Fantastic experience: My dental appointment went really great. The staff was beyond kind, the office was immaculate, and the dentist was professional and caring. I went in thinking I had a cavity or a broke tooth. They immediately did X-rays. They found where I had bruised my tooth biting down on a chip. Hence, why I was having some discomfort. Both the dentist and assistant took out the time to explain the X-rays and provide a possible game plan. It made the whole experience easy and stress-free. My youngest child loves her and when we asked for her at our previous dental office they said she had moved. Fantastic experience: I had my first exam recently for wisdom tooth pain. I’ve drove past this office for years and never knew they were here but I am so glad I was referred! I was in within a few mins unlike other places where I’ve made appointments and then proceeded to wait for another 30mins (at least) to actually be seen so that was a great start! The office is very clean and the waiting room doesn’t give me hospital vibes, does this matter? For me, yes - doctors/dentists give me anxiety and I felt at ease walking in this office. Their team is very kind and personable - they knew most patients by first name and it was refreshing to see - pretty rare in my experience. They have updated equipment that makes the X-rays an absolute breeze and the imagery is clear enough that I could clearly see and understand what the doc pointed out that we can work to improve - no more just hoping I can trust what they see! I was in and out in under an hour for my first exam and I had no questions leaving there - we made an A F F O R D A B L E game plan and even discussed (upon my request) a straightening plan I can look into for the smile I’ve always wanted~ I go back soon for my deep cleanings and will update if need be but so far I’m totally SOLD on this place - highly recommend if you have trauma from your former dentist like I do ✨
