Negative experience: It says that they closed at 5pm I arrived at 4:45pm and it was already closed. If you call they tell you they are opened and they are helping other people but they are not they are just closed.

Fantastic experience: Update 12/30/25 Brought my daughter to her appt, they were caring and the wait was not bad at all. I came from Houston to bring her here and Im Very happy I brought her. She has Down syndrome and the detailed cared made a difference in the treatment process. Loved how the assistant held her hand while they were fixing her cavities. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Negative experience: I absolutely do NOT recommend this place for braces. My son got his braces here, and we paid $4,300 because he needed a metal appliance on the roof of his mouth. Ever since we paid in full, the service has been nothing but disappointing. From the very beginning, things have gone wrong. My son had spacers put in during one visit, and by the time we got home — less than an hour later — they had already fallen out. I had to leave work and rush back so they could fix it. When we got there, the doctor actually said, “Who did this?” — as if it wasn’t his own staff who had just done the work! That moment said a lot about their lack of communication and care. Then, I was told I’d receive a key to adjust my son’s metal appliance as needed. I never got one. Fast forward to this month, the appliance fell off completely. I called the office and left a message, but no one called me back for a whole week. When I finally called again, I found out my calls were going straight to voicemail — but when other family members called, someone answered right away. That really hurt and made me feel ignored as a parent. We finally got an appointment on Monday, October 20, and I was told the appliance was “coming off.” I asked how that could happen if we never even got the key to adjust it. The nurse claimed they had been adjusting it at every visit, which is simply not true — I sat next to my son at every single appointment and saw with my own eyes that it was never touched. At this point, I’ve completely lost trust in this place. Once my son finishes his treatment, we will not be returning. I wouldn’t want any other parent or child to go through the frustration and stress we’ve experienced here. Please think twice before trusting them with your child’s braces.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about this office. The nice young dentist fixed my front teeth to PERFECTION He has an artistic eye and incredible attention to detail. His hand skills are amazing, making even complex procedures feel comfortable and precise.

Negative experience: Be cautious with this dental office. If you decline the procedures they recommend for your children, they may escalate matters by involving CPS instead of working with parents. Their focus seems more on billing insurance than respecting a parent’s right to opt out of certain treatments based on personal beliefs. Save yourself the unnecessary stress and avoid a dentist who prioritizes profit over patient care and parental choice.

Fantastic experience: I recently brought my son here and had such a positive experience. The staff was very professional and made sure to clearly explain the procedure they recommended, which really helped me feel comfortable and informed. They even allowed me to sit in and watch while the procedure was being done, which gave me peace of mind. What stood out the most was how well they treated my son — they were patient, gentle, and made sure he felt at ease the whole time. They even put on a movie for him to watch during the procedure, which really helped him stay calm and comfortable. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the level of care and professionalism shown here. I truly appreciate the way they cared for both my son and me, and I highly recommend this clinic to any parent looking for a great dental experience for their child.

Negative experience: I took my daughter in for her ortho appointment and Maria (red hair) was the assistant that helped her. She told me the DR would come to check her teeth. As she is waiting there she grabs the remote and turns on Nextflix. The DR arrives and he tells her to grab a chain for her lower teeth. She did that with no gloves. I let that slide and she stood there scratching her head, touching her face and the Dr asked her to grab a band from a box and she goes right to them again with no gloves. I get up and tell the DR she is scratching her head touching stuff and is putting her hand where all the others supplies are. My concern is that is going in my child’s mouth as you are scratching your head. She responds and tells me it’s not necessary to put gloves on with some steps, I tell her I understand that but you are fixing to put that in my child’s mouth. She says I can put gloves if you want me to. I say yes please and the Dr tells her to grab a wipe to clean her hands first. I felt like the Dr needs to address the issue and handle it there. Maybe their procedures need to change of gloves or necessary when grabbing a something from a box where one it’s for several customers and two is it’s clearly going in someone’s mouth. Then to told it off she says go to the front and schedule your next appt there when every time they schedule my appt there. Very unprofessional service received today

Although she has some past experience that has made her fear the dentist she gets a little nervous still but the dentist and staff are very friendly and helpful to make sure she feels comfortable enough to do her dental check up. She’s a toddler so that says a lot.

Fantastic experience: Super cool and relaxed atmosphere. The front desk ladies are always friendly and polite. Jesus,my toddler son, loves it. And my new comer baby girl of 19 months plans on coming back even after having a lip tie and tongue tie procedure elsewhere and tramaticed she loves it here after one visit. Their patients are given a small toy with a toothbrush and paste. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone that has kids who are scared of dentist. Very kid friendly.

Negative experience: I have been going this clinic with my kids for 2 years. We have had for routine check ups and cleanings but today I saw how they can deceive. I called them for cracks in the teeth and arranged an emergency visit for today when I went there, waited 50 min in the waiting room. They took an xray and doctor came in 3 min he said we need to see an endodontist who can take 3D image and decide whether the issue is serious or not. If this is the case why they do not lead me to an endodontist when I called and specified the reason to them. I paid for emergency visit and will go to an endodontist who will charge me again for exam and xrays. The moral collapsed which is very disappointing. I look for trust at the first place when I go to a doctor. This area is my least knowledge area so I should trust in medical provider.

Negative experience: My son had an appointment today on 10/4 for an exam. When they showed up they told his mom they weren’t doing exams. They claimed they’d called on 9/27 and again on 10/2, but whoever called decided for whatever reason to not leave a voice mail. Both times. How was she supposed to know she had to reschedule? Customer service is a -100/10.

Negative experience: If I can give 0 rating I would. I came into an orthodontist appointment today and it is ridiculous the amount time it takes for them to see you. Everyone seems lost and unorganized. The front desk didn't even notice me when I walked in the door because she was on her phone and didn't notice I was standing in front of her. They say they check you in for your appointment and forget about you and they call you back hours later. Just ridiculous

Fantastic experience: I just recently became a patient at Rio Dental on N. Beach St. in Fort Worth TX. To sum everything up, they are so awesome! Very gentle, always making sure you are comfortable. I have really bad teeth, but "Dr. A" is so very kind and gentle. The entire staff is very friendly, courteous, and gentle. To top it off, their prices are great, too. I have found my new dentist, and I very highly recommend them. Great people!

Fantastic experience: I came in for the first time today and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Dental visits make me very nervous and I knew this wasn't going to be an easy one based on my pain and symptoms. First of all, the staff was so sweet and patient with me. The nurses and doctor were great to thoroughly explain all of my treatment options. Once I made my decision for treatment, my pain tolerance level and nerves were accommodated greatly. I even got to watch a movie while I was being worked on. At this point I was no longer nervous. Everyone was so easy going, reassuring and yet, very professional. With that being said, this visit was my gage as to whether I would bring my child for their routine visits. We will be returning for sure!

Negative experience: I made an appointment 2 months early, i send the insurance two month early, then they charged me $45 for the second time, because they didn’t verify the insurance. The doctors are really great, but the staff has to work better.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Torres does an amazing job. Took care of a couple cavities in seconds, provided expert advice and very friendly. The staff is also really friendly. I actually had fun at the dentist when I went.
