Fantastic experience: I had a good experience with Dr. Peña and his assistant. For the last 20 yrs, I have dreaded dental surgery or procedures. My initial procedure at Advanced Dentistry was not a success, leaving me with sensitivity and the inability to chew on one side, when I had no issues to begin. Thanks to Dr. Peña reconstructing my crown, my faith and peace in dental procedures have been restored. Now, I am happy to say that I no longer have the sensitivity of my crown and can chew on any side of my mouth. Thank you Dr. Peña. I am so glad that you joined this team.

Negative experience: Overpriced and incompetent!!! Doesn’t guarantee or back their work! I had major work done on my mouth to the tune of thousands of dollars and a little over a year later had to go back because a porcelain tooth broke off at the gum line and required an expensive implant! They did not guarantee or back the work and wanted to charge me an outrageous amount for a new implant.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this practice since 2000. I have always received excellent service. Recently, I had to have a crown for a bothersome tooth. Dr. Martin's newest assistant, Louis, was terrific. The guy has a sense of humor and put me at ease right away. Kelly is my Dental cleaning go to gal. She's another great staff person. So give their office a call if you are in need of a qualified dentist for most all your dental needs.

Positive experience: Visit 9-8-25 Always a pleasant experience with Terry as my dental hygienist. Always kind and doing awesome. Makes me very comfortable. This last visit was horrible and unprofessional with the office staff. Holli should not be even interacting with patients with her nasty attitude were as Sara and Natalie , I think, did their best and trying to help. Putting me through to rude Holli who hung up on me in the end. I should be looking for a new dentist due to the unprofessionalism except my phone call from Terry changed my mind. Also, Holli should not be sharing office manager’s personal business. Do yourself a favor and give her a job in the back.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a dentist. I found Advanced Technology and Laser Dentistry and im so glad I did. I needed good bit of work done and now my teeth look and feel 10x better. Dr. Martin and his staff are very good at what they do. I'm very happy with my results. Terri, my hygienist, is also exceptional. She is a master of her craft and she cares. Makes sure she asks about how your teeth have been, discussed some issues about future work that should be done etc… In other words does more than just clean your teeth.

Negative experience: First time visit...girl cleans my teeth...takes a bunch of rays...a guy comes in talks to the girl says he is going to get me an estimate for dental work and leaves...probably spent a minute..after he left I asked the girl who the guy was...he was the dentist.. I wasn't expecting any hugs..would have been nice if he would have introduced himself...

Negative experience: I’ve been a patient for over 5 years until today. Aside from randomly cancelling appointments at the last minute, I never had a problem until today. BEWARE something is not adding up in their finance department! Unfortunately it’s the patient that suffers!

Just an update, care continues to be the best. On the 17th of July I needed to have a crown removed and Dr Martin is so skilled at the process. Only a few minutes to remove it and clean out the decay in the tooth. Then the Tech cleaned out the area and prepared it for the new crown. Scans done and temporary crown inserted. Appt. Set for 2 weeks for permanent crown. She was so thorough and very professional and friendly. Another good experience! I highly recommend this practice. Update 10/6/2023 I had a crown replaced the other month and could not be happier with Dr Martin and his great staff? update August 20, 2024 Having another crown replaced and the same wonderful staff and excellent dentist, Dr Jordan Martin. very pleased! I had another crown replace d and the same great experience. They are the best. Have another one schedule to be done.

Negative experience: 1. The lady who asked me to sign for my services while in the dental chair pointed to $1556 and said "these are your out of pocket charges today. But I paid $1711? 2. I came because a filling fell out of the side of my mouth. Dr. Martin said we cant do a filling because a small piece of the tooth broke off, we need to do a crown. The final crown has left the same hole, where food gets in. You didn't provide me a solution. 3. My new dentist provides a crown for $1001. Why did you charge me $1556?

Negative experience: This practice was bought by a Corporate Dental Group. The level of service is still there. However, like other corporate dental groups, they try to get you to buy into a dental “plan”. So you sign on the line, for way more dental commitment than you need, in my opinion. It’s not to say you don’t need it. However, most dental plans don’t cover the majority of the work. Thus a large portion is out of pocket. I went for a teeth cleaning, and spent 20+ minutes listening to a sales pitch.

Fantastic experience: I just moved here full time and needed a new dentist. Dr. Martin was recommended highly to me and I quickly realized why. The entire staff from Dr Martin to Amanda to the front office staff were amazing.

Negative experience: My family have gone here for over 30 years. We started with Dr. Grieder and when he retired Dr. Martin. We were shocked and more than disappointed when Dr.Martin and his hygienist diagnosed a family member with 16,000 dollars of work!! Most of it was for crowns. We sent her scans to 2 other Doctors that saw NOTHING. We were shocked! She has since gone to a family dentist in Bonita, and walked away with a cleaning, not a 16,000 dollar diagnosis. I have always bragged on Dr. Martin and the care for ALL the dental work I have had done, but now I wonder. Was any of it necessary? Yes they were nice and acted like it was all in my best interest, but I don't think so! Get a second opinion before you have anything done. My family of 12 are moving on, after 30 years.

Had a recent insurance-paid cleaning and x-rays and was sent home with the unbelievable good news of no cavities, no crowns needed. No cost for today! What dentist EVER does that?? Negative experience: Listen to your patients. I did not feel the need for x rays. I just wanted a cleaning. First she tried to tell me that it was State Law that you need to have x rays every 13 months. I said that is not true. Then it changed to the dentist wants it done every 13 months. They refused to clean my teeth without x rays. I told them I am responsible for my own Healthcare decisions but they disagreed.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this dentist for years as well as my daughters and I have referred all my family members as well. Just to sum it up I have moved to Ga and continue to drive the 9/10 hours to come to any needed appts. I know someday I will have to get a dentist up there but for now I love these guys. Great people kind, caring , empathetic and compassionate all the things we see less and less of these days this great group of people still have in abundance. They are truly an amazing group of people
