Negative experience: Absolutely hate western dental! I am stuck in a contract for braces that are not properly placed on! I was given a bag of things and was never told how to use them! My visit was rushed and the brackets are already loosened and come off after one month ! Unacceptable!!!! Horrible horrendous experience!
Negative experience: This is one of the worst companies ive had the displeasure to deal with. First they list themselves as treating TMJ with our insurance. I call their scheduling place to make an appointment. They transfer me from SF to my city. That place has no knowledge of the appointment. I call the previous number. They tell me that im scheduled but under braces. I call my office they dont know what TMJ is. They transfer me to SF they dont treat TMJ. it was a round and round circle of incompetence and ridiculousness that lost me 24 hours and im in the same pain, same position, and leaving the country for work soon. If i have any issues dental ever again. I will not call wester dental orthodontists. Not even for a basic cleaning.
Negative experience: Extremely Disappointed with Western Dental. Garbage Customer Service I had a terrible experience with Western Dental. The staff seemed inexperienced and poorly trained, and the customer service was awful from start to finish. It felt like no one knew what they were doing, and communication was frustrating. Overall, the service was disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend wasting your time here. They seriously need better training and accountability. Corporate office customer service was no better! Over two hours on the phone to resolve issues amounted to nothing but wait time, hanging up the call and no resolution.
Positive experience: I am disabled so cannot drive, I use a walker so uber doesn’t want my business therefore I need to rely on family member to take me to my appointments. Had appt for 7/18 at 5:30, western dental sent me voicemail advising me that I needed to reschedule, family member had already advised employer of need to take time off without pay. Soonest time that was open was 4:30 on the 25th of July. It seems the office personnel have no ability to empathize with the customer. This attitude does not reflect well with the Lancaster CA office. Once I am finally able to complete needed dental work I will not return nor will I recommend them.

Negative experience: I’m writing this review to warn others about the deeply unprofessional and unacceptable treatment I received from two staff members Lily and Silvia at this business. They were, without exaggeration, two of the most rude, dismissive, and disrespectful individuals I have ever encountered in a customer service setting. The issue began when my credit card was charged more than I had authorized. Naturally, I called to get clarification. Instead of calmly explaining the charge, Lily and Silvia began yelling at me over the phone, refusing to provide any explanation or breakdown of the transaction. When I asked why I was charged an unauthorized amount, I was told, “We’re not explaining anything to you,” and that I needed to stop asking questions. Their tone was aggressive, hostile, and completely unprofessional. I repeatedly requested to speak with a supervisor or manager to file a formal complaint. Not only did they refuse to transfer me, but they also hung up on me multiple times to avoid escalation. I sincerely hope those calls were recorded so their employer can hear firsthand how poorly I was treated. What makes this experience worse is the complete lack of accountability. There was no willingness to correct the error, no attempt to de-escalate the situation, and no access to a higher authority to address the issue. I was left feeling violated, silenced, and powerless as a customer. No one should ever be treated this way especially when they’re just asking for transparency about their own financial charges. I am posting this review not just to share my experience but to ensure that others are not subjected to the same mistreatment. Businesses must be held accountable when they fail to train their staff to handle customer concerns with professionalism, respect, and honesty. Until this company addresses the behavior of Lily and Silvia and implements proper customer service protocols, I cannot recommend them to anyone.
Negative experience: Good afternoon, I have repeatedly tried to get a basic teeth cleaning done at two of your locations in Santa Rosa, CA, but without undergoing x-rays first. I have a religious objection to so many x-rays for prophylactic reasons. I am 44 years old without fillings or cavities. I was denied treatment on liability grounds in both locations. Negative experience: Western dental canoga park, CA the worse service ever. I was scheduled for a root canal, left in a chair with my mouth numb only to be told they could not due the procedure due to faulty equipment. Rescheduled for this month 4-18-25. Was called in the back 40 minutes after my appt time, they took.my blood pressure..my heart rate was slightly high, instead of retaking it I was told she would not due the procedure until I get clearance from.my dr..I have had procedures here before. With different dentist. I asked the coordinator to please remove the root canal, crown. Post and antibiotic from.my bill I no longer feel comfortable coming to this facility..I contact sunbit, only to be told that they have already paid western dental so they need western dental to contact them to remove this from.by bill..they wete quick to get me to sign up even though I was hesitant. I had cleaning and got dupped into buying the dental treatment for gums wich I would have to pay..but now my battle begins with removing $844.00 from the bill for services I will not receive at that facility..The coordinator gave me a fax number to call instead of a direct number, they claim there in no office manager. They overbook, very dismissive. I will not go there again..Be careful with signing up with Sunbit.
Negative experience: Currently a patient at Downey's office / Imperial Hwy. the customer service- Billing is awful, I had an implant done there according to my contract the total price was $4,000.00 , as of today 04/07/25, they have overcharged my account by +623... They change the contract and terms without notifying me... When the implant done had to be re-done because the specialist did it wrong so It took over a year then they did a crown according my insurance approved it and a ok'd and I'm not sure if that's why they're still taking $$ from my cc .. It's just not fair.

Negative experience: Bottom of the barrel service. They don’t give a shit about their patients. I had an appointment today at a Salinas ca location and they made me wait for over an hour just to send me home because they didn’t have time to do my X-rays or exam anymore. My appointment was originally scheduled 4 days prior and was canceled 10 min before because the dentist went home early. I complained and they didn’t give a shit because that’s what they see us the patients as. Rescheduled for a THIRD time, let’s see what the next excuse will be..unfortunately my employer is assigned to this office so I can’t switch right away. The manager is impossible to get ahold of. What a huge letdown.
Negative experience: Yes went to 3 different Western Dental they gave me a referral to get teeth pulled but den-ti-cal pays for crowns but not root canal they ran X-rays (3)times that bill was propally as much as the serviced needed SMH Please don't send me no e-mails
Negative experience: TERRIBLE COMPANY. I made a complaint to corporate after being coerced into buying this periodontal treatment that cost over $1000, asking for a refund. I was misled as to what the product was and did. Additionally, I found a similar product online for $50/tube. Why are they charging so much for hydrogen peroxide? What a scam. I got a voicemail back but it was unintelligible. All I want is a refund.

Negative experience: Western Dental is a scam. It's some sort of referral service to independent dentists that often don't take the insurance advertised and/or don't offer the services listed. When I called to complain I was given to "Allison" who did not know what a "headquarters address" was and when I asked to speak to a supervisor she hung up. So I called back and got a man who would not identify himself and when I asked to speak to a supervisor to report what had happened with Allison he said "You have three choices, you can file a complaint with me or you can file a complaint with me or you can go away."

Negative experience: To the public. Brident Dental in garlandtx. I was on the process of getting two implants. I had surgery back in August 2023. I followed up every single appointment. December came anwent No implants. On January 26 2024 I had an appointment with Dr Fu. My appointment was at 11am. 11:41am no Dr. Fu. He was just across the hall way. I was tired of waiting. I went over and asked Dr. Fu that my appointment was at 11am. He's assistant said to me. We get to you when we get to you. Her name is Alexis. 3 hours went by. He finally came in and started working on my mouth. During the procedure he kept pulliing and pulling 5 times. I kept on saying ouch, ouch and more ouchs. He asked me if it hurt.I said yes 5 times. He didn't any more numbness medicine. I left the office at 3 pm. 4 hours. The procedure took 39 minutes. I had scheduled a follow up appointmen. I had a follow up appointment. Follow up appointment a month later. I was taken to the room and waited and more waiting. An hour went by no Dr Fu. I left. I rescheduled another appointment. I file a complaint against Brident Denta . I called the main office 4 times i asked what had happened regarding my complaint. I was transferred around over and over until the call was dropped. Asked if there was an office manager they told me that they didn't have one. Finally I found him. He was making excuses not to see me. I told him about the incident. He went on saying that Dr Fu was to busy.( O/M)He attended 20 to 30 patients in one day. A couple of day later I had another appointment. I showed up. My appointment was canceled. I was trying to get ahold of Diane. She is in finance. She was never in. Dr. Fu is responsible for dislocating my JAW.
Negative experience: Im currently at western dental Long Beach off 7th street. After working and overnight shift with my daughter. This is the worse service I’ve ever seen! They forgot about us! Had no clue how to handle my situation. They called my adult daughter name in place of my younger daughter twice after me telling them it’s the wrong name. We are still here waiting after being here since 10:45am! I think Dentist went on LUNCH I dunno! great we hungry sitting here for hours! and also No one has answers and one girl said come back another day! Congratulations western dental you win! Negative experience: Western dental 24th st in Bakersfield suck. Corporate not any help in resolving issues. Been trying to resolve problem since end of May with western . Last call to 24th st office refused to send me a hard copy of charges. Corporate still hasn't returned my call or sent hard copy requested a week and a half ago. Getting charged a lot from sun bit, now giving g me bad credit asunable to resolve issue

I was humiliated embarrassed, by the staff and a security man who intervened in my complaints and used my medical information he overheard me telling the front Dest to ridicule me . My HIPAA rights were so violated on top of the injury he went ahead and carry out the threat of denying me services , despite my complaints of pains , the providers came and followed his threats of making sure l am not seen. Negative experience: Western Dental on Atlantic in Long Beach worst place I’ve ever been in my life. I’m 62 year old African American. I needed several tooth extraction, I was informed I needed bone graft, before my dentures. I paid 17 hundred dollars for denture, took out 25 hundred dollar loan dental care. Coming back several times because dentures did not fit. Then the doctor tell me on 05/13/2024 my bones need to be shaved and we talked about this. I said know we never talked about this, she said one minute. I kindly got out dentist chair caught doctor typing in my previous report. I told her this is not we are doing you will not back date this report. I filed a grievance 05/14/2024 after 42 hundred dollars with know teeth, my attorney will contact them today 05/15/2024. The rude customer service I told her about herself also. Please don’t go to this location.

The Representative that assisted me and my son did not discussed everything that I need to know and straight lied to my face about the contract from office to office and pricing for the treatment. She's been very pushy as well in opening a "Care credit" account for me to sign up. U guys already charged my insurance for $547 on the first visit and there's another charged of $1705 thru care credit. Total of $2252 charges for the treatment my son didn't received. The Total cost of the treatment for 2yrs is $5500 and I already been charged half of it. We never cameback to the office after that bad experienced on the first visit and never did any adjustments at all. This is a Complete Scam and you guys are doing FRAUD for billing customer for service thats not been done!! I want to request an immediate action regarding this matter.

Negative experience: I was a patient with in Smile Wide dental in 2015 to 2016 & was undergoing a implant surgery for my front tooth and Western dental had bought out the company & I paid over $2,920 for my implant & I never received my implant they took all my money corporate is not responding regarding to this issue after many calls and emails & claims that I had put in & I have all my receipts & paperwork showing the amount that I paid for my implant I only received dentures from Western dental not my implant I originally paid for I'm still trying to figure out how to either get my payment back for a procedure that has not been done so I can get a new implant put in with my new dentist this is unacceptable corporate needs to step up & know what certain staff members are doing and I do not recommend anyone to pay for any surgery out of the pocket due to Western dental being money hungry my issue has been with them for over 10 years and still have not receive no compensation for my troubles calling and getting notarized letters to submit to corporate showing I'm not just trying to fraud them I have my receipt to prove to it I think Western Dental is a fraud. Negative experience: Western Dental is money hungry. They overbook appointments. You sit, wait and wait some more. I waited 2 hours for a 2 minute visit from the dentist to look at my teeth. Then I was asked if I wanted my cleaning today? Umm. That’s what I scheduled my appointment for now I continue to wait for a cleaning my whole purpose of scheduling the appointment. Staff is nice! But Western Dental do better! Do better by your clients, Do better by your staff! They shouldn’t be over worked and we the clients shouldn’t have to wait 2+ hours for care. If I had better insurance I’d go else place!

Negative experience: Please be aware that this is a fraudulent and horrible dental company. The branches are disgustingly unclean, the customer service agents will not answer the phone ever, and they make you sign a contract that essentially states that they can charge you whatever they want at any point in time after you’re dental procedure. DO NOT GO TO EVER USE THEIR SERVICES. In my personal experience, I received a bill almost two years after my procedure for several hundreds of dollar because the office was negligent in managing my insurance. They WILL take advantage of you, and the dentists are horribly unknowable.

Negative experience: These good reviews are fake, stay away fron western dental. Absolutely the worst dental clinics ive ever seen in my life. Customer service is a joke. Thats what you get with corporations. Always use small practice dentists that have their own offices/practice. When companies take over services such as this, the quality of service is garbage. Also, this isnt a corporate phone number, its a customer service number, if you have a problem at a specific facility, they advise you to speak with that same facility as if they will reprimand themselves ..... The facility in Arroyo Grande was doing a crown for my wife, they never answer the phone, they also never called to tell us the crown was in to set up an appointment to install it. Long story short, temp crown fell off after about 3 weeks, but since they dont answer the phone and never called us now they are making her come back several more visits to ( 1hr drive) to fix something that wouldnt have happened had they called ( done their job). Now the lady up here is trying to shift blame on us for not calling them.... I guess it does make more sense that we call them every single day to ask if the crown is in instead of them calling us ONCE when they recieve it. They are never on time, their communication is terrible. Just check out all the very recent reviews, there are too many bad ones for there to not be an obvious problem with their offices.

Negative experience: We've been trying to get off the orthodontist plan for months and all attempts have been unsuccessful. We moved to Tennessee and had to see another orthodontist. We're no longer seeing this one so I should not have to pay. If I could pay for all the services rendered so far that would be fair. But paying for services at 20%APR we're not receiving is egregious. The lack of fees, low cost, and customer service of our orthodontist in TN opened my eyes to how awful this blood sucking corporation is.

Negative experience: Each time I come into WD Palmdale Ca. The office is dirty!! I'm here now at 12pm Monday afternoon and it's dirty. I don't understand why because it's been closed over weekend. I'm sure they haven't seen many patients this early. I've taken pictures and a video. I almost want to get up and leave. I will be calling my insurance company to complain and have them assign me to another dentist. I will also contact WD corporate. Not sure if that will do any good. But I'm going to so anyway. The last time I came I advised staff that the restroom needed attention. The guy told me the clean crew would be there at night. Before retiring I was in the medical field, working for an Urgent Care. We had to check and keep the restroom clean. The guy told me they are "under staff" not sure what that has to do with having a clean office. There is definitely a problem if each time that I come here the office is dirty.

Negative experience: Western Dental is the worst place I've ever had to deal with. Their customer service and training of employees is trash! Every single appointment I've had with them is a 2-4 hour wait. My biggest regret in life is getting my ortho treatment with Western Dental. They are always over booked with not enough staff, so they schedule your appointments every 8 weeks instead of 4-6 weeks which is what the doctor recommends. My biggest complaint with Western Dental is that they scammed me upon signing up for services. I informed them that my insurance would be expiring at the end of the month and wanted to make sure it would cover 50% of the treatment. The billing coordinator said she verified eligibility, and it went through. Months later I get a bill stating that I am responsible for the payment because the insurance did not cover it. When I contacted billing, they stated it was because my insurance was terminated. This is why I made sure to disclose it to the coordinator. She should have made me aware that insurance stops paying once it terminates. I was under the assumption that the insurance paid in full, up front because that is what Western Dental lead me to believe. When I went to the office to speak to the manager and billing coordinator about filing a dispute, they turned me away. They said Western Dental did not have my social security number and therefore, the bill wouldn't go to collections and there were no red flags on my account so I could continue to get treatment without paying. Their solution was for me to ignore the bill rather than helping me file a grievance dispute!! I filed a grievance online on 9/5/23 but received no acknowledgement of the submission and when I called for an update I was transferred from department to department, and nobody was giving me answers. I tried submitting another claim on 9/29/23 over the phone and this time they referred me to Delta Dental. The person I filed the claim with said the reason the insurance did not cover the bill was because I was over 25 and Ortho is only covered for patients 25 and under. Which still doesn't change the fact that I was deceived and misinformed by the billing coordinator. She should've made me aware when she confirmed that the insurance was active. All staff at Western Dental @ 1124 West Olive Ave in Merced CA, are incredibly unprofessional.
Negative experience: Very unhappy regarding my treatment regarding Snap on dentures. I was showed model Snap on dentures (4 snaps upper & lower). Note: lm not a education in dental procedure and trust the representative regarding the snap on dentures. Note: l have not have any teeth for over 11 months. When my snap on dentures arrived l was happy but to sad because the upper denture had 4 snaps which fit good but the lower denture on had 2 snaps. When install the denture rock &. Roll. Very unhappy knowing l would not be able to eat or even drink water. I again very unhappy and express that to mgr. Note: l paid in full what a mistake. What to do now?

IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY, UNCARING OFFICE IN THE STATE OF CA.
Negative experience: Horrible experience. Sucks that I still have to pay $1500 when I have messed up teeth. Went in with an impacted canine and then ended up with my canine on the wrong spot. Now I’m even more insecure about my smile. The dr did not take the time to put any spacers. Horrible horrible experience.
Negative experience: The WORST COMPANY on the EARTH charged for services NEVER rendered, they would not answer the phone, just left me on hold, this is at the TORRANCE location . The financial department people are the most dishonest i have ever encountered RUDE AND DONT GET BACK TO YOU...THEY WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK FOR SERVICES I NEVER GOT AND PAID UP FRONT But even worse is the staff who continues to place me on hold ignores me. Made calls to the corporate office, and they did not help me at all, only to send me back to the same office on the TORRANCE location. There is no human resources office at all.. Torrance iffice on Hawthorne and Torrance Blvl said for me to get my money back depends on the OK from the corporate, When I call the Corporal office to find out about it about it they told me I need to call the Torrance office because they have nothing to do with it. Which tell me this office is owned by the doctors that work there is a particular business not associated with them. You guys should be out of business, and i will report this further ! I WANT MY MONEY BACK, AND I WILL GET IT!!

Negative experience: I been avoiding the dentist because of the nonservice I had received from them . I get to my apt today only to further be disappointed yet again to not be seen . The doctor is not covered by my ins. This is the worst dental experience I have ever seen. I'm so upset by the scheduling and the staff it's a shame. They should definitely be ashamed of themselves
Negative experience: Went in to have a tooth extracted and the so called Dentist was so ruff while giving me the shots. He started to pry My tooth out and I felt everything. He gave me two more shots and tried again. He gave me two more shots and started to pry it out. I said no , I can still fill it. He picked up the pliers grabed my tooth patting my shoulder and saying "it's okay momma". Then he put his hand on my forehead patting saying it's okay momma. He did not know where to put the shots. I felt everything. Never again
Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. By far the worst dental experience in my entire life!! I till this day have been waiting for a refund for a service my son was supposed to get. Almost $400! To top it off needed to go to another dental office for my sons root canal and pay for the service there. I am a single mother of 2 kids and not getting my money refunded really takes a lot from me. I have called with the same run around bull every time. No one knows how to do their jobs. It’s ridiculous. I want my money!! I went to the San Fernando office on Maclay and Truman. Don’t go there the billing manager Yanira won’t call you back either. Still waiting!
Negative experience: Horrible experience at the Pasadena office with a patient care coordinator whose name is supposedly "John." This rude staff member refused to do his job, was insanely rude, and told us to "GO HOME!" Contacted Western Dental several times with callbacks to be made by office manager or director. No calls were returned in over 72 hours. Escalated the issue again, waited 72 hours and still received no call back. Office also refuses to pick up the call. Probably because the entire staff there are lazy and not willing to do their jobs.
Negative experience: The receptionist to reach a manger at this facility was tra$h. Worst customer service all around. MONITOR YOUR RECORDED LINES!! My crown fell off 30 min after my visit, I had just signed to pay for this crown only to be told I cant talk to a manager, she was rude, insensitive, disguZting. In addition, every time I went in they kept trying to make me sign to pay pay more. JUS?T TAKE THE DAANG TOOTH OUT. Looking into lawyers for ANOTHER class A lawsuit. GARBAGE!
Negative experience: HORRIBLE… Western Dental is more concerned with upselling you services you do not need, than actually addressing your health issues. I had decided not to get an implant done but after reading through the legal contract I opted out, and when I asked to be refunded my $500 down payment, western dental denied the refund and still is sending me a bill for an implant I never signed for…. This is ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE!

Negative experience: I am a paying customer and the service and hostility I received this morning was not acceptable. Time are hard right now we are in the middle of a pandemic and people are losing and struggling with finding a job. I explained my situation and just made a payment of 150 dollars customer service said “ why would you get treatment if you couldn’t pay “ please me aware this is over 28 dollars on the day that the payment is due. Never said I couldn’t make the payment I explained why I might be late on the nexts one. Regardless to what no one should be talked too like that very unprofessional. When I called back they kept hanging up on me and acted as if they couldn’t allow me to speak to a manager. Who wants to spend 6k for this kind of treatment ? Then when I asked how to get my braces off they didn’t have much to say

Negative experience: I used to give this place good reviews but orthodontist keeps canceling my kids appointments 3 times in a row. Costing me work time off. Also whoever verifies appointments are really freaking rude I will be filling a lawsuit if this continues I'm a good paying customer never missed a payment I need my kids to receive the proper treatments. And I sure don't deserve attitude from western dental appointment callers. And the Dr. Needs to have a Back up Dr if he's not gonna be there not fair to us parents having to take time off because they are only there once a week.

Negative experience: I'm absolutely out of words for the service that western dental cooperate collective department unprofessionalism and the ignorance they are. Veronica and Cindy from finance department Constantly hang up on me on purpose because I wanted to speak to their supervisor, so Instead of getting their supervisor they hung up on me. When I try to tell Veronica from finance she started to raise her voice at me and transfer me right away. Cindy on another words she just hang up on me with an instant. This is the worst service I had ever received and i been to restaurants, hotels, hospitals and never have i ever been treated with such disgusting service

Fantastic experience: Brittany did my X-rays today and it was so relaxing! She was really kind and did it in a timely manner. I usually end up with cuts in my mouth from the little X-ray plate but she made sure I was comfortable.

Positive experience: Even though the wait time was drastically long my appointment was at 10:00 but I didn’t get seen until 11:45… Josephine was totally awesome, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She made my visit worth the wait, if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t return until they stop over booking so they can see patients in a timely fashion.

Fantastic experience: Dr Haddy and Sandra were amazing with my 6 year old daughter who needed a crown due to grinding her teeth. They had to put her in a papoose and they made her relaxed and comfortable. She left saying it didn’t hurt and it was the best day ever. Amazing!

Positive experience: To start with, i am 64 years old. I have always had hi anxiety going to the dentist. Due to some mistakes some dentist have made. However, going to Western Dental two weeks ago and today was a very good experience for me. I would recommend them to anybody. Both dentist and billing person came in spoke with me explained everything. all I my options with no pressure of payment or anything.. I have been there twice now the first time two teeth polled this time I needed teeth polled however they explain to me all of my choices to repair my teeth and gums.before doing any work. There was no waiting time. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and compassionate. Thank you so much western dental. I will be back to finish up my dental work.

Fantastic experience: Very efficient office, all staff was very friendly, I was in and out with a diagnosis and treatment plan for a broken tooth and they also managed to get a cleaning in as well! Shout out to Dr. Benson, xray technician (sorry, forgot her name), Ryan the hygienist and Cathy for running a efficient office. I don't think anyone enjoys going to the dentist but this office makes for an experience that I don't have to stress about. Thank you Corona Western Dental!

Fantastic experience: From: MARK HARRISON I have been coming to this WD for years. Have had several regular dentist and then they disappear. BUT on my last couple visits they have really done great work & service. Dr. Patel (dentist) suggested weeks ago to have my 2 front chipped teeth "bonded" and she would check my insurance to see if it was covered. It was. DR. PATEL did excellent, professional, timely work on my front teeth this past week. CLAUDIA the dentist tech (assistant) did Awesome work making me comfortable and very detail on what the plan for fixing my teeth that day. DR. PATEL & CLAUDIA made my WD dentist visit a great experience and very happy with the results!

Negative experience: I was asked to right a review about this place when I came with my daughter for a free teeth bleach kit. I wrote a nice review and posted because they all seemed nice at first. Sandra was really nice, but I don't agree with the technique they used at ALL!! They strapped my daughter down onto a board and straped her wrists down which immediately sent her into a panic and she screamed "LET ME GO!!" Then strapped her chest and legs down. I would not recommend this technique, especially since my daughter is old enough to sit still on her own!

Fantastic experience: I got a deep cleaning of my teeth today at Western Dental 534 West 19 street Costa Mesa Ca 92627. Dr Iranpour is a great Dr. she was very caring. She listened to my concerns for being numb. She took her time with me and made me feel comfortable. The assistant Esmerelda is also very caring. I love this office. I always have a great experience. The front office is so nice and always answer my questions. Thank you to all of the people at this office.

Fantastic experience: I Finally got my wisdom tooth pulled today! Yay!! Thank you Dr. Hashem and Oral Surgeon Dr. Obeidat for making the process smooth and quick. I didn't feel a thing! Thank you Dr. Hashem for properly inserting my anesthesia.. I've never had a tooth pulled before and you all made things really quick and easy. Thank you. Thank you to med student Nikki who took my x-rays, she was extremely sweet and patient as I'm sure I talked her ear off today asking a bunch of questions, but she was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable. She takes the best x-rays btw. I am very satisfied with my procedure and very grateful to have a dental home who is very kind and friendly. I can't thank you guys enough. Thank you!! Fantastic experience: Came in for teeth cleaning and establishing care with a dental facility. Front office staff, docs, and tech were amazing. Ramzeya dental assistant was great. She was very patient and informative. Along with the Dr and addressed all of my concerns. They offer free consultation for orthodontics as well. Followed the mask protocol they have posted on front entrance. First experience at this office was great. Recommend this office. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Came here to get my teeth done, Estella helped me with my X-rays she was very nice and gentle. Also Bernice helped me out so much by explaining everything to me easy and simple so I could understand what the dentist wanted of me . The whole staff there at the 20th street location is awesome from Estella to Bernice, fatima lea gabby and Silvia !! Thank you all for being so nice and caring.

Fantastic experience: I Recently had a situation with my son who had a terribly impacted wisdom tooth! Not only was he in a lot of pain and discomfort but his insurance was not approving the treatment he needed in a timely manner! I spoke to Marissa at Western Dental @ office 107 and she helped us fast! She was professional and very compassionate about my son’s pain. She helped us work out a payment plan that we could easily handle and she got my son an quick appointment with a specialist! I am so thankful for Marissa!

Fantastic experience: Honesty was very gentle with my mouth when she was taking my x-rays. She was very friendly and funny too. Made me feel comfortable, like talking to a friend. Crystal is very sweet and made sure I got what I needed. The dentist Amandeep was great too and let me know what options I have with my teeth.
Fantastic experience: Best experience EVER!! Every single person here is an asset to this establishment!!! It started with bringing my kids for braces and general, then I started with general, and now I have aligners….now my 91 year old mother spent 3 hours in a chair with the most gentle heartwarming people around her. I can not say enough!! Love this place, especially the wonderful employees….ALL OF THEM!!! My only advice is, speak only to the people in the office during office hours.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dental office I have ever been too. Priscilla was greatat explaining the fees and coverage and actually cost a third of what I was paying from my previous dentist. The Doctor was amazing as well and was able to take care of most of my issues in one visit. Western Dental is my new dental office and I would give the a 10 star rating. I highly recomes them.

Fantastic experience: The caring personable and efficient staff at Western Dental on Charter Way truly saved my day in assisting my husband and I receive urgent care for the extreme pain due to needed dental treatment! Isabel and Monica worked together to ensure we knew of all the cost effective benefits that Western Dental provided which took a huge load off our minds so we could move forward with our health needs! Fantastic experience: Dr.Z and blanca were very efficient and knowledgeable. Dr.Z knew the procedure at hand and provided an explanation before doing anything. They completed the fillings in a timely matter with no rush. He made sure I was doing well throughout the whole time.
Fantastic experience: Belen was really helpful. I have braces and out of nowhere my gums started to swell and she explained to me how to properly clean my teeth with braces and she gave me a cleaning and now it’s dramatically going down. Overall, I had a great experience with Belen.
