Fantastic experience: I have severe dental anxiety. Dr. Cashman has been the absolute best. He helped me with my numerous dental issues and made the process as painless as possible. He’s funny and caring. He’s knowledgeable and gentle an all-around great guy. I usually avoid booking dental appointments due to my anxiety, but I don’t have that hesitation with Dr. Cashman. I’m so happy to have found a dentist I can trust. It’s a 30 min drive for me, but worth it.

Fantastic experience: Had my dental cleaning with Dr. Aria Kordvani today; he was very gentle, polite, and overall an awesome doctor. The front desk and the whole team are always great. A couple of months ago they also helped with my root canal. I forget the names of the dentist and assistant who handled it, but they did a fantastic job as well. I genuinely love coming here.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Santa Ana Dental Group. Clean and neat environment. Staffs are friendly to guide me through the whole process. The doctors explains in detail about my current teeth status and what job needs to be done.

Fantastic experience: Got my braces with them years ago and it was a great experience staff and doctor were always super nice. I recently lost my retainer and when I called I again got amazing customer service with a same day appointment. I came in early and almost immediately was attended, quick and easy.

Fantastic experience: I loved my visit, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Took care of me right away and walked me through the whole process. I was surprised by how much I paid considering the work I had done. Bouns...they are open until 7pm and they open on Saturday! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: The office is great. Dr. Cashman did an excellent job removing 3 wisdom teeth & 3 root canals in one visit. Just one problem with the prescription for pain, the pharmacy didn't carry it and needed the dr to order a substitute. Also the amoxicillin wasn't called in. It was on a Friday & the office is closed until Monday.. The dr on call said she couldn't give me the antibiotic. And to just take 600 mil of ibuprofen , and to call back on Monday for the antibiotic.

Fantastic experience: I was hesitant to visit the dentist. Due to the fact that I deal with anxiety regarding the dentist. But the wonderful nurse and dentist made me feel safe and secure. The service was also very welcoming. Also they were very patient and understanding.

Negative experience: Service sucks coordinator can’t do her job right waited over a month for them to send the approval letter to the insurance lies after lies bad experience.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time visiting the dental clinic, as a new customer. My appointment begin with x-rays and then was followed by an oral exam. Dr. Aria Kordvani was incredibly kind and gentle. I felt very trusting of Dr. Kordvani and the entire team very quickly. After my cleaning, I was gifted a toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss! I will definitely be returning in six months <3

The ladies Sonia is always very nice to me I did see a sign on their doors that only people who work there and the patients are allowed in the back, and by looking at the previous review, no one wants ICE but their safety is important too, before posting and reposting things we don’t know about let’s get the facts straights, this is not our first fight people,don’t attack business that serve us. these are hard sad times, everyone stay safe and hope ICE melts hahaha-Ana G

He was very uncooperative and anxious, but the staff was incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. They knew exactly how to handle the situation with care and compassion. I’m so grateful they were able to get everything done safely. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful Auntie Monica scheduled me with auntie next day for emergency service and squeezed me in no problem amd auntie found out the problem and fixed it right away hook needed to be placed lower on tooth because of my over bite I have right now.

Fantastic experience: If you need any dental treatment, just ask for Dr Yam when you’re making an appointment, you’ll be in good hands. He is quite busy though so book ahead of time! And Maria too she was very caring, gentle and explain each step which was very appreciated. And all the staff from checkin to the X-ray staff they will take care of your needs.

Negative experience: Can't stress how frustrating it is to deal with this dental office. They don't know how to send out authorizations for insurance approval, every time i call my insurance to check on the status they always say it was either sent out wrong whether the scan was blurry or it was approved and they didn't see it which ends up getting sent out in duplicates, causing them to get declined because of the identical request. So I have to call the office and let them know to send it again. Sometimes authorizations were approved but i never get a phone call, email or text letting me that it was approved so I don't end up getting the treatment done till weeks later. My doctor was incredible, but to get her takes months because of how bad the treatment is from the office. Not worth it. - Reply Hi Dr. Cashman This wasn’t due to the data breach! My insurance was able to get back to me accordingly and expedite my request but due to it being sent out for a different code than what was needed, it kept getting declined understandably

Fantastic experience: Love their friendly staff service does not compare to other dental offices. Went in for my regular cleaning routine signed in and they took me in right away. X-rays were taken and was examined by the dentist as soon as they took me in to the room in less than 30 mins I was out. Other offices make me wait over an hour and thirty mins just for the cleaning. Definitely recommend this place to anyone ☺️
