Fantastic experience: I love the Hunters Glenn location in Thornton. I have been going there since 2013. Dr. Zak and Dr. Brian are both really incredible at listening to people and moving towards a path of least resistance to solve the problem. Jessica is really knowledgeable and takes great care as a hygienist… I request her every single time!

Negative experience: this is the worst experience I have ever had at a dental office. Outdated equipment, stains on the seats , but I degress. All started when I called them to ask for teeth cleaning , the person on the phone said yes I gave her my info and she gave me a few dates where it's available for me to clean my teeth. So going in I fully expected to get that standard cleaning down. Then after finding out that I still needed to do the X-ray before seeing the dentist , he said you can't get a cleaning because it requires deep cleaning and he cannot lie about it to the insurance which is understandable, no one asked him to lie. Then the rude part came when I explained to him what my situation was, that I don't know how the procedure goes , he proceeded to say it's pretty obvious because my teeth needa deep cleaning. Then he just left after saying then you can go just somewhere else then. The level of unprofessionalism and condescending remarks is unacceptable. I will taking my business elsewhere where they value every single one of their customer at least from the outside.

Positive experience: This branch has a great staff of dentists, Dr. Berry is phenomenal and has a great personality. Dr. Zach does a great job as well. They tell you up front what is needed and the cost to do it. The medical assistants are hit or miss, Dr. Han has a heavy hand and is often temperamental, and impatient. Dislike being worked on by him. The finance techs are also hit or miss. I had a young lady, 1st chair, who said my bill was $22.60. When I went to pay, she rebutted and said, "Sorry, that's $2260" BIG DIFFERENCE. One day I left quite annoyed and in pain because of Dr. Ham but I'll keep returning due to Dr. Berry. They do great work.

Fantastic experience: Winton had my teeth cleaned exam and x-rays all within an hour compared to apple tree dentaldown the street. This was a breeze.

Fantastic experience: Rarely does a dentist get to know a patient beyond routine pleasantries. Dr. Barry is different. He took the time to chat and create comfort. That matters! He also walked through options and did not guide me toward options that benefited his practice. He instead explained why those expensive options would not benefit me. Jackie, my hygienist, went beyond just a routine cleaning and scrubbed some teeth that were concerning me. Best dental experience I’ve had in decades.

Negative experience: This is dentist office ever my front filling cracked when I was flossing my teeth and my other feeling just broke I called the office to see if they would fix the work that they did because they haven't seen me in 2 years they are going to charge me for the work they've done on my mouth and they've been my only dentist bad business for sure

Fantastic experience: I needed to get in with a rotten tooth that was killing me the day after Christmas. I called about 8 different dentist offices and got their voicemails. Left messages describing my situation and didn’t even get a call back from any of them. I finally called Comfort Dental and they got me in that afternoon even though they didn’t have an opening in their schedule. The dentist was awesome as was everyone else there. I strongly recommend them!

Negative experience: I waited for over an hour in the back and never got checked up on or had the common courtesy of being updated on Dr Zach running behind schedule. Very unprofessional and they acted like they didn't care when I asked to reschedule so I will go elsewhere. Horrible experience. I'm sure it would have been an additional hour for the actual exam that never took place.

Fantastic experience: I so appreciate Comfort Dental was able to fit me in. I moved an initially went to a new Dentist but didn’t care for them so last minute I thought I swing by Comfort Dental and everyone was so nice. I was in and right out and feel so much better. Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: I had a horrible toothache over the weekend. I called Comfort Dental on Saturday and they were able to give me an immediate appointment at 9:30 AM on Monday. The dentist, Dr. Berry, was pleasant, professional, easy to talk to, and he pulled my tooth in a minimum of time. The cost was very affordable. I would recommend this practice to anyone who has a dental emergency or just wants an affordable dentist.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic office! I had an emergency and needed a Rx.Even tho I wasnt one of their regular patients, they fit me in. After an X-ray to confirm the dx, they called in a Rx. Feeling better today!!

Positive experience: Update: They did reach out immediately and show genuine concern. They asked if there was anything they could do and the only thing possible is don't let this happen to anyone else. Know who your patients are when they come in, be aware of the notes in their files (or add notes) about things like this. And just offer the pain relief instead of assuming it will be ok. I appreciate the follow up. There's no way they should have put my permanent crown in without numbing me or the laughing gas. I told them on my first visit for this I have high anxiety from the dentist. When I was being walked out today I was completely disoriented from how much pain I was in. This was absolute torture. The goal must not be comfort, just quick in and out. I guess that's what you get from these giant chains.

Negative experience: I brought my mom to this comfort dental in need of help to fix her partials and they did a loss paper for Medicaid to help cover because we are in a fixed income and we were told it was only going to be a 30-day wait here it is going on nearly 3 months and we keep giving the same run around wait for the mail wait for the mail and brushed off no answers no help no nothing and we were rushed out of there very quick this is the worst experience I have ever had with my mom that needs her partials it is easy for them to brush people off and go home and sleep at night. This staff is horrible and does not care about their patients!!

Fantastic experience: Had a great visit , for not such a great reason. While nobody wants to hear that they need a root canal, everyone took the time to explain EVERYTHING to me. From what my x-rays showed all the way down to going out of their way to chase down my insurance and billing questions.

Negative experience: This is my second time at this location. I only go there because I have braces theough them also and it is convenient. I had fillings done and was told my mouth would be numb for about 3 hours. Its been almost a month and the left side of my mouth is still numb. The office manager/assistants have terrible customer service and have no business near health care of any kind.

Fantastic experience: i’m not a big fan of the dentist but i was having a lot of pain and had to be seen. So i looked them up and requested an appointment at 5am but i was going to call when they open at 7:30 am but they called me i wanna say a little before 7:30 and asked if i had time to be seen that day and i went right away. I have a lot of anxiety with the dentist but they were so nice and fast with everything! they listened to my concerns and talked me through the process and i had to have a lot of work done they were patient with me and overall very friendly staff from the front to the back end!!

Positive experience: I got a root canal and a filling they said they would send my prescription to the pharmacy. By the time i called my pharmacy which was and hour after i left comfort dental, the pharmacy never got my prescription so i called comfort dental at 6:50pm which they didnt answer me to get my prescription sent over as their times say they close at 7:30pm. So i ended up spending the whole night in worse pain than before the root canal.

Fantastic experience: Dr Berry & his assistance were superb & top notch. From time walking into office everyone was very very professional, personable to check out. As a new emergency patient, this office will my dental to go to from now on. Thank you to everyone at this dental office.

I was surprised that I was able to get my x-rays, my teeth cleaned and most of the work I needed done in one visit. For a person who hates going to the dentist, this was a really good experience. They keep fixed it back and forth for 5 time still couldn't fix it so I brought that problem to here comfort dental- hunters Glen and Tam Tran just take 5 minutes to fix my problem right away. Negative experience: Worst dentist office I’ve ever been to. I went in needing some cavities filled and have been back so many times I can’t even count for terrible mouth pain and all they keep doing is shaving down my actual teeth and sending me home. And their front desk staff are awful. I get the same rude lady on the phone who always thinks it’s ok to be rude towards you on the phone. Definitely recommend finding a private dentist instead of this place.

Fantastic experience: I brought both of my sons (8yo and 13yo) with me into this location for us all to have our teeth cleaned, x-rayed, and checked. The dentist was quick and thorough in cleaning, and was down-to-earth and realistic with his expectations of my sons’ oral hygiene routines (they both would benefit from more consistent tooth brushing - especially at night). We ended up signing up for their Gold Plan ($320ish for all 3 of us for the YEAR!), that made our office visits $30 each and offers discounts on fillings and other dental work. This is a great cost benefit for my family!! I have looked into dental insurance for our family and was finding most insurance to be $100+ per month to include orthodontic coverage for my oldest (with a wait period of 12 months for orthodontics). The dentist was able to give me an orthodontic referral for my oldest son .. and for the orthodontist located in this office location! I also got a referral for a pediatric dentist within Comfort Dental (a different, still close location) for my younger son to have his cavities evaluated and filled if needed - they are in his ‘baby teeth’ so I am undecided on repairs. After my own cleaning, x-rays, and evaluation it was found that 2 of my fillings (20+ years old) are in need of repair/refill; they asked if I wanted to take care of them that same appointment! I appreciate the promptness of offered services because *if I was in pain they were offering same-day relief! Before leaving they reminded me and inquired if I wanted to set an appointment for my fillings; they offered many times and dates, and we were able to find an appointment that works with my schedule (and pay days). This was a great experience for both of my sons and for myself! I am very pleased with the services and speed we were able to get our dental needs done.. AND the affordability! I highly recommend this location of Comfort Dental. This experience was positive and I am *not dreading* using the referrals to other locations/services of Comfort Dental.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very nice and so professional! I had a “stumper” of a problem but Dr. Zac and team addressed it with humor (appreciated) and knowledge (even better) and that was the best! I am grateful for their care!

Negative experience: I had an appointment for 3pm. Arrived more than 5 minutes early. I was told to wait for an available room. Someone else came in after 3pm and was taken back at 3:15pm, even though I had been waiting longer. When making the appointment I specified that I was going to push back a shift at work for this appointment. They assured me the cleaning would only take 30-45 minutes and I’d be on time to work. Well after waiting 25 minutes, I left at 3:20 as that was more than half of the planned appointment time. I couldn’t even tell them I was leaving as they don’t have someone occupying the front desk. I will not be back and do not recommend.

Positive experience: The doctors are great and their assistants too, but it would be nice if someone in the reception spoke Spanish. There are many bilingual people in the US, why make it complicated? I'm thinking of going to another dentist just because the receptionist didn't even let me make an appointment, and she tries hard to find a way to communicate. I speak Spanish, not Indian, Chinese, or Arabic. You just have to make a little effort and with the phone number it will be resolved. I think the receptionist who charges only does the minimum to earn her money and doesn't love what she does.

Negative experience: We’ve been coming here for almost two years (braces) and not once have we been seen on time. On average we have to wait 30 min to be called back. So frustrating and feels like my time isn’t valued.
