Fantastic experience: Very clean and organized facility. The front desk staff and hygienist were very nice. Dr. Rita George was strictly business (not very talkative) but also nice and very knowledgeable. I’m transgender and was worried how things might go but everyone was perfect. They used my preferred name listed on my intake paperwork and nobody misgendered me, acted weird, or asked inappropriate questions. The fact that I’m trans didn’t even get mentioned (and I mean, why would it need to at the dentist?). Highly recommend this place for everyone!

Positive experience: I was prepared to give a 5 star review . The staff are friendly and my tech was kind. They explain everything to you as they are doing their job. The one thing that really upset me is that they don't tell you what services they are performing that will cost extra. That should be stated outright so I can decide if I want to have it done or not. How many people have been scammed into paying more for things they didn't know they could decline?

Fantastic experience: Staff were very nice! Dr did what she could to temporarily reduce the pain I was in, then gave me a referral to a surgeon. Surgeon was able to work me in the schedule same day, and quickly, before the numbing wore off. They were very patient and understanding! Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had to find a dentist office for emergency care while visiting family in Fort Wayne. Dr George and her dental assistant were unbelievably attentive, supportive and helpful me in every way possible under the circumstances. The visit even included making a referral for specialized care that my cracked teeth would require. They discussed several options and long term benefits with the costs that each might incur. They also got me in the first available appointment the day I called and spent 2.5 hours with me working on the damaged bridge and three front teeth involved. I feel that the incident was meant to happen while I was visiting as this care was superior to my good local dentist who is also a 5 star ⭐️ dentist. They get 5 star plus in my book!

Negative experience: I was not happy with the fact that my hygienist was swapped and I was not informed. This is very frustrating because I had to tell the new hygienist everything that my regular hygienist does, and after a long day of working that is the last thing I want to have to do.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this office! Staff is super personable, informative and friendly! I had a filling replaced and it was almost completely pain free (just the pinch of the numbing shot). But mostly they are all super nice.

(And believe me, I’ve been getting my teeth cleaned for nearly 4 decades ;) Angie, the dentist, is soooo nice and does an amazing job. Her family even buys cars from me! And can you believe it: they even got me to start flossing!?! Never have I ever been so excited to go BACK to the dentist. (I’m sad I have to wait another 6 months!!)

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed with North Pointe Dental. When I first moved to Fort Wayne I began seeing Dr. Coleman and loved her. Unfortunately, when she moved her practice it was pretty far for me. For several years I went to other dental places and the dentists and the service were not the same. So when I purchased my home I was in a location that brought me closer to Dr. Coleman’s office at North Point and it felt like I returned to family. Everyone is so kind and caring. My recent cleaning was with Gabby, she answered my questions and did a great job on my teeth. I won’t be going anywhere else for my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Heard a great review of North Pointe from a co-worker and felt it was time for me to finally get to a dentist after 6 years of not going. I am going to be singing North Pointe’s praises in this review! They were able to get me scheduled even sooner than originally planned due to a last-minute opening in their schedule. All of the staff members I spoke to were extremely kind and welcoming. I had a lot of anxiety since it had been so long since my last dental cleaning, but my hygienist, Sarah, was so reassuring and supportive throughout the whole exam and cleaning. She was very thorough throughout the whole process and made a point to explain along the way and answer any questions. Dr. Aisien was also very welcoming and attentive to all of my concerns, I felt no judgement at any point regardless of the state of my mouth when I walked in there. Upon leaving after my cleaning and exam I truly felt a huge difference in the confidence of my smile and gladly scheduled another appointment 6 months out. Thank you North Pointe!

Positive experience: The pain that comes after getting a tooth pulled is horrible you should be given pain med to take after. It felt like my head was going to explode.. I am so scared ìt is going to start back hurting like it was last night. But all I can do is pray.

Negative experience: I have always had good experiences at North point until now! North point is the only dentist that my kids have ever been to and who I have been going to for years. I just received a call that they will no longer take my Tricare insurance. Now I’m stuck finding a new dentist that knows nothing about my family. Thanks North point for caring about your patients!

The assistant that worked with me was very informative, walked through each step of the process, and answered all my questions. They were sensitive to anxiety and clearly read my registration materials where i indocated my concerns and cause for appointment. The dentist was also delightful--she was clear, thoughtful in her communication, and patient in answering my questions. All around excellent!

Fantastic experience: I have Sjögren’s Syndrome, which in women my age usually means you lose all your teeth. But I have all my original teeth thanks to Dr. Coleman and her team. She has done a wonderful job of helping me and giving me a protocol that I can follow to save my teeth!

Fantastic experience: Always respectful and professional. Unlike many other dentists in the area, this dentist is actually honest and won’t drill out made up cavities to make an extra buck. Crazy how switching dentists magically makes 7 cavities disappear. I recommend North Pointe to anyone.

The ladies at the reception are always willing to help. They always send you reminder for your appoinment and give you a quote before they do a procedure.

Negative experience: Very Crooked and they lie after they max your insurance out NOT RECOMMEND!! They lied and told me that my insurance would cover everything until they talked me into pulling all my teeth then they was also supposed to give me parcel teeth that later wanted me to pay out of pocket. So no parcel teeth, ok no problem. Well finally got my upper denture but then told me that my insurance wouldn't cover the bottom ones after telling me they would. Nothing but lies telling you what you want to here until they charge your insurance then it's a whole different story. Never again I should sew them honestly

Positive experience: Staff was nice and the building looked clean. I called and made an appt. for a new patient cleaning and asked for a staff member recommended. They assured me that this was the case. My experience: When I arrived, I was told I had to get xrays done and I was turned over to a staff member who I did not ask for. She was fine, but I felt misled. Then a gal from the office came in to show me a paper with all the stuff that is recommended and the costs. I said no to the flouride treatment and the cancer check. The xrays cost me $90. (To pay at office) Then after the xrays, they told me there wasn't time to do the cleaning and I had to come in for another appt. for the cleaning. When I did, it did not take very long so I can't understand why they couldn't have just done it the same day as the xrays. I definitely got the feeling that there was a general motto of "upsell upsell upsell" going on. Looking for another facility.

I had a horrble toothache. These people from the moment I called, till the time I left with tooth gone, were nothing short of Extraordinary. I highly recommend this awesome place for Dental caring, needs and just plain smiles. Also although they pulled the tooth and it hurt after numbing. I got home and took a nap after some Tylenol. No more pain. Thank you Doctor Aisien and entire Staff. I can now say for the first time in my life I really love my Dentist.
