Negative experience: Desk staff, Dental technician staff, Office manager were great. Only saw dentist briefly because of emergency. Sat in lab for almost an hour awaiting Dentust return. Not much communication on status. Novacaune westung offf. Finally left. Nafter manager offering apology. Better communication on Dentist status should have happend Dental work not done.

Fantastic experience: Dominic was exceptional, attention to detail and thorough in my cleaning. The entire staff were fantastic especially the receptionist, Andrew.

Betty is an incredible hygienist who takes her time to answer questions and provide answers. “Dr.Sue” is wonderful! She understands your needs and budget concerns. Compassionate to say the least. I worked in a dental practice for 15 years and know what a great team of professionals should look like. Millcreek is definitely one of those special ones!

Negative experience: A dentist that is now gone from this practice “replaced a crown in the front that should never have been replaced. After paying 1250 for this tooth a rudimentary temporary was placed and it kept falling out. I had to go to work several times with no front tooth. The dentist kept getting the color match of my permanent crown wrong. I was charged twice for a buildup that was never done!! After three months of going back and forth, come to find out that dentist was no longer there. No one bothered telling me. The new dentist after placing the permanent crown on the tooth, tells me she is extremely worried about what’s left of this tooth and to go see an oral surgeon… more money. Come to find out I need an implant!! Thank you for nothing Dr Patel where ever you are! I want whatever credit I have and I’m never going back to Mill Creek dental!!

Fantastic experience: At first, I was angry that I had been switched to a different hygienist without being asked. However, Mina (?) was pleasant and thorough. But word of advice, don’t switch patients’ hygienists without their approval. Trust me. If we aren’t comfortable with our hygienists, we aren’t coming back!

Negative experience: Had been a patient for several years but recently had a very poor experience. Because I do not feel they had my best interest in mind, I will find another dental practice. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is awesome, friendly and professional from the front check-in group, the dental hygienists and dentists. You won't find a better place to take care of your teeth!

Negative experience: They try to charge you for a cancer screening which is actually covered by your dental insurance once a year. I would not recommend this practice for so many reasons. The main one is I don’t feel like a person who they care about. It is all a mill of running patients in and out. You are just a way to make money

Dr. Hernandez is very kind and gentle. I had zero pain during the procedure and no pain afterwards. I appreciated that he took his time and was very thorough.

Negative experience: This place is terrible. none of the dentists I started with are still there. They bill for crowns when the temporary is put in not when the final crown is cemented. My insurance company has called numerous times to no avail. I just tried again to get to the Billing Dept. and again no one answered. Quite frankly I don't know how they stay in business

Fantastic experience: My wife had a dental emergency to have a tooth extracted and when I called and described her pain level Mill Creek got her in to have the procedure done within two hours. The staff all worked to assure she was comfortable throughout the process. The care for the patient was exceptional and I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Needed a new dentist, also pain in tooth, bearable, could have had an appointment the next day, but had to work so went the day after, waited 5 minutes in waiting room, took X-rays, met the dentist, told me what was wrong, and how to proceed,have another appointment next week to take care of problem, upfront about the cost, was a very good experience so far!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Millcreek was very positive. They were able to see me and treat me the same day about a problem I was having with my veneer. I was really impressed with the dental hygienist and the dentist and their kindness and care.

Negative experience: I would love to leave a better review, but the office staff is non-responsive to phone calls. Dr. Su did a great job with my husband’s dental problem (which is why there are 2 stars, not 1). Unfortunately, we are having issues with billing and I have left over 6 messages for a return phone call (over the course of several weeks) and no one has contacted me back. I do not usually resort to public reviews. I simply hope someone at the office sees this and reaches out to me.

Negative experience: Have a very painful tooth ache. I was recommended to this place by a friend who had a deep cleaning and had a wonderful experience.. please note that they might be excellent in cleanings. But in other emergency things they are not. I called to schedule an appointment and also to find out how much the evaluation would cost me since I don’t have insurance. Receptionist told me over the phone It would cost me $150. I go to my visit and I do want to point out that the front desk receptionist very friendly. The dentist very friendly. Because of their friendliness, I’m giving them a 2 star. They took x-rays. Dentist came in to evaluate my x-rays. She said no cavities and possibly it might be a fracture tooth but she couldn’t tell on the images. She said that I needed a 3d X-ray which they don’t have. So she referred me to a different Dentistry. She also informed me that if a root canal is needed to be done, they cannot do it in their office either. When I checked out, they tell me it’s $194. I informed the receptionist that they had told me over the phone it would be $150. She was very puzzled and said that nobody is supposed to be giving prices over the phone since you never know what type of evaluation is needed that’s there policy. So in my point of view, I paid $194 to be told that they’re not sure what’s wrong with my tooth and that I need to be seen by somebody else and if a root canal is needed, they cannot do it either. I wish I would’ve known all this information before paying $194. The dentist that they recommended me charges $200 for the evaluation and $210 for 3D x-rays. You’re telling me it would cost $410 on a referral. I already paid $194. This is ridiculous. I called another different place Which I will post my review once they evaluate me. They do 3-D x-rays, they do implants, they do root canals, they are equipped to do everything. They don’t need to refer you to go somewhere else.. I feel they should’ve been fair and at least honor the $150 they had quoted me over the phone specially if they could not tell me what was wrong with my tooth. Very disappointing. I will post a review on the other dentist that I’m being seen today. I will post and update in this review, so you all can have more choices of where to go to.

Negative experience: I had braces from another place 2 years ago that left no enamel on my teeth. 7months ago I had 4 of my teeth filled at a different office. My mom has been using any extra money she has to fix my teeth. We just moved to St. John’s county. And this place called dcf on my mom for medical neglect. Said that I told them things that weren’t true. I turn 18 in 4 months. I will more than likely age out before this ends. Not only did you not help me. (They didn’t treat me) You’re trying to hurt me.

Fantastic experience: My 10 year old son had 2 extractions last week. Dr. Patel and her Assistant Sara were absolutely wonderful. They made the experience so easy and completely painless. My whole family goes to Mill Creek and we always have a great experience.

Negative experience: Do not go here They will call DCF on you for asking to help your child instead of actually helping them. A child who's father recently passed away and a widowed mother who just moved to the county with what little extra money she had. You've tortured this child. Just looked at. Not asked how did it happen. (Tooth decay caused by enamel removed when braces were done) Once on medicaid and we all know those appointed dentists are not great. No actions taken. Other than a bogus report. Not even an antibiotic to help the infection. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

Negative experience: Do not go here I have been struggling financially as a recent widow I went to take my daughter (17) for an extraction. They didn't like that as an answer. Insisted she needed a root canal. I do not have the funds for that. Not only did they not do any procedure They didn't give her an antibiotic either. And then the next day i was visited by DCF say I was medically neglecting my child. If you have children stay as far away from this place.

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasure going to Mill Creek Dental. My hygienist is hilarious and I'm usually laughing all the way through my cleaning. Everyone always pleasant, professional and helpful.

Negative experience: Be aware when you go to this dentist. You will be told there are services that are not covered by insurance and they make you pay out of pocket but then they bill your insurance company as well. I was told that the money they receive from the insurance company would be refunded back to the customer. NOT the case at all. They push crowns (whether you need them or not) because they are mostly not covered and have you pay out of pocket and then still bill insurance. My husband went in was told he needed a crown. They drilled his tooth down to the point there was NOTHING left to attach a crown to. I paid 1200.00 out of pocket then was told that there was another 165.00 owed which was paid. (they also billed my insurance and got paid). When the temporary crown and then the permanent crown wouldn't stay he was told well you need to get a root canal now and an implant. We asked for a refund for the crown that they could not complete and I was told we needed to wait 3-4 weeks for the insurance claim to be settled. This was from the office staff and when I asked to speak with the billing manager I was told they were on the phone and would call back. Never got a call and I called there multiple times with the same response. When his temporary crown fell out and wouldn't stay in he called and they made him wait a Week before they would get him back in to fix it. Absolutely scam and double dipping making you pay out of pocket and then billing insurance with no explanation. Horrible.

I was assigned a room where a subject matter expert provided a thorough examination and articulation of a customized Invisalign strategy to achieve my desired results. Dr. Tanvi Patel was a delight; providing concern, interest, and care through exceptional and professional character. I felt extremely comfortable with the practice and can highly recommend Mill Creek Dental to anyone.

Fantastic experience: So far they are great, EVERYONE is so friendly!! They are very attentive to the patients needs/ pain level. They offered a program to help with the bill if you don’t have Insurance. I have several more visits ahead, I’m sure I’ll have no problems.

Negative experience: My husband and I have been going to them for years for biannual cleaning appointments that our insurance has always paid in full, then suddenly this year they have decided to come up with a 'New' treatment plan that includes a bunch of unnecessary X-rays. We told them we didn't want all the 'extra' X-rays but refused to see us unless we agreed to their new treatment plan, which left us with considerable out of pocket expenses. Office staff were very rude, especially the receptionist.

They were so accommodating, provided the pre med AND were able to adhere my crown back on my tooth for minimal cost. AND my hygienist was fantastic. I’m very pleased with Mill Creek Dental!

Positive experience: Taken on time. Done within an hour. Comments not complaint. Music could be more soothing. Axel TRd AC/DC and hard rock are not exactly calming. Scheduling. I had to cancel a previous appointment In February and the first available was more than 5 month later. This was for a cleaning not a major dental procedure. To which I was advised not to schedule so far apart due to tartar build up. This seems to be the norm with any FL medical appointments.
