Positive experience: I like dental dreams but I do not like the way some of the dentist talk to you as they expect you not to understand anything… certain dentist try to scare you in to getting teeth pulled that aren’t bothering you… which disturbs me.. they more they pull the more money they get

Positive experience: First time going there overall pretty good staff were really nice

Fantastic experience: Best place to bring your whole family in the reactions welcome you with a smile and greeting also I don’t wait long and The dentist does an amazing job Jon especially dr Patel !!!

Negative experience: Also, they claim to work with children with autism, but when we came they refused to do a cleaning. They told me it was due to a liability and refused him service.

Fantastic experience: This place is so good! I remind people of "Al Bundy" going to the dentist (where he needs a balloon and a stuffed animal to make it through it) but all of the staff, from the receptionists, right down to the dentist, listen to your concerns and are genuinely concerned with how you're feeling and.made my experience, one I appreciated. I'll be going back there again and now I don't feel so worried about having to go see the dentist because these people actually care.

Negative experience: One of the doctors was extremely rude. She did a very deep cleaning without any numbing to my gums and was extremely rough with it. Bang on my cavity to then not do anything with it. I left in more pain than when I went it

Fantastic experience: I went in for an emergency appointment. I had to miss work that day because I ended up chipping one of my tooth that had a previous filling on it and it chipped deeper and I was very anxious. I was very scared. I had no insurance so I had to pay out-of-pocket so I called Dental Dreams because these guys are really great. Manager Leslie is a really good manager. Baelisse Did a fantastic job helping me out and so did the other girls there that I’m not familiar with. I went to get seen by Dr. Ahuja. She did a fantastic job. She’s very much a perfect perfection. It’s very detailed oriented and professional. She took me in as a walk-in did x-rays and was able to do the filling all within about an hour or two it was unplanned, and I was very surprised with how fast she was able to work with me. She was very made me feel very comfortable, so did her Assistant I didn’t get She had blonde hair. It was nice getting my tooth fixed. It’s been a day post operation and I can finally chew on that side a lot better than before. My tooth looks way better. It feels better. It’s still recovering, but she said if anything happens, I could go for a follow up. They did a really great job. I wasn’t even scared or anything. It wasn’t as painful as I thought it was especially in my pocket. They did a really good job. My phone was about to die. LESLIE took care of it. She helped me charge my phone. Everyone was very nice TEN TEN would recommend Dr. Ahuja.

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous dental patient. I made an appointment for a cracked tooth. Everyone was not only professional but very pleasant. I was seen promptly and a plan made to remedy my problem. I was very pleased with my visit.

Negative experience: Have been there for 2 separate appointments and both times walked out without anything being done

Fantastic experience: Brought my 15 year old in for a cleaning and an exam. I was surprised at how smoothly and quickly the process was completed as compared to other dentist's offices.

Fantastic experience: Previous dentist I went to did work and I felt uncomfortability, but they kept telling me there was nothing wrong. My dental dream expert immediately saw the issue and was able to show me on my x-ray.!

Negative experience: The worst dentist experience I've ever had , the dentist I had was all over the place she scared the hell out of me , she gave me really bad anxiety, she kept runny around between me and 2 other patients and trying to figure out to write me a prescription for antibiotics!!! After all that she wanted to pull teeth I was way to nervous for her to touch my mouth , so I told her to refer me to a oral surgeon due to the conditions of my teeth!!

Fantastic experience: I love them they are excellent professional and very polite.... I'm also adding that my grand daughter has started going there and they are amazing. We love Dental Dreams!!!

Negative experience: This the worst place went there with a toothache on Saturday and the doctor still didn't send the prescription to the pharmacy when I called on Tuesday I was told the doctor won't be in until the following Saturday this place is a joke of a business I would recommend you stay away

Negative experience: I’ve had some work and teeth pulled there over the last few yrs and honestly I would suggested place to anyone But todays visit (different dentist ) Was very different guy before got tooth pulled and was screaming pretty much / I thought to myself what a baby But my turn came and I never had so much pain getting a tooth pulled ever I don’t remember the lady name that was there for all my previous work but she was amazing I was told she moved on to different place

Fantastic experience: X-ray, cleaning and I had a painful chipped tooth near a metal filling They use a topical jell to avoid any pain of the needle they were quick removing the old filling and set me up with a composite filling and repair of the tooth...painless See you in six months they will call to remind me of the appointment

Positive experience: They have a little play area for the kids there pretty fast the only annoying thing is they call to schedule an appointment and then forget they already called you and I tend to get 50 appointment reminder calls which could totally be a computer error but hey at least they are calling there also on top of 6 month appointments. All together bot a terrible place also the female dentist and assistants are really awsome they will explain in dept on what you need and assist in a lot of ways male assistants are really good as well im not a fan of the male dentist communication and community service skills for lack of a better term but the work ethic is great

Negative experience: While the staff was initially kind and friendly, my recent experience was incredibly frustrating. As a regular patient, I was shocked to be asked to upload my driver's license and insurance information via my phone just to see the dentist. This felt like unnecessary bureaucracy. Instead of a simple check for new allergies, I was presented with an exhaustive list of existing diseases to review. This entire process was cumbersome and felt particularly inconsiderate towards a disabled patient like myself. Expecting patients, especially those with disabilities, to manage all their paperwork digitally on the spot is unacceptable. A simple 'any new allergies?' would have sufficed and shown much more respect for my time and circumstances.

Negative experience: I'm extremely upset my cleaning , was rushed through, they only spent literally less than 2 minutes in my mouth with the tools, feels like it was a complete waste of time and my insurance money they only cover so many cleanings a year now I feel ripped off, and they neglected to tell me that they couldn't do any of the things that I wanted them to do until the appointment was over ,they took about 50 X-ray pictures for what reason I don't know and then when it came time for my cleaning and it was completely rushed which is unacceptable ,I co uld have done a better job myself at home and I wouldn't recommend that place for anyone especially children, I have extremely bad teeth so there's no reason why they shouldn't have spent more than a half hour to an hour cleaning in between my teeth and so on I will never go back there again

Fantastic experience: As much as I hate going to the dentist, Dr Patel and his assistant were both wonderful and I am so grateful for finding this office. The receptionists are all very nice as well. Everyone there was great.

Negative experience: The dentist Dr. Lei Zhao told me they don’t do root canals on molars at dental dreams so that was a waste of my time especially since their website says root canal treatment but they don’t specify that they don’t do molar root canals. The dentist Dr. lei Zhao took a Quick Look at my X-rays said “ I thought your teeth would be worse like have chip or something” and failed to realize I have a cracked filling and just said we don’t do molar root canals and recommended me to call another dental practice. I tried getting a referral but the dentist Dr.lei Zhao said it’s better to just get everything done at one place instead of going back and forth to get root canals and then crowns at their location. I also had to advocate to get antibiotic treatment despite him knowing I had teeth pain, and radiating pain to my ear and neck. Now I have to get another examination and diagnosis again at another practice. being pregnant, dealing with cavities, infection and a cracked filling is no joke.

Negative experience: Worst dentist on this planet, there refusing to give me treatment. Took multiple exams and said nothing was wrong with my teeth. I got other opinions and found out there was alot wrong with my teeth that put me in a emergency situation

Fantastic experience: My kids and I love it here. Amazing Reception staff. Always welcoming and warm smiles. Dental assistant are very caring. And The Dentist are very informative. Explaining everything and making sure my kids feel comfortable. I recommend them to anyone. ☺️

Fantastic experience: They take my current insurance (Cigna) and it's super easy to make an appointment. Usually doesn't take long to get seen with an appointment

Fantastic experience: I had a cleaning done today and the dentist and assistant were so kind and nice and made me feel better about getting the work I need done. Also their kindness made my anxiety go down. Ive been going here for years. Haven't had a bad experience yet.

Negative experience: The manager there is very rude. They switch out doctors like every week. It’s very unprofessional no good communication and a lot of people there don’t know what they’re doing. They sit in the front desk just to get paid and talk.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be happier. I went because I had a chipped tooth and have not been in a while. Dr. AHUJA is one of the best by far.. not only did she fix my chipped tooth but fixed all my cavities, and cleaning after as well and spent 3 hours she said now you have a perfect smile for Christmas and gave me a mirror to show me and my teeth look AMAZING!!!!!! They're patient with people who me have fears of dental procedures. 10/10 recommend Dr. Patel is my dentist and he is amazing and very gentle with me. Explains everything...patient. Probably the best dentist I've had since childhood.

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of the dentist but for some reason I always feel a sense of calmness when I arrive here but most importantly the office staff and dentist are all professional and do there best to make things as comfortable as they can for you while in the chair. Great Place.

Fantastic experience: Man, getting my teeth cleaned at Dental Dreams was brutal! My gums were throbbing, and I could barely eat because my mouth was so sensitive. But after a couple of days, I started feeling better. Even though it hurt like hell, they did a great job. It was worth the pain.

Fantastic experience: I am and was a very extreme dental case and have been coming here for course of two years, I needed a partial bottom that include 8 teeth, I have had at least 3 root canal’s here, and many fillings and I couldn’t be more happy with every outcome I’ve ever had here! They have brought my teeth and smile back to life when I thought I lost all hope. Being 29 and thinking you’ll need dentures being out of hope and then finally meeting & having dentists that care so much to make everything possible so you can feel confident again, without the need to pull out all my teeth! it’s been a process, but I am more than please and satisfied with all the work and help they have done for me over the years!

Negative experience: Horrible customer service we took our son to get a cleaning and they forgot about us in the waiting room after I went to the front desk and asked why is it taking long they laughed at us and said that they forgot about us and that they would have to reschedule. This place is very unprofessional the girls upfront were fooling around and showing of there braids to another costumer instead of attending us even one of the girls came around closing up the office and walked by us did not even ask us if we were waiting to be seen. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I could not give them 0 stars.

Negative experience: I would never go there again! It was so dirty ! The floor in the treatment room looked as though it had not been washed in forever! The equipment looked like it had not been cleaned ! And to top it off staff was rude and the dental assistant did not change his gloves when he came into the room ! Completely horrible will not return

Positive experience: The receptionist were very nice. Waited 15-20 min after I completed paper work for my mother Vi. The dentist and his dental assistant were very professional, very patient, and worked very well with my mom. We did get there for our 11 am app. Unfortunately they were short staffed and our appointment lasted until 1:30pm. We will wait for Fallon to call me so I can schedule her next appointment. Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel put me at ease. He explained everything he was doing in a soft, comforting gentle voice. Usually, I be all tense and feel a lot of pain when they inject the numbing meds, with Dr. Patel I was able to relax and didn’t feel the injections that much.

Positive experience: I haven't been to the dentist for about 23 years. I expected it was going to be bad. Overall the staff was very friendly and my procedure went smoothly. The dentist and her assistant were both very nice and made me feel comfortable. One piece of advice though... Don't wait as long as I did my experience would have been better if I didn't neglect my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I love dr Ahuja and her assistant Mikayla they where simply amazing I didn’t feel a thing and they did my cleaning and abstraction so fast so recommend them so going back to her again

Negative experience: I was told by phone when setting appt I could have a replacement denture evaluated and estimated. After 15 min of paperwork filing I was given an estimate for the day that included an exam and cleaning - neither of which I had requested. Receptionist told me the insurance required it. I was skeptical and told them to forget the appt. I then spoke by phone with MetLife Dental and was told that they do not have such a requirement. Bad info and communication at the front desk which I attribute to the dentists. Wouldn't recommend this practice to others.

Fantastic experience: Drove over an hour to be seen for a dental emergency. My own dental office could not get me in due to scheduling issues. Not a client and on a Saturday they welcomed me with the most kind and professional manner. In and out quite quickly giving the walk in and dealing with their own usual patients. I greatly appreciate the entire office staff. The dentist was amazing as well, and helped relieve my pain. Greatly appreciated and highly recommend.

Positive experience: Very friendly dental staff and the Doctor was insightful and caring. Very rare occasions of long wait times, but overall, you'll have a great visit with them.

Negative experience: June 10 2024. My appointment was at 10:30 a.m., did not walk out of dental dreams until 11:37 a.m. . The receptionist told me the provider I saw last week, only works on Saturday, it seemed like she did not want to have me seen today, my name was called to be seen, that I was told to sit back out in the waiting room someone was ahead of me, then someone else was called when I should have been called, maybe it was an off day today.

Negative experience: I've to place multiple appointments due to lack of responsibility from the workers. I've showed up to my appointments many times on time and extra early and still had to wait 30 minutes plus. This been going on for many months now. Cause supposedly there's only one doctor. I honestly I won't be coming back here again.

Positive experience: My experience was great...I will be back I was always nervous about the dentist...but all in all it was a great experience.

Negative experience: She was too rough with the dental cleaning did not have any mercy. I had to ask her to be gentle.

Negative experience: At the beginning I thought I have a good place but unfortunately this place it's not for me it's the worst some of the receptionist are nice & some dentists are nice but others don't they are treating you with attitude & specifically the supervisor she's the worst she always have attitude with the clients & over the phone she's rude & she looks unprofessional she need to stop & I don't appreciate it & I'm not coming to this place ever again sorry not sorry

Negative experience: I had perfect teeth. I went for a clean up and got out with stained teeth and the gums where cut high and now I have uneven looking teeth and my teeth are very sensitive now. I used to flow and the gums where very short and now it goes all the eay up and like i said, its uneven. I went back to complain and the person who did that no longer was working in that place. And the dentist saw me and she had the nerve to say i had a "cosmetic" "issue" she knows perfectly well what she did to my gums. I would never go to thay place again!!! And i do not recommend the place to anyone who has beautiful looking teeth

Fantastic experience: My experience for the extrations,was ok,I went to pull one thoot,then I was ok with 2 out,the same day,but in some point doctor told me we will extract 4 pieces,today,I was in shock,I told him not,right away,we proced with 2 of them,he told me other 2 was shaking, but they still strong yet,and we bit agreed about it,bridge its covered by the plan,great help,they do other things wile you wait for gums get numb,or ex-rays shows for proced,thats most of time comsumming in there,so dont go in rush,also new clients,5 long pages of filling forma to get done there trough the waiting time of your turn to be called. Wait time,to keep an eye. Other than that,I love the place, DENTIST explain every question,polite,friendly,helpfull,I will keep them for futures follow ups. Negative experience: HORRIBLE!! Dentist was inpatient left my mom to attend other clients before finishing her tooth extraction! Dental assistant was no help either. He stated he was getting an instrument that was needed, but was really just waiting until the dental assistant decided to come back. My mom is an elderly and from the beginning they just showed frustration because she was sensitive to pain! I will never bring her back here.

Fantastic experience: I had the MOST AMAZING experience yesterday at Dental Dreams! I was so nervous to get 2 extractions and from the moment I approached the receptionist desk to the dental assistant and then Dr Sam (I call him) was so knowledgeable and explained everything so I knew what was going to happen. And his gentle care of making my experience a pleasant one, words can not even begin to describe. I am healing so great today and it hasn't even been 24 hours. I used ice on my jaw as prescribed and I am diabetic so I found real fruit popsicles. I recommend this dentist to everyone and can only praise them. I hope they can see this review. Thank you ❤️

Fantastic experience: My name is Jhovan Serrano and S. Bakhsh did 4 extractions same day took him about 2 hours and I walked out happy I don’t have to go through that again. 2 wisdom teeth and 2 top teeth. He is great & highly recommended.
