Negative experience: I am a patient of theirs, my name is Vito, I must admit that they are very professional but today September 30th I had a bad experience with them. I made an appointment and spoke with the secretary about a root canal treatment that I had to have done. I told her about my insurance and she said that there was no problem that I would pay for the consultation with the specialist for an amount of $250 and when the treatment was done they would deduct that amount from the total amount. Okay, I accepted, it seemed good to me. The time came. The specialist examined me in less than 10 minutes. I left the consultation to talk about the total cost of the treatment. To my surprise, the assistant informed me that they are not accepting insurance policies and that I had to pay for it without insurance. The cost of the treatment was $2,100. I was surprised and told her that the secretary had told me that they did accept insurance, that that was not fair and that it was not fair to be clear with the information. Now I paid $250. If they had told me that from the beginning I would not have taken the consultation. Since it wasn't fair, I told her what would happen with what I paid, that they had to return my money to me, and she responded that she didn't know anything or what could be done with the payment I made. I'm really very upset.

Fantastic experience: Its been about a year from start to finish with get my permanent teeth. Everyone there is amazing, caring, understand. They explain everything to you not at you. They make you feel comfortable with everything they do from the teeth cleaning to the root canals.

Fantastic experience: Today I went to Blue Sky Dental for some scans for a special night guard. The staff was fabulous and I highly recommend this company. I have gone there several times and have always been treated with the most utmost respect, and they are very kind and caring.

Fantastic experience: Staff was very welcoming and professional. My procedures were clearly explained to me and the cost. I was given options for payment up front after they checked my insurance. The assistant and my Doctor were supportive and considerate. They coached me through each step of the procedure and made sure I was relaxed the whole time. I am very satisfied with the end results. And finally, I was called to see if I was having any difficulties following the procedure. They were willing to have me come back for adjustments if I felt something wasn't comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with all the staff. I have a 28year-old with down syndrome and he received dental work here . The dentist Jonas Ashbaugh and his team did a wonderful job with him. They made him so comfortable and made him feel So secured He really needed a lot of dental work done and he got what he needed done. We are so pleased and so happy at the Work that my son finally got done because he haven’t seen a dentist in over 20 years due to he needed to be sedated. I would recommend Blue Sky Dental to anyone, especially if you have special needs. They are awesome thank you all for everything you’ve done for my son. We really appreciate you all.

Saved me a ton of money with an absurd quote from another cosmetic dentist for unnecessary work, and they have done a great job with regular cleaning and care, as well as other minor restorations in the last several years. Friendly, clean, timely, nice office space. The yearly maintenance plan is a good deal if you do not have dental insurance.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Blue Sky Dental for the past couple of years. All of the staff here are super friendly and helpful. It’s so easy to make appointments and I never have to wait long in the waiting room. I’ve had great experiences with my teeth cleanings and braces here. They also see children, which is great! My 6 year old daughter has been seen here a few times for cleanings and they’ve gone over very well. Definitely recommend!

Negative experience: I went to my dentist I need a root canal. He said they don't do top molars because there are too many roots. Im dying in this pain for 3 days because it's the weekend. I found blue sky dental and called she said I need to have a referal!! Why?? Im paying out of pocket either way!! So my doctor didn't refer me to you guys i just found you on Google says excepting new patients like make it make sense?? I saw that you guys do IV sedation so thats why I wanted to go to yall. I asked so I have to sit here in pain she said just have them send the referral!! He isn't referring me. Make it make sense please.

Positive experience: I had a free consult. My regular dentist is recommending rather substantial repairs to my teeth. I needed a second opinion about the best course of action a price for the work to be done. They started with a 3-D x-ray and then an inspection by their head surgeon. It was fairly thorough and he came up with a couple of recommendations about what can be done including a guaranteed price for Each option. I was very happy with the free consult, and impressed with the facility and the transparency of their pricing. Whatever I decide it is going to be expensive and is a little scary being on fixed income. I believe however that they are very good at what they do and their prices are about as good as you will see.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Jax a little over a year ago and luckily found this dental practice. Karina, the hygienist ,is not only knowledgeable she is also very friendly and welcoming. The dentist are friendly and professional. This was the first time a dentist complemented another dentist’s work ( what was done previously in Maryland). Kudos
