Fantastic experience: Always a nice experience with the staff and Dr. Haddad when you have to go to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this dentistry office. I had some work done at another dental office, I was starting to have a lot of sensitivity and somtimes pain when I would drink and eat. I was recommend by a friend to go to Dr. Haddad's office a long time ago, when his office used to be on Gadsden in lancaster, He is amazing ! unfortunately for me I ended up with a root canal and crowns do to the other dentist crappy work telling me I need to replace my fillings when I was never in any pain or sensitivity but me believing the other dentist I did. That's when my problems started. But Dr.Haddads office made me feel welcomed and also fixed my problems he was very gentle and explained everything as he was going.. Now its Haddad & Dr. Sexenian .. Dr S is amazing as well, explains everything and also let's me know what to expect. I have some work that currently needs to be addressed in thr future and I trust that I will be Fine. Haddad and Sexenian are phenomenal.

Fantastic experience: Having ptsd from a bad experience at another dental office in Palmdale when I was pregnant with my son left me really afraid of going to the dentist. Over the past month I’ve seen haddad for a crown over a molar and a root canal. Not only did Dr haddad calm my nerves , he went over EVERY step with me during procedure. I couldn’t recommend this office enough. All staff were really friendly as well. Thank you to everyone who works here and making this experience pleasant

Fantastic experience: Went to bright Now! Dental was told my gums are terrible and had deep pockets in many teeth without measuring and I needed a mandatory deep clean also, that I had 4 cavities. By referral I called here and scheduled a next day appointment for a 2nd opinion.I wasn’t able to do more Xray’s without paying out of pocket but Dr. Sexenian visually looked at my teeth and said I had no visible pockets for a deep clean and that I had zero cavities. He did says there’s still a possibility I could but due to the Xray ordeal he sparred me the out of pocket for now. He did advise the damage I saw on two teeth were from grinding away so they molded me a mouth guard. I was told the bill for the day would be 100 but he would wave my deductible so I only paid for the mouth guard. 1 billion times over will suggest this office for being honest, reasonable, helpful, and understanding. Thank you! Looking forward to seeing you in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: I suffer with severe anxiety getting dental work. Dr. Aram S. & his dental assistant, ( so sorry I didn't get her name) were absolutely AMAZING, along with ALL the staff in the office. Dr. Aram S. explained clearly the work I was having done and walked me through every step while doing so, pausing several times asking if I was ok. Fantastic experience: It all starts as soon as you walk in the front door the ladies are so very nice they don't even get mad at me when I'm a few minutes late it's just a warm welcome, I love love my dentist because he really cares always checking to make sure that you're okay and then if you have issues he goes over it with you in detail and make sure that it's covered first so you don't have any surprises. If you don't have a dentist yet I truly truly recommend this dentist office !

I feel that they actually care about their patients. They don't just try to rush you in and out. One year a crown fell off. Even though the office was closed for the holidays, one of his staff met me and gave me what I needed so that I could enjoy the New Year Celebration without embarrassment.

Fantastic experience: There’s a reason my whole family has been going to this establishment for over 18 years. Since our kids were youngsters we have always had good experiences. The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. Wait times are quick and once you are in the chair, you are always taken care of. The facility is clean and they always do a great job decorating.

Dr Haddad is such a lovely dove :) he explains everything to you before and after and work being done, and takes his time to answer any questions you have. He and his staff calm my dental anxiety and make me feel very comfortable. You can tell they all genuinely care. He even let's me rest my jaw every couple minutes because of my TMJ. :)

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sexenian Is kind courteous and patient with me. I've had fear of going to the Dentist for years due to a bad experience I had as a child. I was forced to go due to my teeth were in bad shape because of lack of care on my part, my son suggested I see his dentist Dr. Haddad, I was scheduled an appt. with Dr. Sexenian I told him of my fear and I was scared, he said no worries I will take good care of you, And he did, I felt NO pain, he took his time, I now have teeth where there was gaps where teeth had to be removed. Now I look forward to my appointments with him. And his staff is awesome. Thank you all so very much.

Negative experience: Sent 4 messages trying to schedule an appointment. Never got a response. Unfortunate because people speak highly of the actual dentist. But if the staff won’t return messages and get people booked, not really sure how appointments would get on the schedule. I used the “schedule here” button on the website.

Fantastic experience: First, I like to say that I’ve been too many dental offices in Lancaster and I have to say that Dr. Rami Haddad dental office in Lancaster is the best they treat my children who are afraid to go to the dentist because of all the horror stories that they’ve heard from other people, but they make them feel very comfortable and welcome and not afraid to go to his office. They actually love going to his office when it’s time for their check up. I appreciate how they treat my children and me and they are very courteous and very nice. explain all of the treatment that they get to us each time we go there they always give us a smile and they always give my kids a goodie bag with a toothbrush all the time and they’re always surprised that they get it even though we’ve been there like three times I love this office and I appreciate everything that they do for us.
