Fantastic experience: The staff were amazing!! From the front desk to Dr. Lo. My son was nervous to get his X-rays at first, but then calmed down once he knew I would be able to hold his hand through them. I highly recommend Little Bristles to everyone!

Negative experience: Front desk employees & Dentist were wonderful & friendly but my daughter can’t say the same for the dental hygienist. Our experience with the team has always been good except for today. The dental hygienist didn’t bother to introduce herself. My daughter said she was rough & rushed. She applied a blob of fluoride on her lips & teeth & did not bother to even it out!

Fantastic experience: Was running a little late was still taken for my son’s cleaning! Great service and staff!

Positive experience: We have always had a great experience at Little Bristles, the front desk staff is always friendly and helpful! However, the two most recent visits were not what we have been used to experiencing from the dentist. I brought my child in for a toothache and was talked to like if I was making up the entire thing. Examples: "Did you put a gummy bear right on his tooth? Do you think cavities really grow that fast?" "If you reallllly want another xray I'll take one but I don't know what you think is going to change." I truly believe in treating others with compassion and kindness if they are having a rough day, but this took place on two separate occasions. I also know when I am being talked to in a way that is unacceptable. I would never want someone who cannot advocate for themselves be talked to in such a condescending way and that is why I have chosen to share my honest review.

Fantastic experience: The staff here is GREAT!!! the Dr. is amazing with the kids. My daughter had to get some crowns and the Dr was patient and gentle with her. She is amazing and does a great job.

Fantastic experience: I appreciated the front office being so friendly and welcoming. They explained insurance information with me with great detail and consulted everytime my kids needed any treatment. I also enjoyed the dental assistant and dentist who were so attentive to my kids; they explained their dental needs to me and took the time to explain the best course of action for them.

Fantastic experience: Took my son in for his first ever dental exam and it was a great experience for both me and him! He's just a baby so I was nervous on how he would react to everything but the moment we walked in we felt the comfort right away. Staff were friendly and informative. The hygienist who performed his cleaning was so patient and caring. She was able to soothe my son when he got a little fussy and make his experience a fun one my little man was cooperating very well and got to be on the cavity free wall

Fantastic experience: Excellent pediatric dental care with a warm, welcoming team. The clinic has cared for our son since he was one, always treating him with kindness and patience. Despite recurring dark stains on his teeth, they consistently leave his mouth spotless. Their gentle approach and clear communication make it easy to trust them. You can truly feel their love for what they do.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place. My kiddos are so comfortable here. My 5 year old had trauma at a different dental office and the ladies here made all that go away. They made her feel so calm and allowed me to lay with her to keep her comfortable. By the time we left, she was walking around like she owned the place. Fantastic experience: First time coming for my 1 year old and had a great experience! They gave me great advice. When making the appointment they took me in the next day. The office is very clean and decorated cute for the kids. I left the office feeling good about my sons teeth.

Negative experience: I was really happy with this place but not until today. My kid had a filling like 2 moths ago. They charged insuranse and I paid as well. His filling came out and now to redo it. They said insuranse is not covering and I have to pay out of my pocket. And it not that is been falling a lot of times they just did it. Come on be more caring for your patients. I been on the dental field for so long and from experience: all I have to say this place they dont care about patient care. Usually dentist do 2 year guarantee on a filling but not this place due to his policies. 7/1/2025 I left an honest review of this office, and shortly after, I was sent a termination letter. My child had a filling done just 2 months ago, and now they are refusing to fix it unless I pay out of pocket. This feels like retaliation, and it’s completely unprofessional and unethical — especially when a child is involved. Be careful if you expect fair treatment or follow-up care.

Fantastic experience: Such a professional office with very nice staff. Appointments are incredibly efficient and brief if just needing basic cleaning. Hygienists and Dr’s explain everything thoroughly.

Fantastic experience: My daughter loved this place! I was expecting her to cry once the doctor sat down to examine her teeth, but to my surprise, she didn’t cry at all. She was so calm and obedient throughout the whole process. Yesenia, her assistant, was amazing she was so caring and informative. She really helped make my baby feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful office and staff. It was my children’s first time at the dentist and everyone was so kind and caring. From the front office staff to the Dr. and hygienist - everyone was top notch. Parents can go back and sit with the kids. There are TVs for the kids to watch. Office is decorated very kid friendly. Everything was excellent. Would highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my kids here for over 5 years and they are so well taken care of! My son had a fall last month and the dental office squeezed him in the next day. They are patient with my kids and give them balloons and gifts at the end of each visit. I will continue taking my kids here for as long as I am able!

Fantastic experience: We are so lucky to have such a wonderful pediatric dentist in our area! Dr. Jackie is amazing! She does such a wonderful job with our son! They have so much patience, very clean facilities that are child friendly, and are very honest and fair in their practices. Office manager Gaby took the extra time to help us with questions from our insurance, which is BRMS out of network. Office staff printed out receipts and made sure we knew how much it was going to be with the added procedure that was needed. 5 stars all the way!!

Fantastic experience: Took my 16 month old baby for his first appointment, I was impressed at how patient and light hearted the staff were. They were very calm and patient with my son and immediately would retract and not force anything in order to keep this a positive experience for him. He got to watch his fav show on Netflix as I held him in the chair. He was given a balloon and a cute little gift baggie. Looking forward to his next appt in 6 months!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience to say the least! Our daughter is almost 5 and has hated going to the doctors even as a baby. We admittedly procrastinated in her first dental visit and were nervous how she would be going into the appointment. She was hesitant at first but VV and Dr. Jackie were both super kind a patient. They took the time to show our daughter each of the tools and what they do, making sure she was comfortable before doing anything. I got to sit with her and hold her hand through the whole process as well which was helpful. By the end of the appointment as we were walking out, our daughter didn't want to leave and keeps asking when she can go back!

Fantastic experience: My kids loved their third visit here! They somehow got my 3 year old to take X-rays like he’d been doing it for years. My almost 5 year old happily laid back to watch a cartoon while they checked his teeth. The staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They know what they are doing when it comes to children and I’m grateful we found them!

Fantastic experience: I recently took my son here for his first dental visit, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The ability to complete paperwork beforehand made check-in seamless, and the themed rooms and welcoming staff created a warm, child-friendly atmosphere. The TVs above the patient chairs were a thoughtful touch, helping to distract and comfort little ones during their appointment. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I took my son here for a check up and X-rays after having a little hard time at the other dentist I took him too, and I’m so glad I did! Amazing place with amazing people! I recommend this place hands down! I won’t be going anywhere else. The atmosphere is catered to children as well which I believe truly helped my son feel at ease. All the staff were great and friendly and the doctor was beyond fantastic! I also am now taking my daughter here and I absolutely still love this practice. I have not looked for any other dentist sense taking my son! Love them so much.

Fantastic experience: We were amazed that this dental facility is 100% kid-oriented with cartoon decales on the walls, kid shows on the devices, color crayons and so much color. The staff was awesome as well and made my child so at ease with his first dental experience.

The doctor is nice and attentive, and when I have questions, she gives me multiple options and explains things throughly. My kids like the office too and their goody bag. One of my kids even won the raffle for being cavity free. I would recommend this office

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff and a very friendly dentist. They were incredibly kind and accommodating! The office environment is fun, colorful, and clearly designed with kids in mind—it helped put my children at ease right away. However, as a cash-pay patient, I found the cost of services to be extremely high. While the quality of care was excellent, the pricing may be a concern for families paying out of pocket.

Fantastic experience: Both of my daughter's first dentist visits and the dental assistant was so patient and friendly with them. She took them step by step on everything and made sure they were comfortable. Dentist Jackie was so nice. My girls had a great first visit!

Fantastic experience: It was my two year olds first appointment at the dentist and social emotional well being is super important to me. I’m really happy I chose Little Bristles. Everyone is so child centered and focused on the children’s emotional wellbeing which is very important to us. They listened to my and my little ones boundaries and stayed within our comfort zones while accomplishing everything. Our oldest had her first fillings today with zero issues, and so fast! Would rate more stars if I could…best dental office for your kids, hands down.

Positive experience: Great place, but the appointment availability is way to long. I needed an appointment for my daughter and was told the earliest availability was in April—two months away. I ended up paying out of pocket for an out-of-network dentist. If the demand is this high, they should consider expanding and hiring more dentists.

Fantastic experience: 10/10! They are great with my son who has a fear of the dentist. Super clean, bright, and they even have TVs to keep the kids entertained while they work on their teeth. I wish I could go here!

Fantastic experience: Little Bristles is fantastic! Everyone is so knowledgeable and amazing with the kiddos. They understand how to handle children who may have some PTSD from past medical experiences, which I am very grateful for. It's the one place my son doesn't mind going! Fantastic experience: Dr. Lo & Staff always provide THE BEST experience for our family. My son loves going to the dentist, as he's getting older he questions when he has to leave to a "grown up dentist" and has decided he never wants to leave!

My toddler is usually very scared at the dentist and dislikes brushing his teeth in general, but he had the best time at his first appointment here and he was all smiles, no tears! He was so proud to get a cavity-free certificate and balloon! They make it such a calm and fun environment and allow the parent to be as involved as they need to be. I wish they had a branch for adults!

Fantastic experience: As always. Dr. Lo and her staff listen to any concerns and make the twins feel safe. It’s a perfect Dental Office for children and they make the dentist fun. Dr. Lo is professional, kind and patient with both boys and has handled my one son with sensitivity who has had sensory issues and often is afraid to have his cleaning. But without pressure we’ve seen a huge change in his willingness to stay in the chair. Success!!! We had to go through one dental emergency with an abscess tooth and the doctor was fantastic and handled it smoothly and without drama. Taking him here has made him very comfortable with his routine checkups. He gets a ballon and a goody bag after each visit which makes him very happy and definitely a plus. Fantastic experience: My daughter had to be sedated ( general anesthesia) but the whole process was surprisingly easy thanks to the professionalism of the entire staff. They kept me informed about the procedure and how my daughter was doing the entire time and that made me feel less nervous.

Positive experience: This place is great! The staff is friendly. I’ve been bringing my children here since they first opened. It is, however, a big problem that they’re booked for over 7 months out. Why are they still taking new patients? It’s always a big issue trying to reschedule an appointment.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been coming to Little Bristles for 5 years and let me tell you, the quality of service you get with them is unmatched. Our 3 kids love coming to the dentist, they also offer in house orthodontics as well, so we don’t even have to take our oldest anywhere else for her braces. The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable, the entire office in extremely clean & comfortable.

Negative experience: UPDATE: Since I left this review little bristles sent us a letter “withdrawing from further professional services” even though we already went back to our old dentist and have realized they planned to do UNNECESSARY TREATMENTS on my children. Instead of reaching out to discuss how they can do better or at least acknowledge their mistakes. Again - we have already established care at our old dentist so this letter was entirely unnecessary as we had no intention of returning. Seems very deceitful. Tried this dentist because the dentist we had seen (and loved) for 7 years didn’t take insurance. While the office is very flashy - BEWARE. At our first ever visit they said my 6 & 7 year olds needed two root canals EACH. This didn’t make sense to me because we had never missed an appointment and I didn’t understand how something like that could develop so fast. I asked if they just had a more aggressive approach or if they should repeat the x rays and was told a hard no. They insisted the crowns were necessary. I called our old dentist to come in for a second opinion and had the x rays little bristles took sent to them. This is what I found out: 1. Neither of my kids needed root canals. For one of my sons they wanted to do two root canals AND a cavity. Our old dentist said he only needed two cavities but didn’t see anything needed where they had labeled a third. 2. The type of X-rays little bristles did WERE NOT DIAGNOSTIC! They did not do “bite x rays” where they put the thing in the mouth and without them the images aren’t clear enough to diagnose. 3. I posted about my experience on social media and had other moms share they had the same experience at little bristles trying to say their kids needed crowns/root canals then going for a second opinion and finding out they didn’t. I think this place is over treating and misdiagnosing. BEWARE. Always seek second opinions before aggressive treatments, especially for your kids.

Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful experience for our son. He is very apprehensive about the dentist but this place worked with him so well. He enjoyed his experience and the staff kept us involved the whole time.

Fantastic experience: Loved the friendly, nice customer service by everyone I came in contact with. Positive environment. My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist. Very clean, and everyone is very polite. They enjoy the tv screen and headphones. Dr Lo, is very nice and professional. Easy to talk to and explains things very well.

Fantastic experience: My 4-year-old son is very afraid of going to the dentist, yesterday was his first visit with Little Bristles and he was very calm, excellent service, the nurse who attended him was very patient and Dr. Jacqui was super attentive. I give them 5 rating stars and I highly recommend them. Thank you Little Bristles.
