Fantastic experience: First time to this dentist. Had a cleaning, xrays and exam. Great experience from time checked in till I left. I had shoulder surgery and couldn't fill out paperwork. So the lady at the desk helped me. The hygienist was very gentle and talked and was very nice. The dentist came in and introduced himself and was very pleasant. Overall a great experience. I would recommend

Fantastic experience: I've switched dentists several times since moving to Florida 10 years ago, as I could not find one I was happy with. Until I found Smile Dental. First, they are competent and knowledgeable and very friendly. Dr. Klamut is an excellent dentist who reminds me of my dentist of 30 years in Illinois. I have many crowns, four from Dr. Klamut, plus he did a painless root canal for me. All were done very well. I especially like his attention to fit of the crowns, checking my bite many times until both he and I were satisfied. And this practice did not try to scam me with work I did not need, as the corporate chains want to do. Any work done was after x-rays and scans of my teeth were done. And then the work needed was explained based on those results. One last thing, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was the most thorough I've ever had.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal as my most recent procedure at Smile Capr Coral. I’ve been their patient for years and have never had a negative experience. Their staff is always welcoming. They’ve been able to see me quickly when I had sudden tooth pain. Dr Klamut is personable, explains things clearly, and prioritizes my health and comfort. He’s the best dentist I’ve ever had.

Negative experience: I thought I found a home at Smile Cape Coral until the staff failed to obtain the prior authorization. I was rudely told they don't request a PA unless they are requested to do so by the patient, which I did at the time the appointment was scheduled. Of course, they refuse to accept any responsibility for their lack of obtaining the PA. Now I am expected to pay $413.00. What happened to integrity and accountability for the staff?

I had a filling in a front tooth, and the dentist did an amazing job from the shot of Novocain to the filling. I felt no pain and I can’t even tell there was a filling in it when I smile.

Negative experience: They pulled the bait and switch. Lured me in with all on 4 for $16,000 Then all on 4 when i get there is $25,000 per arch or $50,000! Then they want me to do payment plan and forget about price as a whole!

Fantastic experience: I went for a consultation for a full smile restoration. I had been to a few but was still looking at options due to the costs I was being quoted in addition to always leaving feeling like I was never going to be able to get the work I needed and feel confident in my smile when I was done. But this time was different! Dr. Klamut and his team really listened to me, the end result I was looking for and gave me a treatment plan I could be excited about while remaining conscious of my budget. Fantastic experience: Always a great experience at this office! After check in, we usually get called back within a couple minutes. The front office team are very friendly & happily welcome us. Alex, my hygienist, is fantastic. He is very personable, cares about his patients and gentle when cleaning my teeth. During one of my previous visits, I needed a root canal (which I was dreading). The entire visit was painless. The doctor made me feel at ease for the whole process. Definitely recommend this office, 5 Stars!

Fantastic experience: Their expertise is superb BUT they should inform you there is a 3% credit card fee instead of relying on you to remember an email they sent 1 or 2 years ago that I'm sure I took as advertisement or forgot. It's not such a big deal on 100 but 1300 and a charge of 39 dollars it is a big deal! The receptionists should say before you swipe that the charge is there and not assume you read a small note by the trminal. Just venting I guess but not happy.

Ashley, the dental assistant, was so sweet in just getting my exam started while considering my nerves and prior experiences. That was a huge plus already. Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist in 9 years. Today I had an appointment with Smile Cape Coral because a co-worker highly recommended them. I, like most people, am terrified of the dentist. When I walked in, the friendly receptionist greeted me. After completing some forms, I tried to relax in the beach themed waiting room. Very calming atmosphere. MaryAnna greeted me with a smile and took me into the room. She was so friendly and made me feel relaxed as she explained everything she was going to do. She was very thorough and apologetic when I had twinges of pain. The dr came in afterward and was very nice. He gave me the awesome news that I didn’t have any cavities or anything else wrong! I booked my next appointment for 6 months and hugged MaryAnna, thanking her. After having traumatic things done to my teeth over the years, I highly recommend Smile Cape Coral! No need to fear.

With this in mind it didn't surprise me when they went above and beyond working with me to try to come up with a solution that best suited my needs and budget by going through multiple available options I never knew existed. There are the just the kindest. So far it was just an initial consultation, However I wound up feeling so much better when I walked out after having been given multiple options and the realization that I could finally be getting my smile back. I can honesty say that I felt so much better when I walked out than when I went in.

Fantastic experience: Smile Cape Coral is hands down the best dentist experience ever. I have been using them for years and they have always taken amazing care of me. Just recently, I had an emergency with a broken crown. They were able to get me in the same day and schedule me for a crown within several days.I was leaving for vacation in a little over a week and they were able to get everything taken care of five star service for sure.

Fantastic experience: Smile Cape Coral. Was able to get me in since I was having trouble with a tooth. They even were able to do a root canal immediately do to a cancellation. It was a tooth that connected a bridge and they didn't have yo take the bridge out. Very courteous and friendly. It was completed no issue the same day.

I called in the morning and they had me in by noon to do an extraction, which went very well, thanks to Dr Klaumut and his team. Next, I had a cleaning by Alex, who was the best hygienist I have ever had. Very personable and an all around professional. I had a crown replaced here as well, no issues at all. I do not have insurance so cost is important to me. Their procedures are fairly priced and they do not try to upsell. The Smile discount program they offer is worth purchasing as it will save you more than the cost of the program. Overall very pleased with Smile.

Fantastic experience: First visit was today for implant consultation. Got a CT, talked with an assistant about what to expect and then I met with the dentist. Everybody was nice and really listened to what I had to say. Next I wait to hear back from the insurance co. The staff let me know that I wouldn’t get a price until they hear back from ins company which I can appreciate. I don’t want any surprises. Great experience and if everything goes well I will be back to finally move forward with my implants. Great first impression
