Fantastic experience: Best Dentist office I’ve ever been to! They are all so kind and every staff member is ready to help and very knowledgeable! I never have to wait, I get in and out without taking forever but I also never feel rushed because they listen to all my concerns and really listen! You won’t regret going to them for all your dental needs! I’m currently doing Invisalign with them and they have made this process so seamless and easy!

Fantastic experience: The ladies at this office really go above and beyond. Front desk checked my insurance. Dr. Dinh took her time with me and answered all my questions. Her assistant Liz was competent. They were able to put a crown on my broken tooth the same day I called in and everything was seamless. Best needle poke from a dentist I have ever experienced. I felt nothing!

Negative experience: Do not see Dr Dinh here. She did terrible work on both myself and my husband. I have to have a filling redone because it has a pocket in it that traps food. My husband has to have a crown redone because she did a terrible job on his. We no longer go here. I have other friends who have all hd issues here as well.

Negative experience: Avoid Complete Dentistry of Estero at all costs. They claim to be a small family owned dentist But they are a franchise And one of 1500 Locations in the US. If your comfortable with this type of High pressure dental office use Aspen Dental or Coast Dental and avoid the high sell commissioned techs in their office

From the front desk checkin, the spacious waiting room, and the QUICK call to the back with introduction to my hygienist the experience was professional and fun (yes, I said fun). Dentist was very professional. My checkout was seamless with insurance already calculated and a reasonable cost for me. I just wish we had found them sooner!

Fantastic experience: From intake to seeing the hygienist and dentist and everything in between is spot-on. The practice clearly puts a big emphasis on customer service and it shows. It's not too often you hear pleasant conversations going on in a dental practice in the different rooms but I frequently hear laughter as the patients and staff are engaging. Everything was seamless and enjoyable - I received a thorough cleaning and all my questions were answered. Everyone knows their job and everyone works well together. Dr. Dinh is awesome!

I drive all the way from Boca Raton on the east coast to Estero on the west coast - 2 hrs drive for this appointment every 6 months. This time I had Maria as my dental hygienist she was absolutely amazing! I have requested her going forward for all work being done. Positive experience: They do great work and very happy just don’t understand billing process? I pay in full then my insurance gets billed they send money to the dentist I get nothing g back? I get two free cleaning fa a year but paid 130 yesterday? Between invisaline two cracked teeth 2 caps a deep cleaning 10 k and I’m told money will apply to future treatments hmmm?

She actually got the dentist who I hadn’t even met yet to answer a question before I even showed up. The tech who did all the x-rays and CAT scans and all that stuff did a phenomenal job very sweet very nice easy to talk with. Meeting the dentist was a complete pleasure. She explained the process. went over the cost said everything that was go. They filed my paperwork with my insurance within an hour after leaving the office. My appointments are all set up. Everybody is extremely friendly. Everybody was very professional absolute pleasure to go there. Update: Had my permanent teeth installed without any issue.

Fantastic experience: I’d give more stars if possible. The customer service and compassion are outstanding! I’m visiting from out of state. I had a crown pop off. They got me in quickly and provided a great temporary solution until I get home. EVERY person I came into contact with was absolutely lovely.

Fantastic experience: We had just started dental insurance and they were on the preferred dentist list. So with the high reviews we decided to go with them. We had gone to another dentist prior before we had insurance and was quoted twice as much for crowns as I had broke a tooth off and had a cracked tooth in front of it so knew I needed two crowns. We went to our first appointment and I had X-rays taken and was quoted that I did need the 2 crowns. Was pleasantly surprised that I could get in the next day to start the process. Wow! I didn’t even know that I had been numbed. How slick is that! I had a 9:00am appointment and 50 minutes later I’m walking out with a temporary crown and an appointment for permanent crowns in two weeks. Highly recommend Complete Dentistry of Estero. Dental assistant’s and Dentist were excellent. So glad we chose them.

I left a a great dentist Sachem in Holbrook but this place is the most thorough I’ve ever gone to. The staff is amazing, friendly and so helpful and the hygienist Audrey is without a doubt the best I’ve ever had.
