Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Westridge Dental Care is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the most wonderful, friendly, and professional staff. The employees truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. The dentists are outstanding—knowledgeable, gentle, and they take the time to explain everything, which really puts you at ease. Their teeth cleanings are excellent and extremely thorough, yet gentle. My teeth always feel so clean and refreshed afterward! You can tell this office genuinely cares about their patients and takes pride in the quality of care they provide. I highly recommend Westridge Dental Care to anyone looking for exceptional dental service and a team that truly makes a difference.

Positive experience: They gave me a noon appt. Yet when I got there they told me it wasn't until 2pm. Waited in the parking lot for 2 hours .

Negative experience: I had a great dental servicing at Westridge Debtal, McDonough, GA in March 2025, I had to have new retainers due to a new crown. I was told I'd receive 4 sets of retainers for the $634. I paid, not my insurance I paid out of my pocket. After several weeks waiting and calling, I FINALLY found out my retainer (mind you now, I'm only issued ONE set) came in and applied. During my appointment I asked the dentist where were my remaining 3 sets I was told I'd receive. No answer, he then instructed the hygienist to have the lab create another set with the mold they have left. THAT was April/May 2025. It's been THE WORST BEGGING, CALLING so many times I atoppedwritimg the dates but have my phone log. I left messages, texts & many calls, NO RESPONSE BACK, I HAVEN'T REVEIVED MY REFUND NOR RETAINERS. I FINALLY get a few messages, calls and broken promises that I'd receive a call from a manager or MY RETAINERS. MONTHS AGO I was told a manager, by Precious, was now out on Bereavement yet I'd receive a resolution. It's now JANUARY 1, 2026, I've still not heard from ANYONE, I STILL DONT HAVE MY RETAINERS IVE PAID FOR NOR THE REFUND I'VE REQUESTED so that I van start over with this process as I moved to AL in JUNE, no longer in GA. I've had to hire an attorney, the letter was received by Westridge Dental in OCTOBER 2025 & I've STILL NOT HEARD FROM.ANYONE, I HAVENT RECEIVED MY REFUND NOR THE DARN RETAINERS. A WHOLE NEW YEAR AND NO RESOLUTION. Westridge is quick to take your money yet not interested at all I'm resolution, delivering services/products paid for nor will respond at all. This is FOUL, I NEED MY REFUND SO THAT I CAN SEEK SERVICES FROM A REPUTABLE Dental provider that truly has integrity and care for patients AND DELIVERS products and services TIMELY. THIS IS BEYOND AWFUL.

Fantastic experience: I am never late for an appointment unless I call ahead. Yesterday was a first. I called a hard to make sure I could still show up. I was asked to hold on to see what could be done, but I was hung up on. Which I’m hoping was an error on the receptionist part. Any I did show up five minutes later as I told her I would be. Thankfully, they had an opening and I was still seen. On another note concerning the receptionists. You all are the face of the facility. Your demeanor to the public is very important. One of the ladies to the front, she glasses and faced the door upon entry. Your demeanor is very cold. You should try smiling some more.

Negative experience: I went today for a cleaning appointment, first time patient. When I made the appointment by phone in August of this year, they told me the only date available was December 1st. So I explicitly said ok, I'll wait for more than three months but I need my dental cleaning done and they said yes it's going to be done. I was willing to wait all that time because is a small place and a local business around my area, and they confirmed that they did work with my discount dental plan. I went today and gave my information and the Discount Plan card. After a while one of the ladies in the front desk called me and handle me the estimate for the services, those were not the prices of my discount plan, so when I brought attention to that she said something like "those are the prices the system is showing" I told her again those are not the prices with the discount plan I have, her answer: "you have a book?" So instead of looking for more information on her side about this issue, I have to prove to her that I was telling the truth. Which I did, I had access to those prices on line. Only then she made a call to find out more. Finally when the prices were corrected I told her that the cleaning wasn't included in the estimate, her answer: I can't guarantee that you are having the cleaning today. I told her about the initial appointment and what I had been told and she was just: sorry the person that made the appointment didn't give you the right information. I guess that's their way out, blaming other people instead of offering solutions, get up your desk go talk to the dentist, to the office manager or whoever is in charge to see if there is a way to solve this. She just stayed there and asked if I still wanted to be seen. Of course I didn't, the whole point was the cleaning, not just to be "seen" for an evaluation, I know I only needed a regular cleaning, I'm very particular with my oral health so I have a very healthy mouth. I know the "oral evaluation" and the X-rays are part of that process and I was ok with that as long as I had the service I booked in the first place. For the office manager some advice: * Train your employees on customer service, you can't expect that a patient comes in with the "book" of fees for the discount plan or even worse that they don't "catch" the mistake. Or better hire pro-active employees. *Waiting time of more than three months... for an oral evaluation and X-rays without cleaning is ridiculous, you should make sure that if the patient doesn't have any gum or oral health problems there is time assigned to that patient to have the dental cleaning in the same appointment. If I had to wait more than three months for just an evaluation imagine how long it was going to be to get an actual service there. Extremely disappointed.

Fantastic experience: The BEST dental group we have ever been to!! We were here from out of state for the holiday and Dr. B and his team fit us in for an emergency dental issue, from the moment we walked in we were greeted with kindness and smiles. Dr. B was so kind and professional and his assistant Destiny made us feel comfortable and cared for the whole time. Thank you so much for such a great experience!!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I went on two different days for our first visits. (6 mos cleaning and check up.) We transferred our records from down the road at Aspen Dental. ( please feel free to check our Google review with pictures of that locale to understand our change.) Overall we both agreed, excellent experience. Let’s start at front: desk staff were least friendly of all their employees. We had also been there on previous occasion to drop off records. Cold greetings each time, paperwork confusion, and the overhead music way too loud ( great song choices though) once you get past that front the behind the scenes professionals are wonderful. Sandy couldn’t have been more welcoming. Greg did the heavy lifting as hygienist explaining each step with upbeat attitude. Dr.Bjerke cordial, friendly and immensely knowledgeable. You never enjoy a trip to the dentist,,but this team makes it smooth as possible. Our only regret is learning they have been open more than 6 years and this was our first visit.

Positive experience: My visit was okay overall, but the hygienist was a bit too rough during the cleaning. I experienced pain yesterday and still have some discomfort today, along with a lingering headache that started after the cleaning. I've never had this issue before, so I won't judge Westridge Dental as a whole based on this experience. The hygienist was friendly, but believe she needs to be a little more gentle during the procedure.

Like really and please don’t come on my post talking about HIPPA because I left you one star. Like good bye

Fantastic experience: I have tremendous anxiety about dental work stemming from awful childhood dental experience. I lost a crown and decided to try a new dentist and was recommended by my sister to try westridge. It took a couple of weeks to get in to see them as new patient but once in, I got care quickly. After initial appointment I received a written treatment plan with estimated cost and what procedures would be done. I explained my anxiety and they were super caring and gentle. The front office staff are welcoming and helpful. The dentist and dental assistant were both wonderful. I go back in a couple of weeks to complete treatment and hopefully all will go smoothly and I won’t be dreading it!

Negative experience: My name is Michael, and I recently scheduled a cleaning appointment online. I received a confirmation text message, so I took time off work to attend. However, when I arrived, I was told my appointment had been canceled because I did not verbally confirm. This was very frustrating, as I expected communication through text, since that was how my appointment was originally confirmed. The clerk, Precious, informed me she had left a voicemail, and that her manager, Crystal, had canceled the appointment. Unfortunately, I was unaware of this change. In 2025, it is unrealistic to expect patients to always answer phone calls during business hours, as many workplaces do not allow phone use. A cancellation or reschedule notice by text message would have prevented this issue. I am very disappointed with this experience, especially after taking time off work. I hope your office will consider improving your confirmation and cancellation communication process to better serve patients. Thank you, Michael B.

Negative experience: They make you wait almost two months to get seen and then tell you a week before your appointment they need to reschedule. I already took the day off of from work now I have to scramble to find another place for my kids and I. Not very professional.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. They’ll cancel your appointment same day. They will run a special and say they don’t have availability for months and then schedule you only to cancel same day of your scheduled appointment. If you complain they’ll say “well the system is just a robot we don’t know when you have an appointment”

Fantastic experience: Westridge Dental Care is the absolute best! I had lost a crown on the back tooth on the top left and a panoral scan on my full mouth showed that the back tooth on the bottom left was in terrible shape. Another dental group in Eagles Landing told me there was no hope for those two teeth, root canaled a different tooth and did a terrible job of capping it. I called up Westridge Dental, got an appointment, went in, got checked out. They said, “we can save those two teeth, not to worry.” Believe it or not, they were as good as their word. Both teeth are crowned and as good as new (almost). I am so thankful l ended up going to Westridge Dental. I will never go anyplace else for my dental care. They saved me from needing implants. Westridge Dental is The BEST!

Negative experience: Loveee love love coming here. I feel so comfortable at this dental office. Usually I have anxious/nervous feeling when I’m in dental offices but the staff here is amazing and hospitable! Check-in and check-out is a breeze from the front desk. Very friendly and welcoming! Greg was my hygienist and he did an outstanding job. My teeth never felt so clean! I usually have sensitivity in certain areas (hot/cold sensation that causes sensitivity on my teeth) but he has such a gentle hand I didn’t even have any issues! Dr. Bjerke Makes sure to go over everything before you leave. Allows you to bring up any questions or concerns and ensures he talks about all your options and makes sure you leave satisfied with your visit. I never feel judged and it’s always like I’m catching up with an old friend. Nothing short of good vibes here. Couldn’t ask for a better place to get my teeth cleaned. UPDATE As of July 1, 2025. I had an appointment for next week I was looking forward to. I just needed to know the cost Had to reach out a handful of times to try to find out cost. Today Precious was able to call me and help get to the bottom of the exact estimate. However, the price I was quoted just outrageous... $360 for my daughter's cleaning and xray and $462 for mine. Unfortunately will not be able to go back as I have no insurance so I am self pay. Both times we went were under promotion $119 each time. So at full price no promo offer and paying out of pocket I do not recommend this place. That's robbery. But shoutout to Greg for being the best h ygienist I ever had. Imma miss you lol And Dr B you was a real one too! Always so nice to me. And final shout out to Precious for going above and beyond today and dealing with my hissy fit when I learned the cost without promotions. Lol

Fantastic experience: My experience with Westridge dental care. The name says it all they are really caring you don't have to want a long time to see the doctor which is an expert at his job. He is patience and he put you at easy so that you know that you are in good hands. The staff is very professional and they make sure you are not nervous and they let you know what treatment you are going to be receiving. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. Fantastic experience: Westridge Dental Care is amazing! From the front desk to the doctors and assistants, everyone is wonderful. I recently transitioned from a children's dentist, and there's definitely a noticeable difference (as expected). I'm very satisfied and feel completely comfortable here. I'm also really glad my dad referred me to this place. Unlike my previous dentists, my appointments aren’t scheduled too far out, and the team genuinely cares about helping you achieve a healthy, beautiful smile. All I can say is, WONDERFUL! Give them a try, I promise you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: The procedure was done professionally and with great care to be as painless as possible. The assistant was excellent also.

Negative experience: The billing department is the worse I've ever seen. I actually pulled my entire family away from there. The service I received was also unacceptable. I went there for a cleaning and the hygienist refused to finish me. She made me walk across the hall and made the dentist complete my cleaning. I was still wearing the bib around my neck in shock. I never went back.

Fantastic experience: I'd like to share my experience with west ridge. Dental care, I was from out of town. I had a dental emergency, my tooth in the rear. I thought the filling fell out. The next morning, i stop by west ridge dental care told them my situation. They got me right in, they took x. Rays and looked at my tooth and the tooth had split down the middle, it had to come out. They told me my options so I decided to wait a few days till i got back to my hometown. To discuss removal.and a implant replacement with my personal dentist. Thank you to the staff and doctor atwestridge, dental care. If I live up there, I would definitely choose this facility.

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a new dentist and after many searches I found this one. I originally used great expressions in Stockbridge but have chose to change. This office made my appointment quickly, reminded me of it a week/days prior, checked me in and out quickly, and I even received a filling today when I originally only went for a consult. I knew the cavity was big, and I still may need a root canal soon but the experience I had today was above and beyond in my opinion. From the lady at the desk, to the lady who did my Xray and introduced me to the dentist, to the two lady’s who sat by me while I was being worked on. Everyone was nice, and you can hear the care in the way they talk to me, and each other. It’s like family there, which makes a true team. The most frienly front office I've had the pleasure to deal with. Dr. Bjerke Sr. had very nice 'bedside manner' making one comfortable in a usually not comfortable atmosphere :-) Dental hygenist Greg is very thorough and friendly. Provides a pleasant experience with the cleaning process and X-rays. Highly recommend this dental practice!!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to this dental office, and let me just say—it was worth the wait! (I booked back in December, so yes, the schedule is busy, but now I completely understand why.) Every single person I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I understood everything. I’ve always disliked going to the dentist because it usually feels like they do what they want, rush you out, and leave you confused. Not here. I left this appointment with more knowledge about my teeth and dental health than I’ve ever had. I was so impressed I went ahead and made an appointment for my husband too. And just for the record—I rarely ever leave reviews (& they didn’t ask this of me). But this office absolutely deserves it. Highly recommend!
