Dr Pierce has done a remarkable job with my teeth. I have had numerous issues over the years but Dr Pierce has addressed each with professionalism, compassion and kindness. I'm 79 years old and of all the challenges l've put to him, he always explains in detail what the problem is and what are the best treatment options and always with empathy! Can't say enough.

Today I saw Laura for my hygiene appointment! She was so gentle and friendly…just like the others I’ve seen over the years. Dr. Robert Pierce is very attentive to your needs and treats you accordingly. They’ve taken such great care of me over the past 30+ years…starting with Dr. Steve (who is now retired). This team of professionals will go the extra mile for you…they truly care for their patients. I would not trust any other Dental Team with my teeth! Thanks to this great team my teeth feel great. Positive experience: Overall, everyone is friendly and helpful. Dr. Pierce seemed very adamant about making sure I get my wisdom teeth removed even though they’re not really causing issues. I’m not a fan of feeling pushed into something without actually having a solid reason for it. Overall, I have had good experiences with front desk and hygienists both times I’ve been there though.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 6 stars I would. Dr Pierce has been our family dentist for over 20 years. He has done exceptional work on implants, crowns, and all the other dental work my family has received. He is very meticulous and so gentle. My daughters rave about the excellent color match he has done on their implants. One daughter lives out of town but still comes back to him when she needs dental work! The entire office is always very professional and friendly. Great office all the way around.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Knightis was amazing. I went for botox injections for my TMJ. She did a very thorough examination, went over everything with me. She is very kind and personable, as was the office staff.

I have never once questioned her ability to weigh multiple factors and come up with the best plan of action, and then to execute it perfectly. Fantastic experience: UPDATE TO THE PREVIOUS UPDATE: Still 100% pleased with our experiences with Pierce & Knight. Drs. Pierce and Knight and their staff of Dental Hygienists are top notch. Their office staff are always pleasant and organized. A recent update to the waiting room brought some new super comfy chairs. UPDATE: We're going on roughly 20 years at Pierce & Knight. No change to my review. Drs. Pierce & Knight are great, and we're still very happy clients. My family and I have been happy clients of Pierce & Knight for over 15 years. (Back when it was Dr. Pierce and his father.) They have always taken very good care of our dental health. Dr. Knight recently came to our rescue when our son was experiencing great pain from an incoming tooth. Their office has a friendly, small-town vibe, while also introducing new technologies as they become available. We have never felt that they pushed unnecessary services on us. Also, they are taking great care to ensure that office visits are safe during this period of COVID.

Fantastic experience: Sharing another review! So glad Pierce & Knight squeezed me in for an emergency appointment on July 9th. One of my front teeth broke off making me look absolutely horrible! The broken tooth couldn’t be bonded so Dr Pierce diligently did prep work for an eventual crown. I walked out with a temporary that looks beyond perfect! I’m so very grateful as I have my grandson’s wedding to attend next week. I highly recommend this dental practice as Dr Pierce & his entire staff are the BEST-ever!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Pierce so me on an emergency basis on a Saturday. He did 3 X-rays unassisted, and assessed all teeth with potential problems. He found none, and recommended that I go to ER for treatment. He helped me get the problem addressed before it would have been more difficult to correct. Positive experience: Overall, I really like this dentistry. They are kind, knowledgeable and do a great job. One thing I do find frustrating is the reminders. I’ll get up to 5 text reminders and a phone call or two before each appointment and then when I get there, I want 10 minutes or so past my appointment time to get called back. It feels hypocritical that they demand their patients to be there on time but do not repay that same respect.

Fantastic experience: I was needing to be seen last minute for some advice on what was going on in my mouth. Not only did they get me in the same day, I was a new patient as well. They helped get me treated, referred, and double checked everything. Gave me peace and reassurance. Dr. Pierce was friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to my concerns and addressed them. Fantastic experience: I never wait for long in the waiting room- which I appreciate. With 2 dentists available it’s great that they fill in for each other. I’ve had a couple “emergencies” and they’ve been able to get me right in. The staff is kind and the environment is pleasant. Dr. Knight has given me options to help my teeth look better when I smile. She hasn’t pushed me to do any of them but has simply given me advice.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Ashley Knight was so thorough, and I could tell she was looking out for what was best for me! I went to her for a second opinion, and she saved me more than a thousand dollars and an unnecessary procedure. She also got extra X-ray films to guide her recommendation and didn’t charge me for them. When it came time for my fillings, beside the initial small prick of the numbing medicine, I was super comfortable and didn’t feel a thing. She even called me the next day to see how I was doing. Wonderful care!
