Positive experience: For years I wouldn’t go back to a dentist because the last assistant that cleaned my teeth had to have been related to Dr. Mengele. This experience was less intrusive. I understand that over the years changes and improvements have been made, but too heavy a hand is something that I think has to be learned .

Negative experience: I was so disappointed. I was in for a filling. The dentist numbed my mouth, then put me on the spot to that she might have to root canal/crown the tooth instead. I was appalled- instead of a $30 filling, she said that it would be a $1400 procedure. It felt like a bait and switch! I rescheduled for later in the year (cost prohibitive), but I'm considering a move to a different practice. As well, my adult son went yesterday for a cleaning, and was informed that 3 fillings, done in that practice not a decade ago, had all been done incorrectly, leaked and had formed cavities that we will have to pay yet again to be filled. And they didn't even get the cleaning done!

Positive experience: Hello The dentist is not my favorite thing to do, but I can say the ladies in the front are professional. I had to cancel an apt at the last minute. I was to follow up to make another apt. Which it was a few months out. Jasmine called a 1-2 weeks after to get me in for a cancellation. I like that she followed up with me.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at Lee Dental Care(LDC)for years☺️ As a retired nurse, I’ am all about “continuity of care”. Not one for change especially when it comes to my medical care. Since I’ve been with LDC, my “Dental Panic Mode” has gone from 10 to 3!! I LOVE my hygienist Nikki In the pass I received fillings for 2 small cavities. To add to this, I just had another session with Michele. Each cleaning is so thorough but never any discomfort so I actually look forward to my 6 month visits and my teeth continue to be very healthy.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best dental experience I have ever had! I was treated same-day for severe tooth pain in my upper molar due to an abscess. The staff were all unbelievably friendly and helpful. The doctors were very knowledgeable, helpful, extremely personable and compassionate. They managed to save my tooth that I had neglected for over a decade and even called to check on me the next day. I paid less for this extraordinary emergency dental service than most dentists charge for a simple cleaning, also without any dental insurance. I have since recommended this dentist to everybody in parent's community and would choose has my primary dentist, if I did not live in Washington state.

Positive experience: Everything was basically OK. However, I am really concerned about hygiene practices. The worker wears gloves, but then touches other equipment in the room which has been touched by other people with their gloves who have had their fingers in other people's mouths. This is not protecting me from germs. Also, while cleaning, the worker got my gum more than a few times. Ouch!

Negative experience: Twice I went in for extractions. And was told my blood pressure was too high. Doctor already knew she wasn't going to pull the tooth. Was told they would give me an updated analysis instead. I came home and my pressure was on the low side, same as it was that morning. Dr. was too busy times.to pull the tooth Pathetic. Very limited in what they can do in house, the rest is given to other dentists. I will never return.

Negative experience: I had a crown placed by this team and it’s not the best shape and after 5 years has a grey hue to it. Also, I am trying to obtain patient notes because I am having more dental work at another facility to fix this crown and they are not helping me. After spending $6,000 you would think I would still be a looked after patient but unfortunately they take your money and are done with you. Hopefully I will get an email response because I received one email and then nothing after that and no information to help my upcoming procedure.

Fantastic experience: Lee has some of the nicest people, always friendly with a smile. The doctors are qualified and professional. Lee is not stingy when providing patients with the things we may need such as lip balm while having work done. Also floss, toothpaste and toothbrush after a cleaning and I love having a cup of coffee while I wait.

Fantastic experience: Everyone in the office from the front desk, dental assistant, and dentist were all so kind & helpful! Scheduling an appointment was very simple and the dentist thoroughly explains everything to you and the ass. They also give a price breakdown of what your insurance covers/ out of pocket expenses will be. I’m so happy I found this place!

Fantastic experience: My office visit for xrays and 6 month cleaning with Miguel was a very positive experience. Miguel was courteous, professional and very efficient. Although there have been times when I get a little nervous when I am in the dentist chair, I was not anxious at all on this visit.

Negative experience: I arrived early for my appt. Nobody was in the waiting room. People began to file in and everyone was called and I was still left waiting in the area after my scheduled appt time. When I got up to ask if they have forgotten about me. Magically it was my turn. They took me back I sat down the girl who took my X-rays was struggling with whatever she was doing. The hygienist comes in says something and I said I don’t know what that means. She brushed it off like I was supposed to know. The hygienist leaves and now I’m left sitting in the room for 45 min. With no idea what’s going on. So again I catch one of the girls walking by and I told her I been sitting here awhile what’s going on. Then all these random girls came in and I’m trying to explain to them that I have been sitting there for 45 min. And they all had this puzzled look on their face. The dr now magically appears again and he is trying to tell me basically that I waited a normal amount of time and continues to tell me how him and the team apologized. Which they very well did not. They all sat there and looked at eachother and said “I don’t know”. And this type of behavior went all the way to very end at the checkout. The entire office is nothing but chaos. The entire staff was a group of space cadets. Never again!

Fantastic experience: 2022 My 12-year old son and I were new patients today to Lee Dental and I must say it was one of the best, most organized, timely and friendly dental experience we have had. Receptionists & billing ladies were so kind, extremely helpful & thorough with gathering our previous records & insurance information. We both saw Dr. Perez and she was so friendly and thorough. My hygienist was Leanna and she was friendly, very knowledgeable & helpful! My son’s hygienist was Michelle and he said she was “very nice” and “careful with his teeth!” We will definitely be spreading the word on how great LEE DENTAL CARE is and will most certainly enjoy when we have to return for further services in the future. HUGE THANKS to Dr. Perez & Staff at Lee Dental Care!! May 22, 2019 - I went back to have a filling and Dr Perez and her hygienist were FANTASTIC!

Negative experience: I can’t stand this place. My husband likes one of the hygienists. Every year the price goes up $100. He’s been here a half hour and I get a text message that it going to be $432 for a cleaning and exam? Get real. You’re ripping people off. Especially people that don’t need dental work. So, because he doesn’t need cavities fixed you need to charge more? Rip off.

They have night hours several times per week, which is perfect for me! I work 3rd shift and sleep during the day... Excellent English, as well as Spanish, is a BIG PLUS for me! Everything the staff did had logical order, precision, and skill. I called for an appointment hopefully within a few days, but I was with a dentist 90 minutes later! Fantastic experience: They are very up front about pricing and what you will be getting done. I had Grace today and she knew I was a little worried about pain but she made it all very simple and was giving good advice for aftercare. I really appreciate her and how quickly you guys were able to get me in!

Fantastic experience: Amazing dental hygienist! She was very considerate and caring! I have jaw pain and tmj issues. She went so fast and careful with helping me with a bite guard to help the pain from keeping my mouth open for the cleaning. Very sweet too. Let me take breaks to rest my jaw and never felt rushed or impatient. Only concerned with my health and well being! 10/10 recommend. (Don’t judge it from the outside/location) the inside looks brand new and high end even! They were great about helping with pricing options for procedures and printing out the options and explaining everything!

Fantastic experience: First visit here and was very happy with the entire staff. Not once did I feel like I was getting oversold on something I didn't need and felt the pricing was very fair. Much better than my previous dental office (Dental Designs in Fort Myers). Scheduling was easy and staff is very friendly.

Negative experience: The Doctor here told me I may have a possible cyst or large infection due to what they saw on the x-rays they took. I was also told I'd need 3 root canals and 2 crowns. Thankfully I went for a second opinion the area that they claimed was a cyst or infection was my sinus cavity!! Also I don't need ANY root canals or crowns I just need fillings replaced. I will never go back to lee dental care.

Fantastic experience: My husband had to have a tooth extraction as soon as possible. I called on 10/24/24 and "Ashley" at the front desk was able to get him in the next day. Everyone there is always a pleasure to deal with. On this visit he saw "Dr Ana" and her dental assistant "Jessica" they were wonderful! I highly recommend this location in Fort Myers to someone seeking great dental care and an awesome staff! I want to say thank you to everyone there!!
