Fantastic experience: I called to see if they were accepting new patients and they got me in within an hour of me calling. I needed a filling and they also did that same day. I had to bring my baby with me and they were so amazing with him. At one point he started to cry and all the ladies took him for a walk around the halls and gave him some attention. They went the extra mile here and my filling was the easiest I’ve ever had!

Fantastic experience: Kelly was amazing like always on my quarterly periodontal maintenance visit and was very friendly. I was provided different options to help improve my teeth and gums and will be pursuing one of those options. The ladies at the front receptionist were very welcoming and friendly like usual which always makes you feel like family

Fantastic experience: Having not seen a dentist in over years I was nervous when I first arrived, but the front desk personnel was incredibly kind and welcoming, and I had an amazing experience! Amber performed my cleaning and examination, and she did a fantastic job of both cleaning my teeth and making me feel at ease! I will most certainly return!They also don't make you feel like you have to pay for extra, pointless items! They will easily arrange for you to reschedule and don’t make you pay on the spot if you aren’t able to do so. 10/10 highly recommended!

Negative experience: The dentist got all my money from my insurance and she didn’t listen to me they want me to pay for work never performed At this moment I have problems with my tooth bleeding everyday I personally not recommended I been a patient long time now no more, dentist helper is taking advantage and manipulative this situation vi please careful!!

Fantastic experience: Just had the most wonderful experience here. Came in for some sensitivity concerns & Dr. J got right to addressing my issue. But the real highlight was the front desk staff (Bonnie & the sweet lady with the short reddish hair) and my hygienist, Maria. Every person I met just exuded kindness and warmth. Negative experience: Slightly disappointed, my wife had been a patient of theirs for many years and she got her last check up and work done while still Living in the area as we moved away and unfortunately one of the fillings they did failed we were originally told get her seen by a doctor in VA and then call back confirming which tooth had been damaged which happen to be the same one they did a filling on. Well when it was time to call back and essentially asking for a bit of help as we already told them we moved away the option of help given was come to the office … very disappointed in the patient care you go to them for many years and then just get tossed aside once your gone out of the way for them. Business is business as they say if you there locally sure get seen but if your moving away don’t get any work with them as for they will not help.

Fantastic experience: I had a crown/veneer done here and couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Leila and her team did an absolutely professional job—my new tooth looks completely natural, a perfect match to the others. You’d never know it wasn’t original. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. Everyone in the office is friendly, upbeat, and genuinely kind. They’re always smiling, joking, and making you feel comfortable. You can tell they love what they do. Even though I have a local dentist closer to home, I gladly travel a longer distance just to come here—it’s that worth it. Dr. Leila is truly a master at cosmetic dentistry, and her whole staff is exceptionally skilled and professional. Highly recommend this office for all your dental needs.

The front office staff is friendly and caring, the hygienists are gentle, the doctors and other medical staff are extremely skilled and knowledgeable. They take their time with me, give me a weighted blanket for comfort (it really helps the anxiety!) and always do great work. So grateful for them!

The dental assistants are friendly and take time to ask about personal things that you may have mentioned previously (like a recent trip). The doctors don’t seem rushed even for an emergency visit. They really listen, answer questions and make sure the patient is making the best choice. I’ve seen Drs Leila, Porter and Sastiel and they are all terrific and ensure comfort for procedures. Even though it is a big practice, the service is very personal.

I had been a long time patient of an amazing Southbay dentist, Dr. Soroudi, but was recommended Dr. Neumeister when we moved to the area. Since he retired, I have only needed cleanings, so this is the first procedure done by another partner in this office. I was very pleased and would highly recommend Dr. Porter, for her wonderful chair side manner, an anesthetic shot I barely felt, and the ability to lend calm to my initial uneasiness. Her assistant, Stephanie was equally handy and seamless, with quick work of impressions, and fitting of a temporary crown.

Fantastic experience: Best dental experience EVER! I normally hate the dentist office, the discomfort of having your mouth open for so long, not being told what’s going on. We’ll let me tell you of my first experience with Vista Pacific. As soon I entered the office I was greeted and welcomed . No more than two minutes after checking in I was called in to my chair. Kelly was my hygienist. I was a bit of a problem patient, my gag reflex is bad when it comes to taking the X-rays. Kelly did everything she could to make me feel comfortable. To give me a better experience she called for back up. Jodee stepped in to assist, she did a few “mind tricks” to keep me distracted while taking the X-rays. My cleaning went great. Dr. Leila went over my dental concerns and to my surprised she was ready to tackle them the same day! I was treated for 4 dental crowns and a wisdom tooth removal! Jodee was the assistant throughout the procedure. She made sure I was ready and willing to do everything the same day. She did an amazing job keeping me comfortable. Dr. Leila did great explain to me what she was doing and what to expect. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a dentist chair. Check out with Edith was a breeze. Overall I highly recommend Vista Pacific Dental Care.

She sought advice for another Dentist . The result was it turned out to be a perfect fit after they had the tooth redone, very satisfied worked very professional I thank them much.

Fantastic experience: Military family who just moved to the area (like new new) we had only been here a few weeks. My 6yo was having an issue and needed to be seen right away. Not only did they get her in right away but the staff starting with their front desk (Jessica) to the assistant (Jodie) and the dentist were all so kind. They take Tricare insurance and are in network (at least when we were seen). All three of my kids ages 6-15 have been seen since and all have been very happy with the staff and service.

Dr. Sastiel, Dr. Alex, and Eddie understood I was experiencing anxiety about a dental procedure and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.
