Fantastic experience: This is a busy, efficient office. I’m always greeted by name as soon as I enter and have never waited long to be seen. The staff is friendly and professional and all my treatment is well explained and provided with care.

Fantastic experience: When it was time for Dentures, I chose a corporate dentist office and we’re 2 1/2 years. I regretted it. The staff was rude and aggressive, and all about how much money they could get out of you. The dentist was good but stayed away from the office part, I regretted every visit as people were constantly battling the office personnel. I broke a denture and returned when I knew I shouldn’t. They told me it would probably need replaced, but they would look and see if it needed repaired or could be repaired. As with most visits there people who will arguing with the staff about Everything. They wanted to give me an appointment which was several weeks away. I told a friend how much I hated that place , He recommended I go to his dentist. I went the same day to Dr. Chad Latino‘s office and they visited with me and gave me exactly what it would cost and check my insurance and set me an appointment for two days away I felt welcomed and am amazed by the difference. The Latino family showed me how business should be run in a few days I went in in the next day, I received my repaired Dentures with a better fit more comfortable, and with the same welcoming family there to support me the repair was on the low end of the prices that you had given me, and when I was through the they were kind and grateful that I did business with them. They have a helpful, sincere family, and Dr. Chad was kind and humble when I explain to him how much I appreciated his team and they’re genuine concern for people if there were six stars, I’d give them seven

Fantastic experience: Dr. Latino and his staff are amazing! I wish they had been in charge of my dental care forever! They’re fast, reliable, kind, and capable. Fantastic experience: Once again I’d like to give Dr. Latino’s dental office kudos for going above and beyond to ensure that my dental needs were taken care of. After receiving a notification that I was due for a dental exam/cleaning that I was unable to fulfill, Dr. Latino had his office reach out to attempt to reschedule my visit. Due to job responsibilities I wasn’t able to reschedule. The following week his office reached out about an available time that had opened up and it fit my schedule. On February 25th I was able to take an early appointment and Laura, my hygienist, was able to give my teeth a thorough cleaning and x-rays. Her attitude is great and she strives to provide her patients with the best care. Thank you to everyone in this office for making dental care an enjoyable and comfortable experience.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in a bit and was concerned going in. From the front desk to Caitlyn the hygienist they made me so comfortable. The best cleaning I’ve had in my life! Dr Latino was super nice. Already have my 6 month checkup set up!

Negative experience: I completed my Invisalign with his office, and once I had no liners to wear during the day, I noticed my front bottom tooth had been ground down at the corner, so it was no longer squared, it was at an angle. I then remembered that Dr. Latino had ground this down before my liners were ordered, saying it would be easier for my tooth to straighten out. So as I asked to get it back to normal, as far as the shape, I was met with resistance and irritation. I went in a couple times, and each time the hygienist started with “oh you chipped your tooth?” To which I had to reply each time that no I did not chip my tooth, Dr. Latino had ground it down for my Invisalign. I went in forDr. Latino to fix my front tooth, and as he was done, he asked me how it was. I asked him to please grind down the back of it to get rid of the extra glue, and although he did it, he initially responded with a hmphf exhale. After my appointment was over, I was specifically told I didn’t need to go to the front desk and I could just leave through the exit. While Dr. Latino and his staff are certainly knowledgeable in their craft, I have learned that they do not like to be questioned in any way, shape, or form. Which leads me to believe that they are not really customer focused.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth chip unexpectedly and I went to Dr. Latino and he worked with me to determine the best solution considering that I will be out of town for three months and couldn’t do a long term solution. The staff was nice and my teeth look and feel so much better. I am so grateful to them for helping me during such a sensitive time!

Fantastic experience: Most professional and gentle. I am typically sensitive and extremely uncomfortable with anything dental! The staff and dentist here genuinely care for my comfort and well being of my long term care. All state of the equipment and modern dental practices ensuring the long term condition and health of my teeth. I drive 40 miles, 45 minutes one way, for appointments and will continue to do so until they close or I move from this part of Texas! I will not go to another dentist by choice.

Fantastic experience: Had my first root canal, they found an infection above my tooth during a regular check up and promptly got me in same day to take care of it. Chad and the crew made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety about the procedure which I really appreciated. It ended up being painless and easy, but it did re wall a couple days later and they quickly got me back in to re drill it and relieve the pain I was in. Then they went above and beyond and called me to check in the next day and make sure I was doing ok. Truly the best dentist I have ever had and I will never change offices. They treat you like family here!

Fantastic experience: Best Dentist in town. He is honest with you, looks out for your best interest, and does not feed you a line of bull to squeeze more money. Also, the staff remembers your name and are friendly and helpful everytime. The only regret I have is that I didn’t go here sooner and let another dentist’s office make a mess in my mouth, along with providing a bill that I’m still paying for a year and a half later. So, in my opinion, give him a try. You’ve got everything to gain, and nothing to lose.

In fact he recommended the least expensive as the option that would be effective the longest. Love the processes, efficiency and personalities of Dr Latino and staff. We've found a new home there.

Dr Latino’s office texted me and got me in 3 weeks before my appointment ! Dr. Latino said he did not want to risk me having to wait too long and the crown not fit! He wanted to make sure I got my crown seated!! I was sooo appreciative that they didn’t forget about me and my dental issues over the long holiday weekend! Fantastic experience: I had an interproximal cavity filled by Dr Latino. The entire process took about 50 minutes and I didn't feel a thing. He and his team are great and do a wonderful job making sure patients are comfortable.

Positive experience: My initial appointment was awesome! High energy and excitement for investing $5000 in Invisalign. The staff, including Latino were very professional and friendly. The second appointment, when I received my Invisalign, I was disappointed. The young woman who put mine in did not seem as enthused to put them in as I did receiving them. She seemed to come from the mindset that I had already been told everything about taking care of them, procedures, etc. When I asked how to take care of them, she told me to clean them in a cup of hydrogen peroxide once a week! After three days I knew that had to be wrong. I researched and realized she was incorrect. When she told me to take out my Invisalign before I leave so she could see if I could do it, she just told me to reach in with my fingers and pull them up. I struggled and popped off a nail! The she said, "Well there is this tool you can use if you have trouble getting it out." and she hands me the hooked removing tool. So she watch me struggle, pop off a nail, in my mouth, then shared the tool. I ordered Polident tablets for Invisalign's. I highly recommend over the Crystals I "discovered" in my bag. She didn't tell me about anything in the bag I received. She said "you have some gifts in the bag." I told my daughter who received hers a week later from Latino. She had a great experience. My daughter even showed me the Invisalign app, weeks later, when I told her I was not sure how often I was wearing them. She said "your person didn't show you the Invisalign app." Again, nope. She did not. In short, I appreciate the training that was going on while my Invisalign's were being put in. But I think you guys should also be training on customer service and procedures on the day you receive your Invisalign. It should be an exciting day. I left disappointed that day. But I am still excited about my teeth straightening.

Fantastic experience: Out of the 5 dentist I have had over the past 20 years, Dr. Latino has been the best. My wife and I have been with him since 2014. Definitely the best dentist we have ever had.
