understanding is just not so common anymore. The world revolves around money now.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and helpful staff at this office and really love Dr.Bhatia a lots too.Ihad a crown done today and also molding for my partials and had a great dental assistant and Dr Bhatia did great as well.

Negative experience: Been coming here for about 9 years but the wait times are out of control. Last appointments for my daughter's they said they had nothing together so they scheduled their appointments 50 minutes apart. We arrived a little early for paperwork and we were not called until an HOUR after my first daughter's appointment time. I am here now with my oldest and it has been 45 minutes after her appointment time. We are definitely going to be changing dentist because this is ridiculous. No respect for people's time. The whole point of an appt is to not wait especially an hour.

Fantastic experience: I love going to the McDonough Center for Family Dentistry. The workers are always professional and kind. Please keep up the great work.

Negative experience: The level of service has consistently gotten lower as every year goes by. Today I arrived over 20 minutes early for my appointment, but even after 20 minutes after my appointment time, I still was not seen yet. I left. Am planning on transferring dentists after (15) years.

Negative experience: The fees was explained incorrectly to me. Day of appointment I had to pay 100 more. Then after being called yhe appointment reason had to nurse confuses

Negative experience: Never told me I needed certain paperwork and after being there for 30 minutes the paperwork was brought up. They then told me I had to leave even though they had gotten the paperwork at this point. The lady had an attitude and told me it wasn’t her fault and just rude. Then it took another 30 minutes to get my refund.

Positive experience: Great e experience with all staff but I have problem with billing. Been a year of getting my billing to my satisfaction and still not sure. Waiting for a call to discuss my questions. I know your billing is at a different location but not very responsive. Maybe they are overworked. I continue to be held up for a payment despite my questions on billing. I have been with you over 10 years but billing procedures take precedent over my concerns.

Fantastic experience: Today was an unscheduled visit. I woke up to the left side of my face extremely swollen. The receptionist was empathetic and extremely helpful. Because I didn't have an appointment she warned me that it may be a minute. She kept checking on me and giving me updates about when they would be able to see me.

Negative experience: The tech that retrieved me from the lobby to prep me for the dental hygienist was very unprofessional. He cared more about talking about past clients with Co workers across the room than focusing on completing my xray exam and setting up my 6 month follow up. The hygienist spent more time trying to keep the male tech on track. After I was finished seeing the dentist while getting ready to leave I opted to speak with the financial advisor to over cost of the treatment plan suggested by the dentist. While getting ready to transition into her room I over heard the financial advise tell the tech she wishes these people would just go home. So that what I did went home to find me a new provider.

Fantastic experience: The overall experience was outstanding. The technician and dentist were magnificent. They were thorough while performing the procedure. The follow up and after care instructions were first-class. The scheduler was excellent with the after care plan. I felt comfortable during the entire process. From intake to the procedure until the time I left the door. The staff, technician and dentist met but mostly exceeded my expectations. I have and will continue to tell my family and friends about this experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Outstanding!!!!’

Fantastic experience: I finally after many years and truthfully *fear*..I did it!!!!...all implants now in place and time for the grand finally in a few months..thank you for holding my hand through it all!!!...I so appreciate the Staff and the Oral surgeon on board❤️...I recommend this dental facility rather here of Hiram...what a long haul this has been

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly and concerned about your visit. The tech took time to explain the procedure and made sure I was ok during the whole time o was there.

Negative experience: I’ve been a patient at this facility for years like longer than I would like to admit. Services declined immensely years ago yet I continued to go so I can see certain techs who clean well and not mid. My last appointment broke the camel’s back. I’m completely over it. My complaints are as followed: long waits for the appointment even if you show up on time, staff morale is low, I understand the ADA doesn’t require a dentist to look at your teeth every 6 months but it seemed like an annoyance to ask to see a dentist which in turn made me not want to come back. Essentially I shouldn’t have any opinion about the work done to MY mouth, staff are always ready to leave and rush the work, whoever did my filling last didn’t care that my bite was off, it wasn’t smooth and I couldn’t floss my teeth smoothly and the color of my filling was visible and darker than the original tiny dot I had. The moment I was told we use a standard color with an elitist attitude I was out for sure. Did I mention, all the staff talk about is what they are doing when they leave! They don’t want to be there. I don’t get greeted anymore because everyone is tired. Customer service is trash minus the billing folks, some techs, 2drs, and some front staff. Also I only see them basically once a year because they push the appointments back and cancel last minute. Oh one more thing, I never see the same person twice, it’s only happened about 3 times but of course it had to be requested. Still didn’t happen though after asking. Yet if you need dental work asap please believe they will squeeze you in but don’t expect their best work.

Positive experience: Went to my follow up appointment on 6/5 for my permanent crown.. I showed the assistant which tooth had the temp crown which was my number 11 tooth. She started pulling on that tooth and stop and started pulling on my number 6 tooth!! I was like why are you pulling on the wrong tooth! She then took the temp crown off. Brought in the permanent tooth that didn’t fit. Waited for the dentist who came in a fitted the tooth just fine. Then the assistant gave me paperwork that belonged to another patient which had the number 6 tooth on the paperwork. Then she sprayed me with water all in face. I love my dentist but the assistant gave was horrible.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit, and I had the pleasure of seeing Tamika. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and clearly dedicated to her work. Even though I was called in a bit earlier than my scheduled appointment, what I needed done was time-consuming. Still, Tamika made it work without rushing and honored my original appointment time to ensure everything was done properly. I truly appreciated her effort and care, she’s definitely gained a new loyal patient!

Positive experience: I arrived on time and waited an hour to get a simple cleaning. The girl that took me to my room had the personality of a door stop. Maybe she shouldn't work in healthcare or human relations until she can learn some people skills. My tech however was extremely friendly and did a great job. I would request her again for sure.

Fantastic experience: The staff is friendly. Dr. Cumberbatch is consistently the best Dentist who calms my anxiety as he explains each step of the procedure. In 10 years he's the BEST Oral Surgeon in Georgia. I am super glad to be one of his many satisfied clients!!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to McDonough Center for Family Dentistry and everyone was friendly and professional. The place is clean and large. Even though I've always had severe anxiety to dentist, they made me feel comfortable and at ease. The staff takes the time with you to explain all options that are available. They do not pressure you, but they give you the time to make your own decision. I highly recommend anyone to come here.

Fantastic experience: Today I had dental surgery at McDonough family dentistry. Everyone was professional and polite. Dr. C was as always provided detailed information about the process and continually checked to make sure I was ok and not in pain. The dental tech was also easy to talk with as we waited for doc to enter room

Fantastic experience: I have always experienced good and awesome curiosity. Whenever I have an appointment at McDonough Center for Family. The ladies at the front desk have a wonderful attitude and the people in the back. AWESOME!

Negative experience: This is my second visit here. First visit was great. This second one not so much. The tech that was assisting the DR was a bit aggressive. I think it had to do with an issue he may have had with some coworkers. He kept saying Nadine want to talk to me. I take it that Nadine is the supervisor. But that was unprofessional and had him a bit on edge. I don't need him assisting any DR that I am seeing ever again.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time here. I was in excruciating pain and could barely talk. I came in to see about getting some Tonsil Stones removed, come to find out I didn't have any, they took an X-ray to see what was going on, I'm not good with bite-wing so they used the other machine which I was totally impressed, after looking at my X-ray my Dental Hygienist Sheila was awesome, she looked at it and said it looks like this area has something in it (pointing to it!) She proceeded to take a cotton swab and saw the area had some blood around a wisdom tooth that was extracted back in January at my normal Doctor's office, she applied a little pressure and removed something (not sure WHAT it was) and the excruciating pain was gone. Dr. Anjalica (sp) stepped in to confirm and then I was sent on my way. Both Sheila and Dr. Anjalica (sp) made me feel very comfortable and they were very professional. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr.C for abut a year now, and he’s definitely the best dentist I’ve had in my 32 years of life. There was a hiccup with the crowns I had placed in which led to them changing colors soon after placement. The level of accountability that was taken was impeccable. There wasn’t a long dawn out conversation, he was straight to the point with letting me know what caused it and how he was going to fix it. I had initially considered going to another dentist but I’m so glad that I didn’t. I’m so impressed with the work that was done and the professionalism him and his team displayed. It’s not something you see often these days. I also appreciate the fact that he cares about his staff. Every tech that’s worked alongside him, he was always teaching them something as he’s working, while also explaining to me what he’s doing. I can’t wait to finish up the rest of my work. I highly recommend this place, don’t forget to ask for Dr.c!

Fantastic experience: This is probably the best functioning dental office I have been to in my life. I’m 70. The staff is personable, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Dr Cumberbatch is a consummate Dental professional. As a dentist his skill sets are quite remarkable. His “bedside” manner is calming, reassuring, very thorough and gentle. His caring demeanor is surpassed only by his skill as a Dentist. His dental Techs/assistants are without question knowledgeable, reassuring and kind. Finally, I had “serious” procedures performed earlier today and suffice it to say that going to McDonough family dentistry is in fact the right decision. Having Dr Cumberbatch as my dentist is life changing. Thank you Dr. Cumberbatch and thank you McDonough Family Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient, I was very pleased with the Doctors, staff, services and treatment that I received at Mcdonough Center for Family Dentistry. They were friendly as well as professional in every way. I will quickly recommend them to everyone and anyone that is in need of their services. The Doctor even called me to ask how I felt after office hours. Since I am a Senior Citizen, words cannot express how grateful I felt for this extended consideration.

Negative experience: I’m not sure if it’s lack of staffing, however, I’m sad to say that I can no longer go to this office for my dental services. Mine as well as my husband’s last 4 routine cleaning appointments have been scheduled 6 months ahead and then cancelled the day before. We both kept receiving messages that the cancellation was due to our hygienist being unavailable our scheduled day, which is odd and got very repetitive. Firstly, we don’t have any specific hygienist we see in that office consistently. Secondly, if staffing is the issue and I’m on my fourth cancelled appointment, you knew at the time you scheduled me that you’d have to eventually cancel. It’s really bad for business and I can no longer let my dental health suffer behind giving this office so many chances. For what it’s worth, they’re actually great when they can fulfill your appointment. Then again, I haven’t been able to get back in the office for 2 years, so hopefully, the staff is still exceptional like I remembered.

From Dr. Chaterbatch to the Dental assistant's and I'm sure I spelled his name incorrectly, but my point is you're missing out on great dental care if you're not a patient here. They have payment assistance right on the spot and you can get the work done the same day❤️❤️by far the best Dentist office I've found in all of my 25 years of living in Atlanta.

Negative experience: The way I was spoken to, smart replies, argumentative "customer service" while trying to schedule an appointment as a new patient. The representative responded with "that's all you had to say" after she asked me 3-4 things at 1 time. I will go to a different state before I ever do business here.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Watson did my root canal and very minimal discomfort.Dr. Bhatia did my crown procedure she was great. It’s good finally having someone who listens to the patient and not just do what they want.The front desk was very friendly. I had 3 procedures in one day. That’s what I like. Great Place.

Positive experience: I’m giving this oral surgeon’s office a 3 out of 5. While the facility was clean and the techs were friendly and helpful, my overall experience felt rushed. The surgeon’s bedside manner could definitely use improvement—it felt like I was just being moved along without much personal attention or reassurance. Everything else was fine, but the lack of warmth and attentiveness from the Dr.. made it a less-than-great visit. I had all four impacted wisdom teeth removed at this office. While the procedure itself went smoothly and the staff was kind and professional, I was disappointed with the pain management. The surgeon seemed very reluctant to prescribe actual pain medication, and the recommended Tylenol and ibuprofen combo wasn’t nearly enough. I had to strongly advocate for myself just to receive the bare minimum. It felt like my pain concerns weren’t taken seriously, which made the appt. much more difficult than it needed to be. Pain control is a critical part of post-op care, and I hope this aspect of their practice improves.

Negative experience: I had the worst experience with this dental office. They had me wait a month and a half for a permanent crown. After finally getting the crown put in I've been in pain ever since. Come to find out I need a root canal. I should've never had the crown put on before getting a root canal 1st. My new dental office is way better, more professional and caring unlike these people. It was a total waste of my time and my money. I called multiple times to request pain medication and not one dentist called me back. I tried making an emergency appointment and the soonest they could see me was May 29th. So im supposed to be in pain for 3 more weeks? I think not. All they did was leave me out to dry and remain in pain. My new dentist prescribed me pain medication, an antibiotic and a endodontist referral for the root canal. Area under crown got infected because of their stupidity making me wait a month and a half for a permanent crown. I will never go to this practice again and will tell everyone I know to never go there. As far as I'm concerned they owe me my $600. That's the least they can do.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service from the time I enter the building I was greeted with a smile. Until I exited the facilities. The entire staff explained EVERYTHING that was being done. I've never felt more comfortable in a dental office. Everyone was professional and personal. The facilities were exceptionally clean. Negative experience: This dentist office will cause you to waste your benefits. EVERY SINGLE TIME we are scheduled for our appointments we get canceled a few weeks before our appointment. We are then given an appointment MONTHS out. So you do not get your two cleanings per year because the insurance will not pay again for 6 months, and we will be in a new calendar year. I have repeatedly asked for an office manager to call and they never do. I really feel sorry for the call center employees who have to answer the phone, because I know this happens to many others. DONE!

Negative experience: Since this office has gone through new management, it’s been a nightmare to be seen at this office. My daughter had an appointment at 3:40pm they didn’t start treatment until after 5pm with no respect to their patients time. I am certainly considering finding another dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had my visit with Dr. Watson for a root canal and let me just say, If I ever need a root canal again, fingers crossed I won't but she would definitely be the only one I would let do it. Negative experience: I was there for my appointment on Monday 4/28/25 and a nerve was hit in my lower left side, which has caused me to have a significant pain in my face and ear that has not healed. The dental assistant told me that she had to pick her child up as if I didn’t have insurance ( yet I have 2) plus paid $200 so the nerve of her getting agitated because I said I’m pissed ( which I still able because my face is still swollen and I’m in pain 24 hours since leaving their office on Monday. Not to mention I was in pain for the entire procedure. The Doctor didn’t apologize for hitting the nerve or what I should expect. This office has changed drastically since coming here. No one has any compassion for their patience.

Negative experience: Horrible. I been coming here for years and on this last visit got a new dentist without being notified. My root canal tooth broke in half and the new dentist took at least 10 minutes trying to get it out. Lots of pulling!! I was in pain for a week. When I called on my 5th day to ask if I needed to be see. Before my appointment because of the pain. I was told someone will call me back. No call !

Fantastic experience: I got my wisdom teeth extracted today and the procedure went excellent. It only took 10-15 minutes for two to be removed. The oral surgeon and his assistant delivered a great service. I am very happy with how it all went.

Negative experience: Due to cancellation, they reach out to me about today’s appointment and then they called few days ago saying they do not have referral for my appointment for today. And I saw general dentist to their location, so they should have the referral if they needed, And then when I called to check on today’s appointment, they said office manager will reach out to me, And then an office manager reached out I was at work so she left voicemail saying I’ll need to pay $400 that insurance doesn’t cover, to book the appointment for CT scan. They should’ve said that at first and not wasting my time. I have toothache for long and I had to go back-and-forth almost 5 months passed since I saw the general dentist. And appointment issue is not first time, that happened earlier they booked my appointment and I took my day off from work and then they called me saying the appointment is not confirmed even though I received text message. It is very frustrating when I have worst toothache and the dentist is not even able to guide you on how to fix the issue.

Negative experience: My husband had surgery here about two months ago and still in a lot of pain. He believes something went wrong during surgery because the area where they reconstructed the bone isn't healing properly and he's in severe pain when he eats or drinks. We have been calling for three days trying to get ibuprofen 800 to help him with his pain, but every time we call we get the run around. I cancelled my appointment with them and my husband will not be returning to them as well. Pray before dealing with this office

Negative experience: They are always 30 minutes or more late. They need a much better payment system. I showed up for an appointment three time in the last seven months for my appointment to be canceled without a call. They need a better payment system. They said "quotes are estimates", even though you have to see the payment department before you get treatment. I paid what I was quoted only to be held hostage for one hour because of an unknown bill of 338.00. I watched just about every one be called up and told they had a bill they didn't know anything about. I have excellent dental benefits I paid what they ask me, where did this new payment come from. I will be shopping around. I still don't have teeth

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here since around 2009/10. I used to have major dentist anxiety until I discovered McDonough Center for Family Dentistry. I’ve referred my entire family here. Everyone is so friendly, informative, and they always make sure you’re comfortable. I’ve had oral surgery, braces, a dental implant, and regular cleanings here and all of my services have been top tier. 10/10 will always recommend!

Fantastic experience: My first time at McDough family Dentistry and I was very pleased with all the staffs customer service.My hygienist was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly about my procedure as she made me feel comfortable.The young lady that did my X-ray was very gentle after I told her that going to the dentist makes me nervous.OMG my Dentist is from Trinidad,I don’t remember his name but he was very thorough at explaining my X-ray and treatments needed to be done which was mild.I left feeling please with my visit and thank God I have no cavities.On my second visit was like the first .my hygienist Haley was very kind and friendly.She talk to me through my entire procedure making sure I was ok .Its been a while since I’ve had a good dentist who has the patient best interest at heart.Haley you rock.Thank you for caring.

Negative experience: Busy practice, kind and courteous staff l, dental assistants, dentists, and specialists. The Endodontist, Dr. Watson and her Assistant Trish are the best: efficient, professional, and pain free!! But, the financial side of the practice and treatment coordinators foster less confidence, and, as with most dental facilities, the out of pocket costs are prohibitively expensive. Additional information to share: it’s been several weeks since I paid what was a questionable amount for my dental services and no one has called (as they promised a more knowledgeable finance person would) to clarify the credit that appears due to me. My concern when being required to pay more than it was clear that I owed was that getting someone to look into this and getting a refund would be difficult. My fear has been realized. This practice REQUIRES patients to pay upfront BEFORE services are rendered based on what the financial office believes you will owe as opposed to paying when it is clear what services were actually rendered.Then when there is a question for them to justify charges and credits, all I hear are crickets. BEWARE that the dental staff are great, but the people responsible for payments don’t know what they are doing and the patient pays the price for their lack of knowledge. I will call them again and update my review.

Fantastic experience: Great service and communication. Mrs. Carlene really helped us out with creating a plan for my 19 years. After he had a seizure and fell face forward. Dr. Doshi was extremely patient and gentle. Everyone understood the situation and the urgency. We were able to get an emergency appointment right away. They have communicated with care. It was just an overall amazing experience.

Negative experience: Worst dental office I’ve ever encountered! They are money hungry!! Stay clear and find a different dentist. I’ve only been seeing them for a little over 1 year and between me and my son I’ve received 2 bills in the mail for things they charged me for that they shouldn’t have. On 3/19/25 my son was seen for a check up. Based on what they seen he needed the sealants they put in less then a year ago again!! Per Dr. Ramey(Brianna was her assistant that day) told me there wouldn’t be a charge for them since they were done less then a year ago! Well lo and behold I received a bill in the mail for those said sealants!!! This place is absolutely ridiculous!! Way too many staff members that are unprofessional and do not do their job efficiently!! Those sealants shouldn’t have been sent to my insurance if they read the notes properly!! And oh let’s not forget you can’t ever reach billing to discuss the issues!! Stay away from them and find a different dentist for your family! I’m definitely doing that now!!

Fantastic experience: Dr C is extremely good at what he does and treats his customers with the upmost respect. He genuinely cares for his patient. His assistant did a fantastic job preparing for me Dr C to complete his treatment plan on me. Really enjoy what McDonough Denisty does for their patients.

Negative experience: You have got to do better about the wait time. Our appt was at 8:30, and we were not seen until 9:15am. My appt was the previous week and I didn't go back until 40 minutes later.

Negative experience: I called to make an appointment because I have an infection in my tooth, my face is swollen and I can’t chew. They said the next available appointment is 3 weeks later. I had to call back that following Monday and my dentist prescribed me pain medicine and antibiotics.

Negative experience: I made an appointment 6 weeks ago and came in for an exam today. When I arrived they said my appointment was canceled because "i didnt confirm the appointment".... The reason why is they sent the confirmationto a different person with my name, and he didn't respond. The patient account under my name is "inactive" because I came here 10 years ago or more and never had work done. So when I made this appointment, they asked if I was a new patient. I said no I have been there once before. I guess whoever made the appointment didn't property verify who the hell I was and made it for a different patient. I still dont understand who the appointment was actually for if it wasnt me. They said they would have to reschedule. The office is full of idiots. I also called several times to verify they can apply both my insurance types to my visit and NEVER got a call back. I had xrays taken at another dentist recently so they asked me to send the x-rays to them at McDonoughFamily Dentistry..... I did weeks ago. Today they told me the address I sent them to was to a dentist that doesn't even work here and hasn't in a long time. But it was sent to the address they told me to send it too..... I asked who scheduled this appointment in the computer ? They couldn't determine that but said it was done at the call center. If you make an appointment at this clown show office, make sure it's under the right patient name (your name and birthdate) If they have you send x-rays, make sure it's to an email address they can access. You stand a better chance at doing your own dental work than having any performed here. I couldn't remember why when I came 10 years ago why I chose not to ha e them do any work. Now I remember. I don't need people clowning g around in my mouth if nobody here can even do something as simpe as scheduling appointments for a patient, under that patient's name.

Charlene and Tequila were phenomenal and went over and beyond to assist me during a difficult time I’m currently having. Fantastic experience: Had a great experience. My dental hygienist was gentle, knowledgeable, personable and caring. I will make future appointments with her. Had to return due to an “appointment hiccup.” Everything worked out with finesse and professionalism. The dentist who served me had outstanding emotional intelligence. I will never forget how he treated me. Now that’s what I am talking about!

Negative experience: My daughter was scheduled to get sealants instead she got a cleaning which she did not need. When the hygienist started to do the cleaning my daughter told her she just had one. Then was told that the system shows she has not had a cleaning since Jan 2024. She just had a cleaning 6 weeks prior to this appt! Then I was told she had to come back in 12 weeks for her sealants. So why did they schedule her to come for sealants in the 1st place? The hygienist was very rude and basically acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: I'm currently a patient of Family Denistry and today I had an appointment to have ex-rays done, after taking ex-rays within 30 minutes I was able schedule my dental work that I needed to have done. My schedule is very demanding because I work in security in Midtown ATL , so driving for my appointment was at the least a little stressful. But , when I arrived and signed in I was seen within 5 minutes. The staff was excellent , because it was the end of the day for them also. So I would like to say Thank You Very Much for helping me have a blessed day.

Negative experience: Go to yelp to get the real run down on this place! This dentist office is so unprofessional and rude. They canceled my appointment the day of WITHOUT notice. l asked why and the clerk couldn't give me any excuse, and said " I'm only a clerk" and also said she would make sure I would get an explanation via email or call which I never received. Do not waste your time or money with these inconsiderate people!

Positive experience: Under new management, now 50% for crown is due just to make appointment, then remainder is excepted on appointment, before crown is seated. Don't like this practice. I should not have to pay half up front just to make appointment.

Fantastic experience: Cleaning appointment took an hour and a half. They x-rayed my daughter 10 times because they kept screwing up. They were unnecessarily rough cleaning her teeth. Will be finding another dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was greeted with a pleasant, warm vibe from the staff when I walked in. I literally had my tooth pulled and was sent on my way within 30 minutes. For someone who has never had a tooth pulled, the dental staff promptly put my mind at ease and everything worked out expeditiously. I enjoyed my visit and wouldn't hesitate to return to this dental surgery office. They are a great group of professionals and showed overwhelming concern for me as a patient. I'd give my star if I could and I'm so glad the Stockbridge Dental Studio referred me to this office. I'm thankful and grateful to have received such good service from both parties in these past few weeks.

Negative experience: This place is the WORST!!! They charged my sister an arm and a leg to remove two of her teeth, only to find out that they left a piece of tooth in her gum. She was in excruciating pain and went there to get it looked at and was told that they could not accommodate her, that she must go to the doctor. They are all about the money!!! I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! They don’t even deserve a star but I had no choice but to.
