Positive experience: ⭐⭐⭐ Mixed experience — excellent care in some areas, serious concerns regarding #30 tooth. I initially visited 7-Day Dental solely for a deep cleaning, which was outstanding — thorough, painless, and performed in a very clean and professional environment. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and highly professional. I would confidently rate the cleaning 5 stars. I want to make it very clear that I never intended to have root canals on my #29 or #30 teeth. I only agreed to proceed because the clinic recommended it and repeatedly assured me that my #30 tooth could be saved. I asked several times about this, and each time they confirmed it. Given the history and condition of my #30 tooth, I had no plans to treat it before their recommendation. The root canal on #29 was excellent — expertly done, painless, and very professional. However, during the procedure on #30, it became apparent that the doctor was having difficulty locating the root, and only at that point did he mention the possibility of needing an endodontist. This was never communicated to me beforehand, and I trusted their repeated assurances that they could handle the tooth. Unfortunately, my #30 tooth later became infected, and I am now scheduled for extraction. The quoted additional procedures — including bone graft, irrigation per tooth, guided tissue regeneration, and resorbable materials — total over $2,000 and are not covered by my insurance. Because of the high cost, I did not proceed with the extraction out of fear of spending such a large amount, which has caused me significant stress and depression. While I remain very satisfied with the care I received for the cleaning and the #29 root canal, I am deeply disappointed with the outcome of #30. I hope the clinic carefully reviews this case and considers ways to improve communication, set realistic expectations, and maintain patient trust.

Negative experience: I find it really difficult to get in touch with a live representative when I need help. The automated system makes it frustrating, and support isn’t easily accessible. What’s also confusing is that on the Google Maps app it shows the office as ‘not busy,’ but in reality, getting assistance feels slow and complicated. This mismatch between what’s shown online and the actual experience makes things inconvenient. I hope they can improve access to real representatives and make the process smoother.

Negative experience: I waited 45 minutes for them to call me back for my cleaning. I reached out to the rep just before they called me back and it was supposedly because they were verifying my new insurance, which they said they didn't know there was a change in my insurance, yet I told them on the phone when making my appointment. Then the person who called me back called my name and took off before she could even greet me or ask me to follow her so I had no idea which direction to go. By the time my cleaning started, it had been an hour since my appointment time. My time is money just like theirs, completely unacceptable in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: I have been avoiding this place like a plague for over a year. Canceling appointments, no shows. Anything excuse seemed less scary then dealing with the inevitable. I was embarrassed at this point, dealing with the pain I. My mouth seemed like a better option. Until today. When I went in I was in tears, trembling, and couldn't handle my anxiety. Here I sit 4 hours after my five molars were pulled on my right side(top and bottom)it took two different professionals to finally get the job done. Between the decaying teeth and my squeamish tear filled eyes the entire time they didn't give up on me. And I appreciate them so much for that, I know prolonging my situation by over two years only made it worse, but these people were amazing for just dealing with a patient like me. And not giving up on me. I gave up on me, and had been dealing with the pain where I now know I didn't have to. GO TO THE DENTIST!! Especially if people like these are trying to help. Negative experience: Highly recommend to AVOID or returning clients, CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANIES AND KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! It’s extremely sad because I was a patient and so was my family. Something seemed off about their “payment plans” or urging people to pay for procedures with money that they don’t have. They say my insurance doesn’t cover it. My mother goes into a root canal, not only they did not give her medications for the infection but they messed up her gums so bad that she still can’t eat. We called 7 Day Dental and the man who spoke with was very rude and threatened us to “go ahead and call the insurance see if I care.” Well, we did and we found out that our insurance pays for all of the dental work we needed. My bank tells me that 7 Day Dental kept the money, it didn’t go to any other company or insurance as they said it would. Pocketed $200+ and refuse to pay it back to us or the insurance so now I’m requesting this place to be investigated. All parties involved knows what 7 Day Dental did is fraudulent! STAY AWAY. If needed, I will post pictures of the grotesque work they did on my mother’s mouth and screenshots of the stolen money on top of that. Lying to patiences that their insurance don’t pay certain procedures when they absolutely do and forcing people to pay out of pocket is not a good hustle. I feel bad for the few good employees there but taking advantage of the poor and poverty around your area is sickening. You will get caught, eventually and did.

Negative experience: Normal paperwork as usual no problem there but when I was taken in the back to the X-ray room the technician and the dental assistants were Fighting and it continued as the tech was taking my X-rays. They took over 23 X-rays then transferred me to another room when I met with I assume the dentist. I had an inspection of my teeth and she told the assistant that the X-rays were not complete and poor quality so the assistant took another 16 X-rays it was crazy. After the initial inspection, another lady came and said I was all done took me to the front counter, where she gave me some paperwork to have completed by my doctor before they can do any work on my mouth No cleaning no feelings nothing was done except for x-rays now they have a long list of things they want to do unfortunately, I don’t know what that list is because it wasn’t explained to me yet. They told me to have the paperwork filled out. Make an appointment to come back and they’ll discuss it. Very strange place so many Denis chairs you feel like a lab rat.

Positive experience: The staff and Dentist was great. The only issue I had was the sanitation process. I've been to the office more than 3 times and my kids as will. I noticed that the seat covers are not being changed and including the plastic covers on light above me. Any time you sit a new patient the seat and light has to be disinfected and than you put your barriers like the seat cover. If this is not done there is cross contamination from patient to patient. I learned all of this at dental school. I hope they improve on this cause because this is part of OSHA regulations.

Positive experience: The front office and Dental assistant are always pleasant and efficient. This was my first time meeting Dr. K. He answered my questions and explained things quite well. However...he seemed to be rushed and in a hurry. Maybe he was having a busy day and was behind but I left with all my needs best. BUT...once again, the "other side" charted the WRONG info as to why I was there. This is the second time that has happened and it's moderately annoying as the Dr. and technicians have incorrect reasons for my visit It's absolutely wonderful to have weekend appointments.

Negative experience: I hate going to the dentist, but 7 Day Dental is close to home, convenient and accepts my insurance. That's all I can say for them positively. The dentists are not careful in not hurting their patients. Also if you get sick, reschedule. They don't want to get sick and will do anything to avoid seeing you if you say you are sick (but they'll still bill your insurance). Currently looking for a better dentist for me and my family.

Negative experience: I had posted a review that has since been removed without them resolving any issues. They asked for my phone number so they could contact me which I gave them Thursday and instead of them calling me they deleted my review. I had waited for over 45 mins for them to give me an estimate on what my work would cost so I left (I’d already been in the office over an hour it and a half waiting for dentist) they said they would call me the next day with estimate but no call so I called them Thursday and she told me she talked to her manager and they were still working on it and someone would call me Friday. Well today is Tuesday and not once have they called me!! I’m calling my insurance company tomorrow and changing where I can go. DO NOT go here unless you want to wait hours and days and be treated crappy!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Colin Le, saw my elderly mom. She loved him! She said “He’s the best !” Articulate, advised her of options. The staff here is so very nice. Clean office. Clean back offices. Everyone is helpful here. The upholstered chairs in lobby’s are mighty stained ( mom said ) Hopefully they can clean them. Still 5 star all the way.

Fantastic experience: I 1st came to 7 day dental about 26 years ago to the Euclid location. Our whole family were patients which included my daughters who are now 38,30 and 27..Two of them even got braces there..I had a problem with a long wait and hand wrote Dr Le a letter with my frustrations and he promptly call me to discuss the matter.. I didnt expect that. I was impressed and he listened to my concerns. Now fast forward to 2024 . I slacked off and haven't been to a dentist in 9 years..Insurance, busy and Covid19 were the factors. I went today and got excellent service again..I even saw a couple of people from 9 years ago. Great place

Positive experience: My experience was good I guess. I had a crown done. I was a little uncomfortable when staff just walked away and left me without telling me what was going on during the procedure. They also should have offered me goggles to cover my glasses there was stuff going everywhere during the procedure.

Fantastic experience: For my first visit I was impressed with the front desk staff, especially Ava. She helped me with genuine kindness to complete their info on their computer board. The xray tech and doctor were to the point.

Negative experience: No star I went in because I have discomfort due to my permanent retainer bending and now the wire is poking my tongue. I was told they can cut it to were it is comfortable then the dentist comes and says he won’t do that because if I were his patient he wouldn’t want that done to them although I expressed myself saying I couldn’t talk nor eat because of the wire sticking out. My regular dentist wasn’t available and they told me they can see me here only to waste 2hrs of my time and tell me that they will need to charge out of pocket for it. The doctor then makes a comment because I stated I didn’t have 200 to spend right now and I am truly hurting due to the wire he stated I’ve never had a patient not cough up money. This caused me to have a mental breakdown after leaving because I thought I could be helped here just to experience emotional abuse and comments from a doctor. I will pursue legal action as needed. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to.
Positive experience: This was my first visit. It seemed as though the back office was not running very smoothly. There was quite a bit of waiting. *this does not apply to getting x-rays taken, when computer issues delayed treatment. The technician kept me informed, and so I did not mind the wait.
Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for years honestly one of my fave places to go to get dental work. The staff is friendly and Dr. Ngo knows what he’s doing. I felt zero pain and was told what was going on every step of the way. I appreciate you guys thank you !
Fantastic experience: I can never praise Dr. Morgan enough. He is the only dentist I want to go to, he takes great pride in his work and always makes sure to put my mind at ease. He’s a rockstar, and a master of his craft. I know I’m always in good hands here, staff does a good job of making you feel welcomed, and the front desk girls are always super nice to me. I appreciate the hassle free service I always get here, and the quality work speaks volumes.

Negative experience: I would give this a 0 if I could. My parents came in for a permanent crown but it literally broke off after 3 hours after they applied it. As for me, I explicitly told the desk person that I changed my insurance and gave them my information. Just a couple weeks later I find out they charged my old insurance instead despite me giving the new information. After over 10 years of being a patient there, I am leaving.

Negative experience: The receptionist at this office is very rude " ROSIE, Rosa JACKIE "Laughing and hanging the phone up on my face. All I want is to complete all my dental work! But everytime I call to schedule an appointment they want to keep setting up a consultation. Just do the work I've been consulted a million times already about the same thing over and over at this office. Wasting time and my dental problems are getting worst. Horrible customer service very unsatisfied. It's feels like this office wants my teeth to become worst so they can make more money.

Got there15 minutes early, confirmed appointment 3 different ways, email, text and phone call.. my son waits 30 minutes, gets walked to the back and they tell him they are too busy come back another day. Negative experience: 7 DAY DENTAL @ ANAHEIM GENERAL DENTISTRY Doctors are great but STAFF are terrible (not everyone tho, assistants inside are great). I have scheduled an appointment 3 months in advance, I have been on a call with them TWICE within the week of my appointment which I have no issues with, BUT less than 12hrs before my appointment they would TEXT me that there's an issue with my insurance. I had to call my insurance and thank god I was able to proceed with my appointment. BUT, during my appointment, I have mentioned to the doctor about an additional issue which is causing me pain. They did an additional Xray, the doctor looked into it and even told me it just needs a filling BUT failed to put it on my treatment plan so I had to go back again after 2 days and wait for an hour to be looked at by a doctor. At this 2nd appointment, the doctor prescribed me antibiotics and pain meds, so on my way out I made sure to mention my pharmacy to the receptionist and I was to wait atleast 30mins for it to be ready. Lo and behold, THE NEXT DAY, I went to the pharmacy just to find out that my prescription is not there. GUESS WHAT? When I called 7 day dental and asked why my prescription was not in my pharmacy, the exact answer was "I'LL JUST REORDER THEM IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED THEM" THESE PEOPLE DOES NOT VALUE MY TIME!! There's something wrong in their system THAT SHOULD BE FIXED otherwise it will cause people more PAIN and MONEY!! You sent me a text for a review and so here it is. AN HONEST REVIEW OF MY EXPERIENCE IN YOUR FACILITY.
Fantastic experience: Made an appointment for early September but was seen immediately for an infection in my tooth. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the dentist herself was very friendly and helpful with getting me set up for future dental care.

Fantastic experience: At first, my daughter was very nervous and scared, but as soon as the technician took her back for x-rays, she did a wonderful job, calming her down and reassuring her that everything‘s OK and making her feel comfortable and safe. I used to come here myself when I was a child and now bringing my daughter here and realizing that they still have great customer service for children makes me very happy.

Fantastic experience: Angie did a great job with my deep clean and was very patient with me being nervous and anxious. She deserves a raise with how she handled the situation.
Negative experience: This place does not value your time at all. Staffs just keeps on talking with each other about personal things during procedure and even before. Will keep you waiting while they talk about another employee or their own personal lives. Does not even walk you through what they're doing and after just lets you go without checking on you.
Negative experience: If you have an emergency go here because they’re open 24/7 for emergencies only but if you need any other treatments as was my dad's case it’s not a good place to go you will get different dentists all the time, (if you ask for the same one your appointments are very far from each other ) because doctors work 1-3 days a week) and they don’t introduce themselves or explain what’s the plan unless they need insurance approval, everyone in the front is kind except Jackie she acts like she’s doing you a favor, and the billing people we’ve dealt with are kind and nice. But the service is bad once in they make you wait long periods and there’s no privacy you can see what the person in front of you is having done or the heat the one next to you!

Negative experience: This dental office has to know how to value time. Do not go to this dental office if you don't have 2 hours of free time. They recommended a treatment for me to make me pay out of pocket but I refuse. . They told me to have a deep cleaning just looking at my x-ray, and costs $480, which they said was part of it, is already shouldered by my insurance. I know myself, and these are my teeth; I never had any issues or complained about my gums and teeth. I've been going to my former dentist and was never told that I need deep cleaning. They didn't even look at my mouth. They just look at the X-rays in their computer. So I refused to get the treatment they recommended and I have been told to back to my old dentist so I left. They won't even give you options. I came there just to have a regular cleaning which I regularly do every 6 months but they said it is not recommended by their doctor.

Everybody’s really kind you don’t get to wait too long before you seen a dentist major and the best part is that they’re open seven days a week so if somebody’s working five days a week they can definitely come any day of the week. You will always have an appointment because they have different locations.

Negative experience: Zero stars (it wouldnt let me put it) I spent 7 hours at the office on my first visit. Got a lot of work done but there were huge gaps of no work done in between because the dentist stepped away to work on something else. I got a lot of work done but probably should have been there for only half the time if I was continously worked on. On my 2nd visit it was supposed to be simple. I was to get my crowns placed and a small filling. I waited an hour before someone came in my "room" and only after I complained about the wait. My concerns about the tenderness and pain I was feeling was ignored and they continued to work on me. I was in so much pain I was squirming and crying. At one point the assistant told me I just have to deal with it and continued working. I was there for 3 hours on that visit and only had my crowns placed. I left in so much pain and agony. After the swelling and pain went away a few days later I noticed my crowns were still not fitting right. So I called and was told I needed an appointment with the dentist that did the work (I couldn't see another dentist) so I made an appointment. I spent 2 weeks in discomfort waiting for my appointment. My 3rd visit came and I again was sitting in my "room" for 30 min before I had to find someone to help me. 15 minutes later (totalling 45 min) a hygienists came in and asked if I wanted to keep waiting or see someone else. I opted to see someone else because I was tired of waiting. The dentist came in and started talking about other work I had done and had to inform him of the real reason I was there. No one had the correct information on my situation. Then within 5 minutes he was done with the work. I was upset that I was forced to make an appointment with a specific dentist and had to wait 2 weeks and then another 45 min to see a completely different guy. When I brought this to their attention their explanation was that they are busy so wait times are long... which I understand if I was a walk in but I had an appointment every time. And then when I brought to their attention the scheduling of my appointment and forcing me to wait until he was available, they told me "oh well he is normally busy, would another day or dentist work?" When that is what I said when originally making the appointment and it was too late because everything was done already. My experience with this office was nothing but bad. Ridiculously long wait times, lack of direct attention to my work, horribly painful/uncomfortable/traumatizing experience, poor scheduling, lack of customer service and etiquette, and customer shaming.
Negative experience: 2 star for the young guy, dental assistant who was supernice and asked me about my dental pain. And the quick appointment. Front desk barely smiles at customers, zero customer service. They are not intersted in listening to peoples concern. Doctor didnt even looked in to my mouth. My jaw was swollen, but he decided everything by just looking into the xray. And left in 5 min. Dental process is scary and these kinda provider makes it more scarier.
Fantastic experience: I was in town for a conference and needed emergency dental work because I was in pain. Not only did the office take me in, they provided excellent care. Fantastic experience: Today, 2/22/24 I had a regular cleaning as always every 6 months or whenever I can. All my cleaning experiences have been horrific because they don’t do nothing to my mouth in cleaning but today it was different. I got my cleaning by Angie or Angelica that’s her name, she is amazing and went above and beyond. She took time and patience actually doing my cleaning, which I do appreciate. She deserve a raise at the company 7dental because other employees inside they dont even clean your teeth. I do appreciate her and going above and beyond.

Negative experience: Dentists are very professional; with the exception of receptionists. They don’t have time to help you, fill out intake forms on tablet; my mother in law had a horrible experience. She went (she cannot read, due to a disability) she asked for assistance, (the receptionist where too “busy”, to help her.. they weren’t doing anything just at the front desk. Very unprofessional.. not only that but also; when I schedule appointments they always change without my consent. I only find out when I get a confirmation about the time changed.
Negative experience: AVOID THIS DENTIST AT ALL COSTS! I will never go to this dentistry again in my life! I went there for a standard teeth cleaning They said I needed a deep cleaning and the price was going to be $240 with insurance, normally it would be $676. They said the process would take about an hour, but less than 15 minutes later they said we were done. I was surprised because they only worked one side and they barley did anything. When I asked them about it they told me that price for 1 side AFTER THEY FINISHED CLEANING and I would have to make another appointment for the other side! Had i know that I was going to pay $240 for only one side I would have walked out of there. They kept pushing me to schedule the second appointment (which would have costed another $240) AND a 3rd for a “follow up” cleaning. I have never had such a horrible and expensive experience at a dentist. I will be filing a complaint with the dental board.
