They can work magic with the schedules to accommodate patients. The doctor worked with me on my teeth concernes and we have a health plan. Very happy at this office.

Fantastic experience: I am extremely terrified of going to the dentist. I have had extensive work done my entire life and always feel sick to my stomach when I have to go. Taylor dental is not your average dentist office. You are greeted by kind smiling faces who REMEMBER you after meeting you one time. The office is extremely clean and doesn’t smell like a dentist office which is a huge plus for me. Dr Hofius did 4 fillings on me and I have never been so calm during a dental procedure. He is kind and caring and very patient. Soft spoken and never makes you feel judged when you say you are nervous about something. Same thing goes to his assistants. I had Q & Tina for the 2 appointments I had and they were excellent. I can’t thank all of you so much for making this easy and not a scary experience. I will forever be going here. This should be the standard for all dental offices.

Fantastic experience: All these great reviews are true. I am a nurse, and I am 62 years old. In today's world, the function, knowledge, efficiency, pleasantness is something I haven't seen in a long time. In fact, I'm not sure I have ever seen it. It was my first trip. And, at first, I thought it seemed super busy (which would likely result in rushed / poor care) and a bit factory like.............was I wrong!!! I have had good dentists and wonderful staff work with me over the years, but this is the best ever. I don't know how they have orchestrated this, but I will be back, for sure. Fantastic experience: Everyone here is very kind & knowledgeable. My hygienist, Jessica, is very thorough and gentle making my experience great every time. They always have a blanket ready for your cleaning, massage/heat chairs, and let you choose your tv channel. Overall a great experience every time I come.

Fantastic experience: Ok-this is gonna take a minute. Get ready to read. My teeth have been a huge source of shame for decades. Pregnancy, poor choices, genetics, and a myriad of other things had led to black, broken, missing, painful teeth and a deep rooted shame. I never smiled. All I thought about was my teeth. I began the road to fixing it ten years ago and ran into issue into problem into another issue over and over. Huge price tags, dentists that were doing unnecessary work, endless visits to be told to go to the next one and then they would be able to help. It was a nightmare. On top of already being riddled with anxiety about the whole experience it consistently went wrong at every level that I tried to fix it. I was an anxiety ridden mess (it took everything out of me mentally to even make these appointments. I was going through it. The teeth were an extension of that.), it felt like I had a witch’s curse put on me-nothing related to my teeth would work out. It’s written in the stars. After almost giving up and resigning myself to the fact that I would never smile or speak in a way that could expose my teeth-I finally ended up at Taylor Dental. LIFE CHANGING. Dr. Leblanc has been so professional but chill. He makes everything easy to understand and never fluffs it up. His work is quick and painless. The office is so nice, clean, comfortable and air conditioned. They play good music overhead. You have a tv to look at while they are doing their dental stuff. He keeps it real but isn’t scary. Brenda, all the girls up front - the entire staff without exception- are amazing. Always genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help. AND! they keep tabs on you in an unobtrusive way that is refreshing. I fell into a funk (notice a pattern?) and didn’t check in for a long time. They reached out to me and made me feel comfortable and confident enough to come back in and resume treatment and not feel judged. And I wasn’t! Life went on like nothing had ever happened. I’m a professional woman with a thriving business and an active family, I’m not just pouting all day and letting my teeth rot. But, things happen. I wanted to write this novel to let others that may understand where I’m coming from know that THIS IS THE PLACE. Taylor Dental! Doc Josh LeBlanc! He is so great. (His wife is also a dentist there. I’m sure she’s awesome. Never met her. Her husband rules so fair to say she’s even cooler). Girl Power all female staff. 10/10-totes recommend.

Fantastic experience: This is, without a doubt, the best dental office I've ever been to. The entire team is friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. My dental technician, Tina, always remembers my preferences, and my hygienist, Brenda, has helped me improve my dental health so much! Tempest is so kind and attentive, and the doctors, Dr. Garner-Leblanc and Dr. Leblanc, are excellent at explaining treatment options. The reception team is also top-notch, always ready to help with any questions. Such a wonderful team! I recommend them to everyone!

Tempest cleaned my two little ones’ teeth, and I was beyond impressed with how gentle and kind she was with them. She made it a fun and easy experience for both of my kids, which isn’t always easy to do! The doctors were also incredible and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Negative experience: I use to love Taylor Dental till recently. I’m sad to say this because it was my go to dentist for my family and I since moving to Pensacola 8yrs ago. It took a while to trust them. I have terrible anxiety going to the dentist and the staff that use to be there got to know me and do all they could to keep me comfortable knowing I had a lot of fear due to childhood experiences with dentists. They were very patient and accommodating. But the last couple times I went, I notice those I was comfortable with and had gotten to know had retired or left. That made my anxiety go up. I needed work done so I pushed through the best I could. I liked my dentist and still do. But the staff seemed rushed. They squeezed what they normally would do in two visits into one visit to cut back on visits. I was numb on the right side top and bottom. My jaw doesn’t open wide so the thing they put in to hold my mouth open really hurt and I was sore. I had to work that day but they ensured I’d be fine in a few hours. After I was done they came in and said we had a cancellation do you want to do your periodontal cleaning now. I was like heck no I’ve already been through enough with this appointment. Plus I gotta work. She kinda looked shocked. Then I went to the front desk and she wanted to make my next appointment but I couldn’t feel my face, I was in pain and couldn’t talk. My anxiety was so bad I was about to have a panic attack. I had my hand over my mouth cause I didn’t want to drool all over. She said move your hand I can’t hear you. By that point my anxiety was through the roof and I was shaking. I just walked out and haven’t been back. I never had felt like a number there always like family. But I don’t feel like that anymore. Def feel like a number now.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Taylor Dental was awesome. My dental hygienist was Chrissy and she did an amazing job. She put me at ease, did a very thorough job of taking x-rays, and she meticulously cleaned my teeth. The dentist came in and examined me and was thorough in giving me a second opinion; he confirmed that I needed a root canal. I was very pleased with the service I received.

But I have been going to Taylor Dental for the last 2 years and have been seeing Tempest there and let me just say she has put those fears at ease. Fantastic experience: I went in to see Dr. LeBlanc after not seeing the dentist for about 5 years. I have pretty bad dental anxiety so I just avoid it at all costs. I broke a tooth a few weeks back and was convinced they'd have to pull it and we would be talking about something serious. Thankfully, he was able to save my tooth with a filling and a crown. They were able to help my anxiety a ton and would let me take a break if I ever needed it. If I ever felt any pain they were ready for more numbing medicine. Que, my hygienist, was very reassuring even when I had a small anxiety attack in the chair. Overall, even though the dentist is the last thing I would want to do, they were great.

Fantastic experience: I called first thing in the morning with a dental emergency. They had me come right away, and Dr. LeBlanc extracted the tooth. Couldn’t have asked for faster treatment.

Fantastic experience: We have been coming to Taylor for years and always have a great experience but today was a little different. For whatever reason, my five year old daughter was more anxious than normal and Chrissy was our hygienist. This was our first time seeing this specific hygienist, and she took the experience from great to phenomenal. She had excellent communication with her, and spoke to her in an appropriate five-year-old way. She allowed her to be her “assistant” and was very hands-on. She made the experience wonderful and we were able to complete everything that needed to be done. As always, we would recommend Taylor to anyone that ask and thank y’all for being so good with your team members!

Negative experience: Crown came off in just 18 months! They charged me $92.40 for a cleaning that should have been 100% covered. I provided ALL my insurance info prior to visit. Made me pay for their mistakes. Greedy company!

Fantastic experience: I have always been a little nervous when going to the Dentist, but at Taylor Dental we felt welcome as soon as we walked through the door.The front office staff was very nice with smiles on there faces and not just the person that was personally working with me.The back office staff was friendly as well. Taylor Dental provides top notch service. They also offers blankets if your cold, along with heated exam chairs that also massage 10 out of 10 service.

Fantastic experience: From scheduling...to insurance check...to checking in...to dental cleaning...to dental work...the entire team at Taylor Dental was professional, friendly, and on point. There state of the art dental center is amazing. This was absolutely the best dental experience I have ever had.

Negative experience: The Taylor dental team was nice enough but they wrote up a plan that included periodontal cleaning which is a lot of money. I have pink gums, no bleeding, no redness, no tenderness. It wasn't necessary. I had an old crown and post that was loose and wanted them to address that 1st! It was urgent. They refused to do that until I got the periodontal cleaning, which I refused. Before I could find another dentist my post and crown fell out. The next dentist said that I did not need periodontal. I think this is very unethical. Also very deceitful.

Negative experience: I did like this dentistry until I was informed that they will ban you if you miss an appointment, or even cancel in the same day as your appointment. I wasn't bothered by this as I understand appointments must be kept and schedules adhered too, but, to tell me that I could request to be contacted by the office manager and beg for the privilege to be seen by this dentist office, that is what bothered me. If you live a busy life, as I'm sure most of you do, you may want to reconsider doing business with with someone who has such strict policies and large egos.

As efficient and thorough dentists and team members they truly care for the comfort of their patients. They provide blankets if needed plus the VIP treatment of a TV, heat and massage chairs at no cost. For extra protection sunglasses are provided as well. Taylors Dental team goes over and beyond for their patients. I’m glad I chose this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Great place to go and become a first-time patient. Paperwork, payment, etc., can all be accomplished on-line and via text. Dr. Gardner was great with explaining procedures. Staff was knowledgeable and kind. This is the place to go :).

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit, and they were amazing. They are so professional and they want you to feel welcome and comfortable. They give you a tour tell you step by step what the process is. Everyone from front desk back in clinic was excellent. I have never left a dentist office so impressed!! The Doctor was so thorough I really felt like I was definitely in the right place. You were given a treatment plan at end of visit that was explained at checkout . I felt They wanted to do the right treatment for your needs not pushing any extra treatment. I drove from a hour away and it is well worth every mile.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to a dentist in years I’ve been scared of them since I was a kid but I cracked my tooth they saw me so fast they where so nice and informative literally blew me away with how nice and easy it was they worked with me every way they could and answered everything I could think of I have nothing but respect and love for these people my pain was off the charts and now I’m just so happy and pain free.

Fantastic experience: Seriously an amazing team! I do not like dentist procedures just due to nerves. They are so kind and professional. When I first visited for a cleaning, Tempest let my newborn in and gave him a kid friendly toothbrush to teethe on. When I came today for filling Liz held my hand while I was getting an injection. Not to mention how helpful the dentist was!

Fantastic experience: We've been frequent flyers at this office since October catching my kids up on some much needed dental care. This entire office has been incredibly kind and so helpful. Dr. Hofius has been especially patient with my 9 year old. Dr. Hofius made such a conscientious effort to make sure Jude's comfort level was his first priority and I am so thankful for all of his hard work.

Fantastic experience: Taylor Dental exceeded my expectations today. They accommodated an immediate appointment request to take care of a broken tooth. No root canal was needed so my tooth was built back up and a crown made and placed all in 3 hours. Everyone was polite and professional. Thank you to the doctor and to Tina!! Fantastic experience: My visit to Taylor dental was the best experience with a dentist office I’ve ever had!! From being greeted at the front desk to meeting the dental hygienist, I felt welcomed. The exam was very comprehensive from the x-rays to the pictures of my mouth and review of them with me. The dentist looked at my mouth and thoroughly explained problem areas where I needed to focus extra care. She also asked my mouth goals, if I had a goal in mind or wanted to ensure top mouth health. Before this I’d barely had a 5 minute conversation with a dentist. Alternative solutions were suggested for some past issues needing to be addressed and I appreciate it rather than having a product or expensive procedure pushed on me. So much knowledge was shared. The kind hygienist ensured I was comfortable and encouraged me to let them know if I needed a break or to speak up if I felt any discomfort. The icing on the cake was the heated massage in the chair and tv on the ceiling. I was made to feel comfortable and made part of my dental health plan. I trust their advice and don't dread going to my next appointment. If you need a new dentist, don't hesitate to try Taylor Dental. They really are the best!

Fantastic experience: Omgoodness. This is the best dental office I have ever experienced. Every staff member was very friendly and professional. Ashley, Angelique and Dr. Hofius really made me feel comfortable. They use new technologies to check every detail. Dr. Hofius replaced a couple old metal fillings and was very attentive and checked on me multiple times for pain. I highly recommend this dental office.

Fantastic experience: Since my husband & I moved here in Sept 2023 (from Texas) we did not expect to find another dentist office as great as the one we had in Texas. BUT we found TAYLOR DENTAL! Their staff is so friendly. They always know us by name (when we come in) & they will do anything they can do to always accommodate their patients. The dentists at TAYLOR DENTAL are great & very good at what they do. These dentists actually really admire and take care of their staff (you can tell) as well as their patients. We use Jessica for cleaning and she’s awesome! (coming from someone who has a fear of the dentist). As a patient, I will be happy to say I am glad that we did not go to any other place because we 110% trust them! Would highly recommend this office if you are looking for a good dentist office ☺️

I was in no pain and I was comfortable as can be in the heated massage chair with a blanket on me so I wasn’t cold. They really make sure you’re taken care of!!

Negative experience: Have been going to Taylor dental for years, and always got great service until my last visit. When I told the grey-haired lady, " in the privacy of the operating room" that I lost my good paying job and couldn't afford my next visit she decided to announce it to the whole lobby and staff that I lost my job and couldn't afford the $5,000 implant. I've been struggling with depression over this heart condition that cost me my CDL and this was just too much. I'll never go back.

Fantastic experience: I saw multiple dentists, a Peridontist, and an Oral Surgeon when I should have just gone to Taylor Dentist to begin with. Tempest performed a Scaling and Root Planing on me for periodontal disease. Just the sound of that seemed like a nightmare (and I have bad anxiety about the dentist), but she made the procedure completely painless! I sat in a warming massage chair and was given a blanket. I was so happy that Ann answered my call at Taylor Dental today. She answered with a very warm smile in her voice and took the time to answer my many questions. Originally I had chose to call because of all the positive reviews about the Doctor and his entire staff. Ann certainly represented Taylor Dental in a more than a positive way. I am calling back to make an appointment due to the professionaland friendly voice that greeted me so warmly. Thank you Ann!!

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. After a horrible experience with Aspen I searched online for days for a good dentist. I had really bad plaque build up that was basically cemented after not seeing a dentist for 20+ years. Cavities. Broken chipped teeth that caused horrible pain.. I suffer from horrible anxiety. And had anxiety with the dentist in general. I couldn’t get my X-rays done at aspen due to gagging so badly and they got so mad at me. When I came to Taylor to get mine they were so patient and so so sweet about it. We couldn’t get the X-rays they needed that day but they made some compromises and after the work I needed done we were gonna try again. They referred me to an oral surgeon for my chipped tooth and I got that all handled. It’s been lovely not having pain daily after living with it for a year. Then finally came the day of my deep cleaning and I was so scared but man my dental hygienist was so amazing and patient. She did such an amazing job. I 100% have my smile confidence back and we only did half my mouth this first time. She was funny, caring and overall just a very likable and enjoyable person. She constantly checked in on me during the process and made sure I was comfortable. Bonus points cause the chairs are HEATED and massage but also the tv above you with head phones that help distract you a bit from everything going on. Taylor has really eased my dental anxiety and I am so glad I found them!! 10/10 will recommend to everyone I know!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things! My daughter goes to college in Pensacola and finding a dentist from another state seemed like a daunting task but I am so happy with the helpfulness and care she has received. Everyone has been SO nice, helpful, and understanding! They have called me to review the care she needs and answer questions. She said she loved everyone in the office and felt so taken care of. Thank you SO much!!

Fantastic experience: Another great experience at Taylor Dental! We have dental insurance but Taylor Dental is not in network. They are a cut above everyone else, so we pay out of pocket for the exceptional service they provide. Update: Taylor Dental now takes our insurance! We still have the whole family going and no complaints.

Fantastic experience: Hadn't been to a dentist in over a year. Also never had insurance before. The staff was all super nice in helping me navigate the nightmare that is the American insurance industry. When the time came for my initial checkup, they quickly identified what treatment was needed and got me a treatment plan that worked with my insurance plan. The first treatment I got was a filling in my lower canine. The entire procedure took ten minutes and I didn't feel a thing. Glad I chose them as my dental provider.

Fantastic experience: Nobody REALLY wants to go to the dentist, but after coming to Taylor Dental I almost didn’t want to leave. I directly worked with Holley, Angelique, Maria, and Dr.Garner. All were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and make the entire experience a good time! I sincerely felt like I was among friends or family. Let’s go down the list! Holley: My experience with Holley started over the phone. She listened to my concerns and did everything she could to get me what I needed. Every question I had she had a quick answer for, you can tell she knows what she’s doing. The favor she did for me was huge and I can’t thank her enough! Plus, she’s overall just super sweet. Angelique: While I didn’t work with her for long, she gave an amazing tour of the facility and made me comfortable with the environment very quickly. She was super relatable and you can tell she’s funny. If we had more time together, I think we’d be rolling. She did my X-Rays and bite wings and was very gentle, knowing I have a pretty serious gag reflex. Maria stepped in and helped with that, but I won’t share mama’s recipe on how she stopped my gagging. You’ll have to go ask her yourself :) Maria: I spent the most time with Maria as she did my cleaning. What a hilarious character! She really made me feel at home. The ease of working with her is unmatched compared to any other dentistry. She explained everything IN DETAIL step by step, and I can’t tell you how helpful that is. I want to know what’s going on up in my mouth and she gave it to me straight, I love that. Every other time I’ve left the dentist, I have felt like I didn’t really know what was going on. She is a very outgoing and dedicated to her work. You can tell when she speaks about it! She reminded me what to do about 5 times but dang did I need it. It’s ingrained now! A very nurturing person. Dr.Garner: Another brief interaction but she did my examination! She was to the point and very professional. While explaining what she was looking at, she had immediate solutions and told me why her recommendations were beneficial. Very sweet and comforting when explaining the situation. Again, another reason why I left feeling like I had all the information I needed. She answered my questions thoroughly! Overall staff: While I didn’t get the name of the other members, they were really chipper for it being so early! Something I needed desperately as it made my entire day. Extremely helpful, polite, and lots of personality! A very home-like facility! Every member I interacted with is an asset to the company and I am proud to make this my primary and only dentistry. Fantastic experience: I was in need of a consultation asap due to my regular dentist cancelling on me 2 days prior after making that appointment months ago. Anne at Taylor Dental understood my situation and told me to give her a bit and she would see what she can do for me. This was yesterday and she was able to get me in today!! The health of my teeth have went down since i had weightloss surgery last year and I was embarrassed but the assistant, hygienist, and the doctor were all so sweet and made sure I knew that I can reverse everything and fix it over time. I could tell that they didn’t want me to feel upset or worried about the chance of not being able to get my teeth back on track. I will highly recommend this office to anyone because of their wonderful, welcoming, and empathetic staff!

Fantastic experience: I would like to take the time out to give a great review to this dental office Taylor Dental . The customer service and dental service was outstanding! Everyone was so nice the two ladies Check in and Out were so informative and helpful and Mrs Tempest was also very sweet and did an awesome job with cleaning my teeth and making me feel comfortable the entire time from the comfort of the dental work and the comfort of the experience. The dentist who was also assisting Mrs Tempest was also nice and polite . My advice to anyone who is seeking a a new dental family TAYLOR DENTAL is the PLACE TO BE !!! I found them on google from a bad experience from a previous dentist I visited and I'm soooo GLAD that I selected this office ! Fast and efficient and effortlessly pleasant ! I can't wait to go back to finish all my dental work ! Choose TAYLOR Dental you won't regret it :)
