Fantastic experience: This place is amazing for oral surgery! Dr. Chiccone was my oral surgeon and his team and staff were all very friendly, and they made sure I was okay post wisdom teeth surgery. Would recommend here for anyone, very grateful they ensured about my safety!

Fantastic experience: Super friendly and professional office. The front staff was especially professional and helpful. Dr. Chiccone explained the procedure thoroughly and on the day of the procedure, double checked everything and made sure I was comfortable & ready. Dr. Chiccone even called me in the evening to check up on me to make sure I am recovering well. His Surgical assistant was very attentive to me during pre-op & post-op. Fantastic experience: Today I went to see Dr Telles to finish my implant. There was an upfront charge I paid but during the procedure it was discovered my precious bone graft was too soft. He did a 2nd bone graft for me today and refunded the money I paid for an implant. I was referred to another oral surgeon but came back to Dr Telles because of his thoroughness and professionalism of the staff. He explains everything very clearly, is very nice and his staff is amazing! Always greets me when I walk in the door, follows up on my dental insurance, his dental assistants that help during the procedure are very personable, talk to you and help keep my nerves calm.

Fantastic experience: A friend told me about this place after I had a really bad experience with a failed molar extraction. The previous dentist totally messed up and left me in pain. When I came here everyone was super kind and respectful. They saw me the next day and took care of the problem. Turns out the tooth was infected so I had to be sedated. But honestly, it was the best sleep I’ve had in a while! I’m healing up great now. Definitely recommend them if you need real help and a team that actually cares.

Positive experience: I had 4 wisdom teeth and one impacted tooth extracted. Staff was very pleasant and the whole surgery was as smooth as possible. The staff also provided a very comprehensive at home care sheet for post-op. I do wish the staff would have provided more post-op care items, ie. reusable ice packs with headband, saline solution. This would have been extremely helpful for post-op, as these had to be purchased from my local pharmacy after the fact.

Th outcome and subsequent recovery is positive. In addition, the entire support staff- nurses, office staff-make going there a pleasure. Fantastic experience: So far, so good. Had 3 molars plucked out in prep for implants. Local anesthetic was good enough for an old guy like me, but Dr Telles wanted minimal pain to me so we did Laughing Gas. In n' Out quick. Let's see how follow-up goes next week. No pain, no blood on Day 2, BTW.

Positive experience: Front office staff is excellent, very inviting and helpful with answers. Back room staff is superb and very calming with answers to my questions regarding the procedure. Dr Telles is professional and walked me through what was happening and the recovery steps. After going home I had some heavy bleeding and they took me back in immediately and restitched the incision. Impressed with drs knowledge re: osteoporosis meds & conflict with any dental work. Will review again once actual procedure is completed.

Fantastic experience: My eight year old needed an extra top tooth extracted. The office had its own CT machine so we didn’t have to look elsewhere for the necessary imaging. Dr. Telles was kind and straightforward with my son, making sure he was involved in the process. The front desk staff was helpful and supportive at both the consult and on the day of the procedure. Dr. Telles had a large team of assistants readily available and made my son’s health his top priority. Sedation options are available and closely monitored. They even had an Albuterol inhaler for my son to use prior to the procedure (I forgotten his personal inhaler on the kitchen counter at home). Insurance is also accepted which made it financially possible to have the tooth removed and minimize financial stress to our family. I highly recommend this practice for families with children needing extractions. Thank you, Dr. Telles and team, for your excellent dental/medical treatment and customer service. I am pretty average : I DREAD anything dentistry LOL (no really)…How’d I land here: my referring doctor (dentist)said there was a 90%chance the surgery could leave my face in partial paralysis (maybe temporarily ,perhaps permanently)….so he referred me to HB Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical Center. I am so grateful for THAT dentist, Dr Tahir Khan at Smiles Cafe Dentistry for the recommendation. Rather cheesy selfie attached to support the fact that the surgery was a success , not only in a healthy tooth extraction of a “problematic” tooth, but no pralysis.

Fantastic experience: I just want to start off by saying how thankful I am for this office. I needed an emergency Tooth extraction due to horrible pain during the weekend. I called early Monday (today) morning and Ana answered and got me in for an appointment after lunch. I've been to this office twice before, but its been over 6 years. I couldn't believe how everyone remembered me. The office is still nice and welcoming as before. And that's saying something since I only come for Tooth extractions. Dr Telles was on vacation, and I'm sorry I missed him. But, I was helped by Dr Mull who was just as friendly and charismatic. After a few minutes of chatting with me, he knew right away that my tooth needed to be extracted due to a possible infection. He explained how it would work and honestly, it wasn't bad at all. The procedure was fast and I couldn't believe how it didn't hurt as much as I expected. And he was right, there was a crack on the bottom of my tooth that was not visible that was probably causing all my pain. So many people helped me during my vist. Veronica, Ana Sheila, Stephanie, Kailey and Maria. I hope I didn't miss anyone. And, to top it all off they were in my Delta Dental network. I hope that no one would need a tooth extraction, but if you do Huntington Beach Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Center would be your best bet. From the front office staff to the medical assistants in back and most importantly the Doctors, this office will not disappoint. Fantastic experience: I had a very positive tooth removal procedure at the Huntington Beach office. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They made the whole experience much more than tolerable. I would recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery.

Dr. Telles and his staff are friendly, efficient and caring. When I meet someone new, my husband always asks, “ Do you like them?”, because that’s important to me. Fantastic experience: I don’t even know where to start, Dr Telles and staff from both of his locations ( Long Beach and Huntington Beach) were so nice, professional and caring. Dr Telles exceeded my expectations with his attentiveness towards my son (the patient) and my husband and I. We saw Dr Telles on a Monday for emergency consult as my son had a soccer incident that weekend and by Wednesday Dr Telles was already performing a procedure to help my teen son with his two front teeth. He and his superb staff explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable as I left my son in Dr Telles hands. I was also intrigued when I received a call from Dr Telles himself that evening to ask how my son was doing, Dr Telles thanked ME for allowing him to care for my son! Are you kidding me!?!? I’m the one that will forever be grateful to him and his team. Also almost 2 weeks after the procedure my husband had a couple questions and called his office and was going to to leave a message for Dr Telles with Veronica ( super sweet person also, she got me tissue when I became emotional) she put my husband on hold to relay the message, came back and told my husband Dr roles wanted to speak with him personally so that he could answer the question!!! I would 100 percent recommend Dr Telles to all my friends and family!!

Fantastic experience: The front office staff/ management set the example and first impression of their office and having a fear of dental work this is important to me . They wereu TERRIFIC!!!! Especially with my multi questions and poor since of direction . ( PS. Dr Telles is going to have Sharon (I think That is MS MAPQUEST’S NAME).Draw a map for each new patient. I offered and backed out ! To the serious part of this review. I talk alot when I’m nervous . He took care of that !! After re explaining my procedure I was out . And magically woke up after a nice little nap. I tooth was removed , I felt refreshed, no pain and up I went . He explained to myself and my husband how the extraction went and what to expect that day , week and follow up appointment and next procedure 3-4 months out . Dr Telles called me that evening to check up on me personally which is a very special thing to me . The pain medicine has been planned and is in writing so you are ahead of being uncomfortable. I have had little to no discomfort !!!! I waited 5 days to write my review as I wanted it to be true to what my experience has been . Dr Telles and his Team are a 5 +++ Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️review and I want to make sure that you know that he and his Team are the BEST. !!!! Thank you !!!
