Fantastic experience: Kelly Cantrell and Dr. Graves as well as the rest of his staff were absolutely amazing. Dental work is scary and painful and expensive and the least favorite thing to have to deal with, but coming here felt more like being surrounded by family and friends. My son got taken care of in such a sweet way, and the staff worked super hard to help us in all ways possible. Will be recommending this practice to all I know. Best. Ever. Period.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. Getting someone to answer the phone has been a nightmare. Billing department has said they would bill my secondary insurance and It’s going on 6 months trying to get them to do this they leave you on hold for more than 20 minutes. Over all would not recommend! Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.here is a call log to show the many times I tried to call and also the 24 minute hold that then I was hung up on.

Negative experience: Worst office billing department in Amarillo. They owe me money but instead of just paying it back they are now filing NEW charges out of timely filing. Buyer beware the billing office.

Fantastic experience: My teeth were in really bad shape. I’d had braces on from 12 years old until 19. My parents were not wealthy, and circumstances caused us to lose dental insurance. I took them off myself when I was 19, and didn’t go to a dentist about it until I was in my 30s. I find myself in a much better situation financially these days and went to get them fixed. All on 4 uppers is the best way if you’re going to have to replace your teeth!!! It’s been a ride, there were some complications that were not the fault of AOMS I don’t think. Like I said, I was in bad shape. I started the process in May of 2023, and finished the process yesterday! (02/19/25) AOMS only charged me the one fee for the process that was supposed to take a year. It’s been almost two, and they’ve stood behind their work and treated me very well! I paid up front, and they haven’t asked for another dime! They even had to knock me out and operate a year later when some of the implants failed. Now, don’t get me wrong, I’ve had teeth in my mouth since the day they operated, it just wasn’t perfect. I mean, I thought they were great how they were the first time around, but they weren’t happy. The implants weren’t as solid as they’d have liked, so we had to redo them. To me it already felt 1000 times better than what I had naturally. Had I gone to Mexico and saved money I’d likely still be happy, and wouldn’t have a clue that the implants weren’t quite right, I mean I could handle just a little discomfort compared to what I had before. Now though, I see what they were concerned about. All that’s gone too! I can eat steaks and beef Jerky without pain. I mean, I could probably pick up a steak and just bite it with my teeth! My teeth are more solid than they’ve been since I can remember. My smile is amazing now! Don’t go for the cheap implants across the border. Things happen, and what would you do then? Also, AOMS took their time fitting and making sure everything feels as natural as my own teeth would as far as how they fit together. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you Gloria and the AOMS team!!!

Negative experience: I attempted to make an appointment, unfortunately the person in charge of the appointment only had specific times with no room for accommodation. She additionally refused to put me down on the “waitlist”, or make give me the option for other appointments. She had no professional manners or professionalism. I am definitely disappointed, since the dental offices in Amarillo are limited when it comes to oral surgery.

Negative experience: Went in for a free consultation back in April I believe. During the consultation I was told that if we needed images we could use the recent ones from the dentist that did my dentures. Just got a bill in the mail for $400. Including a CT scan. This is not ok

Fantastic experience: This place was nothing short of amazing. I got my wisdom teeth out a few days ago, I have anxiety with dentists but they kept me calmed, explained everything, got to meet Dr Graves (who is awesome on tik tok) my procedure was a little more complicated than normal and they did not push me to do anything, they gave me options that fit best with my scenario. Day of surgery I walked in, checked in with the great staff, went back and was done in 30 minutes, sat in recovery for a while and the nurses were amazing while I cried about everything from anesthesia. Walked me to my car, gave my spouse all the run down, papers with when to take meds, my prescription was ready before I even left the office! They are on top of it there. They even had someone on call that called us pretty quick when we had some concerns. Truly a great place, welcoming, safe, caring and clean environment.

Fantastic experience: Edit: I’ve recently had a tooth that went bad. Had to have it extracted. Called them of course! They got me in quickly. They took great care of me. Got my tooth out without as much pain as I was having before! They are fabulous! Can’t express how grateful I am they are here! Dr Wilkinson, Jill, and Kelly along with the entire staff were wonderful to our mom. They treated her with utmost respect, kindness, and care from describing the situation and helping her make her decision all way through to recovery and follow up the next day. They helped to keep her pain managed at a minimum. Will definitely go back if ever needed. I don't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had an implant put in a few years ago in Atlanta that had come loose while out of town. Gloria was so helpful and professional. She fixed it right up in just a few minutes and all is good again. Thank you Gloria!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing place super clean, everyone is super friendly. Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed 04/17 by Dr. Wilkinson at 43 yrs old I was very nervous but they answered all my questions, the take home care package had everything I needed for post-op care at home including very clear instructions. Also, loved the recovery recliner and comfy blanket(wish I could of kept the blanket) so cozy!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wilkenson and his assistant Elizabeth are nothing short of amazing. The facility is immaculate, and the care is superb. The entire staff does an excellent job. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing to see a specialist. Everything was clearly explained, and I felt cared for and respected as a patient. Wonderful, wonderful place!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Steffan and the staff here are wonderful. The office is clean, comfortable and well organized. The process of my dental work was explained thoroughly as was the billing. I highly recommend AOMS!

Fantastic experience: I would like to say thank you so much to everyone at AOMS for so much help outside of hours with my daughter. I am so appreciative of Kim, one of the nurses that reached out to me several times over several days early morning hours and throughout the day. Anytime I had questions or needed guidance she was there in no time. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and it has been very rough on her and so painful. Fantastic experience: By far the best at what they do. I went in after I was put through so much pain with another office and Dr Graves was so polite and told me what to expect. He was able to extract my wisdom tooth with no problem and releving the immense pain I was in. By far the best Dr I've ever gone to highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth and 1 stubborn baby tooth removed here. I was very nervous going in because It was my first surgery ever, but I was very happy with my experience. I have small veins and have had problems at blood banks and routine blood tests before, so I was not too surprised when they were unable to put an iv in for sedation. We decided to go ahead and do the surgery with local anesthesia instead, and I think this was secretly a blessing in disguise. I did not feel any pain during the removal of my teeth, I was not loopy after my surgery, and Mel let me see pictures of her lovely dog between numbing sessions. My Surgery was quick, painless, and the staff were all lovely. :)

Fantastic experience: I just want to thank Implant Technician Gloria for making my experience of full implants a good experience. She took many steps be sure that I was comfortable and happy with my implants especially since I was a difficult case. She never rushed me, she was very patient and saved the entire experience for me.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled here and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Dr Wilkinson was not only friendly but also trustworthy, professional, and kind. He took the time to thoroughly conduct the pre-op interview without rushing. The pre-op employee was professional, personable, patient, and knowledgeable (I am sorry I did not get more names!). She made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease and I felt equally at ease leaving my daughter in their care. Post op was equally impressive. The CST provided clear education, was kind and understanding, and made it easy to ask questions. The entire experience was efficient and professional. From the moment we walked in, everyone greeted us with a friendly welcome, creating a warm and welcoming environment. I highly recommend this practice for wisdom teeth extractions. They truly prioritize patient care and provide a safe and comfortable experience. Thank you to Dr Wilkinson and the entire staff for taking such great care of my daughter.

Negative experience: Everyone there was super friendly and caring doctor and nurses. The facility is clean and modern. As far as my oral surgery went, well my mom always said if you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything. My oral surgery was not a good experience nor were the following two months. I’ll leave it there.

Negative experience: A year ago I went to get my mowlers out and now I'm at a different dentist because they left half my mowler in and now I'm in a bigger PAIN then I was a year ago and also they are very unprofessional because their staff had their spouse in the same room were I was half asleep getting worked on.... save yourself from going to them...it was Dr.Graves

Negative experience: I was a Patient of Dr. Paul Wilkinson when I was In Texas 2007 for cleaning, as the same time he recommended to pull out my wisdom teeth he pull out four tooth and, accidentally he cut my Lingual nerve . i started getting horrible pain from the damaged nerve,He Referred me to Professor Zuniga to Parkland Hospital, Dallas Texas to get fixed. and Doctor Zuniga told me he can make less pain but it will not get away, I did a Surgery he attached the nerve but the pain is never get away, l live in a pain which is life time pain. now I am suffering the rest of my life and tasteless half of my tang as well.

Fantastic experience: I'm so happy I went here. I was super nervous about getting all 4 wisdom teeth removed. They made me feel very comfortable and it shows how much they truly care about there patients.

Positive experience: Everyone was really nice and took really good care of my son after all 4 wisdom teeth came out. He made sure to Thank everyone. I gave 4 stars only because I never spoke or even met the Dr. not even at the consultation. He could of at least introduced himself.

Fantastic experience: Love the staff!! Came in for an emergency consultation. The nurse was BEYOND patient and listened to my ordeal. The doctor (Paul) was AMAZING!! They all understood I had bad anxiety. Walked through it all and told me what they were doing it so I knew. They took care of me. Don’t recall being this taken care of. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. Thank y’all so much!!! Paul basically saved my life. Time to tackle to road of recovery!!! God blessed me with laying everything out like he did from waking up till now. Can’t thank y’all enough!!! Keep doing what y’all are doing.

Positive experience: On Tuesday May 10th I went in for a consultation to remove a wisdom tooth. It just happened that they went ahead and removed it then, which was great to not have to make another trip. Dr. Lake did a great job extracting the tooth. Around 9:30 p.m. that evening I called the 24 hour number to get some answers as to why I was still bleeding pretty good. I waited on the phone for over 10 minutes and finally hung up and called a friend that is a dentist. I never received a call back showing any type of concern. I then called the office during business hours the next couple of days to get answers to some questions which your staff answering the phone is not very familiar with the questions. I then had to make another call after the 5th day to see if I was suppose to receive a syringe to flush out the area. Of course, I was told yes and was told that I could go back and get a free one or go buy one. This was by far the worst experience I have every run into with a post procedure. At that time, I mentioned to the young lady that I spoke with about my experience, She put me on hold and said she was going to let me speak to her manager. When she came back she informed me that her manager Edwina would get back with me as she was in a meeting. This call was made on Monday May 16th. As of today May 18th I have yet to receive that call from Edwina(the manager). In my opinion, this is very unprofessional. I would of liked to share a good review but this wasn't the case for me.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had work done from both Dr. Graves and Dr. Wilkinson. They are both amazing doctors with incredible bedside manner. Coming from someone who doesn’t exactly love dental work- it’s important to make the patient feel at ease and comfortable. They do just that. Highly recommend them! AOMS is a great company and Amarillo is lucky to have them!

Fantastic experience: Referred for wisdom teeth removal. They were able to quickly fit me in for a consultation and schedule the procedure. After the procedure I was still groggy from anesthesia and the explained everything about my post-op care thoroughly to my husband. Friendly staff!

Fantastic experience: My oral surgery endeavor began on a Monday afternoon with an extensive and friendly consultation. I scheduled my appointment by phone that same day and they squeezed me in. I checked in at the front desk and filled out a few forms about my dental and overall health. I wasn't overwhelmed by the amount of paperwork so that is good. I didn't have to wait long at all before I was called back to being my appointment. The consultation was done very thoroughly and straightforward with X-rays and CT scans in which some very high tech equipment was implemented, followed by an extensive mouth examination and lastly the options regarding treatment were discussed. I agreed to put my trust in the AOMS staff and follow trough with my surgery. They did a conformation phone call a few days later to confirm my surgery appointment and answered a few more of my questions. 7 days later was my scheduled day for surgery. I arrived about 15 minutes early and upon entering the facility I was treated like royalty and was placed in a seating area. I was called back faster than I expected and was escorted to the operating room. I was nervous and they completely understood. I climbed onto the operating table where an IV was placed into my arm and I was administered some calm mixture of gas trough a mask over my face while blankets were placed on my upper body close to my head. I had always wanted to count down how long it takes to go to sleep from the anesthesia and I started from 10,9,8,7,6,5 and one slight glimpse of the light that was above the operating table on the ceiling and I was asleep. The next thing I remember was waking up and hearing music "Take it to the Limit" by the Eagles I was mesmerized by the music and that's all I could think about because I like that song!! Then I remember a nurse helping me into a chair in a nicely equipped recovery room. I began regaining my cognitive recognition of reality once I nestled in the recovery chair and my ride home was brought in the room with me which made it comfortable and relaxing. My IV was gently removed and my surgery debriefing and post operation procedures were explained. I was sent home with a care package and detailed instructions for post operation care and emergency information. The nurse then helped me out of the chair and assisted me all the way to the vehicle and even helped me buckle up. That deserves appreciation in itself. I had "11" Teeth including my Wisdom teeth removed in less than 1 hour and I didn't feel or remember anything about the surgery. The recovery wasn't particularly terribly painful, but more like uncomfortable for about 5 days which was to be expected given the extent of my operation. I have extreme Dental Anxiety and I can tell you that I am not afraid anymore. Dr. Graves and the AOMS Staff highly exceeded my expectations!!! 8 days after my operation and I am free of the toothaches, headaches and my sinuses have improved tremendously!!! Just talk to them about your oral health and concerns and you will have the best experience! Thank you AOMS you really are Great!!! Corey

Fantastic experience: I was in need of an emergency extraction and AOMS took care of me. Everyone involved made sure I had the most comfortable experience possible and I feel blessed that I found these people to take care of me. I highly recommend these fine people if you ever need dental and oral care!

Negative experience: I went there Friday because I had made an appointment to have 2 wisdom teeth extracted,, had to do an X-ray even tho I had already done X-rays, then to find out my appointment was only to have X-rays done and be told I need to have my wisdom teeth taken out. Then I tried to make another appointment after asking the doctor if payments were available to which he said yes, only to go to the front to make an appointment and be told it was cash upfront only no payments and that I had to pay 100 out of pocket for the X-ray. Wasting my day from taking off of work to get my teeth taken out.

Positive experience: My son had molar surgery and everything with the surgery went good! Everyone from the staff to the initial consult with the surgeon was great, but I only gave 4 stars here due to this reason: So my son’s oral surgeon moved and we were assigned a new one of course… but on the day of surgery, I never got to meet the new doctor! I personally feel this would have been something the office staff (and the new doc who had to have reviewed my son’s chart) should have noted and at least someone should have asked if I wanted to meet him. So to others this may not be a big deal, but to me it kinda was because another surgeon, who I never met, was going to be doing surgery on his 3rds. I asked when we checked in if I would meet him… I was just told no. :( Just FYI on the above incident so that something like this never happens to anyone in the future… please have the patient/family meet the new doctor! ;) But overall their services provided were great… so thank you!

Fantastic experience: Had to get my wisdom teeth removed yesterday absolutely in love with the facility and everyone in it. They're an amazing team that make sure you feel right at home and make everything as comfortable as possible for you. Everyone there was willing to answer any of the questions I had and was very detailed when giving discharge instructions and even giving a 24/7 number if I had any furthur questions. If the opportunity arises when you need to go there please do and know your in amazing hands.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Graves and his staff are absolutely amazing! They are super professional and extremely kind. I 10/10 recommend! I have severe dental anxiety after having my jaw broke when I was 18 when I had my wisdom teeth cut out by another dentist, and they 100% make me feel at ease. They truly care about their patients.

Positive experience: Very impressed with her surgery and the people that work there they have excellent bedside manners. The only thing I was disappointed with was due to the nature of her surgery they sent her home with a very low grade type of pain medication. She suffered really bad the first couple days. That is to be expected and I don't expect large amounts of pain medication for my child but even a little to get through the first couple days would have been great. Yes I realized toradol and ibuprofen type products work well with inflammation but that was not enough in my mind. However I want to stress the surgery was great, the people that work there are great, even the lady at the front desk is sweet as can be. So really it's an excellent place for your children I just had to stress why I was only unhappy with that one issue. However everything is fine and she is doing well now so it's all good. Oh yeah LOL on the flip side they give really cute t-shirts to the patient. They need to give them to the parents also. I am actually kidding about the t-shirts but are really cute. They say I want to be sedated. As a parent in the recovery room I certainly felt the same way. Overall I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody.

Fantastic experience: I got 3 teeth pulled yesterday. The sound they made coming out was the scariest part of the entire process. I took the rest of the day off. But to be honest I could have gone back to work the same day. This is day 2, there’s minimal swelling and very little discomfort in my mouth. I couldn’t be happier with the level of customer service and professionalism this is an all around class operation. THANK Y’ALL

Fantastic experience: They Helped my pregnant wife. She ORIGINALLY went [somewhere else first] who tried to pull out a tooth with no numbing meds and felt everything. Cried the whole time. They were so mean to her. And made her leave because she wouldn’t stop sobbing. We were recommended through a family friend to go to AOMS- Thanks to Dr. Lindsey and Dr. Wilkinson they were able to take my wife in the following morning and numb her well and extract the tooth without her sobbing or feeling a thing. leaving mom and baby in much better health! It was a really bad tooth she had been trying to get out for a while now with no help. Definitely recommend these people. Thanks for taking care of my family.

Fantastic experience: I recently had 4 wisdom teeth removed. I waited to post a review as I didn’t want to jump the gun. My experience with AOMS was nothing less than exceptional. The staff was friendly and warm, I asked so many questions and they answered every one of them with kindness and patience. I was very scared about the procedure but the staff and Doctor Wilkinson put my worries to rest. I had NO pain, the only discomfort I experienced was a very sore jaw but it was manageable. I did get as much rest as I could. When it was time to use the flushing syringe I called the office with more questions and my questions were immediately answered. THANK YOU AOMS YOU GUYS ARE THE DEFINITION OF QUALITY IN PATIENT CARE!!! 10/10

Positive experience: It was a great experience. My posts were implanted in my mouth without any pain at all. I would have liked to have met Dr. Graves, and the nurse who administered my anesthesia told me that he would come in to meet me before he began the procedure, but I guess he did not have time. Fantastic experience: I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, and honestly dreaded having my wisdom teeth pulled, but Dr. Gonzalez and his team did great. It only took them about 30 minutes and I slept thru the whole thing. while I'm sore the next day, it's not near as bad as I thought it would be. If you have to get it done I would recommend AOMS and Dr Gonzalez.

Fantastic experience: We were very impressed with this place! My 16 year old son had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at 1 time and several weeks later I am amazed at how well it has went. He has not had huge gaping holes to deal with. Just small slits where the teeth were taken out and it has not taken long to heal. Very impressed with Dr. Graves work. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I love the environment they where so kind and caring about the patient. They made sure you were comfortable and well taken care of before leaving the building. I sure do recommend them to anybody. They where very clean and they made sure their employees were wearing mask and also everyone else walking into their building.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Graves did a fantastic job!!! I was hesitant to have wisdom teeth extracted as an adult. Dr. Graves and his staff were attentive and eased my apprehension about the procedure.

Positive experience: The overall experience was great there. My daughter had a frenectomy. The staff was very nice and professional as well as comforting for my daughter who is 3 and was nervous about the whole ordeal. They gave her a weighted microwavable therapy bunny or comfort afterwards which she loves, she takes it everywhere now .The only issue is that after the procedure they left a electrode patch stuck on her belly which has been very difficult to get off without hurting her skin.

Fantastic experience: My procedure went very well. Everyone in the office was very helpful, and made me feel quite comfortable. I have more procedures to come and I know I'm in good hands. I'm very happy with AOMS.

Fantastic experience: My son had his wisdom teeth out a week ago, upper teeth were going to be hard. Dr. Graves did an amazing job he had to post operative pain what so ever! He has healed up amazing Dr Graves does awesome work.

Positive experience: All was very professional and thorough! Only hicup was the prescription was not at the pharmacy at the time it was supposed to be. I don’t know for sure who dropped the ball, the AOSM staff or the pharmacy. Anyway it also got straightened out pretty quick.

Fantastic experience: This place deserves more than 5 stars. I came in because I had an infected that another dentist was suppose to pull and they didn't they just broke my tooth even worse so they had to send me to AMOS and I wish I could've went there in the first place. Dr. Diego Gonzales was so help and made sure I didn't feel any pain. I'm so grateful for him and the payment lady that helped me out with a payment plan because I didn't have any money and was suppose to be using an in-house financing plan at the other dentist but they screwed me. Everyone is so friendly, and comforting because I was crying a lot due to the fact that I'm SCARED of dentist. So many people there that were willing to help me, too bad I don't remember their names otherwise I'd put them all.

Positive experience: My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted. We had a great experience. They got her into the office within 4 days of me calling to make the appointment and took the teeth out that same day. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because some of the instructions were confusing such as: being told she can have eggs/milkshakes (the paper they sent home said she was NOT to have these), being told to use the syringe with salt water within 2-3 days (insert and paper says not to use syringe until 5 days after surgery). Otherwise, they were amazing! I would definitely recommend using them.

Negative experience: I've been here for 3 hours to have tooth extracted and still waiting. They took $500 from me ( my cost after insurance which is also ridiculous. Insurance pays 80% of allowable cost so their actual cost is soooooo much more than allowable cost. ) so I can't walk out.

Negative experience: I don’t know about this place. Took my boyfriend here to get 3 teeth removed. 2 top and one on the bottom that required surgical cutting. He was already scared to death. We waited for over an hour before he went back and then it took them over an hour for the work. He came out in tears and said he was in pain the whole time and felt everything. He did say he feels they did what they could and gave him a lot of numbing anesthetic but said the procedure still hurt a lot. Then they said they were sending him prescriptions to his pharmacy. There was nothing ready by the time we got there. I had to call them and then they informed me that there was a problem with the computer and that they would send the nurse to call it in now. I waited in there for over an hour for them medicines to get straightened out and he was out in the car suffering. He said that the pain during procedure wasn’t their fault but idk I just feel like he needed better treatment than he got

Fantastic experience: I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the atmosphere, the staff, and most importantly the dental work I received from this practice. The receptionist went out of her way to ensure I was accomodated. She was very kind and very patient. I then met Gloria, an outstanding dental assistant who was proficient at her job and very professional. She ensured I understood what was going on. She was very assuring and asked if I had any questions. I then met my dentist, Dr. Gonzales. Dr. Gonzales was very kind and professional as well. He immediately deduced the issue I had going on and successfully removed my tooth in a matter of only a couple of minutes. He applied the numbing agent well and I did not feel any pain. After the work was done, they happily answered all the questions I had and I left very satisfied with the services I received from this practice. Just today (8/3/2020) a coworker stated he had a dental issue and I highly recommended he visit Amarillo Oral & Maxillofacial surgery. -Lionel Butler

Fantastic experience: The facility was very clean. The staff was very personable and caring. They prepared me for a tooth extraction and that was the last time I remember anything before they walked me to my car!!!! Hallelujah for that. I really didn’t want the know anything else. The nurse that started my IV was spot on and I didn’t even feel the needle going in. I would recommend them in a heart beat

Fantastic experience: They listen to me when I told him I knew what tooth it was all the other dentists that I was being sent to before I got sent to them nobody would do anything but these people as soon as he took the tooth out I wasn't feeling nothing and it's been days since the tooth was taken out and I still don't feel no pain I don't have to take Tylenol like every 5 hours just to keep the pain from coming back I can eat now with no problems dr. Gonzalez is a really good person and dentist and he knows what he's doing if I could give him a reading of 100 I would he was really purple eye and respectful and I really appreciate that good job mr. Gonzales

Negative experience: Very bad experience with Dr Gonzalez. Went in to get 2 wisdom teeth removed, came home to find pieces of my tooth still in there. On top of that the tooth next to the extraction is also chipped. Very disappointed in everything, especially for the price. Will definitely not be going back.

Fantastic experience: Had a amazing experience here. As nervous as anybody can get or atleast I know I completely was. These people will take great care of you! They explain everything to you and make you feel so comfortable! The surgical receptionist Kellie!! You are amazing!! She made me feel soo calm and comfortable throughout it all! She knew how nervous I was an was with me until the anesthesiologists arrived and I was out!! Thank you so much AOMS for taking care of me and all the other patients y’all have taken care of! ♥️♥️♥️

Fantastic experience: Dr. Graces and the staff that aa with him at the Farewell location today (7-9-20) were amazing !! Got four wisdom teeth pulled and I have had no pain. I was super nervous but they made the whole experience amazing! Not to mention Dr. only poked me ONCE for the IV!! Thank ya sooo much I appreciate all of you, you have no idea how great ya made me feel ♥️☺️

Fantastic experience: Dr. Graves made a mistake with a tooth and instead of backing off or denying it he owned it and has gone above and beyond to make it right. Everything he has done to not only fix it but even make it better than before has been at no charge. Every one makes a mistake now and then. How they handle it just shows what character they have; he has a lot. I have no reservations about using him in the future. He is a stand up guy.

Fantastic experience: I had oral surgery just yesterday 6/19/20 and This place is amazing. Everyone was extremely nice and caring and knowledgable. I had all of my wisdom teeth extracted and 1 broken tooth that had to come out so a total of 5 teeth and it took about 45 min - 1 hour. Dr. Wilkinson did an amazing job and this is my second day and there is hardly any swelling and minimal controllable pain. I definitely recomend AOMS to every. They are absolutely amazing!!!!

Positive experience: Graves is a GREAT surgeon! The office would not file our insurance electronically for us; we had to file manually. 2 years later we are stil trying to get reimbursed because nobody files MANUALLY by paper. So in the end I guess we just kiss goodbye to $20k.

Fantastic experience: I got my 4 wisdom teeth surgically removed at this location after my normal dentist did not want to put me under. My bottom teeth were impacted by bone and completely sideways. I was very worried about the procedure and the recovery but everything went very smooth! The procedure only took 45 minutes. Afterwards, I was not swollen, bruised or in a big amount of pain! I was completely surprised by how unnoticeable my pain was; on a scale of 1-10 my pain was at a smooth 3 from the day I left the office until I could no longer feel the pain a week later. I recommend this location to everyone I can now!

Fantastic experience: Really a good oral place very clean. The techs we very gracious and I felt very comfortable. Dr. Gonzalez was a great oral surgeon he explained what he was going to do. I really liked this place.

Fantastic experience: I loved the nurses and the dr they were amazing :)however the receptionist I spoke to on the phone wasn’t as friendly as the rest of the staff . But other than that it was great experience . I had to have all 4 wisdom teeth extracted.
