They have games in the waiting area and movies playing while you wait in the room or during a procedure. The staff are very accommodating and constantly checked on us to make sure we didnt need anything. Overall great experience for a dental office!

Fantastic experience: These people here are AMAZING!!! I went to a different dental office and the staff were rude and they nonchalant. You could tell they were just there for a check. I was in so much pain and needed an emergency root canal. I ended up leaving that office sitting in my car almost in tears. I came across Real Dental and the voice that answered my call was not only pleasant but she was like an angel. She really truly had empathy and went out her way to help me. They got me into the office right away, prescribed me meds for my pain and follow up with a specialist to perform my root canal. Now why didn’t the other office do that Margarita was a total sweetheart and even though I was in pain just the action she put forth in showing she actually CARED in a way helped soothed my pain!!! The dentist Ben was awesome and cool guy and the rest of the staff were pleasant as well. If you want to be treated like a HUMAN with good service I recommend then ! Great job guys!

I've literally never had them be excited to go to the dentist until we started coming here! There’s hardly any wait time, there always detailed with me about what there doing or gonna be doing and (For my moms) they let me go to the back with my kids. As a mom of multiple children when I bring them they give me no issues about switching rooms to sit with each one during there cleanings which I love! The front desk staff is ALWAYS super helpful & friendly. Every time I have came or even call to schedule appts I have NEVER came across one member who was rude. They work with me on rescheduling appts if I need to and even call me to remind me of my appts. And again No Attitudes involved! Lol. Highly recommend this dentist office for adults or your children. If your still thinking about it there Ac works good and it’s never crowded there lol.

They have videos games for the children to play on too. I love that we has parents/ grandparents can go back with their child!! That’s a big plus in my book!!

Negative experience: Updating my rating after they reaching and offering to waive the amount for some of the treatment. My review is honest and I don't like people like me falling in a fake 5 star rating. Still People that works there is really nice but they are waaaay way way too overpriced for every service... Maybe just for cleanings they're good more traertments I don't recommend.

Fantastic experience: I really love this place, and my kids love it too! My daughter has been going here since she was 6months old and now my son goes here too. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Every time I go there it is really clean. The lobby has a car arcade and some games for the kids to play while they wait. In each room there are TVs for the kids to watch movies. When receiving dental care, all the staff provide excellent care, and they are patient, kind and exceptionally good at reassuring the kids. They always have fun events year-round for holidays and it is just a wonderful place for kids. They have been very helpful also regarding affordability. Real Dental is amazing!
