Fantastic experience: Super kids dental staff is super nice and welcoming. It was super quick and easy to get in and do all our exams. They even had a translator for our mom that’s doesn’t speak English and they were super helpful.

Fantastic experience: I love super kid dental. They take everyone in at the same babe. Emergency block Ann's exams, x-rays and even dental work and they even take you at 20 years old. Even if you're 20 years old. I love this place. I recommend this to any parent that needs to get in with all kids.

Fantastic experience: I have a child who is very nervous around dentists and has been unable to get procedures with other dentists. She was very taken care of here. They were able to relax her before her procedure so that she was able to get over her fear of needles. The procedure that she had was very quick so she did not have to be in the chair long and overall she has had a very good experience.

Negative experience: Very disappointing & traumatic first appointment. To start off we were in there for 3 hrs, one being waiting in the lobby and the other two with my 6 yr old crying yelling for help. We were told he needed 2 crowns, the doctor kept going back & fourth trying on so many & for some reason none were his size. He kept shouting for help bc they were shoving tools down his throat. Until he ended up throwing up. The whole team only worried about throw up on their hands while my son was tied up from his whole body, couldn’t move & no one tilted him to the side. I am in shock even after I yelled to please get him up they took “a break” to go clean themselves. He could have shocked. I then asked if we could finish another day and received a no. I don’t know how we got through this but I wish no mom would have to see their child suffer like this..

Negative experience: I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience at your clinic. My family and I had previously been very satisfied with the care provided, specifically praising the kid-friendly environment and the gentle, understanding approach of the doctors. This was a key factor in our decision to choose your location. However, our most recent visit was drastically different. The waiting room was overcrowded and chaotic, with a significant wait time of over two hours. During this time, I observed a severe staff-to-patient ratio; I only saw two doctors attending to more than fifteen children. While most of the staff were kind and helpful, I did unfortunately encounter one individual, Crystal, who displayed a noticeably unprofessional and rude attitude. Our primary concern, however, centers on the treatment provided by Dr. Thomas. My children's procedure, involving crowns, was performed in a rushed and excessively rough manner, causing them significant pain and discomfort. Their distress was evident, and I was extremely concerned by the lack of care shown during this process. My children were in shock of how rough Dr. Thomas was. YOU ARE WORKING WITH CHILDREN LEARN TO BE GENTLE !

I did my research and made sure they were good with kids as I wanted the best care for my boys and they sure deliver! From cleanings to extractions they are truly amazing and give me as a mom peace of mind

Negative experience: I have been coming here for the past 1.5 years or so. My kids enjoyed it and I was happy with it. I visited today Sept. for my appointment that was given to me since March 2024 and I was told that there were about 5 families (with several members) ahead of me and if I didn’t mind the wait. Are you kidding me? I am not a walk-in I was attending to my appointment that was given to me months ago. I get if there are 1-2 patients ahead of us but you are telling me about 5 families? No thank you!!!! I have toddlers not older children and regardless I rather attend a location that will respect my time just like I respected their time by attending the appointment that was given to me 6 months ago! Also, the last visit I had the dentist was different and I was not even too crazy about seeing her assuming it would be the same one since she barely glanced at my kids teeth.

This place is amazing, They have absolutely great staff, great and fast service ,. Place is Gorgeous every wall is painted with different cartoons have tv's on with also cartoons. Very very clean place as well everything organized. I give this place a 10/10.. Highly recommend!! Thank you Everyone for such an Amazing job and for making our kids comfortable and making them happy with all the beautiful drawings on the walls. My 4 yr old loved it here!!! Fantastic experience: This is a great place to bring your child especially when it comes to getting cavities done, they let the anesthesia kick in. because I have trauma from bringing my child to the dentist at our last office and they didn’t even wait for the anesthesia to kick in they just started drilling and it traumatized my son. This place is great and friendly..

Our preferred language with her is in Spanish and all staff spoke to her in Spanish which was awesome.!! My daughter's first dentist visit went better than mine and I'm the adult here. My youngest had a bad experience at another place and he was very calm and comfortable here. All the ladies in the office are awesome.

Positive experience: Kid friendly with TV screens, cartoon paintings, big staff, efficient operation. Two downsides is that we don't really get to talk to the Doctor directly. It's relayed to staff who pass it onto parent. I just came in today with an appointment and they told me it would be 30-60 min wait. Why even offer me an appointment if you're going to have me wait that long. Don't overbook your patients.

Evelyn was amazing and great with the boys, so knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. If your a first time patient they'll give you a McDonald's or Starbucks gift card. Their customer service was amazing, plus they pick us up and dropped off, now that's customer service!
