Negative experience: HORRIBLE customer service. The rudest people work here. You have to wait endless months for an appointment, and they will cancel on you at the last minute for no reason without calling. It's impossible to get my kids seen twice a year. They refuse to give me school excuses when I ask politely and they just ignore me and tell me to wait. My kids haven't been seen by them in over a year because they keep canceling and making me reschedule, which takes 3 to 6 months. Please go ANYWHERE but here. This is a HORRIBLE Dentist.

Negative experience: I am so sicca this place. Yes, I said sicca. This business wants their money fast but doesn't respect people's time and they play games. I have given them several opportunities to reconcile my issues and the same games. I understand it's a business but this is a mess. I wish I had a better experience. I don't want any reply about you strive to do better. Just do better and train your young staff. The amount of negative messages over shadow your positive ones. And the staff talks and moves fast! Take care.

Fantastic experience: Ms. Denise was AMAZING!!!! My daughter had anxiety and was crying but she calmed her down and stayed with her the whole time even though she had work to do herself she put my daughter needs first and I truly love her for that and not just her but everyone in that building was so nice, patient and had compassion. My daughter hugged everyone and it was a first for me to see her so engaged with strangers. We will definitely be back in 6 months and very excited. They also did amazing with explaining to me her treatment plan so I can understand. I have been to two other locations in GA and this is favorite location Hudson Bridge.

Negative experience: This had to be the worst dental experience. As a first time patient, I can proudly say that my daughter will NOT be returning. For this to be a pediatric dentistry group there is absolutely no kid friendly personalities!! Parents and kids are taken to a common area where all treatments are being rendered, but none of the hygienist are communicating with the parents. Even the xray tech with the blonde braids and glasses is rude. Myself and a few other parents sat and watched while the staff prepped their areas such as setting up trays, refilling soap containers, wiping down chairs, countertops, turning on tvs(something that should have been done before business hours started ),so now we are delayed due to last-minute preparations. When we first entered the facility, there is a sign on the desk stating the staff is in a morning huddle meeting, and will be with us shortly …a morning huddle meeting should be done before business hours. Once my daughter was done being treated, we sat on the bench waiting for someone to update me on her recommended follow up treatments and what was done today, and nobody ever came . I went to the front desk to check out and the young lady told me to go back and have a seat and someone will escort me up once they are done, So as instructed, we went back to another bench and waited… still, no one came so I went back to the front desk and at that moment she proceeded to get up to go “find out what was going on.” At that point, I was very irritated because the office is very unorganized. I sat and watch the dentist visit each child’s exam table and do her assessment without even asking if parents had any questions before she hopped to the next kid. I was finally checked out and received an estimate for recommended treatment for cavities and then asked if i wanted to schedule it. My reply was no. We left the office and one hour later, I received a text message with a scheduled Appointment that I did not make, This appointment was my daughter’s next six month cleaning, but why was this not asked before I left the office so that I could coordinate my schedule although I didn’t plan on returning anyway. Before scheduling this appointment, I read the reviews and I definitely should have taken them into consideration, but of course I need to make my own assessment of the facility, but I can definitely say this was a first and last time visiting this location. Please be mindful that Kids sometimes have fear of the dentist and I believe the staff that you hire at your location should empathize and not treat these kids as just another number and that is exactly what I witnessed today. You get one star ⭐️ and that’s only because I have to choose rate.

Negative experience: They don't respect your time. (Hudson bridge location) We were there for 2 hours. After 1.5hrs, the hygienist finally came to do the cleaning. My child was restless at this point. A simple "sorry for the wait" would have helped, but not one of the staff members apologized. This is unacceptable.

Positive experience: I really like the staff here — everyone is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable. The only downside is the wait time. You usually end up sitting in the waiting room for about 25–30 minutes past your appointment before being seen. If they could work on scheduling or timeliness, it would be a 5-star experience.

Negative experience: Parents, be aware. My 5-year-old son was seen here in August for a tooth abscess/cavity and was prescribed antibiotics to reduce swelling so they could address the problem tooth first. I had a September 8th appointment scheduled, but when I called to confirm, since I hadn’t received a notification — the CSR told me I “never had an appointment” and asked if I was sure I “really got a card,” as if I was confused, even though I explained I had proof but had misplaced it. When I asked if they could check to see if it was canceled, she said no, it was never scheduled. I was then put on hold while the rep called the office, essentially implying I was making things up, and said she “didn’t understand me.” after the phone call I did find the card was 9-8-25 at 11am by the way.... Originally, the dentist said we could treat the problem tooth first and consider sedation later if needed for other teeth. Suddenly, the office told me the only option is full sedation or nothing, and the manager said if I wasn’t okay with that, I’d have to go elsewhere for other options than sedation. I then canceled all future appointments for my children so I can go "elsewhere". The office feels like an assembly line, with kids lined up in rows and minimal parent contact unless major work is being done. Even if you have the first morning appointment, it is a full office with more than a hour or more wait. I don't feel comfortable bringing my children here. Parents deserve honesty, respect, and sensitivity — not being pressured into sedation or treated like a number. This is exactly why so many people grow up dreading the dentist. I would have never returned to this location if I hadn’t been forced due to my children cleanings being done. I was told the work had to be done at the same location. I would prefer smaller offices that provide personal care rather than this assembly-line environment.

Negative experience: Do not want to take time with kids that's on the spectrum they want to just send them out and have them put to sleep instead of working with them yes sometime they have episodes but after that they're okay once they come down so if one time don't work the next time will be okay

Mrs.Ashley notice my insurance card was only for medical and she demonstrated her ability to navigate and confirm Insurance approval with the knowledge provided for the service of my 14 year old daughter within a Hour window!! Negative experience: GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!! I do support dentistry for children but NOT this one. ridiculously unprofessional!! So many young women talking, dancing around laughing so extremely loud just among themselves. while all these babies are getting their teeth taken care of. There is no professionalism in this office AT ALL!. my son usually goes on special needs days, today was our first ever non special needs day. im standing beside my son(who is non verbal) holding his hand because he reached for me only to be approached by a woman who got inches away from my face and told me to have a seat cause I wasnt allowed to be by him. I was shocked. im literally holding his hand doing nothing. I've always been able to cause I went on special needs days. I sat down and told her. hes special needs and I cant hear this lady who's working on him because of the ladies loudly talking and laughing beside him (atleast 4 women who work there) the lady reluctantly looked at me and said "oh well then if he needs you you can go to him". are you serious? unnecessary!!! was not able to talk to the actual dentist who saw my son. I was not able to ask a question like why is there a tooth growing? or talk about his extreme gum bleeding maybe something to help that??? no. nothing. ill never return and plan on making a formal complaint to the company. Ridiculous.

Positive experience: The dentist and hygienist are great. However, this location really needs to have a better front office staff. Communication and courtesy for the working parent(s) should be a part of their training program and an annual certification of these policies should be mandatory! They waste parents time and by having to reschedule appointments by not conveying (mandatory) requirements for service. The doctors also lose money when patients are turned away when they come in for their appointments and are sent away without being seen.

Negative experience: It took 3 appointments - weeks apart- for my daughter to finally be seen for her cleaning. She was on time for every appointment and waited hours the first 2 times (2-3 HOURS and was never seen) - only to have to reschedule (once after being asked to and told none of the staff was even going to go on lunch) because the office was so overbooked and understaffed. At the 3rd appointment - she waited over an hour and a half before she was finally taken back to get her teeth cleaned. I wish I could rate it a ZERO. If you don't have all day (or weeks to reschedule and continue coming back) to wait… You better not take your kid here.

Negative experience: We were seen for a broken crown. Dentist shared at this visit that it had been breaking off for about a year, said it was in dental notes but no one told me previously. Had I been told, I would have ensured that the crown was replaced prior to this. Today when the crown broke, they saw us and sent my daughter away with a 3 WEEK appointment to get it repaired. She's in extreme pain. 3 weeks is too long to fix an exposed tooth. The dentist who worked with us also had no compassion and an attitude.

Negative experience: I usually have a great experience here but today was the exact opposite. We were there 3 hours when we are usually there for about 45 minutes, in and out. We felt invisible while everyone else got worked on …. So of course my 3 year old wouldn’t cooperate when it was his turn after waiting so long!!! When I spoke up to see what was going on I was not given an explanation. I just got home. 6:45pm when we got there at 2:45…. I pray something changes because we usually love this place…….

Positive experience: This is my second time here. Last time was ok, waiting 30 minute. However, they were over booked today . So crowded, kids and parents were sitting on the bench next to each others. Waiting time was more than one hour. Some kids were just fussy and crying because the waiting was so long. I was utterly exhausted by all this incessant noise. My child lost her patient and seemed stress to hear another kids crying. They should not schedule too many patients. Other than that they are very nice and have good service.

Negative experience: When we arrived they stated they couldn’t see my son due to no covered benefits (not a second before mind you). I’m a working mom and had to take the morning off for this appointment. I called my insurance company and they had no idea why they relayed that information. My son was covered and had the required benefits for the visit and if they had called, could’ve verified that with them. We’ve had this appointment for months and never changed insurance providers. This definitely could’ve been avoided with an ounce of effort. We won’t be back.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a piece of a popcorn kernel stuck under her gums and we couldn’t get it out. They were able to get us in quickly and remove it so she was no longer in pain.

Fantastic experience: My two year old daughter did great when getting her exam and they made sure too acknowledge that to her everytime. When the wait was getting long she was getting impatient and threw a tantrum but one of the staff came and offered her a toy and calmed her down (when she didn’t have to!) I appreciated that so much.

Negative experience: The lack of organization between the system to take appointments and the office is going to stress you out. I highly suggest using any other children’s dentist in the area. We had an appointment for a crown but the office had no record of that only a filling appointment that is a month away. Called the service to reschedule and they clearly had it for a crown. I’m pretty upset because I took the day off and pulled my son out of school for this appointment just for them to have no knowledge of it. Very unorganized and not worth the stress or wait.

Negative experience: I was very upset with the way the appointment went today. I got here at 3:00, it’s 5:15 and my daughter still has not been seen. I’m sick of waiting and tired of staff overbooking or whatever they’re doing

Negative experience: I strongly urge parents to stay away from Dentistry for Children at Hudson Bridge. My experience with this office was absolutely concerning and unacceptable. On February 19, 2025, my son underwent two crowns and other dental work without my knowledge or consent. I had been told during his November 2024 appointment that his teeth were in great shape and there was no need for any major procedures. So, imagine my surprise when, not only did they perform unnecessary work, but they also gave my son sedation gas without my approval. I never signed any consent forms for these procedures, yet the office claimed I signed for sedation and treatment months ago, which is completely false. When I asked for copies of the medical records, I found that the paperwork had been altered and my signature was forged. I use a unique signature with the number “3” in my “J” and a distinct last name. The paperwork clearly showed alterations, and the signature wasn’t mine—it had been forged with initials “KG” and the date was incorrect. This raises serious concerns about the integrity of this practice, and it feels like they are covering up what happened during my son’s appointment. Furthermore, when I brought my concerns to the staff on the day of the appointment, all I was told was "Hi mom, he can come back and you can stay up front." There was no mention of any treatments, procedures, or the need for sedation—this lack of communication and transparency is completely unacceptable. In addition to the unauthorized treatment and forged signature, I was charged $926 for work that was never consented to, and I am now left feeling deeply unsettled by the lack of professionalism and ethics at this office. I would strongly advise any parent to stay away from this practice, as they have shown a disregard for patient consent, clear communication, and ethical practices. I am filing formal complaints with the appropriate dental boards, but I want to make sure other families avoid the same distress and financial burden.

Negative experience: Not very happy with dentistry for children in Stockbridge, ga on Hudson bridge. My daughter went there back in October of 2024 and was told she had 4 cavities and was supposed to have them filled, but they said that the ones in the back would need to be pulled cause they were to bad to and couldn’t be filled so I would need to have those pulled before they could fill the other one. So I finally got an appointment to have that done 2 days before Christmas then called to schedule to have the other ones filled and didn’t have any until February 20th took her there and now they are saying she has 3 cavities and they only filled 1 and said I would need to come back to fill the 2 in 3 months in may so that’s a total of 7 months from the first time I took her to have them filled it just doesn’t make sense to keep delaying filling cavities just for them to get worse and it’s ridiculous that she has to wait another 3 months to have those filled when she was just there. Doesn’t make sense why not fill them while she’s there and stop wasting our time to keep us coming back and forth and having to wait months in between for them to just get worse. I will be taking her to get a second opinion and possibly a new dentist cause this is insane. I’ve never heard of such thing. They don’t seem to care.

Positive experience: They are always over booked. Recent visit took two hours from the time we signed in just for cleaning. It was 45 minutes passed appointment time before we even went to the back.

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing place for children. Sometimes the wait time can be long. For the most part they are flexible with schedules and kind to the children. My sons had fear of the dentist. They are now happy to go to the dentist, we have had oral surgery here and the went years without cavaties.They are also amazing with preventative care.

Negative experience: I have always used this location and I have never had a bad experience until today. My daughter’s appointment was at four. We left out of there at five, but before leaving the assistant that was helping the dentist with my daughter, forgot that my daughter was in the back and was trying to leave the office on top of that. She was very rude to me when it came time to check out in regards to Insurance paying for my daughter’s tooth that another one of their locations broke.. On top of that, my daughter said that she was talking about inappropriate things while they were doing her teeth. Not sure if I will be returning.

Fantastic experience: I loved my baby’s first dental visit From the front desk, check in, dental assistants, and Dr.! My son is 1 currently and I was definitely anxious about how his first dental visit will go. I thought he would cry, refuse, and all of the above being that it is totally new. Especially being that he is having to ope his mouth to be checked. He does fairly well at his doctor appointments as is, but he was loving the energy all around! He was all smiles and giggles and it made it such an amazing memory for us especially. Great information for our little one! And lots of TLC! He got a little penguin as a keepsake of his first visit and we’re looking forward to him loving his dental appointments! Thank you!

Negative experience: Had an appointment at 1:30pm for both of my kids…. Arrive at 12:40pm …. When I got here she tells me that I don’t have an appointment they call me and I didn’t confirm the appointment…. I stated that they did call me and I did confirm the appointment….Then she said I’m add you back in…. Ok cool …. It’s now 2:01pm and still haven’t been seen…. Now she saying they appointment is at 2:00pm …. I have an email clearly stating that my kids appointment is at 1:30pm…This is crazy!!!!!! Why give appointments out….I’m really disappointed poor customer service

Negative experience: If I could give them a negative star I definitely would. After having to wait more than 6 months at a time between appointments. Then in May we were scheduled for a day they were closed during the week? She was supposed to have a filling that day. The next appointment available was November 26th. Again they only cleaned her teeth. Then they talk about the work she needed done? She had been going there for 4 years. Never missed an appointment. During this time they filled 1 tooth! The tech at her last appointment telling us about the problems she had. Questions about seeing them enough. Yet she was aging her out to an adult dentist? I went off asking why they hadn't done more for her in the past? In 4 years they only cleaned her teeth and 1 filling while telling me she needed more fillings? Fillings they ignored on every visit fir 4 years? Seriously? Hire a dentist to do something instead of just kids!

Negative experience: 10/17/24 we took our daughter this morning for a cleaning and some filling. When she came out from her procedure we find out that they just did the cleaning and they couldn’t perform the filling part, we’re so upset with this staff since this is the second time that it’s happened to us. My daughter has bracers and they make her remove some brackets about 2 months ago for them to perform the filling. On 10/16/24 We received a call from one of the members office and they told us what they was going to do to my daughter and I even ask them if they will be some kind of deductible. This is so sad, the staff at this location are horrible people.

Positive experience: Great staff. Only complaint today is that the back office desk staff wasn't able to schedule me for my daughter's cavity filling. Thus is understandably due to the computer shutting down. However it was at about 10:45am,the young lady whose name I wish i had noted, said she said she would call me back to schedule my daughter. I confirmed again with her before leaving and she assured shed call this morning. After not hearing from her or anyone to schedule at around 3pm, I called and was able to schedule with a rep. Pls do a better job following up or keeping word. Otherwise staff is good

Fantastic experience: I was a bit worried because the only appointment available for my daughter was her birthday. I just knew this was going to be the worst part of her day. But it was really a highlight! They sang her happy birthday, gave her gifts, and two snack bags. Not to mention they even blew up a cute balloon! They have always been great but today they went above and beyond. Annnnnd, They managed to get more work done on her teeth than anticipated. Dentistry for children Hudson Bridge is the best in Ga. Fantastic experience: My son was getting fillings today and when presented with the bill I felt It was not correct and the dentist was over charging. Mariah and Ashley were patient and took the time to help me. I called the insurance in the office and together we were able to get the correct amount due. Thank you Mariah and Ashley for your time and attention. Most offices want money now and solve the issues later.

Negative experience: After leaving another dental office due to them being disorganized and unprofessional I had high hopes for Dentistry for Children - Hudson Bridge. From the moment I walked in the office til the time I left, there was disorder. The first issue I encountered was missing paperwork I had completed and submitted online. The second issue was office staff mixing up patients with the same first name. Staff had taken another child back for treatment but had my son's paperwork attached. After realizing there was a possible mix up, I brought it to the attention of the front desk staff. Instead of receiving an apology, I was met with unpleasant stares from some of the staff as if my look of frustration was offending them. Despite all that had occurred I still wanted to give them a chance to get it right and they didn't. On the paperwork I listed a specific problem area I wanted to be checked, and it was overlooked on the x-rays, during the cleaning and exam. This was yet another issue I had to bring to the attention of staff which caused additional frustration on top of what I was already experiencing. After having been to the office far longer than expected I was advised my son would need to take additional -x-rays and be reexamined. He ended up taking 3 x-rays before they got the imaging right. He was reexamined and we left the office right before 5’oclock closing. When I set out on this visit, I never imagined having to be in their office for 2 hours dealing with all that had happened. As an employee in the medical field seeing so many mistakes made this left me very uncomfortable about returning.

Positive experience: The establishment is nice and kid friendly but the reason I gave 3 stars and not 5 this is the second time I have waited 2hrs for my son to finish his dental cleaning. The wait is ridiculous. The receptionist said they have only one dentist and I understand everyone is short staff but if that is the case they should book accordingly for one dentist and not overbooked patience.

Negative experience: Look for another location. Besides the fact that every appointment will have you waiting well past your appointment time, they cancel and change appointment without notice. They close the location without notifying patients resulting in people showing up to locked doors and then won’t answer calls. Don’t waste your time, just take your child to a different location. Save yourself the headache

Fantastic experience: I called yesterday for my son to get an appointment. They got us in today early in the morning! The dentist was so nice! She removed my son’s tooth while loving on him and making him comfortable! It’s hard to find a dentist who loves children! I will definelty use them until he’s old enough to see an adult dentist! Her assistant made sure my son and myself were informed of everything they were doing! All of the staff is very nice even though they are busy. I can’t say enough about this office in Stockbridge! Fantastic experience: My children have been going here for a few years now and each experience has been great. The hygienist are gentle and reassure the child/parent. This location is clean and kid friendly. At my most recent appt the front desk receptionist, Ashley was excellent. She spoke in a professional manner, she was polite, and she was very organized.

Positive experience: Great experience other than the girl at the front desk with the short dreads and glasses….she was super rude and didn’t thank me for my patience whatsoever. She had the line outside the door and didn’t bother to direct anyone or be courteous. When I walked up, I said hello and she “wait a minute”…..and proceeded to act like she was busier than a worker bee lol And she probably was, she just didn’t bother to say hello back or even crack a smile in a damn dentist office of all places. Other than that, the staff in the back was great! They just can do without miss thang at the front desk lol also, I’m not sure what she told one lady but she came back to her mom who was sitting next to me and said “let me take my kids out of here bc I wanna break her neck” lol Wasn’t just me that she was rude to. Idk if she was having a bad day, but I’ll be going to a different location to avoid her and her attitude.

Fantastic experience: Out of all my visits with Dentistry for Children, I’ve never had any issues but my recent appointment stood out the most. Dr. Kadree, Jessica, and Keisha did the most excellent job at explaining the work being done on my teeth while keeping me calm, comfortable, and present. Fantastic experience: The staff is awesome. Especially Anthony he is so kind and has lots of patience. My daughter says that’s his friend. Everytime we come there she always ask of him if she doesn’t see him and he will come and say hie to her and chat for few minutes and help were needed. Dr Tonya is awesome too.
