I can’t imagine going to a different dentist.

The staff there is friendly and efficient from the front desk to the dental treatment team. I always have a positive experience at D&P Dentistry. Fantastic experience: I have been going to DP dentistry for almost 20 years and have never been disappointed. My visit yesterday warrants special recognition. Towards the end of my lunch yesterday a front crown came off leaving me with an exposed reduced tooth and the crown in my hand. I called DP Dentistry immediately and explained my emergency letting them know that I had an engagement that evening. Although I'm sure my experience isn't a guarantee for future emergencies, they were able to get me in that same day and glue the crown back on my tooth. From the Front Desk staff to the Dental team working in the back, everyone seamlessly got me into a room, while coordinating with the team to prep the crown and affected area while coordinating with the busy dentists to get the crown glued back on. All, in less than 30 minutes. They are the first call I would make in an emergency and they are my dentists of choice for regular services, too.

Fantastic experience: The Dentist Peter Marratto was very knowledgeable. He spent time discussing my options. After coming up with a plan I felt very taken care of, listened to and confident the work would be done right. He did a great job and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The whole staff worked really well together. They were very helpful and attentive towards the patients but also towards each other. The whole office made a not so fun experience just a little bit better. They truly went above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with Dr.Pomerantz and her assistant when i needed care for an acute problem. They were able to see me immediately and were kind, patient and thorough. The excellent care I received was delivered with concern for my symptoms and my time schedule. Instructions for care at home were comprehensive and easy to understand. Fantastic experience: Was greeted and checked in immediately. In just a few minutes was taken back for a cleaning. A quick review and questions to determine any new prescription meds I am taking. Cleaning was thorough and very well done. Set up the next appointment before I left the chair. Everyone is so caring and courteous in this practice. X-rays showed a problem, the dentist came to check. An appointment with the dentist was set up right away.

Fantastic experience: D&P really went above and beyond for me. I hadn't been to the dentist in over a decade, and I expected to be scheduled 3 to 6 months out, which is normal. To my delight, they talked me through what was going on and were able to fit me in the next day! Once I showed up, Dr. Williams performed my initial exam and he discovered I did not have the issue I feared. We went ahead and did the X-rays, performed a regular exam, and set me up for a general cleaning within a week. I'm beside myself with joy at the professionalism, conciseness, and care that the entire team engaged in. Truly a blessing to have a team of people like this serving our community. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I was new to town and hated leaving my dentist. I’m from a family of dentists and dental workers so I have very high standards and I don’t find good dentists easily. This office was so welcoming, professional, neat, clean and helpful I feel like I won the lottery. They are great with cleaning and my horrible issue of having food stuck between my upper back teeth teeth was solved with a crown in a challenging location. The cost was affordable and very in line or less than what others I know have paid. Dr.Williams is a perfectionist and worked hard, above and beyond with the lab, to get it exactly right. The level of professional expertise is impressive. Some people dread going to the dentist but I love to go here. Coincidentally my former dentist I hated to leave behind turned out to be in the same graduating class at UF Dental School with Dr. Williams. Speaks well of all of them.

Fantastic experience: I just had my second appointment. This place is awesome. The staff and assistants are really nice. The assistants are very good and detailed. Dr. Williams is a really cool guy. He listens well and explains things very clearly. He doesn’t seem rushed, answers all of your questions. I am 67 and like it here as much as anywhere I have been.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for an exceptional dental practice, please read this review in full. Every single person that works at D&P Dentistry is fantastic! Their customer service is 20/10! Here are a few examples of the exceptional/expert care I've received. I had the first appointment after lunch, and was being seen for a complication. I arrived early, and one dentist was at the office for lunch. The door was locked, and I was planning to sit outside and wait. She not only let me in, but she saw me on her break (even though my appointment was not with her), made the minor adjustment, and I didn't have to stay and be seen at my actual appointment time. Another time I was in Gainesville for a different appointment and called to see if they could fit me in at the last minute so I wouldn't have to drive back a week later. They accommodated my request, and I was able to be seen with a minimal wait. Not only is their customer service top notch, but so is the care. I had a failed implant prior to going to D&P. I had 2 bone grafts done, and the implant still failed. I was very nervous about trying again, especially since implants are expensive and there's no guarantee they will work. Dr. Williams was very thorough, and he answered the many questions I had that first day, and throughout the entire process. My implant was successful, and it's absolutely beautiful! You would never be able to tell that its an implant, and its a tooth that's visible every time I smile. Since my first implant I have moved, but I still travel nearly 2 hours to be seen by Dr. Williams and his team. Their service and expertise are worth the time! If you've ever had serious dental complications, as I have, you know the (priceless) value of a team like this!!!

Fantastic experience: I love D&P Dentistry! Dr. Williams is the best. I had dental work done just yesterday similar to work I had done years back in Atlanta, where I recently moved from. I dreaded going in yesterday because the previous work had been so painful! But Dr. Williams made sure that nothing hurt, stopping every few minutes to make sure I was doing OK and to make sure nothing was uncomfortable. His assistant, Hailey, was the best. These are very caring, knowledgable experts who go out of their way to provide excellent service. The entire office staff is wonderful, and I had a view of blue skies and palm trees as I was having the work done -- and not just a photo or painting, but a true view! In addition, Dr. Williams was extremely patient with all of my questions, which were many. And the front-office staff worked with my insurance to get an estimate for me that I could understand and review. In short, I can't say enough good things about D&P based on my experience with Dr. Williams, Hailey and the other staff I have interacted with. Fantastic experience: Dr. Pomeranz is the best dentist in the world. Not only is she technically very skilled, but she is also kind, gentle and compassionate. I have been affiliated with this practice for over 20 years and every experience has been positive and enjoyable. Even if life changes resulted in a move out of state, I would figure out a way to get back to Gainesville for my dental care. Dr. Pomeranz is that good. Fantastic experience: First... Becky took x-rays of my teeth and then did the cleaning. She had a professional, friendly manner during that time. Afterwards...Dr. Williams (and his assistant Kate) dealt with one of my teeth that had a defective filling. They prepared that tooth for a permanent crown...that is to be attached in several weeks. Dr. Williams and Kate were both very professional, making me feel at ease, since I was a little apprehensive. All went well during my appointment!
