Fantastic experience: Everyone was very helpful and friendly I was able to seen even without an appointment I had an emergency situation. The dentist was very compassionate and he did an excellent job and his assistant. I have been going to this location for many years and the service is always excellent.

Negative experience: Had an appointment at 3:00 pm due too a lot of pain and had too leave at almost 4pm because no one would come out I told the staff upfront but they would just say I was next and once the doctor called they kept calling other peoples names

Negative experience: Terrible experience! My appointment was at 2:30, and I waited over an hour and a half — no doctor ever showed up. The staff didn’t seem to care, the equipment looked broken, and the office was dirty. On top of that, they charge a 3% fee if you pay the difference from insurance using a credit or debit card. I felt very uncomfortable and left without being seen. I do not recommend this place at all.

Positive experience: I had a very disappointing experience with the doctor on Saturday. He was rude, dismissive, and openly complained about his job during my visit. He came across as lazy and uninterested in helping me, which made me feel uncomfortable and uncared for. I’ve never experienced a doctor behave this way before. If Saturdays and weekends are truly busy, then he should take breaks to recharge instead of taking his frustration out on patients. Patients deserve respect and proper care regardless of the day of the week.

Negative experience: This is the Bad dental clinic zero service. they are exploiting the patients. The doctor did Bone graft after the extraction for the implant so they charged me $670 by financial sunbit care credit ,the pain continues & daily I have to take ibuprofen. Later I went to other clinic ,after X-Ray the doctor of the other clinic saw other root inside & he said the doctor who is working in the clinic of 7 dental never clean & he forgot a root inside ,this bone graft is bad & he will repeat again new the bone grafte after taking off the root was missing from the extraction of this moaler by the doctor of 7 dental clinic ,Euclid st. And cleaning .so I have to pay again $ to the new clinic $700. Also I got approval for tooth # 18 treatment & crown from the health Dept ..but they(7 dental) charged me $ 450 by the same sunbit care credit. Also after deep cleaning of my full mouth covered by medical charged me $130 irrigation by the same sunbit care credit. I asked the medical by phone after that so their answer you don't have to pay that because that including the cleaning. All the documents I sent it's to the health dept..of Sacramento.

I’m very disappointed because my first dental cleaning a few months back was great! The dentist was very nice! I hope to never get this doctor again!

Positive experience: I have been lied to by so many dentists and those same dentist have contradicted the dentist that I have seen to a point of I don't trust don't, ever want to visit another one ever again and because of this a complaint with the ADA and anyhody else I can think of will be filed.

Negative experience: Whatever you do stay away from this place I’m a 43 year-old man that is unemployed. I have three teeth that are falling out of my head. Two of them are wisdom teeth. They put into my insurance that they wanted to save my wisdom teeth and of course it got denied. I am still in pain and I will be going somewhere else to find a solution to my problem, just save yourself the time and energy. This place is horrible.

He is clearly a veteran in the field and everyone else was also super professional. I was laughing from beginning to end, not from laughing gas, but from everyone’s great sense of humor! Best dental experience I have ever had and I got two of my large molars extracted. Not only that, he made a game plan without hesitation for preventing any further damage from occurring to my teeth. Great place and what a great team. You won’t regret going here!

Mimi is a great dental hygienist make sure you ask for her ! Dr Paul the best dentist gives it to you straight and cares about your pain tolerance because let’s be honest you’re there cause it hurts ! The Dr who did my laser treatment very straight forward and great . I can’t even feel the needles they’re that good there ! I tell everyone about this place ! They’re super busy every day of the week for a reason !

Negative experience: Horrible place doctor and assistant didn’t coordinate in diagnosing Which tooth was the one that was damaged?,I was told by Front desk before going in both of my insurances where approved and whatever my insurance didn’t cover, Medical was gonna do. they bring me in Make me wait for more than 30 minutes for the doctor to come in and try to figure what He was going to do he didn’t know if I need a root canal he told me he needs to wait until he started working on my cavity that nobody told me before that I had a cavity in that tooth He Apply extra anesthesia on,He let me waiting for a long time again, after that the billing lady came and let the room, another long wait to give me my copayment. They did the opposite. This is not my first time in a dentist clinic.bad service and very scary incompetent personal starting from the Doctor below professional.

Positive experience: So I have been cling to the Euclid location for about two years. I wanna point out that I hadn’t gone to the dentist in almost 20 years so I knew I was gonna have some major issues. I went in and the experience was very overwhelming no one really guided me I was told to sit here with here and this is how much it will cost. The people in general were nice but it all felt very much like and assembly line. My most recent visit was frustrating also I had to advocate for myself but that leads me to believe they do not communicate with in the office or the staff are very incompetent. Dr E and Dr Steven were very kind and were willing to walk me thru the process. Needs improvement with front of office and back office needs have more communication with front office

Fantastic experience: Chipped a tooth at dinner. Called the office after 6:30pm to hear their hours. Someone picked up! I asked how late they were open, hoping to rush over. They were closed. However, they file in for the next day!! The waiting was minimal, due to my part. My company switched dental coverage, and I had no idea who I was covered with now. The admin searched and search MANY ways to find my coverage. In the mean time, I agreed to pay for the visit, and be reimbursed when I learn who I’m covered under. I was taken back for X-ray, then right to room. Doctor came in right away. Explained what it looks like, what she can do to fix it. I’ll go back in three weeks to have a porcelain overlay. Due to my tooth being strong, and no pain, she was able to file down the sharp parts, and I was on my way!! Whole visit was one hour.

Negative experience: Worst experience of my life I'm pissed!!; my dentist Dr Ngo did not wait for me to get see me and some dental assistant ruined my tooth by chipping my crown cleaning it I will never go there again it's my only tooth I have to chew with!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Met Dr. Brookes Morgan n the community and he convinced me to come to 7 day dental to help my oral hygiene. Today had my deep cleaning under nitrous and I can’t be happier with the results. I had not been to the dentist in about 4 years and I had a lot of staining and buildup needing removal. The procedure was almost painless and the hygienist bedside manner was awesome. I still have a lot of work needed to restore my dental health but they did a full evaluation and took care of approving everything with Medi-Cal dental so I will only have to pay a small amount. I fully recommend Dr. Morgan and 7-Day Dental. They know what they are doing and will handle all of the insurance and approvals. I’m so glad I met the Dr. and came here.

Negative experience: Doctor’s didn’t care about me. They didn’t even wait for the lidocaine to affect me, also rushed the whole process and doctor didn’t even tell me the process of treatment and wanted me to pay 1,000$. Don’t recommend coming here, they absolutely suck at their job!

Negative experience: I been going to this dentist for many years. I will no longer return. The last time I got my tooth extracted they did not give me extra gauze or gave me any after care instructions. The employees gossip to much about others and they don’t care about their patients they just care about numbers they book each day. They made rude comments about my teeth situation. They made some uncomfortable dentures. I went to a new dentist today and what a difference in care. No gossip professional they dental assistance didn’t look mad. I would never return to 7 day dental ever.

Fantastic experience: This place saved me when I had a dental emergency on a weekend and they in turn introduced me to Dr. Paul who then did a ton of work on my mouth over the course of three years. It’s a bit of a drive for me but I keep coming back and will be a “forever patient” because of Dr.Paul and his continued kindness and expertise!

Negative experience: I recently had a very disappointing experience with my dental cleaning appointment. Both my mother and I were scheduled for 5:00 PM, yet we were not seen until 7:15 PM, resulting in a wait of over two hours. The quality of the cleaning was also subpar, as the procedure was rushed and completed in just 15 minutes. It seems there is a lack of effective scheduling, particularly when there are staffing shortages with hygienists. Unfortunately, the lengthy wait time and the rushed service were unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this office in the future. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to ensure better patient care and scheduling.

Fantastic experience: I thought this place was a meat factory with how many people that were coming in. There's no way they could care or do quality work. I was wrong. I didn't know they have over 10 dentist all certified working there at once! They even have the ability to do awesome follow up with their staff. They've got out down pretty good. They must put a lot of time into this process. They call you when your due in the next day, call you after your done and text you to remind you to come in for your appointment. This place really is awesome, I even have Medicaid and you couldn't tell the difference with their efforts. I just spent over 3 hours getting 2 root canals done. I give them 5 stars all day long. Negative experience: I had an appointment on a Saturday. When I arrived, I had xrays taken on one tooth. I asked, "Why was I x-rayed only on one tooth?" The staff explained to me I was in for emergency treatment. I was asked which tooth hurt me? I happen to hurt on one of my teeth. I never set an appointment for emergency service. I asked "Don't you take a full mouth x-ray?" I was told I needed a deep cleaning first, then I can get a full mouth x-ray. I had bad vibes about 7 Day Dental when I heard all these explanations. I told the staff, I am leaving, and I did not stay to have any dental work done there. I did not feel comfortable there. This way a sure sign of a scam.

Negative experience: worst place with unqualified people never ever go to this place. my daughter kept shouting and crying to the extent that she got spots all over her neck and face and they continued to work as they were torturing her. And they said next time you are not allowed to enter with the doctor to the room while he treats my daughter!!!!!! Positive experience: At first on my first visit I wasn’t sure about this place because I wasn’t waiting quite a while in pain needing a root canal but finally I had seen the dentist . I love the dentist Dr C.Lee and he is what made me come back. He made me feel comfortable and made my anxiety fade. My 2nd visit was so much faster. I will be going back again.

Fantastic experience: I had a good experience here - chipped my front bottom tooth yesterday and they were able to get me a 9 am appointment today (we were out of town driving back but they got me in first thing in the morning). I actually called an emergency dental line and they made the appointment for me. I filled out the new patient paperwork and then waited maybe 15 minutes before they called me in. The dentist was able to see me right away after my x-rays and they were able to do the filling in 10-15 minutes. Very happy to have found them. I found them to be efficient and friendly - they seemed to very obviously know that they were doing. Thank you so much for helping me!

Negative experience: Very bad service they called me to let me know that I could come that they talked to the insurance and that the insurance made a mistake and I don’t need to pay, no problem. I came and they have the same issue, that I need to pay. They had 2 files one with no co payment and one with co payment and they didn’t even know why they had 2 files. They wanted to charge me. They just made me come for nothing. I had already cancelled the appointment until i fixed it with the insurance, but they called me to tell me they talked to the insurance and it was fixed, i could come to have my cleaning with no co payment.

Negative experience: Decent staff, horrible management. Had an appointment for 1PM, came a little late but they fully attended me with an hour and thirty. The appointment was for a clean up and photos. Should not take that long. Dentist working on me was sloppy and soft spoken, had water running down my neck. She finished and left, didn’t tell me anything after and left the bib on. My family also experienced this as well. Don’t come here if you don’t want to waste your time.

Negative experience: SCAMMERS!! I started my dental treatment here about 2 months ago and everything was going well until they tried to charge me $1500 for something that was covered by my insurance! I was supposed to do a root canal and they said I'd need crown lengthening due to that same procedure, but the insurance wouldn't cover the crown lengthening. I called my insurance just to make sure because it doesn't make sense not to be covered since it's part of the procedure. My insurance told me that was covered because it was a complete restorative procedure, but they were trying to submit the crown alone and that way would look like it was for COSMETIC purposes and of course the insurance wouldn't cover. My insurance even told me to let the dentist office know they could call if they had any questions, which the dentist office denied to do. I tried to talk with the billing manager, some very rude lady called Katherine, first she said my insurance wouldn't cover, then she said if she submit everything again would take about 6 months to get a response, then she finally said she wouldn't do it because what my insurance pay is not enough for them. All this in a very rude way! When I asked to talk with Dr. Lee (who's the boss according to her) she said "no, you cannot talk with him and we are deleting your authorization right now) This place is a joke, run away from this rude SCAMMERS

Negative experience: Terrible experience. It took over two and a half hours to get a routine cleaning done. Also, they weren’t able to properly floss me because they claimed that they do not have strong enough floss to provide this service. After I said that I wanted a flossing regardless, they performed a mediocre service.

Negative experience: The front desk staff was very rude and inconsiderate. I made this appointment a month ago. Verified my insurance on the phone. Everything was good . I get there, They said that my insurance says it’s for emergencies only which is not the case. I’ve already used it this month and had no issue elsewhere. I told them I spoke with my insurance, and they said that I had full scope, and that was not the case and they would not run it again or try to verify or anything. They just had me reschedule and told me my insurance needed to change some wording of something in the system. However, I have been elsewhere since the first of the month. And my insurance has been fine everywhere else. I have four kids, one of which is a newborn baby and had to pay a sitter to be able to attend this appointment. They said they tried to call me on the first and the number they provided was not my number even though I verified the correct number with them on the phone when I made the appointment. They were very stress and unsympathetic to something that was an error on their end. And would rather blame the patient. Never again. Before this upon my arrival, I saw that same lady being very rude to another patient. Edit to add: I called my insurance and verified I do in fact have full coverage and had Jackie from their office call to confirm on the 6th and had this all sorted out. Now a week later, 3 days before my scheduled appointment I get a call same problem and Jackie didn’t put a note we already did all this and verify and the manager wouldn’t take any accountability for their office not notating all this was handled and wanted me to call again and have a rep call her directly ( mind you the rep provided a number for her to call and she will not and says they can call her directly or I can find another dentist which is exactly what I will be doing. Very rude and unprofessional and will not do their job and call the provider insurance confirmation number or take notes when I’ve already done everything and just have me do it again with no accountability or ownership for making me have to do it twice because they’re employees did not notate anything . All bad

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience coming here for my first time. The staff was extremely helpful and efficient. I was able to get in the same day and get my teeth taken care of very quickly. From the staff up front, Elizabeth and Darlene, to the X-Ray tech (wasn’t able to get his name), Dr. Steve and Dr. E, everyone was great and very accommodating! Thank you guys!

Positive experience: Called on a Friday at 7pm due to tooth pain. Got me in on Saturday. This is a little different than a typical dentist office. Reminded me of a dental ER. Good experience got seen felt like they listened. I'll update after I get my root canal and crown replaced in July.

Fantastic experience: My 9-year-old had a dental emergency and our regular dentist wanted to wait two weeks for his specialist to be in the office. My son’s pain was getting worse by the hour. I started looking for an emergency oral surgeon and I found Seven Day Dental. Within two hours of contacting them my son’s surgery was done. The staff was friendly, the surgeon did an excellent job, and the nurses treated my kid like he was their own child.

Fantastic experience: My 7 year old son chipped his tooth Saturday evening playing Frisbee! Made a phone call and was able to get an appointment the next day. Place was crowded, but they were fully staffed and took us in at a reasonable time. Our MDS. was cool and was able to repair my son's chipped tooth for a decent price. Good luck everybody.

Fantastic experience: All the people there are super nice and caring. Dr. Paul Lee is a great doctor. I definitely recommend you go there if you need anything. They are open 365 days, 7 days a week.

Fantastic experience: I went here due to pain on a Sunday. I couldn't sleep. I fear going the Dentist so much, like the sounds of the tools, plus I had a bad experience last year at another place. However, this place was very welcoming and comfortable. They got me in to see the dentist right away, and they were very nice to me. The ladies at the desk were very professional. The only complaint I have is the X-ray tech kept yanking the tools out of my mouth while trying to take pictures. Usually, they say, "open" or "close" to remove the tool, but she gave no warning, just yanking and she hit my front teeth a few times. Smh. Other than that, I highly recommend this place. Very clean too. I went to the Euclid Location.

Positive experience: I waited a little over an hour before I got seen by the dentist. Before that, I saw the Xray tech, but that was after a half hour wait. I had been waiting for an appt with a female dentist for over a month. She only works on Tuesdays at your location. I waited 1 month and then arrived and waited so long just to find at least 2 male dentists willing and eager to take my case because the female dentist is occupied for almost 1.25 hrs,... That means there was a lack of proper planning regarding her schedule, and then there was an assumption that you can substitute a male for a female even though my file says only female dentists. For my religion, I need female providers and I tell the staff this in advance. In future I am NOT willing to wait more than 30 minutes. If that cannot be respected and honored then I will just have to go to a different dentist office, which would be a shame since Dr Vu seems so pleasant, insightful and helpful. Thank you.
