The office staff handle my Medicare insurance and follow up when there are any issues. I have been treated by two different hygienists and both were very skilled and pleasant. Dr.Teder is knowledgeable, personable and gentle. I highly recommend this practice.

Positive experience: Saw hygienist Juliette for the he first time. I believe she did an acceptable job and was friendly and congenial but I feel like that Victor ,( my usual hygienist) is more thorough and I prefer his technique for a cleaning. * Would prefer to update my medical history online somehow prior to my appointment at the dental office. Or if that is not possible, be told ahead of time that the medical history would be updated so that I could be as accurate as possible with medication names and procedure dates & names. I felt unprepared to update my medical history at the time of my appointment when I had to do it in person.

Fantastic experience: My experience as usual was great. My dental tech was outstanding.

Negative experience: My specific intent was a cleaning. I was asked at the initial appointment if I wanted the " special " which I assumed was the cleaning and examination which would have been fine. The special for 60$ including dental imaging and a " diagnosis" of a need for a deep cleaning which was around 2000$. Everyone was very pleasant and the office is nice but I was unaware of what their new patient special was ...after declining the expensive deep cleaning, I asked for the cost of a basic hygienic cleaning. I was told they wouldn't provide this because of the " diagnosis" of the need for the deep cleaning.

Negative experience: Since when do you need a mouth guard to fix a cracked tooth? Thank God I went someplace else for a second opinion, because I needed a crown and I had an infection. Stay away from this place folks they TRY and sell you things you don't need.

Fantastic experience: What a great dental practice - clean, beautiful, professional staff. I went to a different dental practice and they told me I had peri gingivitis and a cavity - turns out that was a lie and I didn’t have any of that. It pays to go to a professional practice!

Fantastic experience: Dr Robin Teder is one of the very best dentists I have ever had dental work done by. She came up with an implant and bridge system that is SO great after I was told by others that I could not have one due to bone loss. I cannot recommend her enough!! The entire staff are great to work with as well.

Fantastic experience: I think that they are very efficient in all areas. They have a pleasant staff that follows up with appointments and reminders. I have not had to wait over 10 minutes from my stated appointment time to get my procedures started. And finally the technicians and DS are very knowledgeable on what needs to be done and explained in details that I can understand.

Negative experience: Went here in November of 2022 to get fillings on both sides of my mouth. Today May 2025, I am STILL experiencing pain from these fillings. I had never had sensitivity before I went and got my cavities filled here. My teeth have been chipping, I am unable to floss in between my molars not only from the pain but they are too tight my floss always snaps in half, my bite is off centered and I have multiple teeth that are cracked (the teeth that were filled). I went back 3+ times MONTHS after still experiencing pain from my fillings there. To which they slapped some medication over it and told me it’ll take a little while longer to recover. The pain was so unbearable Dr. Teder went back in to redo a few of the fillings. I asked her why I am still experiencing pain to which she gave me an unsure answer that the reason people still experience pain after fillings is because there “may” be bubbles in the filling. But in this scenario she told me that I didn’t have that.. I also expressed to her that after I had gotten my cavities filled that I still felt like I could see one of the cavities when I would look inside my mouth. I had mentioned this to Dr Teder. She told me that the fillings appear blue and it would go away eventually. Now, looking into my mouth one of the cavities is still there, but larger. Went to a new dentist, to which they gave me x-rays and told me that decay was still present and the fillings were VERY close to the nerves. That there was a lot of excess filling and it was shaped poorly. To conclude, I wish I never went here. I’m extremely disappointed and in a lot of tooth pain..

Fantastic experience: My experience was terrific from beginning to end. The office is beautiful, the service and patient care provided was great. Maria was extremely patient and gentle with me while taking X-rays and so was Victor as he performed my cleaning. The doctor, whose name escapes me at the moment, was very thorough and even detected a cyst that I had no idea I had, and gave me copy of the X-ray to show my PCP and ENT. FIVE STARS!!!

Fantastic experience: I’m a new patient at this practice. The front desk staff are welcoming and friendly, and worked hard to schedule a multiple-visit procedure just a few days apart. They explained the billing process clearly. Yuliete in the hygienist department was friendly, professional, and efficient. She put me at ease and answered all of my questions about the procedure. Finally, Dr Teder was welcoming, professional, and patiently answered my questions. I’m happy that I am now established at this practice!

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with my first appointment. Just had my teeth cleaned by Grace. She is a wonderful Oral Hygienist. I am so happy that I changed to Family Dental. Family Dental is honest! I had gone to my old dentist for more than twenty years. My hygienist moved; was assigned a new one who told me that I had gum disease and needed a $1600.00 procedure. No mention in twenty years. I went to Family Dental and was told that I had no gum disease. I threw Ford Signature Dental under the bus and switched to Family Dental immediately.

Fantastic experience: I scheduled a cleaning called Monday because I had to cancel a couple weeks ago cause I was sick. They got me in the next day the night before a crown came off one of my teeth and I called them and they were able to get me in earlier than my cleaning to do that but unfortunately, I’ll need a bridge but anyway, yes, everyone was very nice. Very polite. Great service customer service The girls up front and the technicians awesome and I really like Dr. Jordan she’s awesome also. When someone on my Facebook wants recommendations I always give this Office. Thank you.

Negative experience: It’s been six months and my wife doesn’t have her dentures yet. My cap that they made is not sealed against the gum, when I asked Dr. Kate to check it, she looked at it and said it was fine, she lied. Food is getting trapped under the cap, but they don’t care. Do not go there!!!

Negative experience: I had fillings done on my upper left side by Dr. Teder. Four weeks later, I returned because I was still experiencing pain. However, Dr. Teder did not repeat any X-rays. Instead, she instructed the dental assistant to apply something to my tooth to help with sensitivity. I was told that the pain was normal and would eventually go away, and after a brief glance, she confirmed the fillings looked fine. Despite this, the pain continued, so I decided to visit my previous dentist. After taking new X-rays, it was clear that there was excess material on my tooth, and decay was still present in the same area Dr. Teder had filled. As a result, I now have to pay to have the same teeth filled and repaired due to Dr. Teder's negligence. I am still in pain and feel as though my concerns were not properly addressed. During my visit, Dr. Teder was rough, appeared rushed, and I felt unheard, especially when I mentioned that my bite felt off. As someone with dental anxiety, this experience has been incredibly frustrating and overwhelming.
